Hello
My account is frozen since 2 months now. I visited the branch (Girinagar, Bangalore HDFC) and submitted my KYC and other documents which they asked me to and I was promised that my account will be active within 1 week. However, even after this, account is still frozen. When enquired multiple times withthe bank manager, he asked me to upload address proof documents and allow 1 week for that to reflect. Its now more than 3 weeks and the state is still the same.
I am not able to do any transactions and have been hit badly by the emi and other people for whom the amount was automated to go from the account. Looking for help here. Please help me!
