I had cancelled order on amazon and they have refunded money to my bank account which was debited from my debit card. I also received the sms stating that money has been refunded. But i haven't received my money in my bank account yet. I had a talk with amazon but they stated it is bank issue and i haven't been able to contact any customer care on this matter.

    My hdfc account (Account number -[protected]) has been charged again and again with rs 629.08 and rs 893 after 5 days on account of "nter-brn cash chg incl gst 130819-mir[protected]"

    Please refund back my money of rs 1522 and stop charging money again and again for unnecessary things.

    A simply cash withdrawal has lead to charging of rs 1522. Please refund the money back to my account.

    Kindly look into the issue and refund my money back.

    These charges are not valid if transaction is done for self account.This is nowhere in any terms and conditions.It was a self cheque. Please refund the amount else I shall escalate higher and would definitely close my account.

      Hi team,
      I have been holding a hdfc credit card for last 2 months and hdfc has reported a high credit of inr 6309/- and an inr 26, 898/- to cibil and both the transactions are not in my credit statement.

      As per hdfc, a “high-credit” is the single transaction with the highest amount since the card inception that will be reported to cibil despite you pay the amount or not. And i don’t have both these transactions.

      This reporting has adversely affected my credit score and i have been chasing hdfc since the last 3 weeks without any resolution. This is despite escalating it to their senior team.

      Would there be any other avenues through which i can resolve this?
      Any help is much appreciated.

      So HDFC must have been adding someone else's dues to my account.

        I got call from a paytm guy saying i have received a cashback of 700 for updating my kyc. I ignored the call and after few minutes the paytm balance which i had got nill. Later i got 10 otps from hdfc bank and a total of 90, 000 was deducted from my account. I have submitted the card holder dispute form along with the fir copy to the main branch. Please let me know when i ll get my refund back.

          deduction of amount on amb chrg incl gst

          I have been a customer from last 10yrs with hdfc bank, in recent times i am not able to pay my credit card dues on time due to some financial constraints. Though i am paying the dues i am running 1 month behind.. Your 3rd party collections team from kanjurmarg.. Dipti and others calls me up 30times in a day or to my ex wife harassing her though it has been informed we are not together. They call up abuse me and her stating bank has asked them to do so due to my delinquent payment terms. Language used “ paise nahi hai isliye wife left, aukat nahi hai, police complaint karna hai kar jake etc, tu chor hai payment karne ka intention nahi hai etc ” is this your service for customers who stick to your bank or you guys are giving me free services and not charging me interest, late payment, over limit etc.. So i have bear it. Kindly look into this before i file a legal complaint and stop making your payments.

              I have been applied for a loan and cancelled it in Hdfc, So the issue is that they would have given the 100% processing fee refund guarantee when i applied the loan . Already 6 years gone still there is no response from bank .

                I have already word with today your agent from my alternative number [protected] and he did not try to talked with with his team leader why don't know??? And day after before also word with executive support but they are not gave any such information, however i've facing lots of issued. What should i do???

                Also he saying there are no senior are available, right now, please call back tomorrow. What is this, this is right way to talked with valuable customer???

                I'm still having the concern and the solution which we have proposed is not at all best possible solution from your end. Looking for your response on this, please. Help me with some sort of assistance in reducing cost at least as i cannot wait longer. I have been communicating the same thing to you from the day one that the product is not tempered by anyone. It is a product quality issue. I have been even informed that there will be another engineer coming for the inspection but this has still not done.

                I'm happy to escalate it. Can you help with the concern team contact details at least? I'm not getting any proper response from your team.. There are so much of ambiguity in conversation. As stated earlier i have never faced any issues with my other phonepe product. You should be understanding my concern and should be helping me instead of sending the same emails all the time. I'm fade up with the same response all time. What is the best possible solution according to phonepe management. Can you please share that in email. Please do not add any unnecessary statements in it as i know you do not value your customer. I just don't want to talk about phonepe anymore.

                Dear sir I have open zero balance salary a/c before 2 month but I am not working company so I want to close a/c but bank employee are not close a/c. They are says after 1 yr close a/c and my a/c not minus position. So please close my a/c because I am not maintain.
                So frustrated with this stupid bank. Can't even talk to the customer care guys easily. Don't know how they are doing so well when everyone I ask about the service of HDFC, they tell me it is [censored]. Please avoid this bank
                I'm already struggling for ongoing issues with this pathetic hdfc bank and the moment I took a little sigh of relief, I see there is an amount of INR1831.96 held by hdfc bank with narration given as Mirevenue hold, now what the hell is this and why and too without any intimation or communication.

                  I received multiple calls purported to be from hdfc life insurance that i had bought a policy no: 23485359 on 23 march 2013 and that i had paid a single premium of rs. 1, 00, 000/- ever since. Since no other premium was paid the policy had been terminated.

                  Then i received a call from one manish chauhan phone no +91 [protected] telling me that if i bought another policy from hdfc life at an annual premium of rs. 1, 00, 000/- the benefits under the terminated policy could be transferred to the new policy after 90 days.

                  So, he made me buy another policy online through hdfc site. My credentials and a cancelled cheque were submitted by scanning and sending online, while purchasing the new policy. Luckily, it appears the new policy appears to be genuine. I am able to log on to it and get the details through hdfc life on line chat.

                  90 days have since elapsed, but no benefit from the old policy have been transferred to the recently bought policy.

                  I tried checking for the old policy no 23485359 from the site as well as from the branch office of hdfc life. I was categorically told that the said policy did not exist and that this policy no was invalid.
                  The number given by manish chauhan i. E. +91 [protected] can not be contacted.

                  Manish chauhan has defrauded my by selling a new policy by luring to transfer the benefits from a policy which was non-existent.

                  Upon checking the net, i found that manish chauhan has committed the similar fraud with many and has duped several people with this modus operendi.

                    I have purchased samsung 55nu7100 led smart tv from great eastern company, raja park branch jaipur (Raj) on dated 06.11.18 and the tv was received on 7.11.2018. Hdfc bank desk at great eastern office financed the tv with the offer that rs 9300 cashback will be credited into my account within 90 days. Despite all my 6 installment amount paid & regular pursuing of matter with hdfc officials, samsung dealers & great eastern persons, the cash back has not been credited into my account. I have launched complaint through hdfc bank help line no [protected] on dated 25th july 2019 also vide complaint no mumc-[protected]. I was told that amount will be credited in 7 working days. Although the same was denied stating that the loan was cleared by head office and the officer was valid upto 11.11.2018. It a clear case of fraud advertisement and practice by a reputed bank like hdfc. Pl help in rectifying the matter & provide the cash back amount as per offer. Rajeev jain

                        Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 2 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company after few months i noticed that bank is charging me for non-maintenance because they didn't consider that company's salary. So then i changed account as per that company.
                        Now i want to use hdfc account. But my hdfc existed old salary account showing -6369.56 balance.
                        I filed complaint against that and then hdfc bank representative called me and we had discussion that we can close this account otherwise start it again from scratch. For that he asked me to come to satara on 16th august to meet up with manager. Once i went there, i had discussion with couple of people including manager but they aren’t agree to make it 0 or close it. They want me pay whole amount.
                        I even tried conveying them rbi rules regarding saving account. But they are not ready to agree, this is ridiculous.

                        According to the rbi, if any bank continues to debit charges on a savings account creating a negative balance, customers can approach the banking ombudsman.

                        In response to an email sent by toi, hdfc banknse -0.08 % said it “does not allow the balance in a savings account to go negative due to imposition of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance“. The statement added that there are no charges for reactivation of the account in future. Axis banknse 1.88 % said that it does not accumulate charges for non-maintenance of balance. An icici banknse 0.40 % spokesperson also said that it does not create negative balances in savings accounts

                        What hdfc said in response to that rule 3 years ago and what they are doing is something else.
                        I don’t understand why so much of gap when it comes to execution of this rule?

                        this is what RBI says - Savings account can't have negative balance.

                        RBI is setting the rule, autonomy for all banks. consumer can follow their rules blindly and not of private banks.
                        you can't have your own rules for sure by putting them somewhere in corner under terms and condition.

                        resolve this complaint as your percentage of resolving is poor 50%.

                          The last balance on my hdfc saving account was 113 rs.

                            Hi team,

                            I had approached bank for home loan, but they had denied the application due to my hdfc credit card issue, kindly please do the needful to close the card ending with 609.
                            I had went to different hdfc branchs from last week to resolve my issue is not resolved, they had verified my account with registerd email id: rajesh. [protected]@cgi.com.

                            I had sent email to customercare but i did n't get any response or reference id.

                            Kindly please close the account.

                              I applied for a loan of 1.5 lakh for 24 months of EMI.

                              It's approved on 17-08, I don't know what happened next but the money has not been credited in my bank account . I tried calling the bank guy who collected document and all, but he is not providing right answer...

                              I am using hdfc credit card since 7 years due to financial cruch ( I have lost my job) I couldn't able to pay my bills since 3 months hence could you please help me on the settlement process... I don't want to meet to third parties for settlement I want to process this with hdfc bank only...

                                Hi sir, i nalamasa Ramesh having loan ref no. 63725884.. i had a false commitment by the bank representative her name is Swetha begumpet branch opposite to shoppers stop. She promised me to provide me personal loan with 12% rate of interest.and went to agreement with the same but when the amont disbursed in my sbi account i was shocked to see that interest rate is 14% instead of 12%.. they have not informed me about this change in the interest rate, , i intially rejected this loan in case they cannot provide loan with only 12% interest. After many grievances, many visits and many hardships in 8 months also, my problem yet not resolved. They simply assigning a grievance addressable member but he is irrresponsive towards the resolving the problem, he simply escaping by giving wrong promises. Please take this case as a challenge to reduce the interest rate to actual interest rate of 12%.

                                  I wanted to settle down my credit card, i am trying to reach-out to customer care but no response. i want this to be done on priority basis. kindly help me with this. as there are so amny hidden charges with the bank. and now when i am trying to get it cleared, no response from the bank side, i wanted this to clear this asap without delay. kindly help me with this.
                                  if i am not getting any solution i wont be responsible and bank will only be responsible for this.
