Hi hdfc bank,

This is to inform you that on 03th july one fraud call received from health care india[protected]/[protected] rs, 25998/- inr has been deducted from my hdfc credit account. Kindly help me to get my money back. I have blocked my credit card. Now bill generated on 19th july and this amount reflect in my credit card bill due to the fraud transaction which has happened.

I called net banking customer care and have blocked it my credit card ending 7039 & dispute form already submitted to hdfc bank as per said customer care email id.
Kindly help me & revert on priority.

      Hdfc credit card representative came to my house, filled the forms and gave me a confirmation that i will get my credit card within 7 days. Post that there was no email. I got a call from a sales team person who needed some details. Post that day, he hasn't picked up my calls. After 15 days had passed, i got a message that they have completed processing the card, i went online and put my application number and it said declined. I need to know the reason for this decline, because i have been waiting since 15 days and i need to know why this reason wasn't told to me while applying for the card.
      The other sales man whose contact i have, sound under confident and its almost like they themselves don't know the procedures.
      Pathetic service. Staff not trained properly.

        What are these charges? I want it to be reversed..

        2. I always used to pay the minimum balance due. It was never made clear that minimum balance due will attract interest. This is a very deceptive manner of charging interest. It should have been made clear that minimum due will only ensure that penal charges arent levied but interest is. The high-interest rate itself is a charge.

        How can such deceptive practice be carried out? I want these charges reversed.

          Could someone help me out lyk m having debt of 25000 of my credit card i want to settle that payment... Because bank has already taken more than this money from me... As late payment charges every month... How can i get rid out of this.

              Myself ca priya verma, i am from jaipur. My hdfc saving bank account no. Is[protected].
              A year back i joined a mnc that time i opened the hdfc saving bank account and then i shifted to other bank when i left the co.
              Since october'18 i was trying to close my hdfc saving bank account, i visited the branch two times but didn't get proper responses from them.
              I started working in mumbai so it’s not possible for me to visit the branch on regular basis.
              I tried to request for the closure of account via net/online banking but there is no options available.
              Today i again tried to contact with customer care but no responses received and i came to know that there is a negative balance of 4233.99 and i did not get any previous intimation regarding the charge.
              This is not at all tolerable the branch has to give notice or intimations.
              Since this is a complaint against a specific bank viz. Hdfc bank where no policies issues involved, consumer education and protection department, central officer is request you to examine the complaint and take suitable action.
              Please consider my request and help me in closing my account as soon as possible.

                Hi team,

                My customer id is 70060031, recently my credit card statement has been generated.in that financial charges are 747rs for the outstanding amount of 2000. And for the previous month statement their a financial charges are 1208 for the outstanding amount of 35000. I don't on what basis this financial charges are applicable. For 35k it will 1208 and for only 2k it will be 747.

                  Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 3 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing more than 9000 nagative balance.

                  The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.

                  I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                  Plz juistice to me. What is the solution? What is the action will take against the bank?

After that i got msg on 15th july approved loan amount is 3.4l but from that day hdfc bank sales executive informed me my loan is put on hold due to some reasons and then again i submit another set of required documents. He told me today i will get msg for appoval of amount still now i have not received any msg from hdfc bank.                       At 6th of june 2019 i have used my atm card for withdraw an amount of 10, 000 from my account. Amount deducted from my account but cash stuck at atm machine. At 11th of june i register a complaint on customer care and bank both place but there is no response from bank yet at 19th of july 2019. How can i get my money back. Bank is not responding on my complaint and bank told me to call customar care and when i call customar care they told me to contact bank.

                          I was cheated into buying this service from hdfc customer support when i called to inform them about a lost credit card. Since then, they have deducted money 3 times and they have not cancelled the membership even after repeated emails and calls. I don't know how to get this issue resolved. I'm really frustrated by this experience. Hopefully, this complaint will help me resolve this issue. I really don't care about refunds any longer. I just want to ensure that the service is cancelled.

So i suspect that any of your bank employee is using my new credit card. So please cancel my these credit cards. I am not responsible for any dispute about the said new credit card in my future.

                              My application fulfilled all the pre-requisite, which are necessary to issue a credit card. I do have a very healthy cibil score of 764, credit utilization ration tends to be better.

                              You have done address verification, approved the application, then suddenly you declined my application, which was deliberate in nature.
                              I applied through card-on-card basis. Still, you declined my application at the last moment.

                              Hdfc has been the worst bank, i have ever had done business with,

                                  Transaction id hdf[protected]. Transaction is done on 17/07/19at 1:59 pm. Of rs 1500 via debit card endind with 6160. Message is generated as payment at punjab state power cormum. My pspcl account no. Is [protected] and consumer name is mohan singh. I have not got receipt from pspcl yet. I have also made transaction of rs 1000 again by same process but not got receipt for the same also

                                    I have taken gold loan from hdfc bank ambala branch. After i paid my loan fully and bank had returned my gold jewellery same day but after 1 year i checked my cibil score report and i found the same gold loan is showing active and because of that my loan application got rejected from other bank, i am thinking to go consumer court for this matter, if i paid my loan fully and bank returned...

                                    When ever i call the virtual relation ship manager he/she is just not available and there is no call back.
                                    Hdfc is losing a lot of business because of this. About two to three months back wanted a housing loan inspite of telling virtual relation ship manager nothing happened.
                                    Few days back wanted to convert to emi on purchase of washing machine and glass hob no response.
                                    Now i wanted to tell not to dispatch my new credit card as i am not on the address and it should only be dispatched in sept. Again no response.

                                    Please do not dispatch my credit card till 31 aug dispatch after 15 sept.

                                    What is the point of dedicated virtual manager when issues cannot be resolved. Regards
