Dear friends,
Please don't use HDFC account. I had bad experienced from hdfc. I got loan from hdfc. at the time of loan process, they requested to open bank account. I got account and loan amount was credited. Later I have not been using this account. Recently they sent massage that your non maintenance balance is 7000 rupees. Ok requested to customer care to remove negative balance. They agreed that and requested to maintain minimum balance. I added 12000 rupees, but they deducted my money due to negative balance. Customer care explained about negative balance and said that paying non maintenance compulsory. This the way they are treating customer.
Dear friends I am saying that please don't take account and credit card from HDFC. I had bad experienced with HDFC credit card also.

    Hi my name is karan chopra. I am a resident of gurgaon and am using hdfc credit card since about 2.5 yrs now. Initially it was okay because i was paying my dues on time but i had a my father's death last mth in the month of april 2019 so because of moving out to my hometown in lucknow i had to leave my job because of my leave issues with my manager. The executives are harassing me on a daily basis by calling me not only from their ivr number but also from their personal numbers as well. I would request the grievance department to please pay heed to my problem as soon as possible. All i want is just the end of this month that is may 30th 2019 to repay all my dues. I do not want to he harrased please.

    Dear Customer,

    As you are aware, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. We confirm that there are no buffer days for credit payment. We confirm that payment towards the Total Amount Due reflecting as per the statement has to be paid by the payment due date to avoid levy of charges.

      Dear sir,

      i have received the call from hdfc bank on[protected] her name is deepika .and she have brainwashed me - as hdfc bank will give you offer to pre-close your existing two-jumbo loans.by offer some amount with minimum due of 4500/ month upto the due for may 2020 (12 months). and she told me it's benefit to you compare the existing loan amount!. so i was accepted

      note : but she was not telling me it's a jumbo loan.

      after 20 min she was processed new loan[protected] -rs, 50000) and deposited 50000 to my bank account([protected]).after 2 minutes she was calling me and forced to pre-close my existing old two loans of
      1.loan no:[protected]rs, 80000 and
      2.loan no:[protected]rs, 35000 (in a fraction of minutes).
      that day evening i have calculated my loan payment details it's was totally lose of me.i have call customer care and requested to close the new loan.

      today i have checked- still the new loan was in active status.now the customer care person's told me - you have used the new loan amount; so we can't take your new loan close request. i was shocked.

      she (deepika) only called me and forced to use the amount 49100 to pre-close old loans; but now all are told me you only used the new loan amount. (they give only the choice to pre-close option only and they will be charged around 4500 approx) this is happened just two days?

      now i need to cancel the new jumbo loan (loan no:[protected]rs, 50000) without any processing fee+interest+gst.

      i was not using any loan amount my knowledge she (deepika) only forced me to use the 49100 amount to my credit card.i'm a middle class people i can't tolerate this type of theft.i was suffering lot on this issue.

      kindly help me to close the new jumbo loan without any fees

      still the customer care have blaming and brainwashed me to pre-close option of the jumbo loan.
      not try to solve this issue.

      these peoples are only focused their target not favor for HDFC bank customers.

      please resolve this issue as earlier as possible at before of the bill generate date[protected].

      HDFC Deepika have not informed me about the offer as a jumbo loan!? so that i felt that hdfc bank was given some opportunity to close my loan earlier.

      but she was blaming me to increase the Due date of my old loans and propose me to get a new loan (that time she was not telling it's jumbo loan-You can Audit the Reocord of the call?

      even one rupee i have not taken from the amount but all HDFC staffs telling me to use that amount.

      now i want to cancel the deepika mam intiated loan no:[protected]rs, 50000 without any charges.kindly help me...

      and she cheating me by telling lie - by increase the Old loan due amount and forced me to take a new insta jumbo loan .
      i am not interested this new loan and i want to cancel this loan loan no:[protected]rs, 50000 without any charges.kindly help me...

        My salaried account has put on hold by MiRevenue by GEFU. I left the job almost a year back and i havent done any transaction since many months. When I checked the balance it was negative. I asked the customer care but they were least interested looking into the matter. And the amount keeps on increasing.

        As per my second bill of credit card cha rges are exided. So please revert that charges because this is my second bill. So I'm not able to pay this time. I want credit card should be life time.

          I have an hdfc credit card and I missed to pay 5000 rs on statement outstanding balance for month of April 2019. HDFC charged me 8732 rs as financial charges + 1733 rs as applicable GST on financial charges in next month statement i.e May 2019. This is not at all acceptable that 5000rs will be charged with 8732rs as fee.

          I request Consumer Complaints to do help understand on what basis HDFC keeping all the charges on customers and how to get the money back which is over charged on 5000 rs.

            I have been informed that my emi was bounced for the month of march 2018
            but according to my bank statement enough funds were available in the account and still there was no deduction of the EMI.
            Now i have been charged with the bouncing charges along with late payment charges
            I have been receiving calls that a FIR has been lodged against me.
            but there was no information provided to my about the bounced EMI

              Hello team,
              I have requested for closure of this hdfc bank credit card ending with 0044 last year in the hdfc bank branch: "pn 3, nri cplx, mandakini, alaknanda, greater kailash 4, new delhi, delhi 110019" after a filling a manual form.

              I also received a confirmation that the card has been closed.

              The last email for the payment was sent on thu, may 24, 2018, 2:39 pm and the amount was rs.14725.31. Further paying this amount there was no amount due left and i received the below email.

              Thus making
              Total amount due : (Rs.) 0.00
              Minimum amount due : (Rs.) 0.00
              Payment due date : (Dd-mm-yyyy[protected]

              Now after close to 1 year, i have received again payment notice for about rs 1082.87/-. Although the card was not even delivered to me and it was closed already.

              It looks very pity and i am really disturbed personally with this credit card related communication.

              There is no statement generated for the same. Kindly request for help to close this as soon as possible.

                My credit card has expired last month and still i have not received my new card. iam on a foreign tour next week and need the new card. the card has expired during april 2019 and it is said the new card will be issued automatically. but not happened. my customer id 37395060.

                In parwanoo branch they are not acept DD always says go to other branch because their printer not working, staf not available this type of reason. why they not acept DD i m a customer of parwanoo branch but why should i go to other branch . This is not 1st time i face this type of problem maximum time

                        My account was salary account in hdfc, without prior information or prior notice amount of rs.600 has been debited from my account, i need the reason for the debit and i want my money back.

                        If this happens again then i need to close this account and all transaction from this bank and open another account with another bank who is allowing us to open with 0 account.

                            I am a hdfc credit card holder and bank has debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 8518 without my concern on date:02/03/2019 and now every months it is getting deducted from my credit card and today I got a message from credit card that I am having due of Rs 3369/- . And I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So please cancel the membership this month only and refund this debited amount RS 3369/-

                              This is to bring to your notice that I have taken personal loan for rupees 100000 at maitrivam, Hyderabad HDFC bank and got approved and credited to my SBI bank Account on 10th April 2019 with reference number 66957116.My concern is that I have to pay My EMI by 6th of every month for 12 months and Reference Number is not showing Bill Desk and in status.So, requesting you to do the needful.

                                I have applied for hdfc diners club black" credit card. I was also told to open an hdfc bank account for the same and was promised that my credit card will be free for a lifetime. I have also submitted all of the required documents.

                                I checked credit card status online today and shocked to see that my application is declined without any reason. Can you tell me the reason behind it and how can i process it again. I am more than 100% sure that all my documents and credit score are way more eligible for this card.

                                Also, my hdfc account is wasted as i opened that only for this card. It looks like to be a trick just to show new hdfc account on false promises.

                                    Same happens with me, hdfc agent told me its life time free credit card then only i have applied for the credit card, i didn't ask for one assist mfee so how can you deduct rs, 1399/- without my consent from my card.

                                    Better you refund my money rs.1399/- which has been deducted from my card on 10, may, 2019 immediately and cancel this subscription or plan from my card, i don't need it, this is a completely fraudulent transaction.

                                      With reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on your SBI Bank savings account in spite of non dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM. Please follow the below process for claiming the funds: 1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank SBI Bank branch where you hold the savings bank account. 2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank. Assuring you of our best services always.

                                      I already registered several times on SBI customer care and SBI branch with written complaint. But HDFC refused and said the transaction was successful.
