With amb charges twice without my notice. As per my knowledge my accounts is
Zero balance account comes under jan dhan yojana of central
Government.
This is very hectic and annoying situation for me. I have very limited
Funds with me and you have deducted a very big part of it.

Hdfc bank deducted 708 twice ie 1416 without intemedation from my account. This never happens before as i am holding this account from very long time. Moreover it is pradhan mantri jan dhan yojna account. Its unfair to deduct this much amount from account without any formal notice. Refund it as soon as possible. I cant bear this much amount to be deducted. I'm a student with very low monthly income and i cant afford it....

Why the amount (Rs.531/-) was deducted in terms of amb charges without any information?
Today suddenly it was deducted and i checked it in my account for the reason and it was shown as "amb chrg incl gst for feb2019-mir[protected] mir[protected] 06 mar 2019 531.00"

May i know the purpose of this deduction.

As per instruction the credit card account was settled in three installments for settlement in decided amount but the account is not closed yet and is negatively affecting my cibil score.
