Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -3260 balance.

Dropped a request letter in drop box and has called customer care number times for hdfc credit card noc letter, no correct information has been provided. I had paid all the due amount and requested to close the card.

I received a message form hdfc, after conversation with executive on june 6 for account settlement for 17000 to be paid in three shots, i asked form the executive for letter, she said you will get the letter but pay the instalment as they need to update the system. I paid via paytm, and they provide me a toll free number and a code, to call on that for confirmation about settlement, i did that and also in this month i had completed my third...

Hdfc life is charging gst on the commission earned by financial consultant which falls under reverse charge mechanism i. E against the provisions of gst act and then showing the amount as income of consultant. Thereby making fault under income tax act also. Despite my email requesting the company to solve the issue faced by me dated 21th aug 2019, the company has failed to reply or respond till date....

I apply hdfc bank credit card. So this request is approved already and still got massage from bank for pin generating with otp still showing approve status. And customer care is not helping me for this problem and not shere any reason.
My cibil score is good. I am facing this problem. No any call from bank for this problem and no discuss for this matter and i arrange all documents....

Hello, i just checked the status of my credit card was decline without any reason. More than 30 days completed i submitted all my documents to concerned executives. I am very surprised for this. My salary account converted itself and bank charged me approx 4500 rs which is a huge amount. I visited pimple nilakh branch in pune where manager told me that he will waive off but it will take 10 days for this to happen and its a month now nothing has been changed also they have added more charges. Worst experience with this bank.

I had purchased an I phone from Poorvika mobile on 05 April 2019, using a HDFC card under the cash back offer. Till date the cashback is not received.
please look into this issue.
The HDFC website does not have an option to register a complaints for cash back claims.
