Dear sir,
Myself ca priya verma, i am from jaipur. My hdfc saving bank account no. Is[protected].
A year back i joined a mnc that time i opened the hdfc saving bank account and then i shifted to other bank when i left the co.
Since october'18 i was trying to close my hdfc saving bank account, i visited the branch two times but didn't get proper responses from them.
I started working in mumbai so it’s not possible for me to visit the branch on regular basis.
I tried to request for the closure of account via net/online banking but there is no options available.
Today i again tried to contact with customer care but no responses received and i came to know that there is a negative balance of 4233.99 and i did not get any previous intimation regarding the charge.
This is not at all tolerable the branch has to give notice or intimations.
Since this is a complaint against a specific bank viz. Hdfc bank where no policies issues involved, consumer education and protection department, central officer is request you to examine the complaint and take suitable action.
Please consider my request and help me in closing my account as soon as possible.

    Hi team,

    My customer id is 70060031, recently my credit card statement has been generated.in that financial charges are 747rs for the outstanding amount of 2000. And for the previous month statement their a financial charges are 1208 for the outstanding amount of 35000. I don't on what basis this financial charges are applicable. For 35k it will 1208 and for only 2k it will be 747.
    Kindly check the issue.

    We wish to inform that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.       Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 3 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing more than 9000 nagative balance.

      The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.

      I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
      Plz juistice to me. What is the solution? What is the action will take against the bank?

        Dear team,

        I ave applied a pl in hdfc bank and submitted all required documents on 12 th july 2019. After that i got msg on 15th july approved loan amount is 3.4l but from that day hdfc bank sales executive informed me my loan is put on hold due to some reasons and then again i submit another set of required documents. He told me today i will get msg for appoval of amount still now i have not received any msg from hdfc bank. My request is if bank is not able to disburse amount plzz inform me why they are delaying this process. For your information loan application numer is[protected]

          At 6th of june 2019 i have used my atm card for withdraw an amount of 10, 000 from my account. Amount deducted from my account but cash stuck at atm machine. At 11th of june i register a complaint on customer care and bank both place but there is no response from bank yet at 19th of july 2019. How can i get my money back. Bank is not responding on my complaint and bank told me to call customar care and when i call customar care they told me to contact bank.

            I have 236 amount on hold and my account balance is 474... May i know when the hold will be cleared

            In this account i have amount on hold is 19734.37 and account balance is 1928... Available balance is -17806.37, this happened because of the loan emi over due, i have paid it yesterday (Hdfc agent says it is something related to lean, i didn't understand though), may i know when my account available balance turns out to be positive

              Hi,

              I was cheated into buying this service from hdfc customer support when i called to inform them about a lost credit card. Since then, they have deducted money 3 times and they have not cancelled the membership even after repeated emails and calls. I don't know how to get this issue resolved. I'm really frustrated by this experience. Hopefully, this complaint will help me resolve this issue. I really don't care about refunds any longer. I just want to ensure that the service is cancelled.

                My name is dilip vasava and i request you to cancel my above said credit card. Also i am getting a bill for credit card no ending 5459 64xx xxxx 2772. Which i have not requested to purchased this credit card. I am not having credit card of this new number. No body has issued this new credit card to me from your bank. So i suspect that any of your bank employee is using my new credit card. So please cancel my these credit cards. I am not responsible for any dispute about the said new credit card in my future.

                  My application fulfilled all the pre-requisite, which are necessary to issue a credit card. I do have a very healthy cibil score of 764, credit utilization ration tends to be better.

                  You have done address verification, approved the application, then suddenly you declined my application, which was deliberate in nature.
                  I applied through card-on-card basis. Still, you declined my application at the last moment.

                  Hdfc has been the worst bank, i have ever had done business with,

                    I had cancelled one of my order from amazon on 12 08 2019. And i got an message from amazon your refund success. But still i didn't get my refund.                       Transaction id hdf[protected]. Transaction is done on 17/07/19at 1:59 pm. Of rs 1500 via debit card endind with 6160. Message is generated as payment at punjab state power cormum. My pspcl account no. Is [protected] and consumer name is mohan singh. I have not got receipt from pspcl yet. After i paid my loan fully and bank had returned my gold jewellery same day but after 1 year i checked my cibil score report and i found the same gold loan is showing active and because of that my loan application got rejected from other bank, i am thinking to go consumer court for this matter, if i paid my loan fully and bank returned...

                        When ever i call the virtual relation ship manager he/she is just not available and there is no call back.
                        Hdfc is losing a lot of business because of this. About two to three months back wanted a housing loan inspite of telling virtual relation ship manager nothing happened.
                        Few days back wanted to convert to emi on purchase of washing machine and glass hob no response.
                        Now i wanted to tell not to dispatch my new credit card as i am not on the address and it should only be dispatched in sept. Again no response.

                        Please do not dispatch my credit card till 31 aug dispatch after 15 sept.

                        What is the point of dedicated virtual manager when issues cannot be resolved. Regards

                            While i called the phone banking to convert a purchase in EMI, I was informed that I am eligible for Jumbo Loan, all seemed fine, i contacted my personal banker to proceed with the same. However no where in our conversation was i informed that there is 18% gst on every month interest which totals to 10000 rs for my total loan tenure.
                            My loan money is in my account and i received an email from hdfc stating the terms after 24hrs of dispersal and got a shock that gst is excluded. Thats cheating as somebody only does this to achieve their monthly targets or earn few incentives but jeopardizez the other person's hard earned money

                              I had taken home loan of 10lakh from HDFC home loan, Korba branch (Chhattisgarh)and loan was disbursed in 2007 by Bhubaneswar HDFC home loan branch to me and Mrs Nandini Sahoo whom i had purchased the land.And HDFC home loan Branch Bhubaneswar representative collected the Sale deed from Sambalpur Registar office.

                              In 2013, I had paid all the home dues at bhubaneswar office and Bhubaneswar HDFC home loan branch representative told me that we will give your all document after seven days because all documents will come from Indore office.Again after seven day i had come toBhubaneswar office to received the original documents, but that time also your people told me that sorry your documents yet to come from Indore .After received your documents, we will call you and handover the same to you.
                              Again in the mean time I have transferred from Odisha to Chhattishgarh and forgot to take my documents from you.
                              For returning my original sale deed I have requested Bhubaneswar, Korba office, Raipur and Indore Office and also given so many mail, but till now no body is responding from HDFC home loan branch and remaining silence.

                              I came to know from Raipur HDFC Home loan branch office, my original document along with excess amount i had paid to HDFC ltd during loan closure of amount Rs13354/ dispatch to your cuttack branch on 20th June 2014.

                              In the mean time I have applied another home loan on line File No:[protected] and also approved now. And same thing was referred to Rourkela HDFC home loan office, therefore they demanded original saledeed, without this we can can disburse you the sanction loan.
                              After that, Original sale deed which was not collected earlier from HDFC Ltd, I have requested to HDFC to return me and also now I came to know they have taken excess money from at the time of Home loan closure which was repaid before its due date i.e2013.
                              Therefore, I requested you all, kindly interfere in this matter and return my original sale deed to me which was urgently required by me.

                              Pls Pls return my original documents along with excess money paid by me.

                              I had taken home loan of 10lakh from your bank through korba branch and loan was disbursed to me and Mrs Nandini Sahoo whom i had purchased the land.And your Bhubaneswar representative of HDFC bank collected the Sale deed from Sambalpur Registar office.

                              In 2013, I had paid all the home dues at bhubaneswar office and your representative told me that we will give your all document after seven days because all documents will come from Indore office.Again after seven day i had come to your office to received the original documents, but that time also your people told me that sorry your documents yet to come from Indore .After received your documents, we will call you and handover the same to you.
                              Again in the mean time I have transferred from Odisha to Chhattishgarh and forgot to take my documents from you.
                              Therefore, now i am requesting you to kindly handover my original saledeed to me.

                                  I made a payment to HDFC billdesk with the reference no .but the amount was wrong . I know the transaction will take 3 days . Please cancel the transaction as I the money will get waste please response as soon as possible ..please try to resend to me so that I can make change and pay back again with correct intereste

                                    I had taken insurance policy no. 18184762 on january 2016 from mayur vihar bank with assured of 12.0 lacs in maturity amounts. But after one year, customer care had confirmed 7.33 lac at maturity. I wanted to surrender this policy. After few days i had received a call from rajesh srivastava ([protected]), if you want to get refund you have to take another policy, then i had taken another policy no.[protected]Hdfc life) by this way he had give two more policies from future general life insurance. When i had come to know he had already sold three policies. Then i had made a complaint in your ghaziabad. After investigation by your regional office nehru place (New delhi), cases are mis selling case. But hdfc life has given refund of policy no. 18184762.
                                    I request you, arrange to give me refund, my another policy no.19094986 of rs. 41500/-.

                                      Dear sir/ma'am,
                                      I want to close my credit card after closing all due amount. I went to hdfc bank site and searching the link to fill the details regarding cancellation/close but no such link is available.

                                      Can you please help me to provide the link or online process to close my credit card.

                                      Hdfc bank has been charging much hidden amount during use of credit card many times.

                                      I am completely annoyed with the hdfc bank process.
