I had purchased an I phone from Poorvika mobile on 05 April 2019, using a HDFC card under the cash back offer. Till date the cashback is not received.
please look into this issue.
The HDFC website does not have an option to register a complaints for cash back claims.

Hello, i live abroad and rarely visit delhi, india. I have a savings account with hdfc bank and a few days back i saw that my balance was in negative - rs. 11799.00 i was in delhi so i inquired in the branch and they said it will be reversed when you make the payment. I transferred rs. 57000/- in the account and yet the balance was deducted and i still see that rs. 11, 799 are held by hdfc bank and it says "mirevenue hold through gefu. br...

I had cancelled order on amazon and they have refunded money to my bank account which was debited from my debit card. I also received the sms stating that money has been refunded. But i haven't received my money in my bank account yet. I had a talk with amazon but they stated it is bank issue and i haven't been able to contact any customer care on this matter....

My hdfc account (Account number -[protected]) has been charged again and again with rs 629.08 and rs 893 after 5 days on account of "nter-brn cash chg incl gst 130819-mir[protected]"

Please refund back my money of rs 1522 and stop charging money again and again for unnecessary things.

I have been holding a hdfc credit card for last 2 months and hdfc has reported a high credit of inr 6309/- and an inr 26, 898/- to cibil and both the transactions are not in my credit statement.

As per hdfc, a “high-credit” is the single transaction with the highest amount since the card inception that will be reported to cibil despite you pay the amount or not. And i don’t have both these transactions.br...

I got call from a paytm guy saying i have received a cashback of 700 for updating my kyc. I ignored the call and after few minutes the paytm balance which i had got nill. I received multiple calls purported to be from hdfc life insurance that i had bought a policy no: 23485359 on 23 march 2013 and that i had paid a single premium of rs. 1, 00, 000/- ever since. Since no other premium was paid the policy had been terminated.

Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 2 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company after few months i noticed that bank is charging me for non-maintenance because they didn't consider that company's salary. So then i changed account as per that company.

Now showing -123 rs and 123 rs hold by bank.
No withdrawal was done by me but in mini statement it is showing 113 rs withdrawal.
My complaints is how can a bank deduct money without any notice and put a amount hold on a customer.

I had approached bank for home loan, but they had denied the application due to my hdfc credit card issue, kindly please do the needful to close the card ending with 609.

It's approved on 17-08, I don't know what happened next but the money has not been credited in my bank account . I tried calling the bank guy who collected document and all, but he is not providing right answer...
