Hello experts,

I am a customer of hdfc bank holding an saving account from 2018. I am using my card for my daily transaction through atm or online banking. Today (28 may, 2019) while checking my bank statement online i have noticed that somehow my 7400.00 has been deducted from my account and i received an sms for same. Statement shows that money has been deducted from my account at google * future tech, even when card is with me all the time. And i was home (Indore) and for work (Crystal it park indore) on same day. That means somebody using my card details to access my account. Even i didn't received otp for the transaction.

I need your advise how to track this issue, can it be bank fault or its a 3 party fraud or its a mistake by bank. I have already logged complaint to hdfc bank. How may i claim my money back?

    I am a holder of HDFC Diners Club International credit card for Long. I am continuously making all my payment is full and timely. There was the case once i delayed payment and after discussion with HDFC concerned same was wave off and i paid payment accordingly. But in Credit card statement same was levied. Basis HDFC confirmation I am doing my payment as per my purchases for particular month but HDFC is keep on charging financial and late fees charges for which i am not liable. This matter is almost 6 month old. and on various occasion i request to HDFC Customer care to rectify the same. but no result. Kindly wave off all extra charges for long term patronage with HDFC

      As i had open my salary account in the hdfc bank after sometime i left that company. The bank converted my salary account into the saving account without informing me and there are charges on that account. I visited to the bank to close that account but they are saying to pay the charges 1000/-. I want to close that account. Please help me with this as for me the 1000/- is big amount.

      Average Monthly Balance is calculated out at the end of the month. This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the GST at the applicable rates.       I have salary account in the HDFC bank. As per my knowledge salary account can be maintained as zero balance. Then why you are charging charges for non maintenance of average monthly balance.because of these charges i am not able to credit my salary in the HDFC account. I will not pay the charges as i have salary account. I want to close this account.

        With reference to a telephonic call with Ms. Hasina Pawar - Credit Card Agent HDFC Bank Mob No : +91 [protected] & +[protected] is continously harassing me with phone calls in my office landline number. I asked her call on my Mobile Number but she is not. In our telephonic discussion, I asked her give my statement, on which she answered that she cant give any statement to me and so i informed her to give me this in written. she is even not ready for it, Just continously calling and mentally harassing me. HDFC Agents are not helping me out. i dropped a email as well.

        I want strong actions to be taken against her. On receipt of proper statement of my usage, I shall surely make the Payment back.

          Having an account with your majiwade thane branch. Since start dealing with miss. Manprit kaur she is rm for my account opening. She tooks 1 month for an account opening. She is not at all responsible. She is very casual in attitude and careless while account opening. After account opening many times i called for help for my account related issues but she reverted casually and late. After tha also i asked that i m looking for net banking facility and swipe in facility for my current account as well as 2 saving accounts but till date no response. Just a wrong commitments that i will send someone or i will mail you... Blaa blla blaa..

            I am not receiving otp while registering my fastag online. Tried several times, even the call center guys aren't able to help. So topping up my account is not possible and they can't do it over the phone using a credit card. I saw similar complaints about otps not received dated as far back as feb last year. Looks like it is not resolved permanently.

            3540 rupees got deducted in my hdfc account on 27th May 2019. Without intimation. I don't know what is the reason of deduction.
            It says "3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 240519-MIR[protected]"
            As Per documents everything verified but why these HDFC Ban k rejected my credit card for no reason after submitting documents again and again for 3 times

              I am holding my Salary Account, Credit Card, Demat Account all with HDFC Bank. But when i call for some emergency or query HDFC bank customer service not answering properly. My personal banker not taking calls though i tried calling him for around 30 times

                Hdfc credit card application reference no. : 19e[protected]s2 was declined. No reason was provided for declining. Also its not possible to speak to anybody on hdfc customer care number on this. Only way is to check status online.
                Please let me know the exact reason exclusively for my case and not a generic copy-paste text response common for all. According to me my eligibility and documents were good enough.

                As per email received from HDFC bank i dropped it in the drop box of HDFC bank i.e. Electronic City Main Branch, Bengaluru. The staff there confirmed that it will be internally posted to cards division Chennai.

                ["Alternatively, you could drop the same in the drop box at your nearest branch addressed to The Manager - Cards Division."]

                Please acknowledge or let me know if i still need to courier/post to HDFC bank Chennai ?

                HDFC : Please update on the status of my application. When i track the application status online it says "Error No Record Found."                 I received a sms on 20th Jun 2019 at 19:41 saying "...completed processing...for details please visit http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track after 2 days"
                I have been trying since 23rd Jun 2019 and that link does not display any status on entering the application number.
                Can HDFC bank please respond on the status as i have already submitted the signature declaration form.
                Hdfc bank call center exicative are calling me for demate account but dont talking about it

                  I had paid amount of 36020 + 50000 =86020 rupees for the policy
                  1) hdfc life click to protect 3d plus
                  (Appli id[protected] and
                  2) hdfc life prow growth plus
                  (Appli id[protected].

                  Both policy were cancelled due to rated up issue. As per your policy, deposited mony should reimburse within 15 days, but even after 10 months i havnt recieved my mony back and not even a single email regarding this issue.

                  Now i hav received mony
                  36020+48600=84620inr, 1400 less
                  Why my 1400 rupees deducted.

                  Instead i should get my mony with interest
                  Please look forward to this complaint immideatly.
                  If my issue us not solved soon i wil close my nre acnt and my wife acnt from hdfc branch also i wil go ahead with my complaint to next level...

                      I swipped 7900rs in Nexa showroom in Porur on May 20. The transaction was not successful and I do have reverted receipt with me. Hence I proceeded with second swipe on 22 May. Now that I see my account has been debited twice and when I raised the same with customer care executive then "No proper response " & I raised the issue with HDFC Nodal officer the "No response".

                          Dear sir,

                          A credit card was pushed to me by the employee of the hdfc bank, he promised me regalia and to my utter dismay, moneyback card came to my place.
                          When i asked this person, he said that there are no charges for the same and it is free of cost.
                          I did not have any provision to use the card so i did not use it, and suddenly one fine day the bank sends a mail that 590 rs will be deducted for the non usage of the card,
                          I am in a shocked state of mind as one person says it is free whereas the bank deducts my hard earned money, when i dont know about it.
                          Isnt it an irony that i have to pay for non usage of card?

                            Tried for investing in hdfclife. Submitted a query on 24th May 19. Thereafter, received at least 10 calls including sundays however, I needn't complain about the caĺls since I agree it's about competition. Finally today I said that I am not investing as of now and will take a call in say next 2-3 months, to which the executive rohit did the following: -
                            1. Asking details into my not investing
                            2. Replying not in a so-comfortable tone
                            3. Telling me that I should have asked for policies of all banks from him
                            4. Telling me that he had wasted so much time explaining policies to me etc etc

                            To which I finally asked him to put down the phone and told him that it was his duty to explain the policy to the customer and it's the customers call to invest or not..

                            To which, Rohit slams the phone on my face

                            Speaks poorly

                                I am a student. I will start working soon.

                                My suspended account has left me unable to use my savings account for day-to-day transactions.

                                I don't want to change my bank. I hold stocks and investments with this account. I will be able to pay once i start working.

                                I request my suspension be lifted so that i may be able to use my savings account.

                                I am receiving abusive calls & messages from agent name Balwant from HDFC Credit card recovery his number is [protected]. He is using very very wrong language which is not at all acceptable I already to him that we will make payment but still he keeps on harassing me.
                                I have made my HDFC credit card payment on 24th May-2019 and the payment status was showing pending. Till now the amount was neither credited in my credit card account nor in back account. Can anyone assist me to resolve issue ASAP.

                                    Even i have similar issue, wherein my first comp salary account was created 2 years ago and i have stopped using account 1 years back. Even i lost my debit card, now to my surprise i see hdfc sending alert message to my email showing rs. - 6722.00 on my account. Every month they are deducting 600 to 800 rs. I want to continue with this hdfc bank, and i want to take credit card, i don't want to pay this negetive amount.

                                    Could someone please suggest me how you guys have sorted this?

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I opened an savings account in hdfc (Branch - morar, gwalior, madhya pradesh) on january 2019 due to some work but my account got rejected two time from main branch on hdfc (Mumbai), but still i cooperate and also i approached them many times, later on as due to min balance is not maintained i request them to cut the amount but then went to my home. Now i'm requesting them to close my account they're not closing and charging me negative balance for nothing, i request to please take some action to close my account and remove the negative balance as soon as possible.
