I cancelled an product from flipkart [opted for emi, where i cancelled immediately before bank converted into emi] where the seller had refunded the amount (9999), but not yet reflected in my credit card balance.
I request to hdfc bank to kindly refund the amount soon as i need the amount soon to buy another product.

What is ibt charges i heard this first time it deducted my 177 rs whats it for
I have done transaction from payzapp but cashback not credited in my account for any of my transaction.
Bank deducted approx 1250rs for non maintainace without inform.even dont send any single message or e-mail so i can maintain it.how irresponsible service from their side.its banks responsibilty to give us alert before doing such a fraud things.please sort out my query and return my amount asap.dont get disspoint your customers.
I have cancelled my order of Mi Smart TV from flipkart as i didn't choose the EMI term to my favour. I cancelled immediately before bank converted into emi. After which the seller had refunded the amount, but not yet reflected in my credit card balance, as i was told it would be Credited back by 24/9/20 i.e yesterday
I request hdfc bank to kindly help me out to my queries as soon as posible.

    credit card is blocked but not closed

    My credit card got blocked 1 year back due to some "unauthorized international transaction" that i have made, which i have no idea about. Let it be. When i reapply for a new card to hdfc they are telling me that i already hold a card, so i have to do card limit enhancement instead. But no such service is possible for this card even via netbanking as it is blocked.

    When i try contacting hdfc phonebanking, they asks for credit...

    From june 22 2019 to july 14 2019 up to 1, 30, 000 inr has been deducted from my hdfc account. Kindly help me to get my money back. I have blocked my debit card and net banking for now. My account balance shows in negative amount due to the fraud transaction which has happened. I called net banking customer care and have blocked it for now. Kindly help me

      I request to everyone do not do any business with hdfc bank, i have been charged everyday for different reasons, it is their business model to fool people by deducting their hard earned money, after doing outward remittance on 4 july 2019, i was charged 2 times (784 rs) for unknown reasons, hdfc customer care never replies, branch isn't helping. I want this issue resolved, and want my money back to my account.

      I have not got any assistance yet from the bank side .
      Even after maintaining sufficient balance in account, HDFC deducted 354 and 708 rs. respectively from my account on same day without any prior intimation. Can you please look into it?

        I have settled and surrendered my credit card in 2017 at an agreeable amount. But i didn't received any sort of settlement letter at that time. After i deposited money i stopped getting calls and emails to deposit money so i mutilated the card thinking that settlement is done. But now i need a settlement statement from the bank urgently for my personal business. I don't have all the digit of the card except first four and last four digits but i do have the registered email id and phone number. Please do the needful

          Hdfc is a fraud... Looters

            Hdfc bank agents harassing through phone calls to the board numbers of my wife where she working for a women college, katpadi, vellore. They called year back and asked for a loan old of 12 years back. We informed we unable to remember details and we solved if that arrives in the cbil. From last year onwards hdfc bank agents harassing through phones to my wife mobile numbers and my numbers. We discused our advocates, they advised us, the loan asked befoere 12 years old is not has any validity. That cannot be settled through any agents and not to to answer any more to agents. Now they called the board numbers of college and abused my wife to the reception they also called the departments and abused the staff no way connected to us. Every day she is getting more than 10 to 20 calls like this. My wife got serious stress and felt sick.
            The hdfc bank nelson manikam road, chennai have given details of my wife to the agents they behaving like rowdys and gundaws. They dont have legal provision to ask 12 years old bills they found a way illegal harassment and torture to the work place.
            The following few phone numbers used for this harassment.
            [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
            The above mentioned numbers are few numbers, the hdfc /hdfc agents heaving several numbers like this for harassment
            We request, what legal rights for this hdfc bank and its illegal operating agents using phone numbers in the name of hdfc used for harassment of a lady in her work place in a working time even she declared her state.12 years above old loan of below 1 lakh they already registered in the cibil. We at any time solve at cbil. But the bank taken illegal ways to threatening my wife and her collegeous co workers and me. It created lot of mental torture and stress. If the hdfc bank continuous this way we will proceed a harrasement case has well seeking severe compensation on the base of harrasemnt a lady in her work place continuously for one and half years.

                I received a letter pn 05/07/19 from advocate amit kumar from. Hdfc bank statinh that my entore auto loan is call upon & i have to pay entire amount of 14 lakhs immediately otherwise my vehicle will be repossessed by the recovery people anyyime within 7 days of that letter

                  My Name is Manigandan C Moopanar taken a personal loan with A/C 57995215 of 300000/- before 1 year and I have paid 8-10 EMI with interest also and right now I am jobless and unable to pay 3 months and this collection person is harrasing me and my family member in such a way that they are going. To attempt the sucide also he is harrasing my mother, sister and father both my mother and father is senior citizen with high blood pressure and low sugar respectively also my sister is physically handicap and he is so much pressuring that he is telling to my sister and mother that he will take money and then only he. Will go so if my sister, mother and father anything happens the whole cost will be bear by collection person and tell him not to harrass me and my family member by calling and by coming at residential address and if he further harasss then i will have to file a case against him and I am not telling that I will not pay I will pay the EMI with interest once I get the nice job

                      Again now i am facing new problem as i need to give request form to your chennai branch Regarding auto stop payment, for deactivating the service of Auto payment, isnt it ridiculous, just elaborate how much you people harrased the client, So many other customers was also standing at HDFC Bank for the same reason, then i came to know, that i am not the only one person who got cheated by you & your services, There are so many other clients who is disappointed by your cheapy, highly costliest services, why dont you close your bank if you are not serrvice provider, you people are only money takers, want minimum 10000 in Bank account, We pay 10000 to you as for maintaining minimum balance & expect good services from you, but your bank & you are least bother about services, then why you take so much money, just to invest our money in Equity & mutual fund & you get good returns out of it, bull sheet, from last 6.5 months i am just coperating & requesting you to close my account, i should withdraw my amount from bank, no need to do this much follow ups for your third class services

                          There is unauthorized transaction happened from my hdfc credit card and i struggled to raise the complaint as when i called customer service, the first time one lady received the call and she gave me incorrect information and kept on repeating same sentence instead for replying to my query and without saying anything she kept me on hold for 15 minutes then she said that she has raised complaint and i will receive a call soon and did not provide me any details of the complaint. I even did not receive and sms or email with the complaint number or acknowledgement. Then i again called the customer service, this time the 2nd lady was the greatest one, she gave me the complaint number but when i asked about if there is anything still pending from my end, she started saying the same sentences. When i asked her to transfer my call to supervisor so that i check for proper solution, she just kept my phone on hold for 45 minutes without any response, not even checking if the customer is still there on the call or not. After 45 minutes someone comes on the call and that was also of no help... Then i actually some how managed to recharge my internet package, went online and raised the dispute complaint. I struggled so much with the customer service just and i was not able to access internet above that i was getting messages for unauthorized transactions and the customer service was not interested in helping the customer.

                            Sankarsana swain her, i am take a personal loan on hdfc bank as on year of 2017 loan account no is 50085038 and i am submit the all documents with 3 blank cheque (Cheque nos is 146275, 146267 and 146268) as per requirement of hdfc bank executive mr. Parveen kumar mobile no is [protected] on date of 10/08/2017. Hdfc bank execuitive one cheque no 146267 used for amount of rs 6428/- as on date of 16/08/2017. Before my loan amount credited in my account, i disscuss with mr. Praveen kumar with phone call on same day regarding this and mr. Praveen kumar say this is our bank process and this amount will refund on your bank within 1-2 warking days, finally that amount is refund my bank account on same day.
                            My loan amount is credited on my account as on date of 25/08/2017 and that loan acount no 50085038 is already closed on year of 2018. But one cheque no 146268 is used by'mfo associate' for the amount of rs.7000/- on date of 06/06/2019. I don't know who is 'mfo associate'. That cheque i am submit to hdfc bank only for personal loan not submit to 'mfo associate'

                            Sankarsana Swain Her, I am take a Personal loan on HDFC BANK as on year of 2017 loan account no is 50085038 and i am submit the all documents with 3 blank cheque (Cheque nos is 146275, 146267 and 146268) as per requirement of HDFC BANK Executive mr. Parveen Kumar mobile no is [protected] on date of 10/08/2017.HDFC BANK execuitive one Cheque no 146267 used for amount of Rs 6428/- as on date of 16/08/2017. Before my loan amount credited in my account, I disscuss with mr.Praveen kumar with phone call on same day regarding this and mr. Praveen kumar say this is our bank process and this amount will Refund on your bank within 1-2 warking days, finally that amount is Refund my bank account on same day.
                            My loan amount is credited on my account as on date of 25/08/2017 and that loan Acount no 50085038 is already closed on year of 2018.but one cheque no 146268 is used by''MFO ASSOCIATE'' for the amount of Rs.7000/- on date of 06/06/2019. I don't know who is ''MFO ASSOCIATE''.that cheque i am submit to HDFC BANK only for Personal loan not submit to 'MFO ASSOCIATE'

                              I am receiving emails for this bank account but i am not the account holder. Hdfc has incorrectly put my email address on the customers profile. I've already contacted jayesh sonagara and ankit makwana, relationship managers, to remove my email address from the profile, but they havent responded since june 2nd when i sent the below email to them.

                              I have been receiving emails intended for your customer in my gmail inbox. I am not actual customer of the hdfc account mentioned in this email. Please remove my email address [protected]@gmail.com from all the bank records for this account. I reside in hyderabad and do not hold any hdfc bank account.
                              I am able to view all statements of this customer as i know the customer id 33403505 of this customer. This is a serious breach and if you do not remove [protected]@gmail.com id immediately then i am going to take serious action.

                                Sir I have a bank account in HDFC vikarabad branch. During my pregnancy I visited my mother house in Tamil Nadu state.When I visited back to my in-law house I to deposit money into my account but it is showing negative balance.I have read RBI guidelines that there is no negative balance in saving accountsaccounts due to penalty charges.

                                  Yesterday I did SUN DTH Recharge of 589 in niki through HDFC payzapp. The amount got deducted from payzapp but I received no order ID in the niki app also recharge has not been done.I Received Transaction ID Transaction ID[protected]from payzapp.

                                  Contacted Nikki customer care below is the reply I received

                                    I would like to raise a complaint against the fraudulent issuance of an insurance policy #: 21420585 by HDFC LIFE Company Agent. I am not satisfied with the reasoning provided and hence would like to escalate this matter to your next level or let me know your legal team contact details with whom I can meet in Delhi, HO. This incident has happened in the following manner:
                                    1. A person name Manish Chauhan ( +91 [protected]) called me on 13th Apr'19 and presented himself as Regional Manager for HDFC Life Mumbai branch. He told me that there is one of my policy (issued in 2013) which is about to lapse due to non-payment of last 6 years premium of INR 50, 000 per year (amounting to INR 3, 00, 000/-, Three Lacs). He mentioned that this policy can be encashed if I wish to in today's time with the amount of INR 1, 50, 000/- (maturity amount due of only first premium paid in year 1) or I can pay additional INR 3, 00, 000/- (last 6 years premium in one go) and get full maturity benefits due in Mar'20. He as well aligned his sub-ordinate SHARAD SHARMA ( +[protected] to coordinate with me for all the stuff
                                    2. He asked me to submit my documents through HDFCLIFE email address only and pay the premium directly on the HDFC LIFE website. This sounds to me as a SAFE bet to transfer my money (3Lacs) directly to HDFCLIFE account and moreover, he has all my KYC details already available with him beforehand communicating with me.
                                    3. Post the discussion with the agent, he advise me to make the payments on 13th Apr'19 and he advised that initially there will be a dummy policy issuance (HDFC LIFE SANCHAY) which will be later converted to single premium settlement policy with a maturity of Mar'20 and all the funds will be shown (newly paid as well as previously due amount) under this policy. Post payments were made I was expected to receive the Policy documents as a hard copy as a well soft copy but I NEVER RECEIVED ANY DOCUMENT FOR THE POLICY ISSUED TO ME TILL DATE AND ONLY DETAIL AVAILABLE TO ME WAS THE ONE SHARED BY HDFCLIFE DELHI BRANCH BY SEARCHING THEIR RECORDS USING MY KYC.
                                    4. After waiting for 2-3 days I started chasing the agent & he kept on asking me to wait for a week's time in lieu of stating that policy is under process and I'll surely receive the new policy by HDFC Life directly. In this chase approx a month got passed away and I decided to visit HDFC Life, Delhi Office (Barakhamba Road) where I met with one of the policy advisors and narrated the whole story. They looked into their records and told me that there is a NEW policy being issued on my name with policy #: 21420585 and they explained to me the details of the policy being issued. Post this discussion I raised a concern that the policy issued is not what was being agreed and they have to cancel my policy with immediate effect as I never opted for any traditional policy for 15 years with payments terms for 5 years for 3Lacs per annum. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE to me as I cannot afford to pay a premium of 3 lacs per annum and wait for 15 years of maturity period. To this, they mentioned that the free-look period within which a request for a policy can be raised is already over and I have to continue with the said policy.
                                    5. When I never received any policy from HDFC LIFE neither hard copy nor soft copy over email, I was never able to look at the policy being issued and nor was aware of any terms & conditions for cancellations, etc. Moreover, post-policy issuance I never got any phone call to explain to me the policy being issued so that I can actually take a decision of cancellation in an appropriate manner.
                                    6. I have reached out HDFC LIFE services team as well and they are as well not taking any action for cancellation of FRAUD POLICY being issued to me by HDFC LIFE AGENT and not even reachable over the call or physical that I can go & meet them to explain the situation. They just mention that you have not acted within 30 days of free look period and hence policy cannot be CANCELLED now. It was not even more than 45 days when I approached HDFC LIFE DELHI BRANCH and requested for CANCELLATION.
                                    My only request to you is that this policy is NOT DESIRED OR OPTED by me or by my CHOICE and instead was being issued by a fraud agent in a fraudulent manner. Moreover, I never got any documentation for the policy being issued to me and hence was never aware of details & terms & conditions of the policy. I would like to request you to help me with the CANCELLATION of the said policy & help me get the refund. It's still not even 2 months passed by and I am hoping that your/team intervention will help me getting my hard money refunded.
                                    Kindly acknowledge the request and let me know the way forward to save me from this FRAUD issuance of policy and help me refund the invested amount at the earliest.
