I'm having the hdfc credit card ([[protected]]) and this has been expired in jun-19, still i didn't get the new card however they just give me the billing statement every month along with there service charges. Just want to know if i'm not using the card since last 6 months then for what you are charging the service fee.

Please look in this on priority and get the card renew as soon as possible or contact me on my registered mobile number. If i'll not get any update for my new card till the next billing date i would not pay the charge, outstanding or late fee for the existing card and you will be responsible for this.

Hi,

I have tried multiple time calling 24-hour phone banking for the below numbers

But there is no option to talk to the customer support people.
So i have raised the ticket
As prior I have filed a complaint that my machine is not working and the customer care have told me that the person in charge will come in 24 hrs but a week have passed away no one is here to complete the work my TID NO IS 48056521
MY COMPLAINT NO IS 1MA[protected]
So please take a note of it
FOUR MONTHS BACK, I have applied online for Fast tag for my car in the hdfc bank and my application reference number is HFR109017. I have no response from customer care. Each time I call them, they are cheating me with false information that fast tag will be delivered in a week.
I want the fast to be delivered or refund to be processed.

    Hey hdfc team care. I got a call from hdfc bank that my transactions pay are pending so i made the payment throgh hdfc bank and noc was going to come to me. I made many calls after the successful payment. But i didnt got the noc the no. I have of customer care is not picking my calls. And the services are not good. I need my noc and i wont use the card again reply as soon as posssible

      My self suleman patel,

      I have noticed when download my bank statement that hdfc bank charging me account maintainance charge of rs 177 from last three months may june and july even after i am maintaining my account. I have a account of hdfc bank ankleshwar. I dont know why they charging me like this i can give my detail if needed here.
      Requestimg bank to please check it out and expecting reply from bank and refund in my account.

        Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 27/12/2017 from my hdfc salary account without any information.

        But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.

        When i reach branch regarding the same issue, they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.

        So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.
        Withdrawal - 118.00 rs

          Hi

          My fastag id is[protected]. I got the below message today

          "Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 50 for transaction by Vehicle MA3CZF63SKD534229 at Toll ELECTRONIC CITY Phase 1 on[protected]T07:34:26. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 150 - HDFC Bank Ltd."

          However I had paid for to and fro of toll and the receipt of the toll is given below:

          Kindly confirm why was I charged? Additionally the single pass is of 45 rs whereas I was charged 50rs for no reason

            I mahaveer Singh (Customer ID[protected] have paid my complete remaining balance of credit card (No ending with 5575) jambu loan (loan No[protected] to HDFC account on 16.06.2019 as provided me by HDFC and status of loan shown "closed" in online in my id.

            I therefore requested you to closer certificate or NOC may kindly be issued to me please on my email ID chauhan.[protected]@gmail.com.

                  Sir I am manjula. account holder of HDFC Bank.i took personal loan from HDFC bank.my loan account no 56049354.my due date every month 07.Last month (june 2019) I sent due amount rs:3588 to my account on 07 june.but they didn't debit the amount on 7th.but they had debit on 14th june And also put fine amount for the loan amount.i ask that particular bank person they said we are processed on 7th June but u don't have sufficient balance so only...am said 07th full day I have time time (12 am to 11:59pm) but why u charged fine amount.they have no response.please take action my mobile no:[protected]

                    need otp on email

                    I have an account with hdfc bank, the account was made in india, however i have now moved to the singapore and i do not have access to the indian no. That was provided. I cant make any transaction from my account as i do not get any otp's. I want all my otp's to come on my email account.

                    It has been a real issue lately. Please revert to me as soon as possible...

                      I made the payment of medical consultation fee and medicine charges to DR Agarwal’s Health Care Ltd, Port Blair by my State Bank of India debit card on hdfc pos. The cashier wrongly entered 1106.00 instead of 953.00. After that the cashier make a void sale of 1106.00 and it was done on last 01July 2019. But still now I have not received my money back on my account. I have contacted DR Agarwal’s Health Care Ltd Port Blair but they told that they have done everything from there end and told me to contact the bank. Please take necessary action to return my refund amount to my account, . The Central Govt is promoting on line transactions . This type of activities may demoralize the general public in doing on line transactions.

                        I cancelled an product from flipkart [opted for emi, where i cancelled immediately before bank converted into emi] where the seller had refunded the amount (9999), but not yet reflected in my credit card balance.
                        I request to hdfc bank to kindly refund the amount soon as i need the amount soon to buy another product.

                        What is ibt charges i heard this first time it deducted my 177 rs whats it for
                        I have done transaction from payzapp but cashback not credited in my account for any of my transaction.
                        Bank deducted approx 1250rs for non maintainace without inform.even dont send any single message or e-mail so i can maintain it.how irresponsible service from their side.its banks responsibilty to give us alert before doing such a fraud things.please sort out my query and return my amount asap.dont get disspoint your customers.

                          credit card is blocked but not closed

                          My credit card got blocked 1 year back due to some "unauthorized international transaction" that i have made, which i have no idea about. Let it be. When i reapply for a new card to hdfc they are telling me that i already hold a card, so i have to do card limit enhancement instead. But no such service is possible for this card even via netbanking as it is blocked.

                          When i try contacting hdfc phonebanking, they asks for credit...

I have blocked my debit card and net banking for now. My account balance shows in negative amount due to the fraud transaction which has happened.                             I request to everyone do not do any business with hdfc bank, i have been charged everyday for different reasons, it is their business model to fool people by deducting their hard earned money, after doing outward remittance on 4 july 2019, i was charged 2 times (784 rs) for unknown reasons, hdfc customer care never replies, branch isn't helping. I want this issue resolved, and want my money back to my account.

                            Even after maintaining sufficient balance in account, HDFC deducted 354 and 708 rs. respectively from my account on same day without any prior intimation. Can you please look into it?

                              I have settled and surrendered my credit card in 2017 at an agreeable amount. But i didn't received any sort of settlement letter at that time. After i deposited money i stopped getting calls and emails to deposit money so i mutilated the card thinking that settlement is done. But now i need a settlement statement from the bank urgently for my personal business. I don't have all the digit of the card except first four and last four digits but i do have the registered email id and phone number. Please do the needful

                                Same was with me, i was not informed about the charges. Now this people is not cancellimg my ecs nor they are refunding.. I told them to cancel my lic ecs but they didnt do it now i know these banks are fraudsters..
                                Hdfc is a fraud... Looters

                                I am investment banker and i will make sure that the investor should not invest in these banks...

                                  Hdfc bank agents harassing through phone calls to the board numbers of my wife where she working for a women college, katpadi, vellore. They called year back and asked for a loan old of 12 years back. We informed we unable to remember details and we solved if that arrives in the cbil. From last year onwards hdfc bank agents harassing through phones to my wife mobile numbers and my numbers. We discused our advocates, they advised us, the loan asked befoere 12 years old is not has any validity. That cannot be settled through any agents and not to to answer any more to agents. Now they called the board numbers of college and abused my wife to the reception they also called the departments and abused the staff no way connected to us. Every day she is getting more than 10 to 20 calls like this. My wife got serious stress and felt sick.
                                  The hdfc bank nelson manikam road, chennai have given details of my wife to the agents they behaving like rowdys and gundaws. They dont have legal provision to ask 12 years old bills they found a way illegal harassment and torture to the work place.
                                  The following few phone numbers used for this harassment.

                                  The above mentioned numbers are few numbers, the hdfc /hdfc agents heaving several numbers like this for harassment
                                  We request, what legal rights for this hdfc bank and its illegal operating agents using phone numbers in the name of hdfc used for harassment of a lady in her work place in a working time even she declared her state.12 years above old loan of below 1 lakh they already registered in the cibil. We at any time solve at cbil. But the bank taken illegal ways to threatening my wife and her collegeous co workers and me. It created lot of mental torture and stress. If the hdfc bank continuous this way we will proceed a harrasement case has well seeking severe compensation on the base of harrasemnt a lady in her work place continuously for one and half years.
