I am holding hdfc credit card for more than 10 years and it has been maintained very well, for last 4 to 6 months i am not regular in payment due to my financial burden due to job changed with very low salary also incurred huge expenditure in house construction.
They are any how charging late payment fee and also huge interest, and above all even on repeated requests they are continuously / repeatedly not giving a minute gap and their executive "srinvias poonawala" # [protected] is calling very very frequently not giving us any time and reaching my house very frequently, i am asking him not to go to my house because i am not available there but daily more than 3/4 times he is comming.
My family and kids are facing much problem with this person, my kids also having their exams - inter & ssc. Even yesterday and today - 18th and 19th
He came for about 2/3 times, if our call is engage also in next 1/2 minutes he his comming to house and urgues like anything and says that he don't want to come but because he is passing this route he came. How can he can without informing i don't understand and always i am attending his phone.
More over their call centre woman staff are hell with harrasing is still too much, they won't listen and talk very rubbish, they make us to get angry by their words.
I request you and bankers that please give me 6 to 8 months of time and bank may charge with the interest as applicable and i will repay and see that full outstanding be paid i want to close this account for ever.

Updated by Devender Dubbaka "Srinvias Poonawala" # [protected] he has taken my wife's mobile no. from my kids and started calling in just next seconds if my phone is engage. And he is calling early morning when we are rushing to school/college/office. HE IS IRRITATING AND HARRISSING LIKE ANYTHING.
I am liable to pay my outstanding amount but I require some time as mentioned. I hope in next 4 to 6 months if they won't bothered I will repay with interest to the said bankers.
Please arrange to see that we won't get HARASSING calls and scolding with rubbish words.

on 19th March, I had deposited cash of Rs.9, 000/-, against minimum about of Rs.11, 500/- and informed the same to the srinivas executive and also send the message and I had told telephonic and also through message that the balance of Rs.2, 500/- will be arranged by 25th or 26th monday/tuesday and asked him not to call.
But again is calling restlessly and continuously keeping me engaged and allowing me to work in my office with irrate voice
