I am very disappointed by cc collection team as well as its procedures.
First of all they put my account on hold without prior information and secondery when i contacted customer care they gave me wrong information. I been told if i will pay my minimum due. My account hold will be removed. But even after paying minimum account it took 6days to reflect in system though it was cash deposit into bank.

Will never recommend any of its service or product in future after this experience.

    Hi I am facing still moreover issues with hdfc ATM card.if I give valid 4 digit ATM pin no with correctly way but that went wrong like incorrect pin...I used almost so much of methods to try reset the pin no...but no use..please check this issue...and give me one fulfill solution..

      I have lost my food card which i got from cognizant. Currently i am working with ibm. Need help in order to get the new card and the pending amount in the new card which was around 2k. I already tried calling hdfc customer care more than 10 times but could not get any respond. Let me know if there is any mail id where i can raise the request for the same.

        Hi team,
        I have done a transaction on petrol pump and i have swipe my credit card on machine which was showing sticker of hdfc. But still when i see my transaction history i see below deduction.

        I have been charged rs.2950 on credit card. When there is so such law how come amount is getting deducted.

        Kindly look into the issue asap.

          I have cleared all my hdfc credir card bill, still my account is on hold. It needs to be released immediately as i facing a lot of issues. My caed number ends with 4401 and needs to be resolved immediately.

          I ahve multiple times called since last 15 days and tried to reacj customer care but with failed resolution. Everytime they say they will call back, but they dont.

          I have paid all dues now the account hold needs to be removed immediately

            I am a client of your bank for the past one year. I had requested for priority pass of my regalia credit card thrice but i don't know why you guys are not sending it. I applied through cybercity gurugram branch thrice and one more thing there is no confirmation of anything like no mails that is it dispatched or reason why not delivered yet.

            I went to the branch of cybercity, they made a call to customer care and applied it again. I am following this process since 4 months and not getting any clarification why i am not getting it? Is there any proper solution???

            I am sad to say that despite making calls to your customer-care center there has been no action taken till date.

            I request you to look into my case and help me at the earliest and oblige.

              Ms tanvi sharma called me and said that i have an investment on 23/03/2010 and paid rs.50, 000/ and since having lock in period of 3yrs and paid for only one year it has come for termination and you can call our regional manager sanjay singhania for settlement purpose.
              Sanjay singhania said your case to be referred to irda for approval it will come on monday. On monday he said approval code is hdfc014927ia and you have to buy either from bharti axa life insurance co. Or india first lic.
              Bharti axa lic contact person pankaj kulkarni asked to arrange for payment and when i said not having one lac payment asked me to call sanjay singhania, he suggested for credit card payment else tomorrow policy will terminate.
              Pankaj kulkarni sent me policy as secure income plan proposal and asked me to fill up alongwith kyc detail and pan card aadhar card & online payment detail sucessful receipt. Asked me that next day a person will come and give him cancelled cheque of any bank. Tomorrow person will come — tell me what should i do? Complaint to police?
              Please advice me quickly.
              This seems to be same fraud group.
              Please help.

                Hello sir / madam,

                I have not received my wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

                I have received my rfid from hdfc and when we try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.

                  I was a hdfc credit card holder on 2006. My card no was 4346 *1927 at west bengal.in 2009 i got married and shifted to bangalore... My outstanding balance was 26, 000 which my mom used to pay after my marriage.. She used to pay 2000/- every month and when she paid 24, 000/- and asked for settlement paper the person who used to collect the amount didn't turn up.

                  Now after 10 years i have a salary account with hdfc bank and they held back my salary as a due amount of my credit card without my knowledge.. Neither they are relising it not giving me a call for any solution. I am surprised to see that how can be they so dare to do that without anyone's notice

                    Applied for credit card insta loan. I don't have hdfc bank account so bank sent a demand draft. Hdfc bank delivered my demand draft through uwex courier but there is no website name and contact number on internet so i couldn't track my courier. Please provide website and contact number of courier. I have track number too but without website how can i tracked?

                      I am from hyderabad and everyday i travel on orr from nanakramguda to kokapet and vice versa. On 27-sept-2019, amount of rs.70 got deduced. It is 60 rupees extra than the regular amount. The actual amount that is deduced should be rs.10. I called customer center :[protected]. First of all they never picked my call. After a lot of effort they picked and asked to send the details to "fastag. [protected]@insolutions.com". It has been a week i sent the details and they never reverted back. This is not the first time it happened to me. If it dosent get resolved, i shall discontinue services of hdfc and go for another back.
                      Here are the details:
                      Amount — amoun deducted 70. Supposed to get deducted is 10.

                      Date of transaction[protected]
                      Fastag id — custid[protected] — walletid[protected]
                      I want this to be resolved asap.

                        Hi,

                        On saturday i got a call from hdfc bank that they are will to give insta loan amount of rs 34000 with the interest rate of 1.5% against my credit card. I agreed to it and i got confirmation msg also which mentioned interest rate of 1.6% for 12 emi.
                        How ever i didnt get the amount also 600 rs is deducted from my credit card as processing fees. Also i went to the insta loan section and found loan is disbursed and with interest rate 19.20.
                        Could please tell whats going on??? Why bank is lying and why they didnt tell about the processing fees. And why i didnt receive the amount???

                            I have opened an account in hdfc back in 2015 as salary account. Later in 2018 i stopped using this account for some obvious reasons. Few months back they have converted that salary account into savings account without intimation (Verbally or via email). Now account is going in negative balance.
                            First month penalty somehow i have paid the penalty and asked them to close the account. But now they are charging around 700rs per month as penalty without closing the account.
                            This is worst bank i have ever seen. Please give me a resolution on this.
                            I don't want to pay penalty because no mistake from my side.

                                Charges on credit card which i was paying from more than 15months but now they have started calling me
                                Aggressively and abusing me also they visited my home and started scaring my family for the money, i am very disturbed right now due these collection
                                Agents and hdfc bank making nuisances, due to this i lost my family, my wife left me, friends and also my parents please suggest me on this situation.

                                  Now i dont want to keep the account as i had no transactions on it from the beginning of the account. I was fraudulently charged the minimum balance amount even after i was promised that its a zero balance account. I don't remember the customer id or account no.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that i did a transfer of 5995 through payzapp wallet to an account. But the amount got debited from the wallet but never got credited to the account.
                                    I contacted [protected]@payzapp.in twice within these 4 days but i never got any response other than just a system generated mail. I've seen multiple cases where people are very unhappy with the payzapp customer service and they are getting frustrated to get their hard earned money back.

                                      I have used credit card and its only 1 month the payment has not been done, but the stupid rajkot region girl riddhi are continously calling and harrasing a lot, and there supervisor mr. Amit keep there phone in switch off mode so that we can't get connected.
                                      How to talk they have not been trained by there supervisor and in training staff, they doesn't know how customer get irritated by there calls, they dont have guts to call a big businessman who have not many dues from many months and are harrasing a middle class people, why you dont call big businessman as they are parents of hdfc bank, that is reason.
                                      All collection department staff first you all learn how to talk with you customer, if this customer is there than your hdfc bank is working if they gone your hdfc bank will go down. By talking this nonsense way you are spoiling your parent name anf name of hdfc bank.

                                      Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹590 from my account.
                                      Hdfc bank cut my amount without even asking me. They have charged my amount 680 for minimum balance and 2800 balance charged for mi revenue my Hdfc bank.
                                      Dear sir my hdfc credit card till date i am not recived because courier Adress not mention in courier packet so he not delivered to me...

                                        I applied for credit card insta loan. I don't have hdfc bank account so bank sent a demand draft. Hdfc bank delivered my demand draft through uwex courier but there is no website name and contact number on internet so i couldn't track my courier. Please provide website and contact number of courier. I have track number too but without website how can i tracked?
                                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
