While i called the phone banking to convert a purchase in EMI, I was informed that I am eligible for Jumbo Loan, all seemed fine, i contacted my personal banker to proceed with the same. However no where in our conversation was i informed that there is 18% gst on every month interest which totals to 10000 rs for my total loan tenure.
My loan money is in my account and i received an email from hdfc stating the terms after 24hrs of dispersal and got a shock that gst is excluded. Thats cheating as somebody only does this to achieve their monthly targets or earn few incentives but jeopardizez the other person's hard earned money

    I had taken home loan of 10lakh from HDFC home loan, Korba branch (Chhattisgarh)and loan was disbursed in 2007 by Bhubaneswar HDFC home loan branch to me and Mrs Nandini Sahoo whom i had purchased the land.And HDFC home loan Branch Bhubaneswar representative collected the Sale deed from Sambalpur Registar office.

    In 2013, I had paid all the home dues at bhubaneswar office and Bhubaneswar HDFC home loan branch representative told me that we will give your all document after seven days because all documents will come from Indore office.Again after seven day i had come toBhubaneswar office to received the original documents, but that time also your people told me that sorry your documents yet to come from Indore .After received your documents, we will call you and handover the same to you.
    Again in the mean time I have transferred from Odisha to Chhattishgarh and forgot to take my documents from you.
    For returning my original sale deed I have requested Bhubaneswar, Korba office, Raipur and Indore Office and also given so many mail, but till now no body is responding from HDFC home loan branch and remaining silence.

    I came to know from Raipur HDFC Home loan branch office, my original document along with excess amount i had paid to HDFC ltd during loan closure of amount Rs13354/ dispatch to your cuttack branch on 20th June 2014.

    In the mean time I have applied another home loan on line File No:[protected] and also approved now. And same thing was referred to Rourkela HDFC home loan office, therefore they demanded original saledeed, without this we can can disburse you the sanction loan.
    After that, Original sale deed which was not collected earlier from HDFC Ltd, I have requested to HDFC to return me and also now I came to know they have taken excess money from at the time of Home loan closure which was repaid before its due date i.e2013.
    Therefore, I requested you all, kindly interfere in this matter and return my original sale deed to me which was urgently required by me.

    Pls Pls return my original documents along with excess money paid by me.

        I made a payment to HDFC billdesk with the reference no .but the amount was wrong . I know the transaction will take 3 days . Please cancel the transaction as I the money will get waste please response as soon as possible ..please try to resend to me so that I can make change and pay back again with correct intereste

          I had taken insurance policy no. 18184762 on january 2016 from mayur vihar bank with assured of 12.0 lacs in maturity amounts. But after one year, customer care had confirmed 7.33 lac at maturity. I wanted to surrender this policy. After few days i had received a call from rajesh srivastava ([protected]), if you want to get refund you have to take another policy, then i had taken another policy no.[protected]Hdfc life) by this way he had give two more policies from future general life insurance. When i had come to know he had already sold three policies. Then i had made a complaint in your ghaziabad. After investigation by your regional office nehru place (New delhi), cases are mis selling case. But hdfc life has given refund of policy no. 18184762.
          I request you, arrange to give me refund, my another policy no.19094986 of rs. 41500/-.

            Dear sir/ma'am,
            I want to close my credit card after closing all due amount. I went to hdfc bank site and searching the link to fill the details regarding cancellation/close but no such link is available.

            Can you please help me to provide the link or online process to close my credit card.

            Hdfc bank has been charging much hidden amount during use of credit card many times.

            I am completely annoyed with the hdfc bank process.

              I have a purchased hdfc fast tag and have recharged it with rs. 1000 and rs. 100 credited later to the account of fastag. Now it show rs. 1100 as clear balance.
              When i crossed toll it is showing no balance. Please look into the matter.

                Hi,

                This is nilima kotkar. I had missed paying on my credit card payment for 1 month. Afterwards hdfc people tried reaching me, but since i am out of country i was not reachable.

                After i saw mail, and i checked my account it was on hold. After i paid my minimum dues for 2 months, still my account is not being released.

                We are following up with bank for more than a week, all my home loans got bounced.

                I don't know why hdfc people are behaving so pathetic.

                  I, on the behalf of mr upender kumar sharma, daughter, want to say that my father had taken the hdfc critical care plan policy 14300769 on april 2011.
                  Because of last stage of chronic liver disease, he was hospitalised and after his discharge from hospital, he submitted all the relevant original bills and documents to the hdfc life, rewari branch on may 4, 2019 and also communicated through mails with reference no.[protected].
                  But no relevant reponse he got... So please help to get the claim as soon as possible

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-

                      Hi,

                      There is an unauthorised online transaction happened today at 20:00pm with my credit card. An amount of 7900 was deducted against itunes. Combill hdfc credit card.

                      First 76rs deducted and reversed back and then 7900 rs deducted without my knowledge.

                      Please refund my money back as soon as possible and i holisted the card as of now.

                        Hdfc personal loan executives cheated me with i got a call from rajkumar from chennai asked for personal loan in hdfc and i told yes and he told interest rates processing fee as 11.25% 1% respectively. So he gave my number to their team name: uma, called me shared loan details of the above same. Then i gave my documents documents for loan process. They finished process, verification and approved my loan, but interest rates and processing fee are not they mentioned. They have charged nearly 2% and interest as 11.25%. For this clarification of the loan processing charges, i called those people and they are not speaking well, instead giving rude answers to me. No polite speaking and shouting like "if you want take otherwise we will cancel ur loan" they said. They gave wrong information and misguided me, processed with higher loan processing and interest rates. Now they are telling that it is bank side process we cannot do u have to accept and pay those charges they are telling. Even they are not listening to my words not answering my calls.
                        This is the hdfc staff behavior with customers and they are keep calling for loans purpose after giving documents they are not even answering our call.

                            The resolution service required: I have a finace problem now to pay in time, I want to cancel the EC payment from my bank account, and required 3/4 months vocation for the renewal payment, this I have reported Kunnamkuam HDFC bank, life representative (Mr. Sivakumar), on 09th of July 2019, he refused that he cannot do that, then I have contacted the HDFC service and support emails; there is no proper response from these emails; so Please take immediet action on my request,

                                My mother is using hdfc bank account in nimapra odisha branch since 1 year. While trying to activate internate banking it showed us that mobile no is not registered, then after consulating with bank i registered the mobile no in atm activated internet banking. But it again repeating the same massage. What to do now ? how many times i need to register the mobile no pls clarify

                                      Hello hdfc fastag higher authorities,
                                      My compliant no is sr[protected] raised on 4june 2019 with hdfc fastag support toll free number.
                                      When i called support few days back, they said the fastag id (E[protected]e fa00 0e95 6c1d) was delinked/closed.

                                      So i tried registering my new fastag in myfastag app. Error throws.
                                      "vrn already mapped with other tag"

                                      I called 1033 support. They told the error is because of my previous hdfc fastag still visible and active in nhai portal. 1033 support advised to contact back hdfc fastag support and get it delinked/closed.
                                      I called hdfc fastag support, they still say that old fastag is delinked/closed.
                                      I took 1033 support in to conference with hdfc fastag support. 1033 support says, they still see it as active.
                                      I still get error in myfastag app.
                                      I called hdfc fastag support more 20 times till now. Every time they say the same thing as closed.
                                      My problem is not solved since more than 45 days.
                                      I am escalating here as there is no channel available through hdfc fastag support for higher escalation.

                                      Pl make sure to delink/close my old hdfc-fastag asap with nhai portal.

                                      This is the worst i am experiencing from a reputed firm like hdfc.

                                      You have given the same reply, which was given to me from your toll free support number.
                                      This is height of HDFC's careless ness towards customers grievances. PROBLEM is not SOLVED. You are telling from your end you have closed the Fastag. How do you prove it to me and to 1033 (NHAI support) ?

                                      NHAI's 1033 support still sees HDFC Fastag ID in their portal. As long as the tag is visible in NHAI portal, VRN already registered error continues to throw in MyFastag app, despite your ONE SIDED claims that the tag is closed on your end. That shows a serious Integration/Sync problem between your system and NHAI portal.
                                      Being a customer my problem is still not resolved. It is your responsibility to do the needful with NHAI so that the tag will not be visible in the NHAI portal also, not just at your HDFC end.

                                      status : still UNRESOLVED.
