Myself manoj b, would like to bring in your notice regarding a notice mentioned about suit to be filed against payment... An executive of your bank with out my consent posted credit card, as mentioned in your notice o[censored]tilising the card and payment, would like to clear that the credit card had not even activated. So do the needful as i won't be able to pay the said amount rs. 5396.24/- for which i'm not responsible.

    HDFC Bank charges me incorrectly according to my current statement of Credit card of the month August they generate bill on 20 th August. If I calculate the whole amount mentioned on my credit card statement is of INR 13, 806.36 and I received the total amount to pay is of INR 26, 456. In the statement the amount of INR 12, 649.64 is not mentioned that why they charged me the extra amount, and when I asked them to mention it on my statement they denied and I dropped almost 4-5 mails regarding this concern but they are not providing me with the details, I told them that I will pay the amount of INR 12, 649.64 if they will provide me with proper details, but I m not getting any response from there end and I contacted there customer care as well they are asking me to wait again and again, they are saying that this is your last bill amount but we cannot mention this on your current statement, I asked them to provide me with all the details in my statement then only I will pay the whole amount.

      Hi,

      I made the payment on a wrong credit card number, while paying the credit card numbers got little bit incorrect. I have been trying to get in touch with your customer care department, however no response has been received.

      I paid ₹8565 on July 31st, 2019 from my ICICI SAVINGS ACCOUNT ending in 2444.

      I got to know about the mistake when your team called in and I advised i have already paid the amount. Please look into it.

        I am writing to you after making several follow ups with Samsung & HDFC Customer Care( Nor Samsung & HDFC is interacting to each other) and since HDFC has not yet initiated any action /investigation on this matter and my EMIs are still going out of my account for the product order which was cancelled in Nov, 2018

        The heist goes like this:

        1. In November 2018, I ordered a Samsung mobile phone(though my wife) online for Rs. 23, 499.94 using my HDFC Credit Card.
        2. On 11th November 2018 I decided that I do not need the mobile and hence cancelled the order.
        3. I was told by Samsung Customer Care that the amount will be refunded and the EMIs will stop automatically.
        4. However, the EMIs are being deducted every month and neither HDFC or the Samsung informed us about the EMIs getting deducted since Nov, 2018 till date.
        5. More than Rs. 2000 going out from my Credit card account every month since Nov, 2018 till June 2019.
        6. Even after following up several times on phone and email with Samsung & HDFC Customer care they are not responding to us and neither the EMI deduction is stopped.
        7. HDFC Bank is blaming Samsung and vice versa.
        8. I have been requesting for reversal of all EMIs illegally taken so far, but no response from HDFC
        9.I have been requesting for my credit card statement till date, but no response from HDFC

        Cancellation of the product email from Samsung has already been forwarded to HDFC(reproduced below) .

        Also HDFC is not sending me monthly credit card statement to [protected]@gmail.com despite my several requests

        Kindly request you to look into the matter and give justice to me or they will take one more EMI this month also.

            Cancellation of one assist membership

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has updated my account and has asked for a payment of rs. 1899/- for one assist membership from my credit card number ending with 3266 without my concern and even insisting that we do not want it. This is the 2nd year happening with me. I am not at all interested in this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount.

              As i have registered in quicker.com for job search, so i received cal from quicker.com regarding job in hdfc bank in back office, so they have guide me and ask to pay 1900/- for registration and again of rs 6400/- for security purpose all together i have paid of rs 8300/-. I thought may be i will get the job after paying the money as they also convince me all money which i have paid i will get refunded. But i was get suspect when they again ask money for the 3rd time of rs 14500/-. That time i got furious and suspected and denied to pay more money. After that they stop receiving my call and not returning my money.
              Please help me to get out of this. I want my money back its my handwork money.

                  pos transaction failed but amount deducted

                  I as booking my train ticket from the irctc mobile app on 26 august 2019. The amount was deducted and the transaction was not processed further. Whereas the booking failed as well. I have contacted irctc and they asked me to contact you. Please help. You will find two transactions with irctc on said date. Both have failed due to same reason. Please help....

                  I had a hdfc two wheeler loan 60460092. As the my emi 2666 was overdue. So after few days i received a call from customer care service for making the payment by cash through branch or through netbanking transfers. To avoid late payment charges on next days 17.08.2019. The amount 5077 was paid along with penalty and After 3-4 days 21.08.2019 they had deducted the emi 2666 again from my account.
                  Such kind of pathetic service is not expected from a large bank. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

                    I do not want one assist subscription for my credit card. Kindly cancel. Relationship no. 3994715. I was explained the process as if it was a mandatory thing. Don't need any insurance. I'm not even using the card. And above everything, i had no idea you were calling from one assist. This is very unfair of you. And your chat app is absolutely good for nothing. No help received.

                          This is regarding my complain for account number:- 501002*0152.
                          Complain number :-hbl=[protected]
                          On 13th august an amount of rs 4300 was debited from my account it came to my notice when i checked my account balance the following day. On 16th august i raised a complain and i was promised a call back from customer service. On 19th august i. E, today i received a call from the hdfc credit card customer service and they mentioned me that this money was deducted as it was a lease amount for my credit card.
                          The first thing i want to mention is that i have never used the credit card and it was provided to me by the bank even after denying for credit card and tilll date not a single transaction was done by me as well as nothing was informed to me regarding this unauthorized transaction. My account went to minus.
                          I request for a proper clarification and if this the scenario i will have to transfer my salary account to other alternate bank.
                          I request you to take up this matter urgently and help me to recover my money.

                          I request you to block my card as I do not want to avail the credit card service from your bank and I request you please return the lien amount as it is my hard earn money. In spite of not using the credit card your bank charged me money is this the way you guys show responsibility towards your customers.

                          Please Return my money and Block my credit card or else I have take legal action against your bank.

                          This kind of Service from HDFC Bank is not acceptable.

                            I believe that 4 days over what you said last time i have not received any response from your side neither i received any call from home Branch. Now can i ask you one thing this 4 days not enough for your team or do you want another 4 days to respond or resolve my issues.

                            I am waiting for your response, i just wanted to see that how many days enough for HDFC bank to respond to a simple query. I have mentioned everything in this email but for last 10 days no response.

                            "I had a salary account with HDFC Bank and it was not operational since January 2019. I was not able to visit the home branch of my account as it was far away from my place. They kept adding non-maintenance charges to my account every quarter and than every month till I don't know. 2019 and it became approx -1103. During this period I contacted them multiple times over phone banking and in my hometown's branch but every time they asked me to Visit Home branch and get negative balance down to Zero.
                            Let me tell you I can not give neither I can visit home branch because it is too far and we are in 2019 where everything can be handled by the application and call, understand one thing we are talking about private bank not government bank.

                            I want you to arrange a call back from my home branch and wave of my amount."

                            They are just making fool of customer not doing anything. They charge you first then they will inform you and then they will force you to pay. I hope they understand the RBI rule that no bank can make customer account in negative. If you guys does not know then follow this link for information.

                            I checked through the RBI Website and realized that as per a circular by RBI (Annexure to the Circular RBI/2014-15/308 http://DBR.Dir.BC.No.47/13.03.00/2014-15),

                            a customer who keeps a minimum balance in his acct should be penalized. (Whether or not, it is not the fault of the customer, and despite his attempts to close acct).

                                Mrs jyoti mehra and arjun bhatia approached me described about the policy and accordingly i have purchased a life insurance from hfc life and my plociy no. Is 20557845 dated 18.8.2018 by making payment through cheque encashed on 23.7.2018 and my medical was done on 30th july 2018 and my police was issued on 18th august 2018 but my premium was adjusted from 18th april 2018 without my permission and consultation, jyoti mehra and arjun bhatia cheated me please take strict legal action against them

                                  Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -3260 balance.
                                  The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 9000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.

Otherwise, AMB charges will be applicable. As a one-time service gesture, we have waived off the hold amount of INR. 3, 261.28 on 27/08/2019. Please do not fund the account for the next 10 working days to avoid the debit of charges from the account. Please ensure to maintain the required AMB of INR. 10, 000/- or get the account converted into a salary account if your current employer is having a salary account relationship with our Bank to avoid the applicability of AMB charges in future.                                     Dropped a request letter in drop box and has called customer care number times for hdfc credit card noc letter, no correct information has been provided. I had paid all the due amount and requested to close the card.

                                    Very poor service by hdfc bank, fed up and being frustated with this bank. I dont want any relation with this bank anymore and i sincerely advice who see my complaint here, never ever opt for hdfc.

                                      I received a message form hdfc, after conversation with executive on june 6 for account settlement for 17000 to be paid in three shots, i asked form the executive for letter, she said you will get the letter but pay the instalment as they need to update the system. I paid via paytm, and they provide me a toll free number and a code, to call on that for confirmation about settlement, i did that and also in this month i had completed my third installemet of 17000, still they are saying that the bill is of 24 thousand to be paid. Nut i have paid 17000 thousand in the name of settlement, which they are not considering i had send the screen shots of the payment to many people who called for the payment, but still they are calling and harassing for the payment.

                                      Is this is the way to treat with the customer, i had made payments and still they are telling me that 24 thousand is still balance form my side and asking me to pay 1100 of this month, why should i pay 1100 more? If i had paid 17000 in three installment in the name of settlement.

                                      Moreover receive call from different person every time and i need to explain them the while thing and there system are not still updated about the payment, every executive ask me to provide the screenshot.

                                      I had paid 17000 in the name of settlement
                                      Still hdfc bank"s credit card department person's call me for the payment

                                      If initially my bill was24 k.. After receiving a message of settlement(attaching screenshot) i had paid 17000 of settlement amount.. After this have been getting call of payning 1100 as my bill again goes to 24 k
                                      So where does 17k goes which i had already paid

                                      And the persons are harassing in the name of payment
