hdfc bank si fail due to insuff bal

Without any information bank has deducted 236 rs from my account. I want my money back and the reason also why it is deducted.

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2893 without my concern on date:06/08/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

    Iam unable to withdraw my amount as my last working in hdb financial services is[protected] and joining date in karvy fintech pvt ltd is on the same date. When i spoke with the pf department, they says either of the date has to be changed so that i transfer my amount. Hope u could help me in withdrawing my amount as there is a medical emergency in my family.

      I am not getting any of my otp sms on my register mobile number its past two week before i used to get. My mobile number and email id both are register in bank where as i am getting otp on email id but on mobile number i am not.
      I used to do all my transaction through net banking finding difficult to use.

        My hdfc account (Account number -[protected]) has been charged again and again with rs 629.08 and rs 893 after 5 days on account of "nter-brn cash chg incl gst 130819-mir[protected]"

        Please refund back my money of rs 1522 and stop charging money again and again for unnecessary things.

        A simple cash withdrawal via self cheque has lead to charging of rs 1522. Please refund the money back to my account.

        Kindly look into the issue and refund my money back.

        Please note that its nowhere in policies that charges are levied on withdrawl from account from main branch via self cheque.

        This was a self cheque hence no charges are applicable.

        Please refund the money else i shall proceed with account closure.

            Hi i have brought a policy from hdfc life in the year 2014 when explained it was 5years premium and 10 years term. After getting the policy i got to know it was 10 years premium. I spoke with the agent he told it will be 5 years premium only 10years of term. Now the policy is under lapse status. Who is responsible for this. May i have a resolution for the betrayal from hdfc agent.

              To hdfc bank credit card manager,
              Bangalore zone.

              I have got a call from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for a credit card there representative visited my place filling in the form and took all my required documents. A couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 1 or 2 verification calls one my mobile and office numbers.

              Then thereafter i have not received any further update from the bank, not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
              This is the pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticating documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

              I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.
              Pathetic pathetic.

                My self ranjana ganesh

                Today 30/08/2019 there is a false transaction happened in debit card.

                Rs. 892.50 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a dcd transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. I feel unsecure to use hdfc bank because i feel my money is not secure enough. Tried contacting your customer service but no one answered.

                Kindly look into this case and get it resolved asap.

                  I did a transaction rs 11, 000 in life style by hdfc credit card as there are 10% offer on 15 june 2019.
                  I didn't receive the cashback yet. They don't have any option to contact for the same.
                  I tried to connect my rm multiple time but didn't get any response.

                  Seems it kind of fraud as people are not tracking their cashback offer or not checking the cc statement.

                        My self gourav, i got a call from hdfc bank for a credit card 10 days ago, he told me about the offers and benefits and then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. 4 days later, i received an sms with my referee number. They did physical verification with 2 or 3 verification calls.

                        Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i check online application status. My application status shown declined, without any reason.
                        After checking all the eligibility with authentic documents, how are they rejecting my application?

                        I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support. Please do the needful

                          Hi team,

                          I have applied home loan which took almost 3 months to get it approved after providing all documents for two houses which is north part and south part i dont know what issue they have done got approval as one both the home are under one home loan, at the time of disbursement when i asked they told some mistake has happened from back end team we need 10 days time to clear it then again they applied one more loan stating 2 houses.

                          Now its more then 4 months they have still not process anything.

                          Because of this issue i paid extra 4 lakhs to the builder as a note of delay.

                          Application charged: 11900 to hdfc bank which was also not refunded.

                          Other bank provided me separate loans with in 15 to 20 days with same documents which i have provided to hdfc.

                          I have been writing to hdfc complaint but not receiving any support.

                          I request you to please help resolve when customers...

This is completely unethical you have all been deducation huge sum of money from the accounts of your loyal customers.                                 I am working in this company, andheri branch since so long and have served this company sincerely. I would like to make a complaint of nandkishore purohit head - digital strategy & analytics, hr department people and in fact few more people who harras their employees, scream on them badly.

                                Kanjur marg or andheri or their other branches, hdfc securities have hired those employees who have no knowledge. Fake commitment, behavior like an uneducated person.

                                After this i will make a complaint of head - digital strategy & analytics mr. Nandkishore in women cell regarding harrasment and cream in front of other employees

                                    I have beend cheated by fraud on 23/08/2019 on un athorised transaction for amount of 88, 500. When was in office meeting. I was not knowing still i got a call from risk management team,
                                    Can you please investigate on this case. From one week i am waiting and trying to contact right person, but no use no one is helping me and resloving me to fix this issue

                                      My name is roohi farha and m holding credit card from 5 yrs. They called me and said my due us 2200. I have transfer 1900 immediately. They this ppl are calling me back to back and asking me to pay 250 rupees more. For that they are telling me that legal action will be taken, we will send executive to your place and all nonsense. I told them i will be closing my card soon and will visit my branch asap. But they didn't understand. Felt really very bad. Will never take ant hdfc card or anything related
