cheque bounce

I have 2 personal loan account in HDFC bank, on 7th I have 22, 337.00 rs balance one cheque cleared without issue after clearing there was 13552.00 amount another cheque amount was 5193.00 it got bounce without any reason.

I have a salary account in hdfc bank. Two SIPs of 2000 each is deducted every month from my account. For 5-6 hours, there was no balance in my account and at that time the attempt to deduct sip was made. Now I have been charged 590+590 Rs. which is totally unfair.
