I must file a legal complaint if the following issue is not resolved. Please look into this very urgently.

My transaction id is 76751492 dated 27th sept 2019 for amount of inr 1, 100. The transaction status shows success in payzapp. However in my bill generated by the vendor for the next month, the vendor says that payment is outstanding. A system-generated response from payzapp was received on 16th oct 2019 that the issue will be resolved within 5 working days & the amount will be refunded within 5-10 working days fro the date of transaction. However, no action has been taken yet. after enquiring

The worst part - hdfc bank & payzapp customer care does not exist. Most pathetic customer suppport ever.

    On 31st-oct.2019 i deposited 8000 in my bank account for my emi but today on 1st-nov.2019 when i saw some amount is automatically deducted from my account without any approval and without any intimation.
    When i check by net banking rs. 487 was on hold i don't know why but it was showing hold and on 2nd - nov.2019 my emi will be deducting from my account if any penalty or any extra charges will be applied on you are liable for that.
    I request them to please do the needful for me and provide me my amount back.

      I am hdfc bank credit card holder. This bank has auto debited of rs.1899/-to one assistant from my credit card number ending with 0703 without my concern on dated 25/10/2019.
      I'm totally disappointed with this service & don't like to continue this membership anymore. So cancel the membership & refund the is debited amount of rs.1899/- without any reason.

          Hi i have applied for hdfc credit card. I have received an email for rca decalartion even after submitting documents and direct verification by hdfc perso. He een came to my house. Please note that i have already submitted all the documents. My application number is 19j[protected]s6. Please note that i have applied yes bank credit card application on the same day of hdfc application. But yes bank credit card approved with in 15 days. But why there is so much hassles with hdfc credit card application.

            Loan account[protected] hdfc bank panipat haryana i have applied my loan closer request for list of documents on dated 15/10/19 but today have received a call from hdfc bank manager mr. Vikas he said my request has been cancelled and closed in our system but instead of that i have not given any request in writing and i want all documents from hdfc bank but they are harassment and i request you kindly resolve and give me request number against this complaint they are demanding my income documents and not providing foreclosure instead of that this loan account belongs to my individual name and till date i have no business firm so why they are additional charging which is not applicable on me as my loan is running since 2014. Kindly take necessary action against hdfc bank for mentally harassment as well as delay of my new loan due to above mentioned documents.

              Dear sir
              Am an old customer of hdfc bank from sr nagar, hyderabad, today i have visited the branch for converting my account from salary account to savings account. I visited mr himavanth he is pb from the branch. I sit atleast a half an hour in front of him. But he is not responded. Finally i asked him seriously he replied and take a form for converting. And he showed another guy. He is mr yv krishna. He told me there is no form like that's. It means there's no communication between both and they haven't any knowledge of that. I never expected from the branch like these types of issue. Recently i am taken a mpos mechine. That's why i asked the details. I need clear explanation from your side. Now iam going to close all the my accounts and credit cards and loans.in future i never suggest this branch to anyone

                Have submitted my fastag application (Vide ref no. Hfr272344) on 11.10.2019 ; i have not received the fastag till date. It has been more than 7 working days;
                I called the customer care today and they tell me that my kyc is incomplete - but why has this information not been passed on by the bank via mail/message to me at all. I have sent my documents for kyc on 25/10/2019 - but till today they have not dispatched the fastag.
                I was in a similar situation in 2018 (Application no: hfr035179 on 23.02.2018), where no information was passed on to me.
                I had really hoped your system would have improved in the past one year and come back to you'll this year. Sadly, i have been put in a very non-informative situation again.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I had two personal loan accounts one from hdfc bank ltd and another from aditya birla financial services ltd of two lakhs each from both banks but i was in need of more funds for my personal use, so i searched online, hence hdfc bank ltd executive approached me via india lends. Hdfc bank ltd executive and india lends executive both advised me for balance transfer of my aditya birla financial services ltd loan to hdfc bank ltd because i had already paid 6 emi of aditya birla financial services ltd loan. They assured me that balance transfer is possible after 6 emi in aditya birla financial services ltd, hence i was agreed for that and i proceeded for that but after disbursal when i received demand draft payable to aditya birla financial services ltd lan-abflnd_pl[protected] from hdfc bank ltd having dd amount rs.1, 81, 015.00/-, i approached to aditya birla financial services ltd for my final settlement via mail, but they closed my case saying that before 12 months its not possible, then i did make call to hdfc bank ltd excutive for either reschedule my loan or disburse amount of dd. They denied and said that its not possible. I told him that after 3 months dd already will be nullified but she did not consider my request. Now situation is that neither aditya birla financial services ltd nor hdfc bank ltd doing nothing on my request.
                  Resulting i am paying emi for that funds which is not utiliised by me. Dd is just a paper for me.

                  My loan details are as follows:-
                  Hdfc bank ltd current/new loan, los no.94220538... Of 09 lacs.
                  Hdfc bank ltd past/old loan, los no.67950088... Of 2 lacs.

                  Aditya birla financial services ltd loan account number. Abflnd_pl[protected]... Of 2 lacs.

                  So i need resolution of my matter either from hdfc bank ltd or aditya birla financial services ltd.

                    I have taken personal loan from hdfc, gap interest charged without notice and charged twice. All hidden charges deducted.
                    It is big loss on charges and no clue on deductions (5k) on outstanding balance whcih is balance transferred.

                    No proper informaation on why it got deducted.
                    Totally am at lossof 30k because of hidden charges.
                    Lost trust in hdfc bank as they did big cheating because nothing got disclosed before disbursement and this is way cheated a hdfc salaried account holder. No one continues with bank.

                    I will defenetly wont refer hdfc for personal loans.
                    I need justification on my charges which were deducted twice on the name of gap interest and are not disclosed before disbursement.

                    I consider it as decieve a customer by not disclosing charges details.

I asked will it be approved to them they were like "100% it will be approved and you will get the card delivered in your office by next week". After all this i don't understand why the application was declined.                         Myself aakash and i was opened account in kamaspur (Sonipat) hdfc branch in 2017. At the time of opened the account in branch they issued me debit card (Platinum). I did some transactions in my account in a year. After one year i was found that the account and atm is not useable for me. And i visited the branch for close my account and bebit card as well.
                        But the staff not giving me any response. Again i visited the branch the told me server is down. Today was not possible. Third time i visited the branch they told me we are too busy so come again after that so many times i visited the branch they are not responding me.
                        And after some days bank has to take charges of non maintenance or atm again. Or my balance also showed nagative of rs/-1286/-
                        And my previous balance is already deducted. Kindly confirm me whose fault is this.. I want answer that. This kind of services you are giving to your customers..
                        Staff is not give time at the time of closing the account. When they opened the new account they call us so many times.. I assure you i will not pay any single amount..
                        Or kindly return me the my previous amount as well because it was not my fault and close my account as soon as possible..

                          I approached the dehradun branch of hdfc securities located at cantt. Road today to submit updated kyc form for my demat accounts and hdfc sec account. Since my account is in baroda and i now reside in dehradun, the branch manager didn't accept the kyc form with my new residential address. He advised to get the address changed first through a different form. He also said that the address change form needs to be verified at hdfc bank branch first and then submitted to him. On asking him the logic of this procedure, he explained that demat account is handled by branch and hdfc sec account is handled by him. Upto this point its ok. The issue starts now. He could not locate and provide the address change form on the pretext that he does not have any staff reporting to him and he alone can not handle the work load of the branch. On telling him that i am a preferred customer of hdfc bank, his reply was that since i do not hold an account in his branch, i will get least priority! Will hdfc bank explain such attitude of their officers.

                            It's been 1 week my current account is open and debit card received but no otp yet. Just dont understand if green initiative was been taken so seriously why was it not been effective to ensure no delay. Have called sales person so many times and just no proper support.
                            In addition your pin instant generation doesn't work, reason it needs atleast third part service to be enabled, how can i enabled that without atm pin not sure. It's a deadlock in itself.
                            Secondly i din't receive otp but if i need to regenerated irrespective of any reason i select bank will charge me rs. 50, not sure what is the intention behind the same.
                            I am stucked in my business and cannot proceed with any transactions which were due.
                            Additionally in welcome kit, i did not receive customer id and tpin as promised which is stopping me to call phonebanking.
                            Need immediate help on the same. Hopefully can get it within today.

                                I have used my debit card for payment of hospital charges rs 1250/- at mamata hospital mahabubnagar. The hospital having pos machine of hdfc levied 31.25 towards bank charges. Inspite of my submitting that there won't be any charges they didn't listen and charges are collected. I request you to verify and refund the charges to my bank account.

                                  The branch of mheru and manager name is mr. Ram tripathi and his co staff are not able to deposit the cash with proper documents. If i m able to bear the charges governed by the govt what is the problem to staff to deposit the cash they denied it and behave rudely. He asked me too go somewhere else to deposit the cash because others branches deposit cash above rs 25000 as in illegal manner

                                    I am getting some unnecessary amount deduct from my account i. E, charging inst-alert chg inc gst. My customer id is[protected]. I don't know why but if it happen because of some facilities then kindly stop that facilities.

                                    Each month i am getting deduction of inr 17.70 in my saving account. Stop this on high priority.

                                    If you don't revert these charges i'm going to end my relationship with hdfc by closing my saving and current account.

                                    Dear Customer,

                                    We wish to state that Salary/Savings Account customers registered for InstaAlerts service with 'SMS' facility, would be charged Rs. 15/- per quarter + taxes.

                                    Additional Information:

                                    Customers who are registered only for 'Email' alerts facility for receiving InstaAlerts will not be charged.

                                    Debit/Credit Card Transaction alerts sent as per regulatory guidelines and NetBanking transaction alerts do not form part of InstaAlert Service.

                                    Customers who are not registered for InstaAlert service will continue to get these alerts free of charge.

                                    All fees and charges mentioned above will attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) @18%

                                      My name yasotha babu my mobile number [protected]
                                      My hadfc two wheeler loan number is[protected]. I have take loan for two wheelar was last year 2018 december. I have to pay emi last 08/2019 aug only. My pending loan was two emi amount 3535 amount. Last one month before my son was accident thats why iam not able to pay correctly. Its was financial problem. Hdfc kanchipuram collection person ask money. I already told give time i willl pay. But they not accepted that, morning 9 to evening 5 clock also wait my home out side. Speak roundly my neighbors all see them. They come yesterday nite 9 clock also ask my daughter. But i am not in home i am in hospital its my son. I will pay onley after 2 month fully pay amount kindly give time. Dont torcher any time please i am live with family. I case any big happen come my home you only responsible for that. Now also that collection person wait my home out side. Please recover the problem.

                                        This is shake mastan vali account holder of[protected] in your branch
                                        I have made a wrong payment to my hdfc credit card through phone pay which is linked to account
                                        But i have entered wrong credit card number actual card number is [protected] but i have entered [protected]

                                        So please kindly stop the payment to that card
