Dear sir,
I had tried to withdraw cash on 17/05/2019 (Friday) at about 9.40 a. M from two atm machines installed at kasba branch at nabapally rajdanga, kasba, kolkata -700107 @rs 4000/- each [total rs 8000/- ] by my corporation bank current a/c debit card (From my corporation bank, gariahat branch current account). Although all formalities were done on the atm, neither of the two atm s dispensed cash, yet my current account got debited.
I had on 17/05/2019 informed ms pousaly mullick, hdfc bank, kasba branch on mobile &sent an sms. I even wanted to submit a written complaint on 18/05/2019 (Saturday) to the branch manager, but since bank was closed due to buddhpurnima, could not do so.in view of the above, request you to look into the matter and direct to credit rs 8000/- to my corporation bank branch.
