My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on 7st july 2019 and i see that i have rs -3986 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

    Dear sir/madam,

    I used hdfc credit card ([protected]) in 2014 and have done settlement with hdfc card department on 2015, it is showing as settled in cibil, even they not given me the settlement letter.

    Now i am moving for a hosuind loan with some other bank i am in need of that settlement letter for that i am continously following this with hdfc customer care and throughmail for nearly 2 month but no one has yet replied to me.

    I have not received the letter but the complaint is marked as resolved.in what grounds

        Hi,
        I just received a msg from hdfc stating "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc* issued to ava lifestyle products and services p l with value rs. 770.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."
        I haven't issued or requested for such.
        As i have gone through this form, i encountered various issues of this kind that people have faced earlier.

I had a salary account with hdfc bank and after me leaving the company i wasn't using the account which was zero balace account after few months when i check i see -7142. I went to the bank to close the account they said i need to pay the negative -7142, and the help desk was was of no use when i reached out to a branch in perambur ifsc code hdfc0000880. Why should i pay for something that i don't ask for.. Such scams are happening!!!

              Hi, i have got a call from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile.
              My all the documents are clear even after submitting all the documents i have received a verification call and that was also clear then why the hell my application is rejected, pathetic service by your end. Before applying you guyz call 100 of times so if you wants to decline it then you people should never call and ask to submit so many documents. Provide me the credit card.

                The Bank has a habit of not replying to any query. Their officers are uncouth, unresponsive and purely compartmental.

                I have taken a personal loan. As my salaried income was stopped for 7 months, I had requested them to invoke the insurance policy and pay my 5 instalments.

                They never reply and they have no information. I receive call from different persons whose only point in demanding payment. They send some agency people who cam only be treated as goons. One person called Sagar threatened to issue a warrant as if they are the custodian of law.

                They deny my reply to their E-Mail. They do not know where the E-Mail came from. It is really shocking that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

                I demand apology, immediate reply to e-mail.

                  I am looking for noc for my credit card, customer support team says card was blocked so we can't help but they gave me a number to call on, that number is never operational please call me at nine five 99 three zero 77 five eight
                  Please help me out or atleast tell me who can help me, so that i can get my noc asap.

                    Hello,

                    I have made 4 cheque cleared with amount 80k, 1.37lac, 1 lac, 1.25 and bank has deducted 4300 inr as fees for cheque clearing. As per rbi guidelines there should 150 inr charge above 1 lac cheque clearing. However hdfc bank has charged 4300 inr for 4 cheque clearing.

                    I have to close the bank account and will resister complain in rbi. There is 15 hdfc account running under me and i should expect quick resolution from hdfc.

                      I am using hdfc account from last 6 years. I have my life insurance policy with hdfc bank. But Due to medical emergency in the month of may i was unable to paid my outstanding credit card dues. I have received call from hdfc to clear the due amount. At the same time i have informed them whatever will be the dues can be paid in the month of july before 11. But on 2nd of july my account was freezed by hdfc bank. Even after giving assurity to them my account was hold by them. On 9th july i have received call from hdfc card dept. as per that conversation they agree to release my account after the min. Payment via cheque. So i visited bank at 11 july to make payment. I have told them all the issues that i have faced. But no one is aware of this cheque payment & sign of debit note. My whole amount is on hold and due to this my home loan also got bounced. Hence i am requesting you to release my account. I am still assuring you will pay your dues immediately.

                          Its long back I had a Credit card which had a dues of 1792 INR. It was associated with my office that I worked long back. Though I am a customer of HDFC having my salary account for more than 18 years, I was not aware of this. Recently from Cibil report I came to understand and I closed it today in HDFC branch. I am attaching the paid slip in this request.

                          The address, the phone number associated with this credit card are old and not relevant for me as I have my new address, phone number and email ID.

                            I received one message today -

                            Dear Customer mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK LTD with value Rs. 68524.00 and frequency MNTH is received today for processing. In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                            I had applied for a personal loan in Kotak Mahinda which was approved and the amount was disbursed, but the EMI should be around 12000.00.

                            But here it is saying 68000.00 which it should not be.

                            I request HDFC bank to immediately stop all processing related to the message.

                            I don't authorize HDFC to process this, hence disallow and close this mandate.

                              1) grantee return with min. Or above 1620000 while withdrawal after 5 years
                              2) 5 % cash back for the principle amount
                              3) easy emi conversation with 0 % fee
                              4) emi will be starts after 3 months from the policy date (15 oct 2019)

                                This is in regards to the personal loan with ref no. 69437660 applied in July...As per the hdfc loan tracker it's approved on 5th July 2019 and the cheques were collected on the same day. It's been 6 days and the money isn't credited yet . Tried calling the executive who collected the documents but she is not receiving.. HDFC Bank customer care says they can see the status as Approved but nothing beyond this and was informed to contact the same person who collected the documents.

                                Emailed hdfc bank at [protected]@hdfc.com but they didn't revert as well... How can the bank keep customers lurking without any update on the status?

On july 1st i received call from hdfc credit card and got the information regarding one assist. As per the received information there will be life long free service and no maintenance/tax services. By considering this i accepted one assist membership.
                                  But when i go through google i came to know that there is no such kind of services for one assist membership.
                                  As am not interested with this service i would like to cancel one assist membership. So kindly request you to cancel it as soon as possible.

                                      Curently i am using HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD DINNER CLUB INTERNATIONAL CARD which is not working from last 15 days .
                                      we are unable to make any online transaction not physical transaction .
                                      Card is not being accepted and transactions are geeting declinded.

                                        I had paid my total outstanding of my hdfc credit card on 12th jun 2019
                                        But not receive any acknowledgement for same and still in cibil shows my negative balance, i had contact with hdfc customer care many time but did't get any positive response for same. Now in cibil showing my negative balnce, which is i had paid already. My husband visited to hdfc credit card back office which is located in andheri but they are not going to give any proper response.
