Hi,
I would like to complaint about false advertisement hdfc faked to credit card users stating easy emi options when use. But after a transaction is done, hdfc denied to convert my credit card spending to emi option stating such offer is not there. Why would i use an hdfc credit card if such hardship is prevails. Customer service provide false promises that emi offer will be offered in a week's time but even after a month there is no such offer. This is scam & tricks to charge huge lumpsum from credit card users by hdfc. I really regret using hdfc credit card after this experience of no help & i really want to escalate further this as a scam from hdfc looking forward to take legal action against hdfc false advertisement & offers related to emi conversion of credit card transactions.

    Guys, please don't ever use hdfc bank for any service or product, the worst bank in the world.

    I have been a customer for a long time, even my salary account is in this bank. I applied for a credit card thinking that i will get good customer service. There was no response whatsoever. Then i checked my cibil score and i saw that hdfc checked my score 3-4 times in a month which resulted in a massive drop in the score. I was in high 800+ before this incident.

    No one ever visited me for the credit card, i dropped so many emails, raised so many complaints but nothing happened.

    I have decided to shift my salary account to a different bank and close my saving accounts with hdfc bank.

    Lets together make sure no one opens an account with them or use any of their other product, this is the worst thing you can do to yourself

      I am an existing imperia customer of hdfc bank. My relationship manager contacted me in mar 2019 and insisted that i should apply for hdfc infia credit card as that will be life time free for imperia customers.in jul 2019 i received the credit card bill with annual charges of rs. 11800/- now my relationship manager is saying that she is trying to figure out the issue why the bill is sent to imperia customers. However she is suggesting that i should pay the bill now and she will try to get it remitted in my account. I don't understand why there is so much confusion between 2 departments within hdfc. I have never used the card. And rs. 11800/- is not a small amount. If i have to pay this amount, i will surely close my account with hdfc next month itself. Please look into the issue at the earliest.

        Am Murukesan from Kalpakkam. HDFC bank account holder. Am not used my debit and credit card for past 1years. But I receiving call from customer care of bill payment for 12280rs. I asked to send statement for that still am not received any mail regarding of this payment but my credit card amount monthly by monthly increasing. All insurance cancelled and refund amount slip for received on 2month and 4month. But still my credit card amount increasing. Need help. Unused card payment call coming please help me.

        The 2 slip for refund of insurance slip copy photo enclosed to this msg.
        But still am receiving call for payment credit card bill. But am not used credit card for past 1years. But in credit card bill is increasing monthly. 12280rs bill came. Why this much amount I don't know. Monthly credit card statement is not coming to my mail. I ask customer care to send bit still am not received any mail from HDFC credit card detail.

          Several times i send reminder mail regarding previous complain for amb charges deduction, complaint no - hbl=[protected]. My customer id is 49146420 & account no. Is [protected].
          I was charged twice (354 & 531) total 885/- rupees on 11th june, 2019 without any prior intimation. After complaining bank returned 750/- rupees but ridiculously the didn't returned 135/- rupees. Which is said to be gst!! When the amb charges amount is 0 how its gst can be calculated as 135/- rupees?? A very casual excuse from your side.
          Moreover i received a call from phone banker regarding this matter & when i responded that i am not happy with the partial return that phone banker assured that they will take care of that. Unfortunately the "caring" is still pending from your side. Last but not the least that phone banker advised not to close this account as refund is still pending from bank, but now this particular account is showing -708 as current balance!! Though there is no such narration available on net banking for this negative balance. I must say a very poor grievance handling by hdfc bank. I need a proper solution for this complaint, close this matter asap.

              I have been charged with 4274/- rupees as amb charges.
              I have not been notified of this charges prior the deductions have been made to account.
              Please waive this charges so that I can continue crediting my account
              if not possible please close my account
              Also please let me know what balance to maintain in my hdfc account so that I will not be charged again as amb.

                  I loaded money to payzapp wallet.
                  The amount was rupees 1000/- and 100/-.
                  It is showing in the wallet that transaction failed but the amount is deducted from my sbi card.
                  I made the transaction rs.1000/- on 12.07.2019 @11.57am and rs. 100/- on 13.07.2019 @5.31pm.
                  I want refund of whole money as soon as possible otherwise i am gona sue this company and i will demand the compensation too for my work intereption

Who asks after approval. Very worst service. I am working in ana Australian bank as a credit officer. Now they want original bank statement with bank seal. After approval they want all this.                       I've paid from google pay to swiggy rs. 99 on the 21st of july as well as the 7th but both the times the transaction was failed but money was deducted from my account. Both the times i've to handle the transaction again. So, again, both the times 200 rs have been deducted from my account.                         When you sell the card your employees says no fee no renewal fee nothing life time free and last year was charged 500 after i spoke to the advisor it was reversed and this year again same thing and after raising a complaint was told this will be reversed and i got a message saying it cannot be reversed please call back worst service ever ive received im waiting for my last bill and would cancel my credit card and my dad has a hdfc saving and credit would cancel all of them dont you trick people by lies when you sell credit card.

                            I was told by flipkart that i will receive a refund having refund id[protected] but i have not received the refund and hdfc says the reference no is incorrect.

                            I cannot contact hdfc and when i try to contact flipkart they say that refund has been done on 9-july-2019, but the amount has not been credit to my account yet.
                            Please help me as i have my order being cancelled by flipkart and haven't received the refund yet.

                              Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 3 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. My hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -2500 balance.
                              The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 2500 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.

                              Plz juistice to me. 2500 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I am writing to you after making several follow ups with samsung & hdfc customer care (Nor samsung & hdfc is interacting to each other) and since hdfc has not yet initiated any action /investigation on this matter and my emis are still going out of my account for the product order which was cancelled in nov, 2018

                                  The heist goes like this:

                                  1.in november 2018, i ordered a samsung mobile phone (Though my wife) online for rs. 23, 499.94 using my hdfc credit card.
                                  2. On 11th november 2018 i decided that i do not need the mobile and hence cancelled the order.
                                  3. I was told by samsung customer care that the amount will be refunded and the emis will stop automatically.
                                  4. However, the emis are being deducted every month and neither hdfc or the samsung informed us about the emis getting deducted since nov, 2018 till date.
                                  5. More than rs. 2000 going out from my credit card account every month since nov, 2018 till june 2019.
                                  6. Even after following up several times on phone and email with samsung & hdfc customer care they are not responding to us and neither the emi deduction is stopped.
                                  7. Hdfc bank is blaming samsung and vice versa.
                                  8. I have been requesting for reversal of all emis illegally taken so far, but no response from hdfc
                                  9. I have been requesting for my credit card statement till date, but no response from hdfc

                                  Cancellation of the product email from samsung has already been forwarded to hdfc (Reproduced below). But no response.

                                  Also hdfc is not sending me monthly credit card statement to [protected]@gmail.com despite my several requests

                                  Kindly request you to look into the matter and give justice to me or they will take one more emi this month also.

                                  Both of them are not responding to me for last 2 months.

                                    My old debit card is blocked and when communicated with hdfc phone banking, they said new debit card is already received by me. However i have not received any new debit card on my registered address.
                                    Now they are demanding more money around rs. 300 to issue another debit card. Why should i pay extra charges??
                                    Also if it is not delivered, why hdfc is saying it is delivered.
                                    Now i dont have any active debit card and i am suffering because of there mistake.

                                    Also before blocking my existing debit card they have not communicated with me by sending any message on registered mobile no. And suddenly without delivering new card hdfc has blocked my old card.
