hdfc credit card status declined

Hdfc bank - card application declined with no reason provided-
I applied before some days credit card application and then verification team call me and confirmed details. After some physical verification team coming my current and verify documents. And all is ok.
After 2 hours i getting a sms completing processing and given track link. But when i check status my application is decline. Anyhere not shwoing reason and no any...

To Whomsover concerned, This is with regards with my continuous follow-up on an HDFC Home loan Insurance plan for my newly purchased home loan from HDFC. Loan no:[protected]. Since the last 6-8 months I have been taking a continuous follow-up, all trailing emails are available, The people concerned have been: Bireshwar dutta, Rohit shetty, Wahid shaikh & so on. I was promised a interest of 8.65% for an insurance EMI of 10yrs tenure of an outstanding amount of 4944000/-.. This case has just been passing to different people handling with the senior team Mr Dutta and Mr. Shetty I believe may not have any oversight about the same. Today when i spoke to Mr. Dutta he starting putting all the blame on the person who has left (Wahid) saying that we dont know what he promised and that we cannot offer interest of 8.65% instead 8.8% plus he has been pushing me to take the one time premium inspite of mentioning that I need an EMI. When insisted to direct me to a senior he mentioned that he is only the senior & besides that no one can help me. My question to this grievance cell is 1. if my case has been delayed from your end why should i be paying a higher interest just because you have delayed the case to a point where it has been raised to this level? If wahid has left the organisation, why didn't his senior or boss look into this case and tried to arrange another executive inspite of emails floating to him, why was this taken so lightly?? Why am i being pushed to take the one time premium when my choice is an EMI? Why am i not been directed to any other senior? how can Dutta mention that we do not know what Wahid promised, shouldn't he be involved with every case possible and now you are enforcing a rate of interest of 8.8% for your fault & delay? If this is the case, then i believe that there are 100's of other banks and companies which are offering an insurance plan that give me this rate, why should i take HDFC life?, there are companies which take a followup with me RESPONSIBLY unlike your members who do not show any responsibility & courtesy to even reach out to their customers. it is really sad to know that me being an employee of Abbott healthcare is being treated this way.     Sir/madam, myself kiran n from bangalore. I have a savings account in hdfc bank, devanahalli branch and i own business regalia first credit card... I recently purchased a product from amazon on 07/02/2019 by accepting no cost emi for 6months from hdfc bank credit card.
    The product was found faulty so i returned the same and cancelled the emi. But the first emi was already generated on 16/02/2019 and once i complain the same to the customer care they said me to pay now and it will be adjusted in the next statement. But now on 16/03/2019 again the bill got generated and again the emi is generated and customer care team is asking me to pay the bill...
    This is very bad i have called more than 20 times to resolve the issue but no action is taken. Each person says different answers and has no knowledge.
    The whole hdfc team is a fraud and cheating the innocent.
    I have not neglected to pay any due till now and i personally have more hope and trust on hdfc bank that's why i am owning the account and credit card till now...
    Please make me ease in this process as early as possible...

      I would like to share that i have raised the complaint on hdfc bank compliant portel on 1st march 2019 post receivingattached statement with regards to debit of inr 4, 18, 956.26 dated 12th feb 2019 from my hdfc credit card without opting for auto debit facility. Received response from hdfc that this has been done because i have opted for this which is not true. After investing the matter internally with my office i came to know that hdfc is doing the same with other colleagues also by paying company airtel mobile bill through their hdfc cc. My concern is why this is happening with hdfc cc only.

      First of all hdfc bank approached for their stall in our office and given us this card around july 2018 and now we are facing mental aggravation for hdfc internal issue.

      Finally last night i have paid the outstanding dues which is not belongs to me since airtel has not reversed the full amount to my cc till date just to maintain my principle to pay all dues prior to due date and avoid any further harassment from the hdfc bank.

      I demand stringent action against the hdfc bank credit card division for the mental nuisance as well as the compensation for wasting my time to do all the unwanted correspondence w. E. F. From 1st march 2019 till date since i am very busy. For me time is money.

      I accidently transfered a huge amt on a wrong HDFC credit card number using an application callled cred from my bank account . Is there a way to contact the owner of that card so that i can ask for a refund . i am not able to reach any proper customer care help from hdfc side.

        Dear sir/ madam,

        I am manjunatha u, my ph: [protected].

        I was using hdfc credit card no: [protected].

        And this card validity was expired on may 2016. I have paid all the charges and outstanding amount, but same thing not updated in cibil score, when i applied for loan recently i came to know hdfc people not updated my credit card payments because of this reason my loan got rejected.

        I logged in hdfc netbanking and checked my credit card details there is showing -61 rupees i realized i paid extra, but when i check my cibil report it showing 993 rupees.

        I called hdfc customer care but they are not giving any proper reason (Worst banking experience).

        Here with i have attached screenshot for reference.

        Please check and do needful.

          I do not want to use my hdfc credit any more and wanted to deactivate services as all time they are charging there igst and finance charges of approx 3000 to me. This is not a standard charges. Therefore wanted to discontinue there services but they are not deactivating the services. I will clear all my dues but full and final statement as nobody will pay that much interest. Worst services of this hdfc credit card

                As i purchased one policy which hdfc life sanchay plan. The agent kapil chaoudhary make a false promise. 1. You have to pay 50, 000 for 5 years althogh the policy terms is 15 years but you have to pay 5 years and after 5 years you will get 4, 30, 000 and from second years onwards you will get 25% cash back as well on your premium paid. I received one policy doucment but he told me that you will be recieving 2 policy document. But when i recieved the document the benefit which he mentioned are not coverd in that one then he linger on me for 2 month for the docuement but finally when i contact the custmer care the told me that no such benefit is attache with poilcy.

                  My fastag customer id is[protected], from nowhere my wallet got debited for 335rs/- with the narration adjustment entry on 11th march 2019, i registered a service request through the form in the portal it selves not sure whether it was accepted or not i also wrote a mail to the support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in on 12th march, i have not got any response for the same however my wallet got credited for 200rs/-again with the narration adjustment entry on 12 march. On 17th march i have recharged another 300rs/- but at tolls my tag is black listed. Customer support number just runs music for minutes just to make fun of customers. Wonder on whose fantasy are adjustment entry's made without explanation. Being a loyal customer of hdfc bank for more than a decade i am very badly dissapointed with the service

                    I would like to inform you that it’s more than years since i opened a nri & nro saving account but unfortunately i left my job in there and i was no longer able to maintain minimum.
                    As now i have again joined another company on new visa i would like to use this account and services.

                    When i filed a complaint they marked resolved without doing anything.

                    So i'm requesting to wave off my negative balance or close my account.

                    Your assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated (I am requesting you to please waive off the penalty or close my account).

                        I have applied loan in hdfc bank for 300000 and then it was processed with wrong entry of my name in records even though all the documents have correct information. Because of this, my ecs got rejected which in turn affecting my cibil score. I decided to take a top up on the same loan. I have applied for 12.55 lakhs and tenure as 60 months. But without any call confirmation, my loan got processed for 36 months of tenure.

                        I want pre-closure immediately without any charges applicable.

                        I need this to be closed online as i have neer visited your branch for taking loan. Why should i visit your branch for closure alone. HDFC is doing fraud. Employees do these stuff for their benefits. I need HDFC bank to look into this issue seriously and take against the loan account manager who is responsible for this.

                          My self rabindra nath tiwari hdfc customer id 23899787, i am holding my accounts since 2006 & before. My salary accounts is in this bank only.

                          I have applied for loan from hdfc & given my all details like
                          Salary slip / form 16 a / aadhar card / my auto loan repayment schedule & other required document.

                          I am living in faridabad since 2006 & onwards. My aadhar was having old address & same has been given. I have online applied for my address change as i am living on rent in my locality.

                          Due to address match in aadhar & present, hdfc bank has updated my details in ric. Which effects my cibil. Please arrange to remove & clear my cibil from this fraud / wrong information

                          Though all relevant details have been provided, rented people used to move one place to another place. It does not mean they are fraud or giving wrong information. My salary is since credited in hdfc bank since 12 years & me working in same company since 18 year so all parameter should be checked to come at conclusion.
                          If any issues in document then i should ask to make it clearly instead o[censored]pdating in cibil & categorised me as fraudulent person. I am having all govt related document with valid proof id to clear this.

                          Please look into the mater & do the needful & remove fraudulent status from cibil & please update correct in your record & make free from ric.

                            I am holding hdfc credit card for more than 10 years and it has been maintained very well, for last 4 to 6 months i am not regular in payment due to my financial burden due to job changed with very low salary also incurred huge expenditure in house construction.

                            They are any how charging late payment fee and also huge interest, and above all even on repeated requests they are continuously / repeatedly not giving a minute gap and their executive "srinvias poonawala" # [protected] is calling very very frequently not giving us any time and reaching my house very frequently, i am asking him not to go to my house because i am not available there but daily more than 3/4 times he is comming.

                            My family and kids are facing much problem with this person, my kids also having their exams - inter & ssc. Even yesterday and today - 18th and 19th
                            He came for about 2/3 times, if our call is engage also in next 1/2 minutes he his comming to house and urgues like anything and says that he don't want to come but because he is passing this route he came. How can he can without informing i don't understand and always i am attending his phone.

                            More over their call centre woman staff are hell with harrasing is still too much, they won't listen and talk very rubbish, they make us to get angry by their words.

                            I request you and bankers that please give me 6 to 8 months of time and bank may charge with the interest as applicable and i will repay and see that full outstanding be paid i want to close this account for ever.

                            "Srinvias Poonawala" # [protected] he has taken my wife's mobile no. from my kids and started calling in just next seconds if my phone is engage. And he is calling early morning when we are rushing to school/college/office. HE IS IRRITATING AND HARRISSING LIKE ANYTHING.

                            I am liable to pay my outstanding amount but I require some time as mentioned. I hope in next 4 to 6 months if they won't bothered I will repay with interest to the said bankers.

                            Please arrange to see that we won't get HARASSING calls and scolding with rubbish words.

                            on 19th March, I had deposited cash of Rs.9, 000/-, against minimum about of Rs.11, 500/- and informed the same to the srinivas executive and also send the message and I had told telephonic and also through message that the balance of Rs.2, 500/- will be arranged by 25th or 26th monday/tuesday and asked him not to call.
