Regarding the annual debit card fee on my account. I charged for 885rs and i am not happy with this charge. I am not sure why hdfc is charging this huge amount for using debit card. I have tried couple of time to contact customer care but the call never connected. I do not understand why annual free on debit card you think customer are fool. I want my money back...

Kindly look into matter or i may compel to close all the accounts in your bank... I always deposit loans etc well with in time or in advance..

      First they came after 2 days requesting for salary account. Then, they put my name wrongly in my account even after giving them correct documents..
      When i called back to executive parameshwar, he didn't pick up my call.
      Then i called manager ratanapriya, she was shouting like anything. Too bad.. This big bank even doesn't know, how to behave with customers and obviously late at its best..

        Found change in disbursement % than offer letter, disbursement %= 9.25 while offer % = 8.85, had given application for correction as my emi increased by 870 rs due to unawares changes, 4 weeks are completed but there are no movement seen and did not noticed any apologies from bank as it is clearly bank mistake.

        Did not found any response on complaint from bank, customer is running behind their fault, time and money is being wasted on HDFC bank, I don't know when they will take seriously regarding complaints and when they like to revert with solution.

          I have hdfc bank zero balance salary account and recently my balance goes negative charges rs 229.00 verified the statement mentioned as mi revenue hold through gefu, i don't really had an idea about this one and my account type is salary account and i had option to maintain zero balance. Still they charged me for rs.229 really not make sense, very worst customer service.

            My new address has been updated in saving account.they already debited card charges from my account but theyy didnt disptch card yet.they are delaying card delivery .Please inform HDFC bank deliver debit card

Please follow the below process for claiming the funds: 1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e The branch where you hold the account. 2. The issuing bank will then raise a chargeback dispute/query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3.                     Regarding my card I am a HDFC credit card holder last two to three years. Now I have a financial issues and family responsibility so I can close my card but HDFC employee not listen my request last two months. I can file a request in customer care and write in email also. But they have not listen my concern.
                    Yesterday Ms. Neha call me and ask me please write down an email and file a request in customer care also. I told her that I already do these things. But write now there is no response regarding my concern. I have told every thing in customer care how can i suffer Financial crises. I am jobless right now but the credit card department call me every day and ask me for payment I told him every day that I am not able to pay total outstanding amount please close my card and divided my outstanding in EMI but they did not listen me . Now please tell me what can i do.

                      Hdfc bank was told me that your card will activate in 1 working day i went to singapore i was facing alots of issues because by card was not activated i have given then so many amount for charges and fees for forex card and currently i am back to india i told hdfc bank that transfer my money forex to saving account they told me it will transfer by tomorrow still i am waiting for that and customer care is also not answering my calls and they are telling that we transfer your call but no one is receiving it was worst bank

                        I received a credit card with the assurance of maintenance and free of charges, only i should pay the ampunt what i spend on that. But yet now i didn't enter the pin number for the credit card. But they levied charges 500 inr for evry 6months over my card. Totally 1000 rupees was taken from my account. I asked to refund my amount through mails and phone calls. They said if i spend 24, 000 for first half yearly, and 42000 for the second half yearly. If i didn't spend the amount i have to pay 500 per half yearly. Then why they push the card in our hands with the fake words that, free of maintenance ana all. Now i tried to close the account it shows 180 ruppes was stll pendind in my credit card. How the unopened and unused credit card can paid more and more. My credit card number is [protected]. Kindly help to to get my amount back.

                          Hello i have a car loan with hdfc with an emi of rs 10352 which i have paid for last 4 years without default. Last month i have paid on june 30th for july emi and i have got atleast 5 phone calls from the bank including wats app messages that i have defaulted on the payment. Not only this they have added extra late charges and bounce charges all because i paid the emi early.!!! In top of this they have cancelled my ecs said some signature issue and asking me to go to the bank before 3 on on working days. We all need to work and earn money but they are simply harassing me almost on a daily basis.

                            The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                            First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                            I have taken jumbo loan .they send the money in joint account (me and my partner) which was negative because of non maintenance.                               My husband owns an hdfc credit card to which there is an add on card in my name. There are some dues which my husband completely takes care of.
                              Recently my mother and i have been receiving threatening calls and undue visits at my home, office and where not! They speak utter # and sound like terrorists. I am not sure if there is a clause while taking a credit card that if the concerned customer does not pay off his/ her family has to be harassed to the limit that they lose all peace of mind.

                                I see that an amount of 445.00 has been deducted from my hdfc account with account no: [protected].
                                The reason mentioned was "inter-brn cash chg incl". I see that they are frequently deducting amount with some or the other reason without any information nor do they send any alerts. Only when we scan through the detailed bank statement, we will come to know that a deduction has been made.

                                I withdraw the amount from my own account having sufficient balance. what is this charged for? I can't even withdraw my own amount?
                                Also, the link shared by you shows all types of charges. Can you please explain exactly for which transaction was this fee applied.
                                I have done five transactions from my Google pay app to other account but I want to cancel my transactions
                                I had deposited two cheques in HDFC bank for zerodha brokimg ltdand wvwn lodged a complaint for non clearance/ non representation but till date nothing has been done

                                  On 18th of july, 2019 i did total 3 transactions of rupees 1004/-, 1004/-, 1097/- at life style max fashions.in that 3 transactions 1st transaction which is 1004/- is debited from my credit card account but the transaction is failed and also amount is not credited to the life style max fashions. So i did transaction once again and the transaction is successful.

                                  Next transaction of rupees 1097/- is also successful. I also got the messages from hdfc bank regarding those transactions.

                                  Its almost completed 2 weeks but my money is not yet refunded till now. Can you please check and transfer the amount as sson as possible.

                                    Dear team, i had purchased iphonex on 15th july by debit card emi but within 5min i had cancelled the same and as per flipkart my refund has been by 16th july done but still my emi loan is active. When i tried phone banking they asked for cancellation id which flipkart doesn't have the process. They have only order & refund id. I have forwarded a mail to hdfc support when i have received after cancellation done. Request you to please check and do the needful

                                      Hi sir my acconut no is [protected] my raziterd no [protected] and branch is vijay nagar indore my name is rajesh jain my account is cutting 500 rs100 rs every month, if any wrong account is opened then shut down my profession as much as it has been cut, otherwise i will stop the account. As long as posiible give me quick replyi am outside, therefore the branch can not reach you, help me and return my account balance and get it wrong
