Hi

My account number [protected] and around 19800rs hold in my account. I have car loan and i have paid the overdue charges. Even after paying the overdue charges the hold anount is still showing in my account.
No one from customer care is responding and updating me for what the amount is put on hold. Can someone please help me on how to solve this issue.

    I had purchased iphone by using my debit card on 6th april 2019 for rs. 58691. I was eligible for 10% cashback for the amount of rs. 5869/-. Also, it was stated that the cashback will be received within 120 days. So basically 120 days are already over and i haven't received my cashback yet.
    You understand this being the hard money for a consumer. Kindly resolve at earliest.

      Hi,

      This mail is in regards to my home loan application no.[protected].

      I have applied this loan application with help of your representative mr. Pradeep xxxx. From borivali east dattapada branch. I would like to inform that it has been very unfortunate to have my time wasted on approaching hdfc bank for the loan.

      Firstly, mr. Pradeep had been very unresponsive at times and not transparent about the facts of the application. Had to approach branch manager mr. Edwin samson for my case and that's when i was asked to communicate with mr. Rakesh gehlot for further updates who later has been helpful. During these times when i was in contact with pradeep, i was never informed..

      1. That even if hdfc bank doesn't respond customers with the "amount of the loan that can be sanctioned" and/or the "rate of interest", bank can still charge processing fee to the customer.

      2. The standard market rate of interest for home loan currently stands at 8.5 % to 9.5 % (At least that's what i was expecting). To my shock, i was informed by rakesh that for me roi will be 10.5%.

      3. Till date i am not yet informed about the loan amount that can be sanctioned by any of your representatives.

      4. Initially when i submitted all of the necessary required documents which clearly states that i have a business running from last 3 years which doesn't qualifies the criteria for sanction of loan, why would your representative still process my application and charge me for the same knowing that this factor doesn't suits the criteria?

      5. Just fyi, i am a preferred hdfc bank customer for saving a/c from past 7 years with customer id 38048073. All of my incomes in these years had only this account for banking.

      6. This application was a joint application with my mother mrs. Radha dinesh sharma. Who also has preferred savings a/c with your bank (Id[protected]. She has a fixed sustained income of ₹ 65000 p. M generated just through the rent apart from other incomes. Documents justifying this was also been shared.

      7. Apart from this, even my current a/c for my business entity m/s jtech innovations (Proprietary firm) had hdfc as the banker. A/c no.[protected] from last 3 years

      Considering all these accounts that we hold with you and these years of banking relationship that i had with hdfc and only hdfc, i was never given any proper support or information for the application of this home loan.

      Even after this ordeal, i hope my request for reviewing the application will be looked upon by the bank, by providing me the details of the loan amount that can be sanctioned with a fair rate of interest (The standard market roi)

      I look forward to positive reply on this matter at the earliest. Failing to respond on timely manner or replying with high roi would eventually result in "change of bank" along with refunding me the processing fee of ₹ 11, 800/-
      They need to work properly they are doing a kind of scam by taking money and saying you not eligible and what not they need to stop it please look into and stop this

        Cancellation of one assist membership
        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited around rs.3000/- by each month from my credit card number ending with 9297 i am not interested and dont want to continue about this service and don't want this membership any more.

          Hdfc bank has been charging me continuously from 3 months for a credit card which is not even delivered to me. I never used this credit card and still the bank is charging me money for unknown payments and fee.
          I tried calling the bank customer care but everytime they are forwarding the query and hanging the call. I have also sent email to hdfc customer care but no luck. This is worst experience of holding slaary account and credit card with hdfc.

            On August 10th, 2019, I made a payment of 6000 rupees at a merchant. That payment was not successful but money got deducted from my account. I contacted bank representatives, they asked me to wait for 2 working days. But it was not resolved. I contacted them again today, now they had asked me to wait for 7 working days for no reason. I somehow agreed on this, but, a few hours later, a friend of mine transferred Rs. 500 to my account( on August 19th, 2019) and we were about to place a order for food, but, the amount which he transferred was put on hold by account for no reason. I again contacted them( a girl named pooja picked up my call), she told me that this amount has been put on hold due to MI revenue. I asked her, what is MI revenue, she was not aware of that. Why do you keep such representatives which do not even know the terms of your company. Also, in this whole paragraph, I have already explained that I am in a loss of 6500 rupees just because of HDFC bank's carelessness and even now they are not willing to resolve this.

            I am looking forward to get a resolution of this issue on consumer complaints forum. Let's see what's gonna happen!!

              Please find the attached referance screen shots & documents from your credit mantri equifax credit report regarding nagative account status showing on my credit report.i have paid my loan fully and closed the loan on 20.11.2018.but in your report it showing as loan closed and still showing as nagative account.(if loan is closed and how come it shows as nagative account in status.) I have checked in other report(cibil, highmark, experien) it is ok.but on your credit mantri report it is showing as nagative in status. I have attached loan closer certificate for your referance.
              I request you to pls rectify the nagative status account from equifax report shared by credit mantri and remove nagative account statusfrom the report.

                I Did not receive my refund from instamojo that has to be credited to my HDFC Bank Account. The Instamojo venodor says that the transaction is successfull
                and gave me the ARN number[protected] on June 20 2019.

                But still I did not receive my refund. Also tried to contact hdfc customer care service not responding.

                Kindly help me with this issue.

                        I purchased goods from bengaluru during hdfc sale last january (Phoenix marketcity, brand outlets etc). At all these purchases i specifically used hdfc cc because of posters stating x% cashback on hdfc cc. The shopkeepers said the cashback will be received after 120 days.
                        It's already more than 7 months. No cashback received from any purchase.

                        Absolute fraudsters.

                        I will propagate this in my network too. Don't go by these false ads.

                          Details of my case, complaint id:[protected], (From 01.07.2019 to 17.08.2019)

                          1. It is came to my notice through hdfc netbanking unbilled statement on dated 01.07.2019 that
                          Following international transaction done from my credit card ending*4418:
                          Rs. 15, 051.83 at m/s WWW.ALIEXPRESS.COM london gbr dated 26.06.2019.
                          2. I have not received any intimation from hdfcbank about this transaction on my registered mobile no.
                          As well as on my registered email.
                          3. I have reported unauthorized/ fraud transaction (Rs. 15, 051.83 towards m/s.
                          WWW.ALIEXPRESS.COMlondon gbr dated 26.06.2019, wednesday) on dated 01.07.2019, within 3 working days.
                          4. Hdfcbank customer support has blocked the card and reissued new card on dated 01.07.2019.
                          5. I have submitted dully filled dispute form as required by hdfc customer support on dated: 01.07.2019.
                          6. I have received new card ending *5218 on dated 05.07.2019.
                          7. I have registered the card *5218 through card login portal on 10.07.2019. Before my registration
                          Total unbilled debit amount was 0.00.
                          8. After registration of card i found one more unauthorised transaction from card ending *4418, this
                          Was not available in unbilled statement when i checked the statement on dated 01.07.2019:
                          Rs. 2, 000.00 at m/s hdfc payzapp wallet load bangalore, dated 30.06.2019.
                          9. I have not received any intimation from hdfcbank about this transaction too on my registered mobile
                          No. As well as on my registered email.
                          10. I have reported unauthorized/ fraud transaction (Rs. 2000.00 towards m/s. Hdfc payzapp wallet
                          Load bangalore, dated 26.06.2019) and submitted duly filled dispute form as required by hdfcbank customer support on dated 10.07.2019.
                          11. At this time, i have also requested the customer support officer on 10.07.2019 around 9 pm at no.
                          [protected] to not issue new card till the resolution of dispute. Still they issued new card.
                          12. On dated 26.07.2019, cc dispute cell of hdfcbank has replied:
                          “we would like to inform you that upon investigation, we observe from our records that the said charges are secure transactions incurred on secure merchant web sites and were duly authenticated by dynamic authentication process (Otp) which is confidential and known only to the cardholder.in view of the above, we wish to inform you that the said transactions were incurred by an authorized person and hence the transactions remains payable on the card account.”
                          13. I had repeatedly requested for these authentication documents in several of my past emails (26-jul-
                          2019 at 15:47, 27-jul-2019 at 13:20, 28-jul-2019 at 12:06 pm, 29-jul-2019 at 11:39 am, 30-jul-2019 at 1:03 pm and[protected] at 3:29 pm) to cc dispute cell of hdfcbank. Cc disputed cell has not provided me any authentic document in support to his statement.
                          14. Cc dispute cell has simply repeated his statements on dated:30.07.2019 at 1:52 pm and
                          Dated:31.07.2019 at 3:53pm, without any logical backing of proofs that such transactions were indeed authentic.
                          15. On dated:02.08.2019 mr. Praveen sharma of hdfcbank has contacted me on my mobile and requested
                          To resubmit the filled dispute form to parveen. [protected]@hdfcbank.com. I have immediately forwarded
                          Him the required document.
                          16. On dated: 03.08.2019, senior management noticed my email dated 31.07.2019, which was addressed
                          To cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com and copy to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and replied:
                          “it is unfortunate to note that your recent interactions with the bank have not been to your satisfaction and we regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.
                          We take this opportunity to inform you that we are looking into your query and we shall respond to you in 9 working days. We request you to bear with us in the interim.”
                          17. On dated 13.08.2019, i have received the bill statement of card for the month august (Period:
                          13.07.2019-12.08.2019), and found backdated entry of credit transaction.
                          18. On dated 13.08.2019, i have written to priorityredressal. [protected]@hdfcbank.com regarding
                          Clarification of such backdated entry:
                          “dear sir,
                          Today i have received credit card statement of the month august-2019 (Period:13th july 2019 to 12th august 2019) and found the following backdated entry of credit transaction:
                          Date: 30/06/2019
                          Transaction description: payzapp wallet load bangalore
                          Amount (In rs.): 316.00 cr

                          Here, i would like to highlight the following facts:
                          (A) i have not received amount credit transaction message of rs. 316.00 on my registered mobile /registered email address.
                          (B) the detail of this credit transaction was not available in the previous statement of the month july-2019 (Period:13th june 2019 to 12th july 2019).
                          (C) i have repeatedly mentioned that i have never used hdfc payzapp.
                          * (Bill statements of july-2019 and august-2019 both are attached herewith this email).
                          You are hereby requested to clarify this backdated entry of credit transaction at earliest.”

                          19. On dated 17.08.2019 senior management has replied:
                          “dear mr. Srivastava,
                          This is with reference to your e-mail dated july 31, 2019 and our subsequent interim response dated august 03, 2019 regarding your hdfc bank credit card account.
                          It is unfortunate to note that your recent interactions with the bank have not been to your satisfaction and we regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. We assure you that it is our constant endeavour to provide outstanding service to you and ensure that your banking experience with us is always pleasurable.

                          We note that you are not in agreement with the transactions of rs. 15, 051.83 and rs. 2, 000.00 towards m/s. WWW.ALIEXPRESS.COM london gbr and m/s. Payzapp wallet load bangalore ind incurred on your card account on june 26, 2019 and june 30, 2019. Basis your earlier query received, we had taken up for an appropriate investigation and wish to clarify that the said transactions were incurred using the one time password (Otp) that was entered by you at the time of transactions in the specific merchant website. It is pertinent to mention that the one time password was sent only to your registered mobile number number 981*8345. We request you to check the details at your mobile number. Hence, the transactions remains payable on the card account.

                          We observe that merchant has processed partial refund of rs. 316.00 (Towards the payzapp transaction) to your card account on august 03, 2019. The relevant credit reflects in your august 2019 statement.”
                          20. Senior management has also not provided any authentic documents to me and repeated the same
                          Statement.
                          21. On dated 17.08.2019, i have also replied to senior management for details see#adityapuri on twitter.
                          “dear mr. Pramod nair,
                          I again repeat that ….
                          I have received the same reply from cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on dated:26.07.2019 at 15:17, dated:30.07.2019 at 1:52 pm and dated:31.07.2019 at 3:53pm.
                          You have mentioned that:
                          We observe that merchant has processed partial refund of rs. 316.00 (Towards the payzapp transaction) to your card account on august 03, 2019. The relevant credit reflects in your august 2019 statement.
                          Important facts:
                          (A) if the merchant has processed refund of rs. 316 on august 03, 2019. Then why the date of transaction is 30.06.2019?
                          (B) as per your email statement transaction was authentic, then why such partial refund on the same date?
                          (C) why hdfcbank has not sent credit transaction message of rs. 316.00 to my registered mobile on august 03, 2019?

                          I’m very regret to say that instead of providing authentic documents as i have requested since 26.07.2019, you people are mentally harassing me by repeating the statements that such transactions were indeed authentic.”

                          Till the time hdfc credit card division has not provided me the authentic documents in support to their own statements.
                          I have already submitted complaints to bo-rbi, police station and cybercrime.
                          Can anyone give me the guidelenes what should i do in the present situation.

                            Details of my case, complaint id:[protected], (From 01.07.2019 to 17.08.2019)

                            1. It is came to my notice through hdfc netbanking unbilled statement on dated 01.07.2019 that
                            Following international transaction done from my credit card ending*4418:
                            Rs. 15, 051.83 at m/s WWW.ALIEXPRESS.COM london gbr dated 26.06.2019.
                            2. I have not received any intimation from hdfcbank about this transaction on my registered mobile no.
                            As well as on my registered email.
                            3. I have reported unauthorized/ fraud transaction (Rs. 15, 051.83 towards m/s.
                            WWW.ALIEXPRESS.COMlondon gbr dated 26.06.2019, wednesday) on dated 01.07.2019, within 3 working days.
                            4. Hdfcbank customer support has blocked the card and reissued new card on dated 01.07.2019.
                            5. I have submitted dully filled dispute form as required by hdfc customer support on dated: 01.07.2019.
                            6. I have received new card ending *5218 on dated 05.07.2019.
                            7. I have registered the card *5218 through card login portal on 10.07.2019. Before my registration
                            Total unbilled debit amount was 0.00.
                            8. After registration of card i found one more unauthorised transaction from card ending *4418, this
                            Was not available in unbilled statement when i checked the statement on dated 01.07.2019:
                            Rs. 2, 000.00 at m/s hdfc payzapp wallet load bangalore, dated 30.06.2019.
                            9. I have not received any intimation from hdfcbank about this transaction too on my registered mobile
                            No. As well as on my registered email.
                            10. I have reported unauthorized/ fraud transaction (Rs. 2000.00 towards m/s. Hdfc payzapp wallet
                            Load bangalore, dated 26.06.2019) and submitted duly filled dispute form as required by hdfcbank customer support on dated 10.07.2019.
                            11. At this time, i have also requested the customer support officer on 10.07.2019 around 9 pm at no.
                            [protected] to not issue new card till the resolution of dispute. Still they issued new card.
                            12. On dated 26.07.2019, cc dispute cell of hdfcbank has replied:
                            “we would like to inform you that upon investigation, we observe from our records that the said charges are secure transactions incurred on secure merchant web sites and were duly authenticated by dynamic authentication process (Otp) which is confidential and known only to the cardholder.in view of the above, we wish to inform you that the said transactions were incurred by an authorized person and hence the transactions remains payable on the card account.”
                            13. I had repeatedly requested for these authentication documents in several of my past emails (26-jul-
                            2019 at 15:47, 27-jul-2019 at 13:20, 28-jul-2019 at 12:06 pm, 29-jul-2019 at 11:39 am, 30-jul-2019 at 1:03 pm and[protected] at 3:29 pm) to cc dispute cell of hdfcbank. Cc disputed cell has not provided me any authentic document in support to his statement.
                            14. Cc dispute cell has simply repeated his statements on dated:30.07.2019 at 1:52 pm and
                            Dated:31.07.2019 at 3:53pm, without any logical backing of proofs that such transactions were indeed authentic.
                            15. On dated:02.08.2019 mr. Praveen sharma of hdfcbank has contacted me on my mobile and requested
                            To resubmit the filled dispute form to parveen. [protected]@hdfcbank.com. I have immediately forwarded
                            Him the required document.
                            16. On dated: 03.08.2019, senior management noticed my email dated 31.07.2019, which was addressed
                            To cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com and copy to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and replied:
                            “it is unfortunate to note that your recent interactions with the bank have not been to your satisfaction and we regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.
                            We take this opportunity to inform you that we are looking into your query and we shall respond to you in 9 working days. We request you to bear with us in the interim.”
                            17. On dated 13.08.2019, i have received the bill statement of card for the month august (Period:
                            13.07.2019-12.08.2019), and found backdated entry of credit transaction.
                            18. On dated 13.08.2019, i have written to priorityredressal. [protected]@hdfcbank.com regarding
                            Clarification of such backdated entry:
                            “dear sir,
                            Today i have received credit card statement of the month august-2019 (Period:13th july 2019 to 12th august 2019) and found the following backdated entry of credit transaction:
                            Date: 30/06/2019
                            Transaction description: payzapp wallet load bangalore
                            Amount (In rs.): 316.00 cr

                            Here, i would like to highlight the following facts:
                            (A) i have not received amount credit transaction message of rs. 316.00 on my registered mobile /registered email address.
                            (B) the detail of this credit transaction was not available in the previous statement of the month july-2019 (Period:13th june 2019 to 12th july 2019).
                            (C) i have repeatedly mentioned that i have never used hdfc payzapp.
                            * (Bill statements of july-2019 and august-2019 both are attached herewith this email).
                            You are hereby requested to clarify this backdated entry of credit transaction at earliest.”

                            19. On dated 17.08.2019 senior management has replied:
                            “dear mr. Srivastava,
                            This is with reference to your e-mail dated july 31, 2019 and our subsequent interim response dated august 03, 2019 regarding your hdfc bank credit card account.
                            It is unfortunate to note that your recent interactions with the bank have not been to your satisfaction and we regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. We assure you that it is our constant endeavour to provide outstanding service to you and ensure that your banking experience with us is always pleasurable.

                            We note that you are not in agreement with the transactions of rs. 15, 051.83 and rs. 2, 000.00 towards m/s. WWW.ALIEXPRESS.COM london gbr and m/s. Payzapp wallet load bangalore ind incurred on your card account on june 26, 2019 and june 30, 2019. Basis your earlier query received, we had taken up for an appropriate investigation and wish to clarify that the said transactions were incurred using the one time password (Otp) that was entered by you at the time of transactions in the specific merchant website. It is pertinent to mention that the one time password was sent only to your registered mobile number number 981*8345. We request you to check the details at your mobile number. Hence, the transactions remains payable on the card account.

                            We observe that merchant has processed partial refund of rs. 316.00 (Towards the payzapp transaction) to your card account on august 03, 2019. The relevant credit reflects in your august 2019 statement.”
                            20. Senior management has also not provided any authentic documents to me and repeated the same
                            Statement.
                            21. On dated 17.08.2019, i have also replied to senior management for details see#adityapuri on twitter.

                            I again repeat that ….
                            I have received the same reply from cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on dated:26.07.2019 at 15:17, dated:30.07.2019 at 1:52 pm and dated:31.07.2019 at 3:53pm.
                            You have mentioned that:
                            We observe that merchant has processed partial refund of rs. 316.00 (Towards the payzapp transaction) to your card account on august 03, 2019. The relevant credit reflects in your august 2019 statement.
                            Important facts:
                            (A) if the merchant has processed refund of rs. 316 on august 03, 2019. Then why the date of transaction is 30.06.2019?
                            (B) as per your email statement transaction was authentic, then why such partial refund on the same date?
                            (C) why hdfcbank has not sent credit transaction message of rs. 316.00 to my registered mobile on august 03, 2019?

                            I’m very regret to say that instead of providing authentic documents as i have requested since 26.07.2019, you people are mentally harassing me by repeating the statements that such transactions were indeed authentic.”

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              This is with regards to my cards that have been stolen on the 4th august 2019.
                              Attached is the fir copy of the complain for the same that has lodged at the local police station. (Bandra police station) also the dispute form.

                              The necessary intimation was also given to your call center for blocking the credit cards/account/net banking/phone banking on the stolen card on the 4th of august 2019. I have also mailed required documents for the case on the 4th & 5th august 2019. I will also be re submitting a statement that the police authority have re registered with regards to the fraud.

                              I have been following up on this case with the police as the case investigations are still going on. I have bared a loss of almost rs. 2.5 lakhs worth thing that was stolen from my car (Cell phone which they managed cracking the code and got the passwords, laptop, wallet with all ids and credit cards & lot many valuables as mentioned in the fir) which was broke open at bandra mount mary road. I have been since then on a constant following with the police for the same.

                              Your call centre team / dispute management team has not been able to support me on this matter. I have already requested them and pleaded them to check no the case filed with the police.

                              To my knowledge i also think there is a certain insurance on the credit card with regards to fraud transactions on the card. Requesting you to help me out on the same at the earliest possible.

                              After all the loss i have bared i cannot afford to pay any further on this fraud transaction. There is a big fraud done on my hdfc credit card worth rs. 1, 00, 000/- as it would show on my statement and as per my conversations with your fraud/dispute management team the investigations were still going on. The withdrawal of all the money has taken place from an hdfc atm and the cc tv footage for the same has still not been recovered as per my last phone conversation with the dispute team that had called for enquiry.

                              My statement for this month has been generated and the amount of rs. 100000- + transaction fees + igst has been charged to me. Im in no condition to pay for the fraud transaction as there is a huge loss i have already been baring and cannot afford to pay anymore.

                              I need your support and understanding on this matter as this is something with is beyond my control.

                                I have a credit card of hdfc bank and i am paying my minimum balance every month but last month i miss my payment and hdfc bank hold my account balance which is rs.6465 than called the payment department than they ask me to payment for 3500 and account will be unhold but after making payment my account is still hold i am not able to use my money now payment departmental said that need to talk care no than i called them they said that you will receive a call back but i didn't receive call yet i again called in payment department now they misbehaving me now they said we dont no a anything call to care number i am facing this all problem because of payment department fake commitment now plz tell what should i do

                                i made my payment after discussed the payment department they said that make payment with 35 and your amount will be unhold, , , after making making payment they said that we dont know talk with customer care of hdfc .. than i requested to call back from customer care no. and i am receiving just miss call from hdfc land line number non is ready to talk with me regarding my complaint, , even i am ready to make more payment but my amount is on hold so how do i payment ..
                                and i want to raised complaint against payment those given me fake commitments
