Hdfc life is charging gst on the commission earned by financial consultant which falls under reverse charge mechanism i. E against the provisions of gst act and then showing the amount as income of consultant. Thereby making fault under income tax act also. Despite my email requesting the company to solve the issue faced by me dated 21th aug 2019, the company has failed to reply or respond till date.

      I apply hdfc bank credit card. So this request is approved already and still got massage from bank for pin generating with otp still showing approve status. And customer care is not helping me for this problem and not shere any reason.
      My cibil score is good. I am facing this problem. No any call from bank for this problem and no discuss for this matter and i arrange all documents.

          My salary account converted itself and bank charged me approx 4500 rs which is a huge amount. I visited pimple nilakh branch in pune where manager told me that he will waive off but it will take 10 days for this to happen and its a month now nothing has been changed also they have added more charges. Worst experience with this bank.
          Please help to resolve this so that i can continue to use uninterrupted services from hdfc in future

            Hi, I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S 10 plus online from Samsung site on 2nd May 2019. I have done the payments using my HDFC bank credit card. There was a offer of Rs 6000 cash back which has to be credited after 90 days in my credit card account. Now its more than 90 days now and the cash back is not credited. Invoice is attached for reference

              My money rs1000 is being deducted from my account at a sudden. Now also its showing - rs1140 without any updates to me. This is really a fraud done to me. I am student and hdfc is cheating with the customers. Please send my money back and close my account asap. I am raising my concern regarding this. Please send a closure form to close this account. I dont want to use hdfc account anymore because there is no meaning policy is there in hdfc bank. This is worst experience with it. I am requesting to send the deducted money and then close this account.

                I tried getting through to hdfc on multiple occasions but to no avail.
                Bluedart was supposed to deliver my card, but it was sent to my earlier work address, and not current one.
                My credit card has now apparently been returned to the hdfc center in chennai, according to the tracking details. Please help me change the address of delivery since i am no longer available in mumbai.

                  My salary account in hdfc was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on 9th aug 2019and i see that i have rs -10000 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank..

                        I was not aware regarding One Assist or Unintentionally they debited the amount of Rs1399/-
                        now when i contact with them then they told they will refund only Rs.400 out of Rs1399/- which is given discount for one year protect but i was requested them for minimum 50% refund but they deny and i am not interested regarding their plan. Now they are cheating with me only they are giving Rs.400 out of Rs.1399/- and i am not satisfied with consumer.

                          please look into this issue.

                            I hold a hdfc credit card and also a personal loan i was doing the minimum payment monthly basis without any skip and also paid my emi ofpl without any bounce. Last month i skipped a payment due to financial crisis and opted for debt management plan through single debt and advocate has send the communication to grievance department of hdfc bank on 29th july 2019. I have not received any reply on the mail. The same is communicated to recovery agents but harassment on calls is daily going. If this is the case then what is the use of debt management plan where even bank is not ready to help.

                                I had cancelled order on amazon and they have refunded money to my bank account which was debited from my debit card. I also received the sms stating that money has been refunded. But i haven't received my money in my bank account yet. I had a talk with amazon but they stated it is bank issue and i haven't been able to contact any customer care on this matter.

                                    Hi team,
                                    I have been holding a hdfc credit card for last 2 months and hdfc has reported a high credit of inr 6309/- and an inr 26, 898/- to cibil and both the transactions are not in my credit statement.

                                    As per hdfc, a “high-credit” is the single transaction with the highest amount since the card inception that will be reported to cibil despite you pay the amount or not. And i don’t have both these transactions.

                                    This reporting has adversely affected my credit score and i have been chasing hdfc since the last 3 weeks without any resolution. This is despite escalating it to their senior team.

                                    Would there be any other avenues through which i can resolve this?
                                    Any help is much appreciated.

                                      I got call from a paytm guy saying i have received a cashback of 700 for updating my kyc. I ignored the call and after few minutes the paytm balance which i had got nill. Later i got 10 otps from hdfc bank and a total of 90, 000 was deducted from my account. I have submitted the card holder dispute form along with the fir copy to the main branch. Please let me know when i ll get my refund back.
