I had availed home loan from hdfc hfl in the year 2016. They said i need to give stamp paper worth rs 22500 for doing modt registration and i had given the same to the bank officials. When the house documents were registered, the stamp paper was not released for modt registration. Fraudulent people contacted me and made me file for the platinum card. I agreed but not to be hung around like this. Its been 3 weeks plus since they have started the processing.

The tracker always comes blank. This is very suspicious and embarassing for a private bank to behave in this manner.

When I track on the website it comes up empty. Not even disapproved, just blank. Nobody wants to help on the customer...

I have a personal lone no 58568607 and payment due date is 7-june-19. My emi payment paid on time 7-jun-2019 towards my personal loan. The bank is still harassing me by sending payment overdue amount of rs. 649 remains pendings towards fees and charges reminders via sms on 15-jun-19.

I am enjapuri prathyusha a hdfc bank holder. My account is not displaying the whole amount of rs. 914 which i have transferred. It is displaying 222rs only.

I have two cards ending with 4761 & 9986. Settlement for both is done, and one card got cleared . I have applied for NOC. For another card payment is to be done till september. Even after warning, i am getting notices and mail regarding the card which is already closed from my end. Applied for fastag via hdfc fastag on 23/04 paid rs. 500. Got confirmation message on 05/05 paid another rs.300.

Yesterday while i was reviewing bank statement i noticed i was cheated by hdfc bank and they charged me rs885/ annual fee that too on my debit card.

I was never charged earlier and now why i am charged.

Why this debit card which is free for all employees is now being charged.

I have lost my foodcard recently, after which i have applied for a new food card.
However the amount didnt get added to the new card.

Financial matter and condtions keep on changing and there are times when one is not able to pay in time due to travel/etc.
Please train your recovery guys to deal with customers who have been paying back due amounts for so many years with respect and courtesy.
