Card application decline with no reason provided
To hdfc bank credit card manager,

I have got a call from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile. And one person collect name/contact number/address details. I did that.

Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.

    Hi this is the 20th-25th time when i raise complaints against un-necessary charges in my salary account.
    Now rupees -236 amount reflect in my account which should be zero rupees. Request you to please avoid to harras customer by doing this kind of activity. Pls do not decrease reputation by chindi chori.
    Pl waive off my amount on high priority.

    I hope you’ll do the needful for customer satisfaction and also for reputation.

      Hello hdfc team.
      I have been using ur credit card since 3 years. And due to some problems i am unable toh make payment of this month. Nd i really apologise for that but i will make payment very soon. But ur credit card department calling me regular and misbehaving me. And saying “tu credit card ka bill ni bharega. Bhar de acha nahi hoga “. I am mentioning contact number from which i got call ‭”+[protected]‬”. And not only in office hours he used to call me 9:00
      Pm or later and he also text me ki kitna time lgaega payment karne main. I said him that i will surrender my account and my father account and i will do complaint. Then he says ha tjhe jha complaint karni hain kar. Kindly make strict decisions towards this behaviour. So i can understand that hdfc first priority is always customer. He should call me and apologise for this behaviour. Otherwise i will do police complaint for harassing me. I have his recordings and text msg as proof.

        I have cancelled one order from amazon but i didn't get my refund. While i contacted amazon they said they already remitted the refund and they also gave me refund reference number. I have already reported the issue once through this service and i got a reply from hdfc bank to email the details to their email i'd, but the i'd they gave to me appear like this (Protected) hdfc.com.           I am your loan, sb and credit card customer. I had already warned 1 girl few months back not to talk rudely. I am making payments regularly. This time i had sent a neft from my acc n friday which is returned to my acc from my bank which i came to know just now as i went through my acc statement. Meanwhile again i am receiving calls from a girl who is talking rubbish without even concerning that i am in hospital right now. Asingama illa bank la thana velai solringa etc are the words she used. I am not going to initiate my payments again hereafter due to such words. I know how to improve my cibil also. Myself i am a banker.. Next step is banking ombudsman. We also have collection team better than yours. We dont use such harsh words.

            Hi, this is arjunan from tcs, chennai - siruseri branch. I have lost my hdfc food card 2 days back and it is having rs. 1, 500+ in it. Have to block the lost one and re apply for the new one with the balance loaded. Kindly help on this.

            Have called to the customer care number many times none of them are responding. So registrating complaint here.

              My name is jagmohan baidwan. I have an account with hdfc bank sector
              9 chandigarh. My phone number is[protected] in edmonton canada where i have been living permanently since 1982. I deposited rs 8 lacs into mutual funds in 2008 with bank of punjab which was eventually was taken over by hdfc bank. Out of this money rs 2 lacs was deposited into some kind of life insurance mutual funds without explaining me. Later on i found out that i have to deposit rs. 2 lacs every year and i will get a monthly pension monthly. My intention was only to put some money into bank in india and eventually take it back to canada after few years. I cashed the mutual funds after 3 years. I lost rs 2 lacs which were put into life insurance fund.in 2014 we deposited about over 60 lacs into our account with hdfc bank. At that time we told the bank that we want to close our account and want to deposit all the money into another bank. The reason i told the bank was that i have been cheated by the bank of punjab for rs 2 lacs by putting that money into pension funds without my knowledge. I was convinced by the representative of hdfc bank named rajni gulati with sympathy and assurance that my rs 2 lacs will be returned with interest. She convinced us to put some money into fixed deposit and some money into mutual funds. The mutual funds will mature in 5 years and you can cash all of it and there is no income tax on gains. My wife started with rs 2 lacs in march 2014 and i started with rs 3 lacs deposit in 2015 for 5 years.in 2017 i found out from another bank employee that all of the money has been put into pension funds. It does not make sense to put the money and larger amount in to the same pension funds which was the reason for my intention to close my accounts with this bank.
              I have few other issues but once this matter is resolved and i get all my money the other issues will die.
              I signed paper with the bank at the time of the deposit. My experience in dealings with banks in canada is of mutual trust and understanding. I sign all my papers with bank, lawyer, accountant and doctor based on what they explain to me. I believe that what they tell me is true. I can not believe that i am signing something different than i have been told. Please correspond with me through my email. I will be coming to india in november this year and will appreciate this matter resolved by then.

                I am tusham chand chouhan, sales officer 181845 hdfc bank bhatapara chhattisgarh.
                I am mentally tortured by relationship manager and my cluster head, i am charged with a false accusation.

                I am HDFC bank employee,
                I am mentally tortured by Relationship Manager and my cluster Head, I am charged with a false accusation.
                Then my ID was blocked by RM, My continued illegal absence was recorded,
                and I was iligal terminated from HDFC Bank a few days later, No inquiry was done in any way, None of my emails and letters were answered,
                I have not been given any chance to keep my side, My career ended.
                The financial condition of my house has worsened, Here the staff is not given a response, I am unhappy with HDFC Bank.

                  I am maintaining a current account no. [protected] in the name of my company nobatram forex private limited. Company's cheque no. 000013 for rs 53300 was dishonoured on 26.07.2019 even even after having a sufficient balance in company's account. This wrongful dishonour has hampered on company's goodwill heavily. This happened only due to wrong practice of sending cheques of even your own bank's branches to the clearing cell for posting which also delays the availability of fund to account holders. Please look into the matter & advise me what should be done by me to penalise the concerned persons of your bank.

                    In my account rs 118 date 26/07/19 debited for adhoc stmt charges but i m not requested for any statement but charge debited i want my money back my account debited narration (Ref num mir[protected] shows adhoc stmt charges tell me the reason for amount debited please resolve this issue as soon as possible also provide me.                       I have been issued one hdfc credit card, regalia first, have been provided almost forcefully at my office.
                      - this credit card was provided to me by one of hdfc executive, mr birju sharma in bhilai, chattisgarh, stating that it is free of cost. He didn't mention anything clearly.
                      - only one transaction was done thru amazon of rs 999/- using this credit card.
                      - i called several times to hdfc customer care regarding the bills which was not being sent to my email id. I didn't even receive any hard copy of the bill.
                      - i tried to call the sales executive but he didn't respond other than postponing the matter.
                      - once i got sms for payment and i did payment for rs 1600/- on 06.04.2019
                      - again i did payment of rs 927.19/- on 17.07.2019 but still i am getting sms for outstanding bill amount.

                      Somehow after a lot of efforts, i got the credit card statement and i noticed that they have charged membership fee, late fee and interest etc inspite of the fact that it was issued stating that it is free of cost and i didn't receive any bill or statement.

                      In view of above, i would like to request to waive off the membership fee, late fee etc from billing amount and to provide back the extra amount paid by me.
                      As on date the pending amount due should be zero and rs 1528.19/- should be credited to my account as i have paid rs 1600+927.19/-, total rs 2527.19/-
                      Total amount paid - rs 2527.19/-
                      To be paid (Only one transaction) - rs 999/-

                      Harassment call rather then a customer care call

                      Adding more to harassment, the customer care executives are so rude and unaware and not able to resolve this issue in spite of calling several times.

                      I would like to state that
                      1) i have been wrongfully billed.
                      2) no statement of outstanding balance amount received from since issuance of credit card
                      3) customer care executive's behaviour is quite unprofessional.

                          I have opened s/b with hdfc bank in feb, 2014 and when their executive approached me for opening s/b account, he did not give me any information regarding demat account linked to it.

                          They are deducting rs 850 annually as annual maintenance charges since 2016 whereas i am never aware of that i have such account.

                          I have never get a single sms or call regarding this demat account. Also i got sms if any amount credited/debited from my account but i never get any sms for this amount.

                          I have mail to their customer case service but they are not returning the amount which they have deducted.

                          It's typical fraud case so please take necessary steps.

                          Dear Customer,

                          Incase if you wish to close the Demat account, request you to please submit the closure form to any of our branches offering depository services. The form has to be duly signed by all the account holders. The form has to be submitted to the branch in person (at least one of the account holders) incase of transfer cum closure cum waiver request. To process the same, we request you to submit any one self attested copy of valid proof of identity which is mandatory for all the holder(s) viz PAN card, passport, Voter ID card, Driving license etc. There are no closure charges involved if the closure constitutes a transfer of securities to another Demat account having the identical name(s), identical PAN and order. For example, there are no off-market transaction charges if all the securities are transferred from the Demat account in the name of Mr. Ramesh Tandon to another Demat account which is the name of Ramesh Tandon. The off-market transfer charges in such a case shall be waived, subject to submission of the following documents by the account holder during closure: Annexure Q (copies enclosed) duly filled & signed by the account holder(s) with target DPID and client ID correctly filled up Duly certified (signed and stamped by the receiving DP) Client Master List (CML) or Original Crystal Report (CR) in case of CDSL Accounts obtained from the target Participant with whom the client has opened a new Demat account or maintains a Demat account Statement of Holding of the source account duly self-attested by the account holder. All unused delivery instruction slips (DIS) to be cancelled and surrendered along with the Annexure Q IMPORTANT: If all the above requirements are not met the waiver of off-market charges will not be extended to you and you will be charged for the transfer to the other Demat account as per the tariff schedule agreed at the time of opening of Demat account. We request you to provide de-linking instructions separately for e-broking/online trading account. You may also contact HDFC securities at [protected]@hdfcsec.com to get additional clarifications.                             My father, mr. Amit dasgupta applied for a car loan from hdfc dalhousie branch and the same got approved on 22.07.2019.

                            However, the amount is not disbursed yet.
                            Even after constant follow up with the concerned person (Bhabesh kumar jena, rohit panijyara), i am not getting proper update and being ignored.

                            Today, i was told that even after approval, the interest rate has to be increased as the bundled product is not allowed by the product team.

                            What is the meaning of approval then?
                            How can the loan be approved, if it is not approved by product team?

                            This has turned into an harassment for us as we were promised that the disbursement will be done as soon as possible.

                            I need some answers for this and need to know how can you resolve my issue.

                              I recently ordered 2 items in amazon and cancelled the orders because of the reviews which i didn't observe earlier and amazon has initiated the refund on 19th july and they mailed the refund will be reflected within 25th july but i didnt get the refund still but the customer service is not at all good they are not providing the relevant information and after dialling correct informmation they are saying it is wrong.

                                Cancellation of one assist membership
                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 8923 without my concern on date:24/07/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 763/- from my credit card number ending with 2842. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.763/-

                                    I am Arindam Khan. I was using a credit card ending with number 0307. The account was disputed due to some wrong payments from your side, and matter was settled thru LOK adalat.
                                    Now, I have noticed that you have put this in CIBIL as part settlement and write off.
                                    Kindly clarify me on this matter and remove your noting from CIBIL.

                                      I have gone through a fraud transaction from google pay.

                                      Time - 4:45 pm

                                      I had created an ad of my sofa on olx. I got a call from this person named "dipanshu garg" that he was interested in buying sofa & he'll transfer the whole amount of sofa rs.15000 in advance. He asked me for my google pay qr code & sent me request of paing him rs.5000 & said that this amount will get credited to my account once i click on pay, but i didn't agree to it so he told that we will have a transaction of rs.2. I clicked on the link of payment of rs.2 & rs.2 got deducted from my account & at that point rs.4 also got credited. So by giving me this example he asked me to click on the link of paying rs.5000. Even i got convinved with the transaction of rs.2 as rs.4 got credited immediately. But after clicking on pay, rs.5000 got deducted from my account but my account didn't get credited with rs.10000.

                                      In few seconds, i came to know that this person is doing fraud with me. He also sent more payment links & told me to click on pay to get me money back. But i didnt do so, thats why he hanged the call & after that he is not picking my call now.

                                        I have been using the credit card no. [protected], name of surjit singh dua. The concern is i am using the card from last 10 years and i have paid all the bills and dues on time but because of financial reasons my last billed was skiped that was around 5700 only. I also i am getting around 30 calls on daily basis i already told i will clear my all the billed amount in next week but still i am harassing by the call center with 30 calls on daily basis. More ever yesterday i got a call from [protected] from 15 times and he said i am calling from hdfc bank and rather you pay your bill on today otherwise ghar se maar k le k aaunga and teri jeb mein paise hai teri aukat hai kya ya, tu meri compalined kya karega i am the manager here he has every record of my outgoing calls as well today he called to my outgoing no's and said ki sale ko samcha do and abused them like anything you guys are spoling my reputation making 30 calls daily now he is calling on my personal contacts i dont know from where he is getting the data but i will not tolerate any more. Kindly stop this practice otherwise i will take legal action and go to the rbi and ombudsman.
                                        This is my request to take this matter on serious note i am mentally harass by hdfc bank i will take every step to prevent my self respect otherwise i will give the press conference and commit suicide i am just fed up and harrsing by hdfc bank on daily basis kindly write down the no. From me and my friend and relative getting calls
