Hi,

I'm akhila working at hdfc bank jigani, bangalore branch. My supervisor lokesh agarwal is doing harassment at work place. Asking stay till 11 pm every day which against bank and govt act, policy that too without transportation and security. Every day i work till 10 pm without any security.

If i have sufficient leaves balance not allowing to a single day leave even if i suffer any health problems.

Now, i resigned my position from hfdc bank and my last working day is end of june. As per hdfc bank policy, we or employees can take a leave if employee are on notice period. I applied for leaves from 24 may 19 to 29 may 19 due some personal work, but my supervisor mr lokesh a is not giving a day leave and giving lot of mental harassment. He said that leaves has take as a loss pay or extended to last working day in the verble communications i agreed for loss of pay. But suddenly he came up with new issues like leaves will be treat both (Extensions of last working day and loss of pay for leaves) which is not acceptable.

Again, he started harassment. Team please take an necessary action or else it going to be something big problem for hdfc bank branch.

    I have cancelled my bus booking and also i got below message from bank -
    Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 7019 for rs. 366.00 has been credited/reversed by tnstcltd on[protected]:10:33:13
    I checked the account statement and balance too but it's not credited into my account.. I am scared, actually transaction is pending in your side only..
    Please done the transaction as soon as possible..
    Also let me know when it will be reflect in my account??

      I sachin yadav am a customer of hdfc bank my credit card no is [protected] and have been using there services for about 5 years i was unable to make the credit card payment for this month i told them it would be done in a day or two but they didnt listen and started harrasing me and threatning me that people would gather outside my house and started using harsh language i told them that you are not allowed to harrase customers and you are just a recovery department to which they again threathened me that you wait and watch till tomorrow after which i had an argument with the lady on the call. Is this the way you treat a customer?

        I ordered something online, the checkout showed amount as $ 0.01 but I got charged $50+ twice.

        I called HDFC within 30 min and asked to cancel but they refuse to cancel the payments and refund my money.

        On further research, The e- commerce website has many complaints against them for the same scam. You can check the website, I've uploaded a pic

          Your hdfc ergo person mr. Azad from ahmedabad taken my mediclaim policy. When i need clerification regarding my policy. I have rang several times but he couldnot give any response. I am not setisty with your services. Because when this fellow taken my policy he rang me several times but when i need he could not pickup the phone. As he tell me that this company is leading company and i am not setisty with company.in future i will not recomand anybody.

            I have discontinued the health insurance policy i took with the home loan and the hdfc home loan branch guy also told me it has been stopped and as well i email for it to cancel they reply to confirm and i replied yes i want to stop it but still why the installments are deducting till now?
            Its been 4 months around no one receive my phone and no one answer from there, i have canceled it. I want to stop my installments regarding the health insurance and want my refund of emis i paid for this insurance, pls help.

                  I had a car loan in hdfc bank where i paid the emi for 2.5 years and due to sudden unemployment, i was not able to make payment for past 6 months. I had informed the same over the phone to the executives who called me. I got a job recently and as per the company rules, i am not supposed to use my phone. This person tried calling me 2 days and when i haven't recieved the call during the office hours, he called me from different number in the odd time. He sent me a text message "laude ke ball pick the phone"

                    This is my second complaint after I did not receive any reply from HDFC since I posted the same complaint two months ago.

                    I have not been receiving any OTPs on my registered mobile number for the last 5 months now.
                    This is after I updated my new mobile number by the two suggested methods i.e in the bank branch and through my online net banking account as well.
                    I have spoken to customer service over the phone, I have been to my local branch and raised the issue numerous times and I have also written emails to [protected]@hdfc.com for last 5 months now and no one has made a real effort to solve the issue.
                    I have mentioned so many times to every supporting department that I do get SMS alerts on my registered mobile number but I do not receive any OTPs for any online or net banking transactions.
                    Its really frustrating and exhausting that after so many months, no one has still been able to resolve this issue for me.

                        I cleared my Credit card amount but in the urgent need of education loan, my CIBIL score needs to be updated. Customer care at CIBIL asked me to contact HDFC branch so that they can mail them the due clearance report asap to CIBIL AND that will be updated within & days. My HDFC bank account is a salary account of Maharashtra so the person at the bank in Rajasthan said he can't mail the details of due clearance and I have to talk or go to the Mumbai branch, also the process of CIBIL updation takes 5-6 months. Right now I'm at my permanent address in Rajasthan which I tried to update on my account but the request was rejected. My MBA session starts from 22 June 2019 and I have to pay the fees by 20 June 2019. I'm moving from branches to branches in the urgent need o[censored]pdate of my due clearance I had also mailed at (grevance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com & customerservices.[protected]@hadfcbank.com) given mail id and got the complaint no. HBL=[protected] and referance no. [protected]. The bank asked me to contact to the customer care and customer care to the bank.                           Help me arrange a call back from hdfc recovery team vikas puri delhi, to be specific tina. Complete money has been deducted from the account, and i haven't received a noc yet. Firstly without informing me they merged my old account with the new one and also now they deducted the complete salary, even without following up they did this, and still its shows minus balance in my account.

                            I am m, account no 1234 in bank of india, had issued and deposited cheque no 209901 of ₹69, 500.00 to nk account no: 5678 in hdfc on 25/2/2019 in relief road branch of hdfc. On 25/2/2019 the cheque was withdrawn from my account and not deposit in nks account.

                            Hdfc had deposited cheque in nk's account and withdraw it next day stating cheque returned due to other reasons.

                            Now i contacted relief rd branch of hdfc again about the the check to staff miss g and branch manager mr md and sp. They told they cannot return cheque as money is withdrawn. After constantly requesting for more information they are saying they send demand draft to bangalore office but have failed to provide dd information, receipt number, contact person on bangalore. I contacted bangalore hdfc, they say they don't have my pay order or dd.

                            I contacted other branch of hdfc in memnagar ahmedabad there mr k told your dd is in ahmedabad relief road branch.
                            Now again when we asked hdfc relief road branch and insisted, they (Ms g, mr md, mr sp) are saying they send to bangalore home office of hdfc but have no confirmation if banglore office as received it.

                            Mistakes by hdfc:
                            1. Hdfc withdraw money from my bank of india branch and did not return.
                            2. Hdfc did not check the spelling of of neeraj karamchandani before depositing the cheque.
                            3. Hdfc did not return my money to my bank of india account.
                            4. Hdfc did not return me the cheque.
                            5. They issued the demand draft from relief road branch of hdfc and are not sure where the dd is physically.
                            7. Hdfc failed to provide any information of dd like dd number, name on dd, where they send it.
                            6. Hdfc bangalore says it has not received any pay order from ahmedabad, but hdfc ahmedabad said they have proof from courier company that they had some envelope from hdfc ahmedabad.

                            Mt bank of india account number: 1234, cheque no 209901 of ₹69, 500.00
                            Neeraj karamchandani hdfc account number: 5678

                            Now, i am requesting reserve bank of india to help to get my money back from hdfc it has been more than 2 and half months and i trying to get this thing resolved. I need my 69500 rupees back in my bank of india account.

                              Sir,
                              As per your letter dated cited above you are directed to remit an amount rs 3853.67 in connection with my credit card.in this connection i may inform that i have never used the said credit card for even a single purchase and also i have not activated the said card yet. I am not interested in using credit card, but your representative compelled me to take the card and also he informed me that there no additional charge for the use of this card except on the purchase using this card. I have already submitted the cancellation form of credit card in hdfc, kottayam collectrate branch before two months and again filed the same on 18.5.2019 on same branch.

                              In the above circumstances i humbly request to avoid my credit charges and take necessary steps to issue a cancellation certificate as early as possible.

                                I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card without my permission on 18 th may 2019.

                                I never excepted this from hdfc bank. First of all i was forced for this subscription on personal loan, now this is again another pain top of it.

                                Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1899. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info.

                                  Hi,
                                  I have returned my order on amazon and they have refunded money to bank which was debited from my debit card. I also received sms that - "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 7122 for rs. 706.62 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[[protected]:14:45:47. But i still didn't received my money back in my hdfc bank account.

                                    I am a hdfc account holder. I wish to apply for mortgage loan. Few days back, i have been registered in paisa bazar and then taken to mr. Sudhakar, hdfc employee through ms/mrs sivaranjini, another hdfc employee.

                                    Mr. Sudhakar visited our house to explain the loan process and the required documents and gathered all information about the house and the rental house details too. Then, few days later he again came home to collect the documents and application form, along with the cheque of rs.11918 (Eleven thousand nine hundred and eighteen) for processing fees.

                                    Then i got call from ms/mrs swetha for verification process, she asked about the need for the loan, about house, everything. At that time she also gathered information on the number of rental house and the monthly rent income etc.

                                    Yesterday morning again i got call from hdfc regarding house verification and estimation. They have visited our house, collected all the details and went. By 4 pm, the processing fees rs.11918+ has been deducted from my account. At that time, mr. Sudhakar asked me to make the cheque into stop payment mode. But obviously i couldn’t as it was already deducted.

                                    Today when i checked with ms/mrs swetha, she said that since the number of rental house is more than 3, we cant able to process your application and it got rejected. She also said rs4500+tax will be considered as processing fee and rest of the amount will be refund to my account.

                                    But my question here is, mr. Sudhakar has been came to our home twice and he is also well aware of the rental house details. But he didn’t inform us on the rule ‘application will be rejected if there are more than 3 rental house’. Then ms/mrs swetha also collected the rental house details while verification, and she also didn’t inform us on the above rule. As an applicant we may not aware of this kind of rule. But as a hdfc employee they will definitely know this. Even though, why sudhakar should collect the application form and submit?? And why swetha moved the application for house verification?? Since both of them have already knew the rule and my application doesn’t satisfy the rule, why they should continue the process? Sudhakar can inform about this rule and he may not collect the application. Or swetha can inform this while verification.

                                    We cant tolerate this kind of irresponsible activities absolutely. I demand to refund the full amount rs.11918 (Eleven thousand nine hundred and eighteen) to my account again.

                                    Am requesting for the response through various sources like, mail, Call, blogs etc. But I didn't get any proper update regarding my queries. It has been dragged to more than 10 days. Are people will be only money minded. Won't they concern about their own customers? So that can they cheat and make use others inability in the name of terms and conditions? This is totally unfair.
