Dear sir/madam,

i used hdfc credit card ([protected]) in 2014 and have done settlement with hdfc card department on 2015, it is showing as settled in cibil, even they not given me the settlement letter.

Now i am moving for a hosuind loan with some other bank i am in need of that settlement letter for that i am continously following this with hdfc customer care and throughmail for nearly 2 month but no one has yet replied to me.

All i want is just a settlement letter. Kindly provide the settlement letter

    There are multiple amount deductions from my account under this narration every month and i would like to know the reason behind it. You cannot do that without informing. The amount deducted is always 300 above and upto 800. I would not accept any unsatisfactory reason and would like to have the money back. Also there are deductions under the narration amb chrg incl gst for may2019-mir[protected] and amb chrg incl gst for may2019-mir[protected].
    Both these are done for the same month. This is very unfortunate and if i do not get any valid reason for this then i will discontinue using the services of hdfc.

    I am trying to apply for PMAY and the HDFC representative says the property does not come under GHMC(Hyderabad) and he's saying that I am not eligible, my neighbor benefited from the same schema and I am not eligible, Can you guys explain ???
    I have created account in hdfc bank 10days back. they said me I'll get a welcome which contains of cheque book and passbook and debit card . But just i got cheque book only. After that i didn't recive any calls or msg from delivery office about my card and passbook .

      My credit card has been blocked, i dont know the reason too. I went to bank they said to call 24*7 customer care, but when im calling it is asking for my credit card number, and when im giving my credit card number then it is saying that "this service is not available on your card". I dont know what the hell is this. I am using hdfc diners club rewardz credit card.

        Hdfc is the worst credit card provider which can't revert a transaction which was not authorized by me. The customer care is crap and even after sending many mails with proof o[censored]nauthorized transactions reported by many user by this merchant, they are asking me to send a mail to the merchant who have charged the credit card to initiate the refund. The merchant company is not replying to any mails and hence i called and they agreed to refund the amount in 48 hours, but not yet refunded even after 1 week. I am using 4 other credit cards and only hdfc has this # attitude. Its not at all a customer friendly company and i have raised many complaints in the past also and they will resolve only after escalating and posting in public forums.

        I visited HDFC branch in India and updated my number to an international number. I also confirmed with the bank that this would work. However, after coming abroad, I am not receiving my otp on this international number. I tried multiple times and it is not working. Please help.

          I'm using hdfc credit card end with 9141 and i found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card on 06th july 2019 towards one assist plan.

          Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

          As i am requesting this membership cancellation with 30days of "force subscription" i should be able to get refund without hassle.

            At the time of applying the credit card i have been told that this card will be lifetime free however, i have checked my statement today and found that there is a charge of rs.590 has been debited for annual fee on which is wrong, i need this amount to be reimbursed, i have been misguided. Please of june 2019, revert the amount or else i will block the card, please do the needful. I have been fooled,, please make a strong decision or else i will go for ombudsman.

            While I'm booking a train ticket amount is deducted from bank and transaction not successful.rejected from bank. Still amount is not refund. Card num ending 6917. 370 rs amt isn't refund still now

            This is the really unprofessional behaviour by the bank for doing transactions. One day before I try to withdraw money from atm money didn’t get system timeout and amount deducted from my account and still money is reverted back. They are it ll take 7 working days to take my money back. I am really disappointed with the service of Hdfc

              I am jatinder sharma from amritsar punjab. I am writing the letter regarding the closure of my credit card bearing number ([protected]), as this card is no longer of my usage. I have visited a branch at hall bazar on saturday but they do not help me in this concern. They reply me that call to customer care we do not know anything, i was shocked what a reply i got from a renowned bank employee and they also do not know how to talk with their customers even they do not guide them. They gave me a customer care number [protected] but no one received my call. I am totally harassed from your services. If i have not got any solution regarding this i will filled a complaint in consumer court.

                Dear consumer forum,
                I have consumer durable loan with hdfc bank but the issue is that i paid my all emi with pelanty charges but now hdfc bank demand me a emi of jun19 with pelanty charges so why i have to pay jun19 emi with unnecessary pelanty charges when my loan closed on may19 according to my hdfc bank consumer durable loan statement. They also demand pelanty charges from jan19 to jun19 unnecessarily. So why they demand pelanty charges when they already deduct pelanty charges from my bank a/c. I attached some proofs of payment with bank statement. So please pay your kind attention to resolve this problem asap because they harassed me unnecssarily by there phone calls. Last but not the least i paid downpayment of my phone also.

                    I lost my customer id. Its new account tried more than 10 times to talk with customer care executive. Its so bad that bank like hdfc doesn't provide to talk directly to customer care executive. Please make solution to this problem. And i tried to contact with your toll free number ending of 666 there is no option for such issues. Very disappointing

                      Hi,

                      I was an employee of hdfc securities in the month of march, 2019. I was working with them, and my reporting manager was sameer/ rohit. They two are the most useless people, have no ethics at all. Their other seniors are useless, and give a crap about employees as well as clients.

                      I have left the company without informing, but now i will loudge a complaint against few in the police station regarding mental torture as well as harrasment.

                      I was in kanjur marg in commodity department, leaving them without informing was the best decision. Worst company, worst management.

                            I am the account holder of hdfc bank with account number: [protected].

                            Today when i checked my account via internet banking and i found available balance inr -2, 206.92. I was shocked why it is showing in a negative amount.

                            When i investigated the same i found that this account has been changed into normal account and these charges are the monthly non-maintenance charges.

                            Sir, it was my salary account (Zero balance account). Why nobody from your side informed me that it has been converted into normal account and rupees 10k is the maintenance amount per month.

                            I am not able to pay any single rupees to the bank due to my financial condition. Also, i want to close this account immediately because i am not able to maintain the min. Amount of 10thousand rupees per month.

                            Please investigate my request and do the needful to close the account.

                              Since then i have never used and active this card but i was surprised to see that my CIBIL score was letdawn due to defaulter of this credit cards, your salse representative Mr, Deepak, / Anil ranjan & Mr, nisit Bhardwaj said to me that your credit card Diners Club life time free service but present time i asked your customer service then your customer service representative told me that your card not life time free it is chargable amount 4200rs.
                              whenever i were taken your credit cards that time approx 50 person applied to your credit card service behalf of my opinion but present time all of my friend blame to me. So please seen my application and solved my problem your HDFC bank very popular for honest working i have always touch with you for your bank but i am serprise for this scandal S i hope that you are helping me for this problem please consider my application and requst to you that solced my problem, I am working with an organization which have all corporate account link with HDFC bank but this incidence loss all faith from your bank,

                                Still my complaint not been shortout by the hdfc bank id-2358187. As per the complaint they are charging cheque bouncing which was already updated through their customer service centre about payment will be made by ifsc but still they charge extra. Plz do the neddful as I want to close the loan account 35100099 by this month by paying the actual pending amount less the charges.

                                I have one hdfc credit card. (Card no[protected]*) on 7th may i called kerala customer care and told them to cancel my credit card permanently. They told with in 7 days i will get call for confirmation and then it will cancel. But i have not receive any call. Then again i called customer care on 22th may, they told me the same matter, but no result received. Then on 15/06/2019 i sent a closure form to hdfc chennai office regarding this, but till date i dont receive a call or any confirmation message regarding cancel. Please do the needful.

                                    I want to change mobile number for my hdfc food plus card bearing no. [protected]. I am unable to login to the prepaid netbanking as i forgot my password and userid.

                                    Also forgot password and forgot userid is not working.
                                    My original number was [protected] and it has to be updated with [protected].

                                      Hi higher management\director’s,

                                      First of all, i am apologies to disturb you but i need your interference to sort out my issue as i am not getting any response from customer service. I tried my best to reach customer care.

                                      I sent mail to [protected]@hdfclife.com 3 days back - no response
                                      I sent follow up mail yesterday - no response
                                      I tried to take the help from on-line chat - no response
                                      I called hdfclife cc hotline number - that guy disconnect the call-in middle of communication.

                                      I am reliable customer of hdfc bank since more than 10 years and using multiple services like home loan/credit card/salary account and never had single issue yet.

                                      But this time i bought a policy from hdfc life which was my biggest mistake.

                                      Issue:- i have bought policy 10-15 days which i want to cancel as after detail analysis i found that did not full fill my expectation. And have provided all the requirement which needed for this cancelation. But not getting any response from cc.

                                      So that i am escalating to you, if you are not the concern person please forward this mail to concern team of hdfclife. And also, i am looping to hdfclife support but i am sure i will not get any reply from them.
