refund the transaction

Yesterday I did SUN DTH Recharge of 589 in niki through HDFC payzapp. The amount got deducted from payzapp but I received no order ID in the niki app also recharge has not been done.I Received Transaction ID Transaction ID[protected]from payzapp.

Contacted Nikki customer care below is the reply I received

We regret to let you know that we haven't received the payment hence it might be stuck in the payment gateway....

I had asked hdfc to remove a vodafone number and they had assured me that they have removed it but they have again started calling on that number. I have made 4 cheque cleared with amount 80k, 1.37lac, 1 lac, 1.25 and bank has deducted 4300 inr as fees for cheque clearing. As per rbi guidelines there should 150 inr charge above 1 lac cheque clearing. However hdfc bank has charged 4300 inr for 4 cheque clearing.
