I tried to apply for a CC through the HDFC's Website as i am already a existing Account Holder for the Past 3 Years.
The site wouldn't load itself. Then the Next Day I got a Call From the Bank Executive and he told me to proceed with the Application While he was On Call With me and then i got my APP NO. through message and then i was told that i would get a call. But i Didn't Receive any calls neither any reason for the cancellation of the Application. Now my status is REJECTED.
Being a Prolonged User Of Your Bank i feel nothing short of Dissappointed.

    Did a transaction at irctc using my debit card, the transaction failed, yet the amount was debited from my account. Later on, after 3-4days

    Got a message,
    "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 04* for rs. 3935.40 has been credited/reversed by indianra3472086 on[protected]:19:15:17"

    It has been more than 48 hrs, still the amount is not reflecting in my bank account balance.

      ad hoc stmt chgs incl gst deducted

      Ad hoc statement charge rs 118 have been deducted on 16 sep 2019 from my hdfc salary account without any information.

      How can bank deduct money without any acknowledgement.

      So i need clear clarification from hdfc bank and reverse my rs 118 to my account.

      I initiated a request to replace my fastag on 22-Aug-2019 by sending a mail to on @insolutionsglobal.com as suggested by the customer care. I provided all the details about the fastag. I sent a reminder on 24-Aug and then on 28-Aug. When I did not receive any response I called the CC again. CC told that they did not receive any such request in mail and asked me to send mail again. This time I used my another mail account and sent the mail. But I did not receive the response again. I called again CC on 05-Sep, this time initially they again told that they did not receive any such mail but when I forced them to check in detail they confirmed of receiving the mail and asked me to deposit 100 Rupees in HDFC account and send the receipt in the mail. I did the same. But again no response from their side. When I called CC again on 11-Sep, they again told me that they never received any mail from my side. When I again forced them to check it, they acknowledge of receiving it and told me that fast would be dispatched in this week and I would receive SMS confirmation. I did neither receive any SMS not any response from HDFC. Today (16-Sep) I called again CC and this time again they told that they never received any mail from my side. But again when forced them to check it they acknowledge it any told me that Fatag would be dispatched in this week.

      I am raising this complain because I have no hope of HDFC Fastag support resolving my problem. I have 800 Rupees balance in the Fastag account and that is why following it up with them otherwise I am not at all interested in HDFC Fastag after going through all this.

      Also since current fastag is not working so there is almost daily arguments with toll plaza staff as I have also activated monthly pass on it for my daily up-down commute to my office.

        My name is mansi agarwal. I was unable to pickup the credit card delivered to me in july month but it was redirected back to thiruvanmiyur branch chennai.
        I have again raised an application and called many people on 9th august and its been more then one month they are not able to track and dispatch one single credit card. Very bad customer service not expected from hdfc bank.

        I have already updated my details and sent an application. After that previous wednesday I got text saying card is dispatched but again called customer care they have no idea and still it is in the branch. Called a person and he saying the company might have rejected that's why it returned back. But i didnt get any update or call from courier.
        This kind of service is not accepted from HDFC.

          I am very upset with hdfc bank. Hdfc bank is not responding properly from 01- july 2019. Last few months before without my permission credit card they blocked the card and reactivated.
          One day i got call from hdfc at night saying that there is three transactions of rs. 6, 965.16 each dated march 28, 2019. I was shocked because hdfc has blocked the card and now how come transaction happens. I escalate this grievance. [protected]@hdfcbank.com but they are asking for proof towards the three transactions of rs. 6, 965.16 each dated march 28, 2019 at m/s itunes.com/bill in card account. Which i never used for it. And i have rises a question that how come blocked card is activated without my knowledge and demanding to pay bank charges levied in card account and credit card bearing 5459 xxxx xxxx 6645 got permanently invalidated for usage with effect from august 03, 2019. We request you to effect payment towards the current dues of rs. 53, 823.97 within september 03, 2019 to avoid further levy of bank charges and zeroes card account. There is no reply from hdfc. Three transactions of rs. 6, 965.16 total amount is 20895, but hdfc demanding to pay 53823.97. Why? I have cleared all my dues payment before blocking card on february 2019

          I requesting hdfc bank people to block my card temporizer is someone using my card and i am get messages for otp. Find the attached for your reference.
          I am not able to check any details from hdfc mobile app/ hdfc login account.

          So please any how you can help me to resolve my issue.

              I am very upset today. To give complaint about that. But hdfc bank is fraud bank.
              Because every month deducted from my account 1180 rs/-
              I dont have any credit card and i am not using any transaction through credit card but they are deducting from my account.

              At the time of hdfc supplied to me credit card and he told me there not any charges deducting from my account. If we not used this card. I[censored]se that time few charges and deduction have to give.
              But today he will give me overdue statement, but i am not using credit card.

                  My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) after that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit cardi logged into my account for some reason and i see that i have rs -5, 203 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                      I am shova sadhukhan. My policy no. 21657025. After seeing the document that my agent was going with the policy trams, i saw a complete change. Leter i told the agent. The agent told me that it would be ok but it will be a while. That's why i got into a family problem. I was previously associated with icici pro but i have never received this irresponsibility form them.

                          I am a customer of hdfc bank from almost 7 to 8 year's service was good untill i didn't have my financial issues where my payment was delayed for only months where i had communicated that payment is delayed due to some bad financial issues. Inspite when i arranged money to pay hdfc they freezed the money without out any update. When i called customer service they were too rude as if i have issue with the customer service person and not with bank. The lady was too rude and disconnected my call. After amount got settled with freezed money my card was suspended when i called customer service the lady by name noriya was too rude even after me telling she is rude. Am thinking not have any relationship with hdfc bank i want some bank who is helpful and approachable. I didn't expect this from hdfc. Kindly help me in getting my noc. For my credit card settlement

                            I have applied fro home loan topup which the property in the name of my father. So i provided all the required documents online. After that the executive requested the closure letter for the credit card which one of my brother used. So i have paid the amount which the cibil letter showing. After that he has applied for the closure letter to chennai office. But we didn't hear anything from hdfc credit card department. After i have inquiry with customer care, the amount getting as zero. But they haven't sent any soft copy of the closure letter/noc certificate.

                              I have applied Reliance Retail Gift vouchers - 2 numbers on 12th Aug, 2019. But even after one month I have not received the vouchers. But after calling to customer care I got one Blue dart tracking number [protected]. But after checking this voucher in not found in bluedart onlin sight.

                                Applied for credit card, provided every documents asked, but no credit card issued. Ref no.19g[protected]n5. Its been 2 months but no information from bank. No one comes for verification and i recieved message from bank that your application has been processed. If you don't want to issue credit card, atleast don't insist people to apply for credit card. It affects negatively to the cibil score of person.

                                  Recently i gave a payment through cheque of rs 200000 and hdfc bank deducted 1180 rupees. I think it is not justified to charge hefty fees for cheque payment. Also rs 590 was deducted as atm issuance charge. They are searching every reason to deduct customer's balance. I find it really disturbing that time and again my balance is getting deducted in the name of various charges by hdfc. Screenshot of my bank statementis attached.

                                    I have travelled to USA and on September 9th I had 7.3k ok no my account and on 11th 600 was withdrawn it shows
                                    Please help me resolve this

                                    My money from the account has been deducted
                                    Could you please check and help me why has my money been deducted .

                                    Rupees six hundred has been withdrawn and I haven't used it

                                    I need a explanation for this deduction

                                    Why did the amount was deducted

                                      Have salary account with hdfc bank. I do sip with the account. This month i did not have sufficient balance in my account to get it deducted for the sip. I have been charged rs. 590 two times (Rs. 1180 in total) for two sips. Please reverse the entire amount. I did not have any prior information about this charge. My customer id is 62468945. If the amount is not reversed, i will close the account by the end of this month. I have other bank account which do not levy such charges. I will make them my salary account.

                                      Dear Customer,

                                      In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in clearing.

                                      Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable.

                                      We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS(s), to avoid the ECS(s) return charges being levied to your account.

                                      Sorry, this is not acceptable to me. You should have given prior information. When it is time to market your product, you come with lot of information, but here there was no prior information, as the customer is being at loss, and you are getting the benefit of that. Here, you should refund at least half of the amount due to lack of prior information given to the customer. If you are unable to do so, I will close my the salary by the end of this month. I was planning to apply for a debit card as I lost my old one, but will discard the plan if the amount is not refunded within this month.
