Sir,
I applied for a fastag kit on 15/09/2019 (Reference no. Hfr244850). Soon i received a kit which was not mine, when complained, i was told to mail about the matter at (Fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com). I did mail a number of times and each time received with a fixed reply while talking to customer care"we have not received any mail and will deliver your kit only after getting mail". Sir its not my fault that your department delivered some other applicant kit on my address. The bank has to be responsible in performing duty.
I request the bank to either resolve the matter or refund my whole amount in my account as not satisfied with the service.

    I took euros @83.50rs on 8th august 2019 from hdfc chowk branch lucknow it was told by miss darshita who is a worker in the above said branch that the exchange rate was 83rs, but when i went to same branch for exchange of remaining euros it was told me that money to be returned on the basis of exchange which was never more than 80rs. Exchange rate for euro was 79rs on 8th august 2019. Now what can i do?? So kindly take necessary step.

      I had raised request for my increasing my card limit on 30 september 2019 that too by 15-20k and it was told that same would be done in next 3 hours but there is no status as on date.

      I had also submitted supporting documents required for processing as per guidelines and have been following up continuously since 3 days and yet there is no update from their end.

            I have also made NOC request many times, but no response received from them. Now I am struggling in some bank CIBIL issues. My card is closed but they have reduced my cibil, when I am asking for NOC no response received from them. Just receiving a auto generated mail always, but no further updates afterwards.

            I will be greatfull if HDFC bank will do the needful for me.

                  I was offered a personal loan from the HDFC bank and inorder for the re-payment purpose they wanted me to have a HDFC account. I was okay with having the account as the representative told it does not need any minimum balance to be maintained. Now they are scamming me every month with a charge of 650 rs and they deducted few times without my consent. HDFC bank does not provide any privacy to my account and I feel exposed with respect to my bank account. Today I tried to log in to my account through mobile app (which was throwing error for last 9 months and never opened) to find out that there's a Negative balance of 6600.

                  What is happening here? Why am I getting penalized by a bank jus cause I did not have enough money to maintain the minimum balance demanded by the bank which was not even communicated to me.

                  Please take action against this case. THIS IS ILLEGAL. As a consumer I should not feel this exposed

                          I have received call 12 may 19 from raghav mishra (Rm) (M) [protected] from hdfc life emp. Id 619026 he propose to me hdfc life super income plan 30000/ year option -1 i have taken policy against policy[protected] dated 22 may-19 19 but i have not received policy bond and committed additional benefit like medical (Health insurance) and policy premium 30% waiver return every year and shopping voucher 3000/-i have all communication whatsapp and telephonic recording please look in to this urgent basis
                          We beware of such fraudulent and fake calls. But since the mobile number showed hdfc life ins in my true caller, i was tricked. I would like to make a complaint against the company whose officials are indulging in fraud and fake calls and misguiding the people for unscrupulous marketing with the connivance of the brokers. I was put to great inconvenience and lost my peace of mind due to this.

                            Inspite paying 75000k at one shot in the year 2015 and card never got renewed still hdfc bank has been charging me minimum since almost 4 years without any reason. This came to me as a shock when i checked my credit score. This pathetic service of hdfc has impacted my credit score big time and i want hdfc bank to answer me over the same. Post collecting 75, 000 why my account wasn't closed and kept my account active and charged for these many years. Why was i not contacted? I would want hdfc to reverse the unnecessary charges that they have levied in these many years

                                While paying to ola taxi through bhim app, the transaction was failed due to server error but the money was deducted from my hdfc account. But after 4 days i got the notification from bhim app that the money is credited into the merchant's account. This should not occur as i already paid the money to the cab by cash since the transaction was failed. Now the cab driver is not ready to give the money back and continuesly telling that he hasn't got the money. And the hdfc customer care team is not giving the proper update on it.

                                Very very bad guys... Same issue for me even... My transaction was on 27th..

                                Please Dont transfer money from your HDFC Bank Account. These guys are charging 5.31% interest for every 1000 rupees. I am totally fed up of the hight rate of interest charged by the bank. Dear HDFC Bank you've just lost a customer who was using your service for 14 years. I humbly request not use HDFC Bank.
                                My account was opened as a salary account and they said thier will be no deduction regarding this account but 29 ruppess from my account has been deducted as the NWD DECCHG on september 18 2019 ... why so..??
                                I created a FD through netbanking and now I am not able liquidate it online or from branch. Call phone banker and he said its not possible since its a Tax Saving FD.

                                  Now how to transfer amount from old food card to new food card.

                                    I have applied for a claim for my car and my claim is been rejected. The damage wasn't there earlier and it was just an alignment problem whereas they stated the claim was made on the damaged bumper which is not true.

                                    I called them up still no proper justification provided and they are not ready to share the photos.
                                    HDFC ERGO General Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    The policy i applied and paid for the vehicle the registration no. of my vehicle is wrong i thus want to correct it.

                                      I had booked a movie ticket on bookmyshow app using the payzapp payment method and applied the code bingo for the cashback offer. My total amount of transaction was rs. 401/- which is above the minimum limit of rs. 400/- for the offer to be credible. But after making the payment for the tickets, i did not receive any cashback on my payzapp wallet. If it is not any worth, then please don't make false advertisements and attract customers, which at the end is like fooling them. I would not at all recommend hdfc credit cards to anyone if this is the case going forward. I am 100% eligible for the cashback according to your advertisement. So, please give me my cashback or else i will not at all recommend anyone to use hdfc credit cards.

                                        An amount of 25, 000 inr was deposited through cash in my savings account on 4th april 2019.
                                        On 9th april '19, an amount of 708 inr was debited from my account and on 10th april '19, an amount of 708 inr was debited 5 times from my account.
                                        The amount debit was described as "amb chrg incl gst for [month2018/19]-mirxxxxxx".

                                        The total amount i. E debited from my account since the cash deposit of 25, 000 inr sums to around 4, 500 inr.

                                        I'm a student studying in college and this a huge amount that the bank has deducted without any notice regarding the debit. If there is any policy regarding this, the bank should give some notice prior, so that the user can adhere to bank policies.

                                        Requesting to refund the amount in my bank account as soon as possible.
