Hello there!

As i can see you have chared my credit card with first year membership fee.

At the time of giving this card your execute told me this is free of charge card and none of the fees whould be liable to this card

What kind of thing is that are you bluffing your customers by hiding informations

If this is the case i wont pay this fee and i want to cancel the card right away

      Date of commencement - 11-mar-2019
      Hdfc life group credit protect plus insurance plan
      Policy under free lookup period even hdfc kothrud branch not allowing me to cancel the policy. I have given the written application and they were not given me the acknowledgment of the application. Visited the branch 2 times. Now they are not attending my phone also. They were rude and arguing with me. I am not satisfied with the terms of the policy hence want to cancel it. Hope stringent action will be taken and my policy will be canceled. I have already sent emails to hdfc.
      Really frustrated and want to cancel policy at the earliest.

        I also get call from ankita sharma delhi carol bagh hdfc bank office. Mo.[protected]. She giving me loan against bharathi axa policy. Rate of interest is fix 8.5%. 25lacs loan is giving me with 27755 monthly installment base for 10yrs. I send document on whats app to kaveri singh on no.[protected]. Hdl[protected]in is loan no.
        Today 23rd mar 2019 they called me for verification. After 3 different verification steps they said bharathi axa person will come to you for policy payment which is 90000. But you want to pay 50000now & remaining amount will be deducted from ur loan amount. What to do? Urgently reply.

          I opened nps using nsdl website on 17th March, since then the kyc is pending with the bank. As a result of which I am unable to do subsequent contribution in the nps account.

          Tried following up with hdfc bank/hdfc securities. Seems like no body is aware of the process, which is really frustrating. If this is really the case NSDL should remove HDFC from the list of POP.

            I have received a message from hdfc bank "alert:rs.199.00 spent via credit card xxxxxx at amazon1258399 on[protected]:01:46:56 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected]." this is not authenticated transaction. However, i also checked my account and but can't see any such transaction in billed or unbilled transaction under said credit card. Not sure if i need to block my card.
            Please help.

              I have opened ppf account online, allotted Chennai branch, I lives in Hyderabad, what is this?
              there is no such option to select branch direct chennai branch alloted, they have flashed several times to open ppf account, after opening this is the case,

              and u dont belive no sms alert and nothing for ppf hdfc, atleast they have to give some paper or passbook after opening ppf nothing they do,

                    I am TNEB employee HDFC Bank representative approached me and asked to get Credit card it will be useful for digital India. I also agreed and given my details he asked to me after a few days a credit card has been received to me till date i am unable to activate the card, I contact bank no response but monthly focus bills generating to me my mobile was recharged for Rs.100/- every month but no recharge done till date. I contacted bank several times but no response from bank side. without using the credit card monthly bills are generated to me. I do not hope this things from HDFC bank please cancel my credit card my cibil score is going down due to this problem my contact number [protected]

                    My hdfc credit card last four digit no.7345 one assist auto renewal has been done and amount has been deducted from my card. Last year also same problem happened i complained to customer care they said next year auto renewal will not be happening but this year also amount deducted cancel one assist and refund my amount deducted from my account.                       Dear HDFC,

                      This mail is in regards for a request to close and settle my credit card wide number : [protected].

                      I'm Padma Sri A, Card Holder of mentioned card would like to settle the credit card for the below said reasons,

                      1) I have been paying minimum due amount since 30 months amounting more than 1.5 Lack (Approx) for a credit card with Limit 75000 /-.
                      2) I'm Job less and no individual income since 28 months.
                      3) My Husband Mr Rama Krishna Aradhyula has been treated with heart attack in April 2018 attached Discharge Card and since then even my husband is not drawing any income.
                      4) we have tried our level best since 2018 April by paying Min due amount but as we couldn't pay any further we requested for a settlement in Jan 2019.

                      Since Jan 2019 each month a different representative from HDFC is calling us and abusing to repay only minimum amount and promising to adjust in final settlement.

                      currently One representative Mr Appa is calling me on daily basis and speaking in very rude and hurting manner. Since my health issues are becoming worse, i request HDFC to please speak to my Son Mr Gopala Sreevatsav wide num : [protected].

                      we have been requesting Mr Appa to settle our card, but he is forcing us to pay minimum due amount first and then only settlement is possible and asking us to report to his office.

                      Please understand due to my illness and my husbands health conditions and our financial conditions have gone bad to worse, We are in no situation to pay Minimum Dues henceforth and would like to settle the card for once for all.

                      Mentioning again of my health conditions, would request HDFC to please coordinate with my Son Mr Gopala Sreevatsav (Mob No: [protected] Email : [protected]@yahoo.com) hereafter.

                      Please note we have been paying more than 1.5 Lack since 28 months as minimum balances for a credit limit of 75000 as our financial and health conditions have become worse, we are calling for final settlement.

                        For the past 15 days I am mailing HDFC Life Insurance but they failed to solve my specific problem and replying nonsense that is not related to my problem
                        For you I am elaborating my problem being faced in my aforesaid policy 20779937
                        (a) purchased the policy in Oct 2018 for a monthly premimum @Rs.2000.00 by paying online through my saving bank of ICICI Safdrjung enclave
                        (b) During payment of first premimum I made a transaction of Rs.2000.00 but it failed, i again made another Rs.2000.00 transaction but this time it again failed and for the third time the transaction was made for Rs.2000.00.
                        (c) A total of Rs.6000.00 was debited from my saving account(Statement is attached) may be seen at sl no. 6, 7, 8 of the attached statement
                        (d) I got a refund of Rs.4000.00(@Rs.2000.00 ) on16/10/2018(as per Sl.No.14, 15 of the attached statement of bank)
                        (e) Since then i am paying from the same bank my premimum as below:

                        there is no lapse from my side as seen from my ICICI Bank Statement
                        Your customer care when contacted told me that the current premimum i paid in March 2019 is adjusted for OCT 2018!!! and for March you have not received any payment so the policy is Temporary Lapsed

                        I HAD ALSO CONTACTED ICICI BANK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ONLY GOT Rs.4000.00 credited back from your bank as sucu Rs.2000.00 still is available with your bank and that be adjusted now otherwise i will MOVE
                        So i approach your self to solve my problem as where the amount Rs.2000.00 paid in Oct 2018 gone and why my policy is temporary shown as lapsed

                          I was sold the policy falsely. Their sales guy is a cheat. I had asked him that i don't want to pay every year on year and he said that i will not have to. So i had withdrawn partial from another hdfc policy and invested in this policy and made him clear that i will not be paying further. Now i am getting payment reminders

                          This company hires all cheat and thief. The guy was from services team in gurgaon.

                          I was further told that someone will be coming to me every quarter and help me with the fund switch, which never happened. This is really bad

I applied for hdfc credit card on 31jan 2019 and after one one when i checked the status online it’s was declined and today on 22/03/19 iam getting a mail from hdfc that.. We are unable to process the application further as the signature on the application form differs from the signature on the supporting documents provided by you.

                              Last year i have purchased a policy of hdfc life click to invest through policy bazar. My policy no is 20323690. Wherein, i have registered a complaint to hdfc customer care to mr. Praveen patnakar mob: [protected] about the wrong specifications about the policy.

                              I was told that i will get the double amount of my investment of rs. 60000/- after completion of five years of locking period with this policy. Though it is for 10 years, after five years if i want i can take out the entire deposited amount.

                              I was supposed to receive hardcopy about the updates of my premium but since the policy is taken, i did not receive any of the hard copy & any information from either policy bazar or hdfc.

                              Very late through mr. Praveen patnakar, i have come to know that my monthly premium of rs. 1000/- is being shared by hdfc & policy bazar where 300 rs. Is being parted to policy bazar as a commission & balance of rs. 700 is going to hdfc.

                              Such information is not shared to make my decision for not taking the policy.

                              It was also told by mr. Patnakar that i am not going to get double amount at the time of 5 years completion, it may be the premium deposited (Rs. 60, 000/-), lessor or may slightly higher. There is no certainty & it depends totally on the market.

                              I raised my complaint to bimalokpal but not satisfied with their solution. A person who was representing my case has given me an unconducive solution. He put the proposal of taking another policy where the paid premium will be credited & after maturity i will be able to avail it. But for taking my less than a year premium again i have to deposit rs. 30, 000/- for the policy means again i have to be inconvenient & what will happen if i could not pursue further the policy due to financial constraint.in such a situation i will not be able to recover any of the policy amounts.

                              The question is why i should be suffered for policy provider company & their associates' wrongdoing?

                              My monthly premium was rs. 1000/- of the above-said policy.

                              It is a very serious issue. The banking companies are outsourcing their work to other service provider companies like policy bazar for the collection of funds wherein, they are is-committing the customers for selling the policy due to which the customers are facing very serious problems.

                              They are being cheated & harassed. I request you to resolve my problem & help me refund my paid amount against my policy with compensation. I will be very grateful to you.

                                On 20th march 2019 at 00:30 am, approximately rs. 6, 000/- was debited to my account through some unauthorised online transaction at google * youtube super.

                                I have not made this transaction, on the same day, i have visited delhi connaught place branch of hdfc band have submitted "cardholder dispute form" and has also blocked my debit card through netbanking.

                                Now, i am neither able to lodge to complaint through phonebanking nor have received any confirmation from hdfc side, that my money is safe.

                                I have also attached a screenshot of all the unauthorised transaction from my bank account.

                                Please guide, what should i do further?

                                  My hdfc salary account no [protected] has been locked by hdfc bank. All my accounts funds goes on hold. I am not able to do any transaction.

                                  I called lot of times to credit card division, personal loan, two wheller loan of hdfc bank, i am paying minimum amount 14000 but not relese my account

                                  They have applied lot o[censored]nusual amount on my credit card, lot of finance & services charges.

                                  I am getting in problem for my daily transaction.
                                  Please help me regarding release my funds, which is hold by hdfc credit card cell.

In the absence of any further payment towards your card account, the Bank had placed a lien on your savings account towards your credit card dues.                                     Recently, i was tricked by a online scam and i guess bank always shields us! I mean they have the power to charge back, but they rejected to refund the amount was 50k. If they cannot grant a refund, probably i can open dispute with my bank in the court and settle this because banks has full control over funds. Any help i can get or bank can try to charge back the transaction?
