On using this card I was not issued any cash from the machine but the ATM transaction record showed a withdrawal of Rs. 2000/-. A valid complaint has already been filed regarding this with you. Kindly see that the above mentioned amount of
Rs. 2000/- is credited to my Saving Account No. [protected] of Bank of India, Branchsaroornagar hyd, with interest at the earliest.

Sir, since your ATM machine is faulty please see that this machine is replaced by a new sufficient one to avoid inconvenience to the customer.

The issuing bank will then raise a chargeback dispute/query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your bank. Assuring you of our best services always.

        Regarding my card I am a HDFC credit card holder last two to three years. Now I have a financial issues and family responsibility so I can close my card but HDFC employee not listen my request last two months. I can file a request in customer care and write in email also. But they have not listen my concern.
        Yesterday Ms. Neha call me and ask me please write down an email and file a request in customer care also. I told her that I already do these things. But write now there is no response regarding my concern. I have told every thing in customer care how can i suffer Financial crises. I am jobless right now but the credit card department call me every day and ask me for payment I told him every day that I am not able to pay total outstanding amount please close my card and divided my outstanding in EMI but they did not listen me . Now please tell me what can i do.

          Hdfc bank was told me that your card will activate in 1 working day i went to singapore i was facing alots of issues because by card was not activated i have given then so many amount for charges and fees for forex card and currently i am back to india i told hdfc bank that transfer my money forex to saving account they told me it will transfer by tomorrow still i am waiting for that and customer care is also not answering my calls and they are telling that we transfer your call but no one is receiving it was worst bank

            I received a credit card with the assurance of maintenance and free of charges, only i should pay the ampunt what i spend on that. But yet now i didn't enter the pin number for the credit card. But they levied charges 500 inr for evry 6months over my card. Totally 1000 rupees was taken from my account. I asked to refund my amount through mails and phone calls. They said if i spend 24, 000 for first half yearly, and 42000 for the second half yearly. If i didn't spend the amount i have to pay 500 per half yearly. Then why they push the card in our hands with the fake words that, free of maintenance ana all. Now i tried to close the account it shows 180 ruppes was stll pendind in my credit card. How the unopened and unused credit card can paid more and more. My credit card number is [protected]. Kindly help to to get my amount back.

              Hello i have a car loan with hdfc with an emi of rs 10352 which i have paid for last 4 years without default. Last month i have paid on june 30th for july emi and i have got atleast 5 phone calls from the bank including wats app messages that i have defaulted on the payment. Not only this they have added extra late charges and bounce charges all because i paid the emi early.!!! In top of this they have cancelled my ecs said some signature issue and asking me to go to the bank before 3 on on working days. We all need to work and earn money but they are simply harassing me almost on a daily basis.

                The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 241.70 as mi revenue hold through gefu

                The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                  My husband owns an hdfc credit card to which there is an add on card in my name. There are some dues which my husband completely takes care of.
                  Recently my mother and i have been receiving threatening calls and undue visits at my home, office and where not! They speak utter # and sound like terrorists. I am not sure if there is a clause while taking a credit card that if the concerned customer does not pay off his/ her family has to be harassed to the limit that they lose all peace of mind.

                    I see that an amount of 445.00 has been deducted from my hdfc account with account no: [protected].
                    The reason mentioned was "inter-brn cash chg incl". I see that they are frequently deducting amount with some or the other reason without any information nor do they send any alerts. Only when we scan through the detailed bank statement, we will come to know that a deduction has been made.

                    I withdraw the amount from my own account having sufficient balance. what is this charged for? I can't even withdraw my own amount?
                    Also, the link shared by you shows all types of charges. Can you please explain exactly for which transaction was this fee applied.
                    I have done five transactions from my Google pay app to other account but I want to cancel my transactions
                    I had deposited two cheques in HDFC bank for zerodha brokimg ltdand wvwn lodged a complaint for non clearance/ non representation but till date nothing has been done

                      On 18th of july, 2019 i did total 3 transactions of rupees 1004/-, 1004/-, 1097/- at life style max fashions.in that 3 transactions 1st transaction which is 1004/- is debited from my credit card account but the transaction is failed and also amount is not credited to the life style max fashions. So i did transaction once again and the transaction is successful.

                      Next transaction of rupees 1097/- is also successful. I also got the messages from hdfc bank regarding those transactions.

                      Its almost completed 2 weeks but my money is not yet refunded till now. Can you please check and transfer the amount as sson as possible.

When i tried phone banking they asked for cancellation id which flipkart doesn't have the process. They have only order & refund id.                               Hi team, my account is with a negative balance of rs 22000 which includes. My car loan and personel loan. The loan wasnt paid on time becuase of some financial. Crunches which i am facing since last 6 months. So i the loan automatically gets deducted on last day of everymonth as the account is a salary ac. Now account got blocked due to no reason. When i asked the team, they said due to kyc, it is blocked. I am not able to receive any funds and my salary date is last day of every month
                              I already submitted my kyc documents to my salary ac branch. Please unblock my account asap so that the salary can be credited.

                                I have not done any transaction from my credit card ending:4124.

                                And also it was conveyed initially by your representative that it is lifetime free card.

                                But still, my statement balance is 589 rs which is due by 9th of august and there is no such transaction done. And the bank is not even showing why it is charging that amount.

                                Why??
                                Please waive off this amount asap.

                                Recovery agents are coming home and banging door repeatedly inspite of telling them that we will pay the outstanding amount of HDFC credit card.

                                They tell us they are from hdfc bank but than they agreed to disclosed that they worked for recovery agency called SAPTAGIRI CONSULTANTS.

                                its not safe to come at home address and ask for payments.

                                  This is with complaint on hdfc personal loan cheating and fraud.
                                  Issue started on june 20th where i logged into hdfc net banking and there was an online advertisement on net banking portal for personal loan with 3 mins disbursement. I further proceeded to check the eligibility and criteria with filling the personal details and it was showing pre-approved loan of rs.2, 50, 000 and normal loan of rs.4, 80, 000.
                                  Since i needed only rs.1, 50, 000 for personal issue and to close the credit cards, i selected pre-approved loan (Usually this will be without document or minimum documents). But post selecting the pre-approved loan, it asked for address proof and salary proof (No other document was mentioned to be submitted), and i submitted uploaded both the doc, since it was secured hdfc bank portal and waited for disbursement and got loan application # dplxxxxxxxx95. No further communication was provided to me. Next day i called customer care for checking the loan application status and they told it is under process and they could not review/ check it and it will take 5-10 days for another department to check and call me back. After 5 days i got same response and after 10 days i got same response. And it was weird that no customer care is providing proper status, so i complained (Complaint # hbl=[protected] online hdfc portal for the same only july 4th. I got response to provide personal details which was already provided while filling the loan application (Not sure why they are not checking it properly). No further response from bank. Later on july 7th i proceeded with complaint on grievance redressal and to nodal officer (Complaint #hbl=[protected]'). On july 15th i got reply from grievance redressal stating i have to check with joshy thomas on [protected] for any further clarification or assistance.
                                  This joshy thomas was the personal who was checking with me for any personal loan when not needed. Later she further requested to provide 1 pan card xerox, 2 photo, address proof, salary proof and another doc etc. Not sure if i have applied for pre-approved loan or normal loan. She sounded weird and it was like not talking with hdfc employee.
                                  I further informed her, the normal loan eligibility is rs.4, 70, 000 and i have applied for 150000 and it was preapproved loan. She didn’t agree to what i said and she kept asking for document submission and she will send a guy to collect the document and only then she will proceed further. This is insane and worst service that i had with personal loan.
                                  Further escalated to nodal officer and ombudsman and no responses till date from them.
                                  Deceptive or misleading advertising which caused mental torcher from bank and till date the issue is not resolved. Deceptive or misleading advertisements are restricted under the various legislations including the consumer protection act, 1986;norms for journalist conduct issued by the press council of india act and asci code. Also, indian penal code, 1806- the ipc, vide an array of provisions, prohibits obscene, defamatory publication, publication of a lottery and/ or statements creating or promoting disharmony/ enmity in society.
                                  Requesting to look into this issue and do the needful regarding false advertisement and worst customer care representative in hdfc bank personal loan department.

                                    I am hdfc savings account holder and i charged multiple times in few months for 177.00 rupees.
                                    I have no idea & i am completely shocked see plz solve my problem & i am not informed about the charges. I have less that 15k salary and loss so much my hard earned money, i think i have closed my account & never be hdfc's customer again.

                                      My policy no. 12900006. My self balaram behera. My complaint was related to fake commitment of insurance settlement. Before one and half months your team member call me related to getting bonus of this insurance. So i submitted all these required documents. After that she told me before sending amount to my account keep your a/c balance minimum 30000. If not money can't be send. Like that few times she told me some problems found during sending the big amount transactions. So can u send 20000, 60000, 26200, 30000 like that. As per his problem i send money. She always told me within one to two hr. All money transfer to your account. This drama is continued till date now. My question what is the status, can u say total money transfer to me or not. A middle class people is it tolerated. For this type of service i brought insurance from your site.

                                        I have recieved insta loan of of 1 lac 13 000 in my account which i havn, t requested.
                                        This is the account [protected] which is on zero balance from long time. No transactions been done on this from long back.
                                        Just by clicking on the Interrupting Pop up msz in the ATM machine you people are sending the loan amount in the account, without call confirmation.
                                        Also you guys stay offline on weekends and after 8PM on week days .
                                        How could a guys reach you in such situations.
                                        I demand to take back the insta loan amount immediately from the account.
                                        And am not going to take ownership of any amount transaction on this account[protected].
                                        I am not using this account.

                                        Please take the amount back, what ever the issues you have you manage it by yourself, donot come to me for any thing.
