I have one and only one active hdfc credit card. Recently, i pulled my credit report from experian. The report shows an older card which is already expired and replaced as active.

I dropped an email to the cards support id from hdfc.

As usual, the careless thick-headed people took a long time to understand exactly what the issue was. Now, they are again using time-wasting tactics.

They keep asking for the entire credit report whereas i have already provided the details of the card account i am talking about.

However, they are adamant on getting the entire report and flat out refuse to help unless they get it.

The pathetic people won't even tell me exactly what do they need from the report.

They also give some useless and utterly clueless answers.

Guess why they absolutely need the entire Experian credit report, because they do not have access to Experian's data! Who the hell expects HDFC to have access to Experian's data!

Do they not have access to their own data? Why can't they check their own records and what data they submit to Experian under my name?

    मैंने HDFC Bank credit card email address ठीक करने के लिए फार्म ५बार भर के HDFC Bank bahadurgarh मे दिया लेकिन बैंक नहीं बदल रहा है। जिसके कारण मुझे मेरी card statement नही मिल पाती और हर बार मुझ से गलत बिल वसूला जा रहा है। पिछले ५महिने से ना बिल ठीक कर रहे हैं और ना ही creditcard statement दे रहे हैं

      I seem to have lost my food plus card which holds an amount of 4000 approximately. I request you to kindly block my current card as it is a pin free card and issue a new card to me with an equivalent amount.

        I took a personal loan in the year 2004. Due to my loss in the business I could not repay the full amount. I explained my problems to the bank officials through a legal advocate. My loan was write off by the bank in 2005 itself. Now some fake persons are torturing me for the past two months stating that they are the employees of HDFC bank. Please take necessary action against such fake persons who degrade the reputation of your Bank.

          Hi

          This is a complaint with regard to our credit card which as per our understanding no dues should be there...

          On 7th May my wife Madhu Gaggar visited HDFC Branch sec-14 gurgaon to close the credit card outstanding and at that time we were told final amount due was 4046 and if we pay it all outstanding will stand to Zero. The same was paid on 8th May. Suddenly in the month of Aug we received a call from HDFC collection center to pay 10000 outstanding on the credit card. We were told the utilisation of this amount was for the month of APR of priority pass and billing happens three months later...we asked them why we were not advised earlier and why we are being told such late. No Physical bills were received and even if we had received a mail we were in the impression since account is Zero hence never bothered to open the same.

          We requested them to reverse the late fees and and interest payment and advise us the final amount. This they tool almost three to four weeks to tell us. each week we were the ones calling customer care to advise the final amount so that we can settle and close the same.

          Finally the customer care advised that the final amount that we need to pay is Rs. 8182 and the said account will be closed and no further billing is going to happen since the card is already blocked since Apr'19 and expired.

          Hence we paid the said amount on 28th Aug. All this conversation we have on our call recording.

          Now again we need received a bill in Sept for Rs. 1076... and customer care is advising that the amount that we should have paid was 8900 and not 8182...When i asked why were we not told in the first placed they had no answer. ...again we had to explain them all the history as to what happened and to close this issue... This conversation we also have on record...

          We i requested them to make me speak to supervisor since post 20 mins discussion no resolution customer care was providing ...at this point .the supervisor asked for my wife to be available since she is the card holder...when i told him she is not around at the moment and he can discuss with me since i was handling the details and that his junior has already done verification ...to which he said he will first speak to Madhu and then proceed...by this point i had lost my patience and harassment...I simply asked them do you want to close and settle or not to which he said "NO'"...

          This is pure harassment from HDFC customer care...I have told them clearly I am not going to pay any amount on account of mistaje happened at their end on this card at all...and they should reverse these charges and close the account.

          Please let me know how do I file a complaint for this Harassment...Question is not about Rs. 1000 issue is why haressing again and again and not closing it in one go...

          I have the recording where in the HDFC person is clearly saying that the final amount to be paid is Rs. 8182 and after that the outstanding will be Zero Zero

            I need to know why you have declined my credit card application. 19i[protected]s1. One of your agent "vaishnavi", said that it's a pre-approved offer, 100% eligible, no process / documentation is required. She sent me link through sms. I followed the procedure and applied. Then verification guy came to my apartment on saturday. I was out of town. I asked him to come on monday. My apartment will not allow stranger to enter and also will not provide personal details to stranger. Now the status shows declined.

              The Complain number given to my by grievance redressal team is: [protected]. But their Redressal team is Name-Sake only. Not helpful at all. They will eventually direct you to a collections person only.

              I have been facing an issue with my HDFC bank salary account.

              They have a put a lien of Rs. 83000/- on my salary account and are showing that this amount is recoverable from me because of my Credit Card.
              This means that the minute any money is credited to my account, it will first go towards recovery of dues.
              I have been writing to customer services and Redressal department of HDFC bank but no solution has come out so far. I have personally gone to their offices with my plea but they have only one side demand and are not willing to pay any heed to my request. Plus their collections team makes harassment calls to me on a daily basis and that’s a third class category of people using lowest level of language. They have purposely put such people to collect unjustified dues. They should put such people in sales and customers will also know.

              Here is the brief history with my account:

              1) I had been facing issues to get a credit card statement on monthly basis because they had not been sending me credit card statements by hard copy even after making several requests saying that they have taken green initiative. They were only sending soft copies on email that to irregularly. This led to a few monthly payments getting delayed by a few days since I was travelling for job. Their customer care and call center number is not reachable (as in a live person) only if you are super lucky and you have all the time in the world to wait on a IVR then you may get a live person to speak. But that too will be an incompetent guy who won't listen.

              2) They were charging me Late payment fees for one-of payment getting delayed, for which I had made a waiver request but they did not pay any heed.
              3) I received last credit card statement only in October 2018 on mail which I paid for the amount swiped.
              4) In December 2018 they blocked my credit card saying that I am a defaulter and a huge amount is recoverable from me as dues (This was actually their late payment fee with accumulated interest) and it got accumulated because they did not want to resolve the issue and keep it an ongoing issue.

              5) I still paid all outstanding amount in Dec ’18 and Jan ‘19 and again in Rs. 12000/- March ‘19 despite the card which was already suspended by them in December '18.
              6) But they are still claiming that they have to recover my dues because of an old Late payment charge that has accrued interest and showing me that they want 83000/- from me
              7) I have asked them multiple times since last one year to waive off that charge because I had not received statements in physical copy and soft copy was irregular.
              8) I was still going and making payments regularly online despite being hospitalised in Sep last year
              9) I still went and met them at their Kanjurmarg collections office on 15th July (to Mr Nishant Joseph) and explained my issue and showed my salary account statements from which I have made all payments regularly.
              10) They are not understanding my issue and increasing the outstanding amount every month to show that there is a big amount recoverable from me

              So the situation is like they will not pay any heed to my request to close my credit card account neither remove the lien on my salary account.

              I have been telling them that I was not receiving statements on time because of that the late payment charge got levied and I asked them to waive of the charge because I was travelling most of the time and in Sept 2018 I met with an accident and was out of action. On 6th July they suddenly put a lien on my account and withdrew 6000/- amount which was in my account which was lying in the account. They didn’t even inform me about it.

              There are important points to see here:

              1. I haven’t received statements in physical copies consistently but they claim they are sending. But I have any which ways paid the amount looking at the total amount against swipe I did with my credit card related, basis sms recd on mobile . So, irrespective of whether I receive statements or no an amount has reached them every month and they also know it but they ignore what I am saying.
              2. Even if I have made payments as per swipes which also reflects in my salary savings account – they say that I have not paid minimum amount due. They are not accepting that I have made payments to cover the actual swipes and only not paid the extra charges they levied as interest and late payment fee which I had asked to waive off because that's not my mistake. So they are pin pointing that late fee which I haven’t paid. They kept on hiking the actual amount recoverable from me by adding interest charges and additional late fee every month despite my requests to waive it off.
              3. Then they blocked the card in December all of a sudden and I was making payments even after that till March. So how can they call me a defaulter and make such a huge amount recoverable from me.

              So it is a systematic Harassment done by HDFC BANK Credit Cards and Salary Saving account team jointly.
              1) First look for salaried individuals having account in HDFC
              2) Then Shove a cfredit card or a loan
              3) Then do some irregularity in statements or don't send a statement or change any policy mid way
              4) Then if the customer gets delayed in making payment hold customer responsible
              5) Then chase the customer with help of goons and give threat calls to recover

              No body should open a Salary account ever with HDFC bank and never buy their Banking or Loan products.

                I tried to apply for a CC through the HDFC's Website as i am already a existing Account Holder for the Past 3 Years.
                The site wouldn't load itself. Then the Next Day I got a Call From the Bank Executive and he told me to proceed with the Application While he was On Call With me and then i got my APP NO. through message and then i was told that i would get a call. But i Didn't Receive any calls neither any reason for the cancellation of the Application. Now my status is REJECTED.
                Being a Prolonged User Of Your Bank i feel nothing short of Dissappointed.

                  Did a transaction at irctc using my debit card, the transaction failed, yet the amount was debited from my account. Later on, after 3-4days

                  Got a message,
                  "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 04* for rs. 3935.40 has been credited/reversed by indianra3472086 on[protected]:19:15:17"

                  It has been more than 48 hrs, still the amount is not reflecting in my bank account balance.

                    ad hoc stmt chgs incl gst deducted

                    I initiated a request to replace my fastag on 22-Aug-2019 by sending a mail to on @insolutionsglobal.com as suggested by the customer care. I provided all the details about the fastag. I sent a reminder on 24-Aug and then on 28-Aug. When I did not receive any response I called the CC again. CC told that they did not receive any such request in mail and asked me to send mail again. This time I used my another mail account and sent the mail. But I did not receive the response again. I called again CC on 05-Sep, this time initially they again told that they did not receive any such mail but when I forced them to check in detail they confirmed of receiving the mail and asked me to deposit 100 Rupees in HDFC account and send the receipt in the mail. I did the same. But again no response from their side. When I called CC again on 11-Sep, they again told me that they never received any mail from my side. When I again forced them to check it, they acknowledge of receiving it and told me that fast would be dispatched in this week and I would receive SMS confirmation. I did neither receive any SMS not any response from HDFC. Today (16-Sep) I called again CC and this time again they told that they never received any mail from my side. But again when forced them to check it they acknowledge it any told me that Fatag would be dispatched in this week.

                    I am raising this complain because I have no hope of HDFC Fastag support resolving my problem. I have 800 Rupees balance in the Fastag account and that is why following it up with them otherwise I am not at all interested in HDFC Fastag after going through all this.

                    Also since current fastag is not working so there is almost daily arguments with toll plaza staff as I have also activated monthly pass on it for my daily up-down commute to my office.

                      I have again raised an application and called many people on 9th august and its been more then one month they are not able to track and dispatch one single credit card. Very bad customer service not expected from hdfc bank.

After that previous wednesday I got text saying card is dispatched but again called customer care they have no idea and still it is in the branch. Called a person and he saying the company might have rejected that's why it returned back. But i didnt get any update or call from courier.
                      This kind of service is not accepted from HDFC.

                        I am very upset with hdfc bank. Hdfc bank is not responding properly from 01- july 2019. Last few months before without my permission credit card they blocked the card and reactivated.
                        One day i got call from hdfc at night saying that there is three transactions of rs. 6, 965.16 each dated march 28, 2019. I was shocked because hdfc has blocked the card and now how come transaction happens. I escalate this grievance. [protected]@hdfcbank.com but they are asking for proof towards the three transactions of rs. 6, 965.16 each dated march 28, 2019 at m/s itunes.com/bill in card account. Which i never used for it. And i have rises a question that how come blocked card is activated without my knowledge and demanding to pay bank charges levied in card account and credit card bearing 5459 xxxx xxxx 6645 got permanently invalidated for usage with effect from august 03, 2019. We request you to effect payment towards the current dues of rs. 53, 823.97 within september 03, 2019 to avoid further levy of bank charges and zeroes card account. There is no reply from hdfc. Three transactions of rs. 6, 965.16 total amount is 20895, but hdfc demanding to pay 53823.97. Why? I have cleared all my dues payment before blocking card on february 2019

                        I requesting hdfc bank people to block my card temporizer is someone using my card and i am get messages for otp. Find the attached for your reference.
                        I am not able to check any details from hdfc mobile app/ hdfc login account.

                        So please any how you can help me to resolve my issue.

                            I am very upset today. To give complaint about that. But hdfc bank is fraud bank.
                            Because every month deducted from my account 1180 rs/-
                            I dont have any credit card and i am not using any transaction through credit card but they are deducting from my account.

                            At the time of hdfc supplied to me credit card and he told me there not any charges deducting from my account. If we not used this card. I[censored]se that time few charges and deduction have to give.
                            But today he will give me overdue statement, but i am not using credit card.

                              This is inform you that i am mayank gupta currently using hdfc credit card since feb 2, 2018 and last few days before without my permission credit card limit is increase and i want to back my credit card limit is 37000/- not a 75000/- so please reduce my credit card limit. I can pay my credit card payment on time and score is good and that's why i think they can increase my credit limit without my permission. So please any how you can help me to reduce my credit limit. Sorry mam i won't get any reference number and when i click click here to complaint reference number so i don't have a option of my requirement and don't have to comment in this so i can complain again.

                                My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) after that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit cardi logged into my account for some reason and i see that i have rs -5, 203 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                                    I am shova sadhukhan. My policy no. 21657025. After seeing the document that my agent was going with the policy trams, i saw a complete change. Leter i told the agent. The agent told me that it would be ok but it will be a while. That's why i got into a family problem. I was previously associated with icici pro but i have never received this irresponsibility form them.
