Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have been lately harassed by a collection representative name called suraj and I another lady from personal loan department. Firstly they threaten me to pay ( you can listen to the monitored calls) they call me atleast 20-25 times a day... even after telling them that I am unemployed and I will make the payment next month. If I don’t answer their calls they call me from their personal mobile number and asks me to make the payment of this is how it’s going to be I wouldn’t be thinking twice before filling a law suit. It’s a request to please look into this matter

    I am very disappointed to write this mail on behalf of my hdfc personal banker "Prerna monga" her no is [protected] and also on behalf of costumer service support provided by HDFC bank. Very sadly to tell I spoke only one or two times with my personal banker ("Prerna Monga") regarding my debit card issue but she doesn't able to solve my issue and after that she did't pick my call as I call many times on the same no provided by hdfc bank.

      I have been getting messages from collections agents from HDFC after failing to miss 1 minimum payment and and the second bill is now due for 31st august.

      They are constantly messaging me and i have told them that i will clear the minimum due as per the latest bill by 31st august and they are still messaging me 3-4 times a day.

      I kept on telling them that I am waiting for some money to come in but the kept on sating that we will call on the alternate number and will also reach up to my office.

        Due to some personal reasons, I was one month overdue of my personal loan EMI. I told them I will clear all the dues by 3rd September because I will be paid by that date. Still, this lady Mamta sent few people to my house to create a ruckus and on the call, she started bad mouthing me. I am wondering how HDFC can share our personal details with these scoundrels and let them harass us. This has caused mental harassment to me and my family. I need immediate intervention in this regard.

            I could not pay my emi's, cos my dad never told that it was not paid and i got calls about it after a year. Now the collection agency got my fiancee's number from facebook and are harrassing him. I am a victim of depression and the people from the agency keep harrassing me. I have told them i will start paying my emi till i finish paying the loan amount but they are not ready to listen to it. I have also asked about my settlement amount to check if i can pay any percentage and close but they do not agree for that either. I have my marriage in december but again they want me to clear the principal amount and that is 1, 60, 000. Please help me in getting a settlement amount so that i can check for the money from someone and stop the harrassment calls. They are impacting my mental health and i get panic attacks for no reason. I get suicidal thoughts again and again. Please help me. I am ready to pay the emi's till i clear the principal amount. The collection agency has mentioned that they will do something. And i am scared. I stay alone in pune and now i am worried about being there cos last time also there were people at my residence asking about me and they did not look like any bank people. They mentioned they were from hdfc bank. The collection agency is asking me to pay the emi asap as they have their targets to be met. And they keep calling me and my fiancee for this. It's an abuse. Please help.

              I have cancelled my bus booking and also i got below message from bank -
              Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 7019 for rs. 366.00 has been credited/reversed by tnstcltd on[protected]:10:12:31.

              I checked the account statement and balance too but it's not credited into my account.. I am scared, actually transaction is pending in your side only..
              Please done the transaction as soon as possible..
              Also let me know when it will be reflect in my account??

                Worst service from hdfc credit card.. Annual fee has been charged on the credit card in my name which i don't use or receive also. This is really cheating the customer. I have been using hdfc bank account for past 10 years for all my transactions and salary. Kindly clear the amount and cancel my credit card which i didn't even received. It will affect my credit score and also looting the customer money.

                  I’m debi prasanna swain, customer of your hdfc bank.
                  Sir/madam i was applied for a credit card application (Application no 19h[protected]dd) on 19th august 2019, and then i got confirmation mail on my registered email address, after some online verification your team visit my office and home address and verify some documents. And all is ok
                  After 3 days i getting a sms “we have completed processing your hdfc bank credit card “and given a track link. But when i check status of my application it’s showing decline. Any where not showing reason. Please help me and please advise me how to i get my hdfc bank credit card.

                    My account is frozen since 2 months now. I visited the branch (Girinagar, Bangalore HDFC) and submitted my KYC and other documents which they asked me to and I was promised that my account will be active within 1 week. However, even after this, account is still frozen. When enquired multiple times withthe bank manager, he asked me to upload address proof documents and allow 1 week for that to reflect. Its now more than 3 weeks and the state is still the same.
                    I am not able to do any transactions and have been hit badly by the emi and other people for whom the amount was automated to go from the account. Looking for help here. Please help me!

An executive of your bank with out my consent posted credit card, as mentioned in your notice o[censored]tilising the card and payment, would like to clear that the credit card had not even activated. So do the needful as i won't be able to pay the said amount rs. 5396.24/- for which i'm not responsible.

                        HDFC Bank charges me incorrectly according to my current statement of Credit card of the month August they generate bill on 20 th August. If I calculate the whole amount mentioned on my credit card statement is of INR 13, 806.36 and I received the total amount to pay is of INR 26, 456. In the statement the amount of INR 12, 649.64 is not mentioned that why they charged me the extra amount, and when I asked them to mention it on my statement they denied and I dropped almost 4-5 mails regarding this concern but they are not providing me with the details, I told them that I will pay the amount of INR 12, 649.64 if they will provide me with proper details, but I m not getting any response from there end and I contacted there customer care as well they are asking me to wait again and again, they are saying that this is your last bill amount but we cannot mention this on your current statement, I asked them to provide me with all the details in my statement then only I will pay the whole amount.

                          I made the payment on a wrong credit card number, while paying the credit card numbers got little bit incorrect. I have been trying to get in touch with your customer care department, however no response has been received.

                          I paid ₹8565 on July 31st, 2019 from my ICICI SAVINGS ACCOUNT ending in 2444.

                            I am writing to you after making several follow ups with Samsung & HDFC Customer Care( Nor Samsung & HDFC is interacting to each other) and since HDFC has not yet initiated any action /investigation on this matter and my EMIs are still going out of my account for the product order which was cancelled in Nov, 2018

                            The heist goes like this:

                            1. In November 2018, I ordered a Samsung mobile phone(though my wife) online for Rs. 23, 499.94 using my HDFC Credit Card.
                            2. On 11th November 2018 I decided that I do not need the mobile and hence cancelled the order.
                            3. I was told by Samsung Customer Care that the amount will be refunded and the EMIs will stop automatically.
                            4. However, the EMIs are being deducted every month and neither HDFC or the Samsung informed us about the EMIs getting deducted since Nov, 2018 till date.
                            5. More than Rs. 2000 going out from my Credit card account every month since Nov, 2018 till June 2019.
                            6. Even after following up several times on phone and email with Samsung & HDFC Customer care they are not responding to us and neither the EMI deduction is stopped.
                            7. HDFC Bank is blaming Samsung and vice versa.
                            8. I have been requesting for reversal of all EMIs illegally taken so far, but no response from HDFC
                            9.I have been requesting for my credit card statement till date, but no response from HDFC

                            Cancellation of the product email from Samsung has already been forwarded to HDFC(reproduced below) .

                            Also HDFC is not sending me monthly credit card statement to [protected]@gmail.com despite my several requests

                            Kindly request you to look into the matter and give justice to me or they will take one more EMI this month also.

                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has updated my account and has asked for a payment of rs. 1899/- for one assist membership from my credit card number ending with 3266 without my concern and even insisting that we do not want it.                                   As i have registered in quicker.com for job search, so i received cal from quicker.com regarding job in hdfc bank in back office, so they have guide me and ask to pay 1900/- for registration and again of rs 6400/- for security purpose all together i have paid of rs 8300/-. I thought may be i will get the job after paying the money as they also convince me all money which i have paid i will get refunded. But i was get suspect when they again ask money for the 3rd time of rs 14500/-. That time i got furious and suspected and denied to pay more money. After that they stop receiving my call and not returning my money.

If any such entity fraudulently representing HDFC Bank approaches you, please refrain from responding to them and do not pay any fee/charges/ payment to them.

                                    In July opened a savings account in HDFC bank. Without notification they deducted 885 rs from my account for debit card issue.
                                    Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3460 without my concern on date:20/07/2019.. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

                                      pos transaction failed but amount deducted

                                      I as booking my train ticket from the irctc mobile app on 26 august 2019. The amount was deducted and the transaction was not processed further. Whereas the booking failed as well. I have contacted irctc and they asked me to contact you. Please help. You will find two transactions with irctc on said date. Both have failed due to same reason. Please help....

                                      I had a hdfc two wheeler loan 60460092. As the my emi 2666 was overdue. So after few days i received a call from customer care service for making the payment by cash through branch or through netbanking transfers. To avoid late payment charges on next days 17.08.2019. The amount 5077 was paid along with penalty and After 3-4 days 21.08.2019 they had deducted the emi 2666 again from my account.
                                      Such kind of pathetic service is not expected from a large bank. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.
