Dear sir/ madam,

This is pertaining to the credit card no. 4854 99xx xxxx 3318.

I confirm to have made payment of inr 1590/- through cheque no. 163192 on 28/01/2019. Cheque was dropped at hdfc bank atm drop box on 28/01/2019 which is 6 days prior due date of 03/02/2019.

Even though dropping the cheque 6 days prior due date the hdfc credit card division is charging me late payment fee which is not correct. This simply means that they are collecting the cheque payment late from their drop boxes and are trying to earn some additional amount from me.

In this matter, i have been requesting hdfc bank credit card customer service no.[protected] to waive off these charges however, all in vain.

I request you to take up the matter with hdfc bank card division, tamil nadu chennai and help to have the amount of inr 1294/- waived off for statement dt: 14/03/2019.

We wish to clarify that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Dear Sir,

I have already explained in my complaint that " I confirm to have made payment of inr 1590/- through cheque no. 163192 on 28/01/2019. Cheque was dropped at hdfc bank atm drop box on 28/01/2019 which is 6 days prior due date of 03/02/2019.

Kindly clarify on below:

1. At the first place why am I being charged late fee even after making payment 6 days prior due date of the statement?.
2. Does it take 6 days for any bank to clear local cheque?
3. Above all, why is the customer and not service provider to bear the loss due to service providers mistake??

This is not justified at all when a 10 year old Customer is genuinely making timely payments for each and every statement received from bank.

Kindly refer to my last message Dt: Apr 09, 2019 wherein HDFC Bank Credit Card team is not able to clarify on the points questioned.
On 15 June 2019, they have sent me SMS to pay total outstanding of INR 2, 789/-.
Also their third party credit information company is continuously harassing me to make payments.

This means it is a genuine case of fraud and cheating through which they want to earn from me.
Kindly help to waive off these unauthorized charges immediately.

    Respected concern,
    This is bhagirath rawat user o hdfc credit card earlier few month ago i had use my credit card for shopping in reliance digital limited west end mall lucknow, product purchased by me vivo v9 youth rs 16990 on zero coast emi as per offer after card swapping a receipt of debit amount and tenure of emi had provided by staff /by machine but approval code is 047478. Time is 20:00:23 tid :40936667 i have a receipt by hdfc bank conformation of emi which tenure was 6 month on thih product was purchased on 03/08/2018 the implementation of the emi of this product has not yet happened. Let me tell you one another emi i continuously paying for rs 41737 emi based which is purchased by me in date of 07/06/2018.
    I constantly paying the installments however the principal has not yet come down and every moth finance charge approx rs 1370 and penalty amount is taken by hdfc i am very upset. Payment recovery team is calling me again and again forced me to do payment i also tried to resolve this issue by customer care on my behalf and executive says you have to mail your problems at the mail address #customerservices. [protected]@hdfc.com and i did but i have not got any response/answer yet my outstanding amount become rs 44537.00. I am totally disturb.

    Therefore, please request for necessary action in this regards. So that the problem can get rid quickly.

      Good afternoon sir
      My name is bhumika kapadia i am holding a credit card from your bank since 2 years. Sir my husband has lost his job since 2 years. I am the only one who is earning at my home and from past 2 months axis bank has put my account in lean of -1, 25, 000 due to which my salary credited in my account has gone in lean. I don't have money for survival also sir. I have a daughter who is just 3 years old and mother in law who is a heart patient. I have already informed about all my problems to your collection agency people but they are not ready to listen and shouting at the top of their voice on calls. Her name miss is shine and her number is [protected]. She is very rude and her tone is very loud we are trying to talk softly with her but she is not ready to listen and talking abusively. We are the customers who wants to pay the debts but are screwed up and no one is listening to us. This is my humble request to you to take strict action against them. According to rbi guidelines they are not supposed to send officers on sunday at home and clal the customers on sunday but she is doing that. Also she is saying that she will send the officer in my school but sir that will hamper my job and if i loose my job i will not be able to pay anything. And it's not that we are not paying at all we have been paying from last two months. But now i won't be able to pay more than 2000 per month. I request for a positive reply from you. Thank you.

      Rbi rules:
      (Iii) fair practices in debt collection

      (A) in the matter of recovery of dues, banks / nbfcs may ensure that they, as also their agents, adhere to the extant instructions on fair practice code for lenders (Circular dbod. Leg. No. Bc. 104 /09.07.007 / 2002–03 dated may 5, 2003) as also iba’s code for collection of dues and repossession of security.in case banks / nbfcs have their own code for collection of dues it should, at the minimum, incorporate all the terms of iba's code.

      (B) in particular, in regard to appointment of third party agencies for debt collection, it is essential that such agents refrain from action that could damage the integrity and reputation of the bank / nbfc and that they observe strict customer confidentiality. All letters issued by recovery agents must contain the name and address of a responsible senior officer of the card issuing bank whom the customer can contact at his location.

      (C) banks / nbfcs / their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit card holders’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations.

        I was honestly paying insurance premiums since commencement, when in dec 2015 i got a call from mr. Navin jain who quoted that he is calling from hdfc life (He got my phone number from hdfc life insurance list which apparently has been shared) and told me that the agents who had sold me the policy had claimed huge sum (Upto 70000 per policy) as agent commission and whether they had rendered any post sales service. As i had not received any such service from them, i was upset and as a solution they said the only way to tackle such mischief is to not pay the premium for those policies and in lieu of the same two new policies (Classic assure plus) would be issued from hdfc life where there would not be any brokerage charges and the amount paid till that date in the original policies would be transferred to the new policies. I was further told that these policies which were to be issued also did not have any lock in period and could be even cancelled next year. So i followed him as he told me he was from hdfc life (But now i realized that he is a mere broker as given in the bottom part in the first page of the policy) and bought the two new policies as given above.

        The truth in my statement may be inferred from the fact that i would not purposely indulge in losing my life cover while loosing the money from my original 2 policies (Super income plan and sanchay) and take additional monetary burden of two new policies of classic assure plus (120622+ 113867) and after the first year end up not pay their premium also.

        After few months or so mr. Navin jain once again calls me up saying that all the papers were ready for the surrender and then told me he needed a refundable security deposit of about one lakh each for 3 of the policies. But since i didn’t have so much money, i was told that i could do it one at a time. The only catch was that i had to route the money through a referencee and pay through a third person, but the cheque was to be issued to hdfc life pvt ltd. And that the cheque no. /payment would be updated in my name as security deposit. (Once i told him the cheque number and issuing bank). The pressure was building on me as each time i was falsely made to believe that the amount that would be getting deposited due to the surrender was increasing (Now almost upto 10 lakh by some stupid calculation). So then over a period of few months, i had made the transactions through my friend mr. Kumaraswamy kondabathula, my child master sai sathwik, and my wife mrs. Chinni padmasri. But to my surprise, i get insurance policies delivered to my address. When iasked mr. Navin jain about this, he informed me that these were dummy policy documents which were in the process of getting cancelled so i did not panic then. With lot of effort i managed to make the payments as demanded by him and was awaiting my refunds when again this time some mrs sonia (That’s how introduced to me and referred by mr navin jain) calls me stating that the amount is ready for payment, but since this was an insurance payout a port folio fund transaction account has to be opened in my name which were of three types: 1, non refundable 2, tax deducting and 3, tax saving needing an approx. Amount of 1.6 lakh, 2.1 lakh and 2.9 lakh respectively. After much pressure and questioning i very reluctantly decided to go for the tax deducting variant and made the payment rs 2.1 lakh, but again in the name of hdfc life and and through two referencees: mr sharath setty, and akula praveen kumar (And again got policies in return as usual). I have been fraudulently sold policies worth rs 7, 24, 568/- of your company by this agent from the above mentioned broker companies viz.

        1. S. B. Insurance borkers pvt ltd, address : d2 sector 3 noida, uttar pradesh, code 00556403, lic no 230, contact details : [protected]

        2. S. M. C. Insurance brokers pvt ltd, address: 9 b, netaji subhash marg, daryaganj, delhi, code 00446466, lic no :289 and another address : smc insurance brokers pvt ltd, parsvnath metro mall, pratap nagar metro station, new delhi, code: 00631664, license no. 289)

        With these companies, hdfc has shared my personal and insurance policy details which have enabled them to commit fraud upon me. I do not know why they had the need to do so, but it effectively makes the company, part of the organised crime racket.

        I am now planning to register an f. I. R with the police, and complaint to the irda, to the economic offences wing, and to the ministry of finance, dept of financial services against;

        1. Hdfc life insurance company : for deliberately sharing my personal info and indirectly helping them to commit fraud

        2. S. B. Insurance borkers pvt ltd, address : d2 sector 3 noida, uttar pradesh, code 00556403, lic no 230, contact details : [protected]

          Sir/madam,

          I recently applied for a loan and came to know that my cibil score is 657, which is not eligible for loan. On checking came to know that a consumer goods loan has been taken in my name. I have given a complaint at nilambur police station and came to know that one of my colleague has done fraud action using my aadhar copy and pan card copy which he took without my consent and gave his own cheque to avail the loan (Loan number: [protected]). I hereby confirm that i haven't applied or signed any loan for any consumer products with hdfc bank or any other firm.

          Please take necessary steps to change/cancel the above said loan from my name. Waiting for your reply to proceed further with the legal complaint.

            Hi i made a trasanction with my pazapp card for pharmeasy order of amount 485 rs.

            But the transaction got failed and money debited from my wallet.

            I mailed them 2 times at [protected]@payzapp.in

            But i didn't get any response from them

            Even after 12 days my money is still not refunded.

            There is no customer support or any thing like it.

            How they are still allowed in the market with all this fraud transaction and no customer support on that?

              My Cod is 2721180 about 2years ago I lost my credit card I blocked the same my insurance premium had come for clearing which was being pd for by my card as per standing instructions hence the premium was not pd by card by by other transaction As I do not remember the number of the card I have not been issued a new one dispite several attempts the same with my wife's card as we have a joint account the credit rating has also been affected i hope action will be taken awaiting your positive response

                I recently got my credit card reissued against earlier credit card no.[protected]. As per instructions of the new card issue letter i visited hdfc atm to generate pin. However may 3 attempts failed mainly because i did not receive 6 digit otp when i went for pin generation and mistakenly put otp sent earlier. My attempt again to generate pin by putting new otp received later again failed saying account id invalidated.

                Please let me know how to proceed.

                      As i can see you have chared my credit card with first year membership fee.

                      At the time of giving this card your execute told me this is free of charge card and none of the fees whould be liable to this card

                      What kind of thing is that are you bluffing your customers by hiding informations

                          Hdfc life group credit protect plus insurance plan
                          Policy under free lookup period even hdfc kothrud branch not allowing me to cancel the policy. I have given the written application and they were not given me the acknowledgment of the application. Visited the branch 2 times. Now they are not attending my phone also. They were rude and arguing with me. I am not satisfied with the terms of the policy hence want to cancel it. Hope stringent action will be taken and my policy will be canceled. I have already sent emails to hdfc.
                          Really frustrated and want to cancel policy at the earliest.

                            I also get call from ankita sharma delhi carol bagh hdfc bank office. Mo.[protected]. She giving me loan against bharathi axa policy. Rate of interest is fix 8.5%. 25lacs loan is giving me with 27755 monthly installment base for 10yrs. I send document on whats app to kaveri singh on no.[protected]. Hdl[protected]in is loan no.
                            Today 23rd mar 2019 they called me for verification. After 3 different verification steps they said bharathi axa person will come to you for policy payment which is 90000. But you want to pay 50000now & remaining amount will be deducted from ur loan amount. What to do? Urgently reply.

                              I opened nps using nsdl website on 17th March, since then the kyc is pending with the bank. As a result of which I am unable to do subsequent contribution in the nps account.

                              Tried following up with hdfc bank/hdfc securities. Seems like no body is aware of the process, which is really frustrating. If this is really the case NSDL should remove HDFC from the list of POP.

                                I have received a message from hdfc bank "alert:rs.199.00 spent via credit card xxxxxx at amazon1258399 on[protected]:01:46:56 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected]." this is not authenticated transaction. However, i also checked my account and but can't see any such transaction in billed or unbilled transaction under said credit card. Not sure if i need to block my card.
                                Please help.

I also agreed and given my details he asked to me after a few days a credit card has been received to me till date i am unable to activate the card, I contact bank no response but monthly focus bills generating to me my mobile was recharged for Rs.100/- every month but no recharge done till date. I contacted bank several times but no response from bank side. without using the credit card monthly bills are generated to me. Last year also same problem happened i complained to customer care they said next year auto renewal will not be happening but this year also amount deducted cancel one assist and refund my amount deducted from my account.
