Yes i had a mistake i went for hdfc ergo insurance. Its been a really bad experience. Everyday i come to hear for delivery order will be done today n its been four days i've been waiting for delivery order. I'll make sure i'll never suggest anyone to go for hdfc ergo insurance. Service by your side was really disappointing. And the agent is named as shahnawaz whenever i call him he gives lame excuses. Today he said im travelling to somewhere yesterday he said it was off on saturday even he said its off... It's totally disappointing and everyone is suggested not to go for hdfc ergo insurance.

    Hi

    I am ridhima gandhi a privileged customer of hdfc bank from past 4 years. I have a major concern regarding my credit card bill payments. My card expired back in 07/17 and till date i am not using it. Back in 2017 there has been some pending amount which was due on my card of which i was not aware of so unable to pay at that time because of which the late fees and interest charges got accumulated on the card and are quite a lot as of now.
    From the past 5-6 months i am getting reminders and calls to pay off the bill but currently i am not in financial condition to pay the entire amount. Ii have raised reversal requests on hdfc customer care 2-3 times but it has been rejected.
    Please consider this a humble request to waive of the maximum late fee charges so that i can pay the remaining balance and retain the services of the card.

      Hi, I don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account this is second time when bank deducted 345 rupees two times (Total=619) this "amb chrg incl gst for may2019-mir[protected]" i dont know why they are having problem with my account. I am totally fed up with this.
      I want my money back. This is second time when bank deducted amount from my account without providing any information to me. This deduction is made on 8 JULY 2019 and 8 JULY 2019 (TWO times) and MY CUSTOMER ID IS[[protected]].

        Hi,
        This is arunkumar r from coimbatore, tamilnadu. I have applied for fast tag card on 12 - april - 2019. Three months over, till now i have not received the fast tag card.

        Ref no - hfr1177303.

        While check with fast tag helpline number they gave me a dtdc courier tracking id (Track id for your reference - z[protected]. The status is appearing as it returned to their courier head office.

        I am very disappointed to mention you, this issue is not resolved for 3 months by either fastag or hdfc bank.
        Take an immediate action on this issue and do the needful to receive my fast tag card with in couple of days.

          Applied for fastag via hdfc fastag on 23/04 paid rs. 500. Got confirmation message on 05/05 paid another rs.300.
          Riase a compaint with fastag customer service around 25/05 as i never ecieved the fastag, guy provided me with a tracking no. And upon tracking there was no onformation watsoever. So shared this with him and he also couldn't track it.. Promised me that someone senior will call me back within 24 hrs. Nobody called. Rraised this issue again around 10/06, same promise again.. Asked them to give me a complain no. Refused both time point blank that they don't log complaints.
          Can someone please guide where to log a consumer complaint about them

            My mom has taken the loan from hdfc bank of bike emi.. I have been harrased by one of hdfc agent.. The way he has spoken to me is very bad.. He is every time calling me and harrasing me..             Below mentioned are some rules sent to me by my father's lawyer for my reference.

            Rbi rules:
            (Iii) fair practices in debt collection

            (A) in the matter of recovery of dues, banks / nbfcs may ensure that they, as also their agents, adhere to the extant instructions on fair practice code for lenders (Circular dbod. Leg. No. Bc. 104 /09.07.007 / 2002–03 dated may 5, 2003) as also iba’s code for collection of dues and repossession of security.in case banks / nbfcs have their own code for collection of dues it should, at the minimum, incorporate all the terms of iba's code.

            (B) in particular, in regard to appointment of third party agencies for debt collection, it is essential that such agents refrain from action that could damage the integrity and reputation of the bank / nbfc and that they observe strict customer confidentiality. All letters issued by recovery agents must contain the name and address of a responsible senior officer of the card issuing bank whom the customer can contact at his location.

            (C) banks / nbfcs / their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit holder’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations.

                  i used hdfc credit card ([protected]) in 2014 and have done settlement with hdfc card department on 2015, it is showing as settled in cibil, even they not given me the settlement letter.

                  Now i am moving for a hosuind loan with some other bank i am in need of that settlement letter for that i am continously following this with hdfc customer care and throughmail for nearly 2 month but no one has yet replied to me.

                  All i want is just a settlement letter. Kindly provide the settlement letter

                    There are multiple amount deductions from my account under this narration every month and i would like to know the reason behind it. You cannot do that without informing. The amount deducted is always 300 above and upto 800. I would not accept any unsatisfactory reason and would like to have the money back. Also there are deductions under the narration amb chrg incl gst for may2019-mir[protected] and amb chrg incl gst for may2019-mir[protected].
                    Both these are done for the same month. This is very unfortunate and if i do not get any valid reason for this then i will discontinue using the services of hdfc.

                    I am trying to apply for PMAY and the HDFC representative says the property does not come under GHMC(Hyderabad) and he's saying that I am not eligible, my neighbor benefited from the same schema and I am not eligible, Can you guys explain ???
                    I have created account in hdfc bank 10days back. they said me I'll get a welcome which contains of cheque book and passbook and debit card . But just i got cheque book only. After that i didn't recive any calls or msg from delivery office about my card and passbook .

I went to bank they said to call 24*7 customer care, but when im calling it is asking for my credit card number, and when im giving my credit card number then it is saying that "this service is not available on your card".                         Hdfc is the worst credit card provider which can't revert a transaction which was not authorized by me. The customer care is crap and even after sending many mails with proof o[censored]nauthorized transactions reported by many user by this merchant, they are asking me to send a mail to the merchant who have charged the credit card to initiate the refund. The merchant company is not replying to any mails and hence i called and they agreed to refund the amount in 48 hours, but not yet refunded even after 1 week. I am using 4 other credit cards and only hdfc has this # attitude. Its not at all a customer friendly company and i have raised many complaints in the past also and they will resolve only after escalating and posting in public forums.

                        I visited HDFC branch in India and updated my number to an international number. I also confirmed with the bank that this would work. However, after coming abroad, I am not receiving my otp on this international number. I tried multiple times and it is not working. Please help.

                          Dear sir,

                          I'm using hdfc credit card end with 9141 and i found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card on 06th july 2019 towards one assist plan.

                          Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

                          As i am requesting this membership cancellation with 30days of "force subscription" i should be able to get refund without hassle.

                            At the time of applying the credit card i have been told that this card will be lifetime free however, i have checked my statement today and found that there is a charge of rs.590 has been debited for annual fee on which is wrong, i need this amount to be reimbursed, i have been misguided. Please of june 2019, revert the amount or else i will block the card, please do the needful. I have been fooled,, please make a strong decision or else i will go for ombudsman.

                            This is the really unprofessional behaviour by the bank for doing transactions. One day before I try to withdraw money from atm money didn’t get system timeout and amount deducted from my account and still money is reverted back. They are it ll take 7 working days to take my money back. I am really disappointed with the service of Hdfc

                              I am jatinder sharma from amritsar punjab. I am writing the letter regarding the closure of my credit card bearing number ([protected]), as this card is no longer of my usage. I have visited a branch at hall bazar on saturday but they do not help me in this concern. They reply me that call to customer care we do not know anything, i was shocked what a reply i got from a renowned bank employee and they also do not know how to talk with their customers even they do not guide them. They gave me a customer care number [protected] but no one received my call. I am totally harassed from your services. If i have not got any solution regarding this i will filled a complaint in consumer court.

                                I have consumer durable loan with hdfc bank but the issue is that i paid my all emi with pelanty charges but now hdfc bank demand me a emi of jun19 with pelanty charges so why i have to pay jun19 emi with unnecessary pelanty charges when my loan closed on may19 according to my hdfc bank consumer durable loan statement. They also demand pelanty charges from jan19 to jun19 unnecessarily. So why they demand pelanty charges when they already deduct pelanty charges from my bank a/c. I attached some proofs of payment with bank statement. So please pay your kind attention to resolve this problem asap because they harassed me unnecssarily by there phone calls. Last but not the least i paid downpayment of my phone also.

                                    I lost my customer id. Its new account tried more than 10 times to talk with customer care executive. Its so bad that bank like hdfc doesn't provide to talk directly to customer care executive. Please make solution to this problem. And i tried to contact with your toll free number ending of 666 there is no option for such issues. Very disappointing

                                      Hi,

                                      I was an employee of hdfc securities in the month of march, 2019. I was working with them, and my reporting manager was sameer/ rohit. They two are the most useless people, have no ethics at all. Their other seniors are useless, and give a crap about employees as well as clients.

                                      I have left the company without informing, but now i will loudge a complaint against few in the police station regarding mental torture as well as harrasment.

                                      I was in kanjur marg in commodity department, leaving them without informing was the best decision. Worst company, worst management.
