charges debited from my account - net pi to hsl ltd

Hi,

I m a regular customer of hdfc bank. Running saving account, pf & nps account with hdfc from last 5 years. I have been charged 1299 rupees for hdfc securities trading. I am unaware of it & these are leived on account of trading while i have not done any trading with hdfc.

Can you please help help at earliest.

I have made imps transaction from my hdfc account to my canara bank account, amount got deducted but not received in other end. Its not refunded either below is the details

Please check on priority see problem is i never came to know about this untill yesterday when got message from hdfc my loan emi is not paid which is linked to canara bank... My perception was as i did not receive any error i never bothered to check balance but now as i missed emi it will reflect bad on my credit score also all due to pathetic hdfc service... Which looted my money

    Hi team,

    I got a call from hdfc bank loan department (Preeti +[protected] asking me to provide less rate of interest for doing an balance transfer.

    I agreed as interest rate was low, then they did the process and processed the loan. But till now i didn't get the dd yet.

    I tried calling this number but i can't connect now, as she blocked me every where.

    Please kindly help.

      Hdfc credit card forum deducts the membership fee on the very fixed date without even knowing that their valuable customer is using/ availing services or not. From last 3 months i could not have my credit card and the card was rushing here and there and i was so much harassed, somehow i managed to get my card in the local branch of sector - 46 chandigarh. After receiving the card after 15 days, my card is not active and showing transaction failed status. So many times i called customer care, they do the activation, raise request all the time but could not give solution. Always say wait for 24 hours and nothing happens after 24 hours. I have to do the same activity for 3-4 times to save my request but no help from them. I was so dissatisfied that i do not want to avail such service from this bank who don't even bother to listen their customers issues. Please close the hdfc credit card and don't want to use anymore.

          Dear mam/sir.

          Subject - my dispute which is created by hdfc customer care department.

          My name-yatin jassal. Iam existing customer at hdfc bank from last 5 years. Ineed your help to sort it down my problems nobody have been resolve my problems. I have auto loan around 7.5 lakhs and i also have credit card which is in dispute.. Around last 8 months your customer care department shared wrong information with me. I am very reputed person who having cibil score more than 800*. I'ii paying continuing payment for all banks even my car emi's. But on this time i am totally depressed with your wrong commitments. I covert to emi of 12 months which is paying without any break. But during this your customer care department said we blocked this amount for 12 months and this amount will be release after 12 months i said ok please convert to emi. I'll paying regularly payments on time. Around after 6 months i'll checked amount is still showing in outstanding which was i already paying on every months. Then i'll called to your department he said this amount will be showing you have to pay only minimum payment which is your every months emi. So i'll said ok but when paid second last emi i called to your customer care then he said that wrong commitments your funds is already released on every month. I shocked what is this your customer care departments are said last 6 months your amount is showing on total outstanding your funds will be release once you complete your emi's / i said ok. I mailed from last 4 months your customer departments person are cheated with me. Its very major part. If your earned and you will paying every emi's with loyalty and suddenly you cleared we are cleared side by side your amount and after the 90% paid loan you will get the points you have almost same amount outstanding which was you paying from last 8 months. How do you feel mam. No i get new frame so after that things how do you feel. I maled to customer care please resolve this matter because i have reputation in marke. I mailed to your department i respect hdfc but i am not ready to pay that amount which is wrong.

            I have paid 1408rs to get my bike insurance from hssc ergo through policybazaar but even after successful payment i have not received my bike insurance. Bank also confirms my payment as successful but i have not received any confirmation mail nor insurance from policybazaar or hdfc ergo. Either refund my money or issue my insurance.. Kindly do needful asap

              Dear sir/madam,

              I am heera jagadish singh from patancheru, hyderabad. I was been given my credit cards to my friends mrs. Deepa chandrika earlier employer in hdfc bank at kondapur location, hyderabad and rahul srinivasan who worked with hdfc life in hyderabad location. The limits used by mrs. Deepa chandrika and her husband mr rahul srinivasan was sbi credit card 2, 00, 000rs, hdfc credit card 25000rs and axis credit card 75000rs. Total 3 lakhs of my limit is being used by her and her husband by giving me false reasons. They are not at all paying my credits after using the limits. Where as collections team came to my home and done a lot of harassment to me and my family members. Then she and her husband updated mobile number and address of her husband in all the three credits cards by doing forgery of my signature.

              Mrs. Deepa chandrika is one of the talented person who knows how to do fraud. She changed her home 3 times in past 6 months. She stayed in a flat for 4 months she did not paid rent again she shifted one more home stayed there again for two months with out paying rent. Recently she changed one more home from past 1 month till now she did not paid rent for that owner. Recently i visited their house they vacate the house with out informing to me.

              Most of the credit card collections team are complained to me on them as they are fraud they will not pay credit cards. They are paying their own credits cards & loans instead of paying my credit cards.

              When ever they are angry they say i will not pay your credit cards what ever you want to do you can do to whom you want to complaint you can complain no one can do anything to us. Police people are waste they dont have dare to touch us even if you went to police station also they cant file any case on us that too they dont have any power atleast till now police people didnot even tried to call us even after given many complaints by you.

              I visited to police station also more than 4 times including cyberabad police in hyderabad. They suggested me to file a case in civil court.

              She and her husband continuously depositing cheque’s for doing credit card payments as it was been bounced as not sufficient balance.

              The below are my credits cards still it is with them only. They are not giving my credits cards i have blocked them by calling to customer care numbers.

              Axis credit card-[protected].

              Please take strict action on these employee and publish it so that no employee will do any fraud in future.

              Later with the support of my brother in law i took loan from icici bank and yes bank and repaid all the credits cards with charges and the emi for both the banks are nearly 10, 000 rs per month as emi i am paying to bank from january 2019 onwards still now they are not paying the emi also. Please help me in this regard.

I went to bank for paying the monthly installment of my loan but your executive said that you have to pay the credit card amount as well. I neither applied for credit card nor i received then how i can pay the due amounts which your executive is claiming to me. Due to this invalid claim my cibil score is impacting and goes on daily basis down. Kindly helped out me from this situation.

                  Hi i cancelled my all my hdfc credit card for fraud activities from your side. My credit card ending with 8821 which will be deactivated in 30/09/2019, then how you activate my next card form july 2019. My question is why you activated the card before my 1st card validity ends and why you activated two month before my new credit card before i get the card in my hand from courier . Your customer care only told any person can use or transact from your credit card using foreign transactions without the card holder knowledge. So there is 100% chance to stole my amount before receiving my Card in my hand.

                  can you please help me regarding this. I didn't subscribe anything from Google. If anything i subscribed means i got the notifications evidence and Otp for that transactions. I din;t get anything like that. I just received the amount of rs 7900 deducted by Google*Wenzhuo Liu.

                  I called and explain this to Credit card customer care but they didn't gave response on my query and they even did not gave respect to me.

I have been associated with the bank for a long time now and i consider myself a loyal customer of your bank. I am loading this complaint against one of your staff member at pillu khera mandi branch. His name is jai bhagwan as per my knowledge he is currently designated as branch manager. Kindly note the following sad incident that has happened with me and you the judge of it.
                          On 26/8/2019 at around 2:30pm, when i had gone to the hdfc branch to deposit money in to my account. I went to his cabin to talk to him but apparently he was in a bad mood as he almost annoyingly told me to go back i can't help you and he didn't even offered me to take a seat. He said to his guard through him out then i said please close my account then he said to me you can come tomorrow for close your account i don't care about anything these are the words he said to me. I know he is working but if he is not behaving well with his customer then he doesn't have right to be seat on that place. I didn't like his behavior and it proved hdfc bank have a arrogant staff, non cooperative staff, time pass staff mot working properly for customer's. I will be grateful if an amicable decision is provided on my complaint as soon as possible thanks

                          Respected sir / mam there is nothing left to discuss actually i don't want to go there again and get insulted or harrassed. Because i had already enough hance can you please tell me your bank employees don't have any protocol to follow and other side looks like a customer's satisfaction is not your bank staff goal because it's too late to get the justice for me so can you please explain me are you going to take action against him or you guys wants protect him to do these types misbehaviour with someone else and put your bank customer dealing standard down. Kindly let me know when you going to take strict action against him then no one else get insulted like me otherwise we have a four accounts with your bank from our family members then we are not staying anymore with your bank we will close our account thanks very much sir

                            I've a direct mutual fund scheme under folio #10011812 i. E. Hdfc small cap
                            Fund direct growth. I've recently started a new sip plan for inr 500 daily against
                            Direct growth plan and first sip has been deducted on 26th april, 2019.

                            I've seen that on 16 aug, 2019, sip amount of 500 has been debited twice
                            From hdfc bank account (So, in total 500*2 = 1000 has been deducted) for 15
                            Aug and 16 aug however, it has been credited only once into my mutual fund
                            Account i. E only 500 inr on 16th aug. The description of that translocation
                            Says that debit has been happened for 15 aug and 16 aug whereas 15th aug
                            Was national holiday and stock marked was closed.

                            Please revert one of the transactions happened on 16th aug back to my
                            Saving account.

                              We have applied for personal loan with application number 93141650, the application was approved dated 19/08/2019, after that we had to clarify regarding the blank documents to be signed, and a blank cheque to be provided. As the document itself mentions that no documents should be signed unless it is duly filled, but mr rameson (Sales manager - contact number - [protected]) and dipti (Tele sales executive) forced for a blank document to be signed. After that there was no revert to us, inspite we gave the documents and cheque, now they are saying us the application has been cancelled because documents were not provided but we have provided the same within 2 days of the application approval. Several calling to them, the calls were disconnected by the sales executive and sales manager, and the customer executive is also providing the solution that they cannot do anything inspite of calling the customer complaints twice (No call backs provided twice). Highly unprofessional behaviour and my one month is being wasted for single disbursement due to forcing of blank documents to be signed, look into the matter, otherwise i am strictly taking this to the court

I have been associated with the bank for a long time now and i consider myself a loyal customer of your bank. I am loading this complaint against one of your staff member at pillu khera mandi branch. His name is jai bhagwan as per my knowledge he is currently designated as branch manager. Kindly note the following sad incident that has happened with me and you the judge of it.
                                On 26/8/2019 at around 2:30pm, when i had gone to the hdfc branch to deposit money in to my account. I went to his cabin to talk to him but apparently he was in a bad mood as he almost annoyingly told me to go back i can't help you and he didn't even offered me to take a seat. He said to his guard through him out then i said please close my account then he said to me you can come tomorrow for close your account i don't care about anything these are the words he said to me. I know he is working but if he is not behaving well with his customer then he doesn't have right to be seat on that place. I didn't like his behavior and it proved hdfc bank have a arrogant staff, non cooperative staff, time pass staff mot working properly for customer's. I will be grateful if an amicable decision is provided on my complaint as soon as possible thanks

                                Respected sir / mam there is nothing left to discuss actually i don't want to go there again and get insulted or harrassed. Because i had already enough hance can you please tell me your bank employees don't have any protocol to follow and other side looks like a customer's satisfaction is not your bank staff goal because it's too late to get the justice for me so can you please explain me are you going to take action against him or you guys wants protect him to do these types misbehaviour with someone else and put your bank customer dealing standard down. Kindly let me know when you going to take strict action against him then no one else get insulted like me otherwise we have a four accounts with your bank from our family members then we are not staying anymore with your bank we will close our account thanks very much sir

                                Yes I got email from him but he didn't clear my issue actually I complained about misbehaviour but he replied you came from customer hours I knew that already I was late I didn't say why he didn't deposit my money or make a special rules for me can you please explain me if customer come late due to any reason or problem then your branch manager will start insulting them rather then listen their problems and make them understand but your branch manager behaviour was totally different and non cooperative with me also he said to his gunman through him out then I said please close my account and his answer was you can come tomorrow and close your account I don't care. So can you tell me you appoint him as a manager for insulting the customers or provide better customer service I think your bank staff have a protocol to follow during the customer service please take appropriate actions against him by that your customers can feel customer's satisfaction is your bank staff goal.please try to understand and i am waiting for your reply thanx

                                  complaint for non-closing of bank account

                                  Address: Shop No, 45, 46, Aust Mangal, New Aman Owners Association, Vasant Bhuvan Ahmedabad Gujarat 380004, 380004

                                  I would like close my account from last 2 months still it is shows continuous and getting minus balance for non-maintaining min. Balance amount. I am unable to understand that who will pay this extra amount. Hdfc bank has to take action on this regards.

                                  I have available all related documents for all closing related services from hdfc.

                                  My account has been debited or can say amount of 896.40 is hold showing mirevenue hold by gefu my name is aakifuzzaman and my salary account with hdfc. It's a rocket science to reach hdfc customer care not able to reach tried many times. Have send email from my net banking didn't get any respond after 72hrs as well. Please release my amount asap as i'm in need of it.

                                    revert a wrong payment made

                                    I had made a credit card bill payment to a wrong credit card number through phonepe from my hdfc account.
                                    I called the customer care immediately asking them to revert the transaction, they said the receiving party should raise the complaint, even that was done. But no proper action from the bank authorities.
                                    I'ts a hefty amount of 28000 and i want to revert the transaction.
                                    Each customer care assistant says different...
