I cancelled a amazon membership today, in which rs 999 had been refunded by amazon.

Today i received a message from hdfc "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 3103 for rs. 999.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:17:51:03

But still amount not credited in my account while seeing the statement... Kindly do the needful asap

Please get my noc n rc book gj10ah0417 my vehicle num from JAMNAGAR
I already told about my address ..but still bank put credit card delivery on address which is changed
I have ordered an item on flipkart and it got cancelled.i payed via hdfc debit card. After it got cancelled, i got this message "Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending xxx0 for Rs. 10799.00 has been credited/reversed by Flipkart Payme on[protected]:10:18:17 "

But it hasnt been reflected in my account. What am i supposed to do?
I would like to complain about not depositing my cash into my account. As my account is preffered account i was refused by teller by depositing my money standing in preffered q at hdfc banknand was asked to join the general q. Further more they refused to take my cash deposit in the account.

    I have applied and received a Regelia first credit card in the m/o. Sept, 2018 but still not received the airport lounges access priority pass card till date inspite of so many complaints given to the credit card executive who has got my card issued.

    Please arrange to send them on my registered address on priority basis else I will surrender the card. This is really pathetic customer service given...

    Hi team,

    I added my hdfc regalia credit card on google play store to buy some app but i got a message that rs4000 is deducted on my card at google cloud which i didn't approve.

    Totally fraud done by google & i am not getting any response from hdfc bank corresponding to it as i only get the option to close the card.

    Request you to please help me get that rs4000 back.

      "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to ashish securities pvt ltd with value rs. 25000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

      I have not issued/allowed/authorized any company/person for any kind of transaction. I called csr many times, but...

      We alredy have subscription in one name. And by mistake it got subscribed it seems and monthly it is getting deducted from my credit card account. I came to know only when i got sms from the bank for the last two months. Now i cant find in which id/email/mobile no it is getting deducted. I can give you the number given in sms..." amazon 1258399 0n ..Without pin/otp " i recd in march also. As i am not able to find in which id it got subscribed and hence not able to proceed to unsubscribe. I want amazon to look into and see that it gets discontinued. Thank you

          Hello,
          I have discontinued the health insurance policy i took with the home loan and the hdfc home loan branch guy also told me it has been stopped and as well i email for it to cancel they reply to confirm and i replied yes i want to stop it but still why the installments are deducting till now?
          Its been 4 months around no one receive my phone and no one answer from there, i have canceled it. I want to stop my installments regarding the health insurance and want my refund of emis i paid for this insurance, pls help.

            Due to unavoidable circumstances i have not been in a position to pay my credit card bill for hdfc. I have written to them asking for a months extension and i have been getting harrassing and abusive calls. I have two sick parents and a young baby at home and such kind of harrassing calls are causing extreme distress at home.. Pls help

              On emi the offer stated that within 90 days (3 months) the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's now 5th month running and i have not received cash back offer my deduction is still going on every month of 7th

              When i bought the phone hdfc and kohinoor team said your 4th installment emi will not be deducted by hdfc loan, but it is getting deducted,

                Cancellation of one assist membership
                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2599/- from my credit card number ending with 8489 without my concern on date:18/05/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2599/-

                  This is to inform you that i have paid the monthly premium of rs.10, 000/- for hdfc life for policy hdcf life click 2 invest (Policy no:[protected] on[protected] itself. But still as auto debit is activated it has been debited from my credit card on[protected].

                  I have raised this concern with the service department of hdfc life on 11th may 2019 but there is no solution yet which is making my worried.

                  My questions to hdfc life;
                  1. Why it hasn't reflected immediately after i paid my premium in my hdfc life account? Very poor management of the system!!
                  2. How can the auto debit facility be active on my credit card with out my approval?
                  3. Who is responsible for the charges incurred on ending up consuming more credit than allocated on my credit card because of the very poor system you maintain?

                    payment failed but amount debited

                    Refund request:
                    I have swiped for 145rs but it failed due to some technical issue and it shows the transaction failed at restaurant where as the same amount has been deducted from my account.

                    The receipt at restaurant says "cancelled and transaction failed ". I have also checked their statement and confirmed that no successful transaction at that time (About 145RS). SO it would be a problem from bank end, could you please...

                    On 19/0319 an amount of rs.11119.38 deducted from my credit card no
                    5523*6883.
                    This transaction was done without informing me also without otp.
                    I clearly tell them i have not done this also my card is with me. I complaint through phone banking. They blocked my card and new card issued also take time to check this transaction. They ask for they will fill this amount temporarily and you have not to pay until we fully work on this, but now hdfc bank has been charging me same and also adding late fees and other charges.

                    Payment was not done by me, i have not received any otp (One time password), any mail regarding this transaction. Now they are adding another charges to mye

But when i cross tollgate today morning, its shows "fastag is blacklisted". I dont know what kind of service you are providing me. Or else i have to tell me before itself. Worst experience.

                              not receiving otp for transaction sms

                              I have not been receiving OTP and transaction SMS for the last 10 days. I have tried restarting my phone . I am able to receive regular SMS from people. Just HDFC SMS is not coming through. Please help with that. It's very difficult to get in touch with your customer service of HDFC.
