We have applied for personal loan with application number 93141650, the application was approved dated 19/08/2019, after that we had to clarify regarding the blank documents to be signed, and a blank cheque to be provided. As the document itself mentions that no documents should be signed unless it is duly filled, but mr rameson (Sales manager - contact number - [protected]) and dipti (Tele sales executive) forced for a blank document to be signed. After that there was no revert to us, inspite we gave the documents and cheque, now they are saying us the application has been cancelled because documents were not provided but we have provided the same within 2 days of the application approval. Several calling to them, the calls were disconnected by the sales executive and sales manager, and the customer executive is also providing the solution that they cannot do anything inspite of calling the customer complaints twice (No call backs provided twice). Highly unprofessional behaviour and my one month is being wasted for single disbursement due to forcing of blank documents to be signed, look into the matter, otherwise i am strictly taking this to the court

Updated by Aftab_7890 Read the queries, and revert there has no resolution provided except the acknowledgments
I called and explain this to Credit card customer care but they didn't gave response on my query and they even did not gave respect to me.
