    But he was asking for complete credit card number(instead of last 2 digits) to check my details, is it safe to share my complete credit card number with him over call?

        From my office hdfc bank atm, i got a torn note of rupees 100.
        It is half torn and i even showed the same as it came out from atm, into the atm camera.

        How to exchange that.

        It came out on 3rd sept 2019 from my office situated atm
        Address is given in the address field already and i really want to suggest, to please put the currency that is not torn into the atm.

          Hi,

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899 from my credit card number ending with xxxxxxxxxxxx5067 without my authorization on date:30/08/2019.

          I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                I would like to inform you that it’s more than eight months since i left saffrontech pvt. Ltd. Company. I’m no longer associate with the company or your hdfc salary account. It is illegal to charge for not maintaining the minimum balance. Below are my account details.

                I am no longer using any of your hdfc services. I do not need this account due to personal inconvenience.
                It is showing negative balance (-3500 rs.) due to your non maintenance charges still deducting money from this account a/c no: [protected] on monthly basis.

                I had visited in hdfc branch but the branch manager has refused my request and behaving such as a rude. This is really inappropriate and irresponsible behavior from a reputed home branch hdfc bank. That manager is not ready to listen anything if someone is requesting for help.

                So i request you to kindly close my hdfc salary account a/c no: [protected] and do the wave off also because it’s no longer required since i left the company and i don’t want to continue with your services.
                I have moved to my hometown so it won’t be easy for me to contact home branch for future.

                At 16 august ₹59 is charged from my acc and may time they are charging 39₹ or 32₹ per month when i ask about that from hdfc branch people they say this is our service charge.But this charges is deducted from my acc only and they refuse to give my money back

                  I had placed an order on 23rd May 8:15 pm via ZOMATO App using a coupon code ZOMATOHDFC where a cashback of 25% of the total bill value (upto Rs. 150 max) was supposed to be credited to my bank account within 90 days. Following are the details:

                  Order number: [protected]
                  Phone no.: [protected]
                  Amount paid: Rs. 568 using HDFC card.
                  Coupon Code applied: ZOMATOHDFC

                  Unfortunately, I did not receive any cashback from HDFC regarding this offer.

                  I have been raising complaints on HDFC portal but there is no option for promotional codes for HDFC. This is such a pathetic service on your end.
                  On contacting zomato, they informed me to contact HDFC as it is a promotional offer from their end.

                  This is not the first time where HDFC provided coupon codes on third party apps for bookings and has not credited the cashback amount to the users. They give us a cashback duration of 90 days so that the user forgets about the cashback offers and it is easy for HDFC to fool their customers.

                    To HDFC Bank Credit card manager,
                    Delhi Zone.

                    I have got a call from HDFC bank for Credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for Credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got SMS with my ref number. then got 2 3 verification calls one my Mobile and office numbers. I have received as letter from bank to which i have to acknowledge with my NAME/CONTACT NUMBER/ADDRESS details. I did that.

                    Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
                    This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                    I am highly disappointed with HDFC bank service and Customer care support.
                    Pathetic pathetic.

                      Even though i maintained minimum balance in my account
                      Suddenly on 30th august 2019 my account has been deducted for the amount of ₹885 without any notification or message. They didn't inform anything regarding this while opening the account. And rs.885 is not a small amount for charging without any notification. Kindly do check and credit the same on my account

                        Subsequently, i paid INR 500/ as requiste charges vide my HDFC Credit card.

                        Regret, after repeated calls to your helpline no.[protected], I am yet to receive my FASTAG.

                        You are requested to please refund my money immediately.

                          I raised a chargeback to HDFC bank for a credit card transaction dated: 7th July 2019 of Rs. 52000.00
                          HDFC given a reference no for: [protected] for inquiry.

                          Merchant already confirmed that they given the acceptance on chargeback to merchant bank. The merchant confirmation email also shared with HDFC. However HDFC neither return my money, nor given me a temporary credit till date inspite of my closed follow up with HDFC. I have sent more than twenty email to HDFC regarding this matter.
                          It is very surprising that HDFC is unable to provide any firm date of return of my money which was already reversed by merchant.

                          I am being harassed by HDFC bank due to unknown reason.

                            I have received a message regarding debit of rs. 6418/- from my credit card ending with 8350 against the hdfc ergo insurance policy for which i have never given my consent nor any body talked to me. I am not at all interested in this policy so request to please stop this and refund my debited amount.

                              I had received a call from bank regarding to the job in bank via naukri.com site, they had call me and took telephonic interview and online test also, after that they told to me for paying amount to secure your job, i have paid 88, 250rupees, step by step, then after 15 days process when i have completed all process and received mail offer letter joining & confirmation letter, and training letter also, now they are not responding my calls, i need to recover my all amount.

                                    The status is approved. My address was incorrect so it was undelivered to me. Later I requested for change in address now it is not showing any details. I am unable to track it.

                                      I erroneously clicked the offed of insta jumbo loan on my credit care, and i i have received a loan amount of rs. 300000/- credit into my savings my savings account on 05.07.19. I received instant jumbo loan rs. 300000 /- for 24 months (Account no.43467xxxxxx6781) in my saving account that time i was not aware about your flat rate of interest. I felt that time it will be reducing but hdfc bank are charging very much so now i have no interest to continue the jumbo loan in future so i want to clear all the pending loan immediately.in this concern i made 5-6 calls[protected],[protected]-2019,[protected] & 01.09.2019) to customer care toll free no[protected] but i did not received right answer from executives secondly executives are not providing correct detail for instance one executive said i have to pay 21000 interest second executive said that i have to pay 3.49 % on balance amount.
                                      I said to first executive that i paid 200000 in jumbo loan for reducing the balance but she said balance will not be reduced so you can put request for refund of rs. 200000 now on that she made refund request automatically & did not provide correct procedure for closing of jumbo loan.
                                      Today 01.09.2019 again i called to toll free number & customer care executive (Sunana) received call & said request to close of jumbo loan can not be done & advised to call on 04.09.2019 for closure of jumbo loan.
                                      This totally harassment by hdfc bank ltd even there is no procedure is mentioned in term & condition
                                      I request you to cancel the above loan amount 25.08.2019 onwards and request you not to charge my bank charges on the above closure. Kindly close my jumbo loan immediately.

                                        I am holding hdfc bank credit card number ending 3187. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/-from the above card on[protected] without my concern. I am not interested this service and i don't want this membership any more.
                                        So cancel the membership and refund the debited amount of rs. 1399/- @ earliest.
