I received a message form hdfc, after conversation with executive on june 6 for account settlement for 17000 to be paid in three shots, i asked form the executive for letter, she said you will get the letter but pay the instalment as they need to update the system. I paid via paytm, and they provide me a toll free number and a code, to call on that for confirmation about settlement, i did that and also in this month i had completed my third installemet of 17000, still they are saying that the bill is of 24 thousand to be paid. Nut i have paid 17000 thousand in the name of settlement, which they are not considering i had send the screen shots of the payment to many people who called for the payment, but still they are calling and harassing for the payment.
Is this is the way to treat with the customer, i had made payments and still they are telling me that 24 thousand is still balance form my side and asking me to pay 1100 of this month, why should i pay 1100 more? If i had paid 17000 in three installment in the name of settlement.
Moreover receive call from different person every time and i need to explain them the while thing and there system are not still updated about the payment, every executive ask me to provide the screenshot.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I had paid 17000 in the name of settlement
Still hdfc bank"s credit card department person's call me for the payment
If initially my bill was24 k.. After receiving a message of settlement(attaching screenshot) i had paid 17000 of settlement amount.. After this have been getting call of payning 1100 as my bill again goes to 24 k
So where does 17k goes which i had already paid
And the persons are harassing in the name of payment
