I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank once I cant maintains balance in account that time bounce my emi and bank charged me with taxes and after one month they again charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges what is that charges you are deducted for and without any msg. could you please help me on these case. my loan account no is 5815501.

    Hi,
    I have been waiting for my hdfc debit card since november 2018 as my earlier card got expired after 10 years o[censored]sage. But havn't recieved it as yet. I have called on custmoer care, phone banking number but they want to charge me extra for lost card. But i have not lost any card and don't want to buy new card, i need the valid debit card which i supposed to get 5 months back.
    Please let me know about my debit card, i have given my mobile no also.

      Hi i was using hdfc account in 2017 that agent said their wont be any charges for the maintenance of card /account. But last month when i checked its showing some 4900/- charges and tried contacting that agent who created my account number not reachable. Agent name is patan vekarabbas and his number [protected]. While contacting hdfc customer care number we do not have option to deactivate account over phone or online please need some help.

      The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 120 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details

            One of your deputy manager named bhavesh hadawale is miss using his position. He is viewing all my account details and transaction. He has also printed out thee statement due to which i have faced a major issue. This is a ciber crime and i want you guys to track his system details and take relevant action on him. He has no right to view any account details unless and untill he has the authorization from the customer even if that person is a family member.               I have applied fastag on 16th march and got email & message with in one week our representative will contact. But after 10 days no update and no communication then called toll free support number. They tell portal is down and send all the documents in email fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. I have sent but again no update and no communication.

              It is hard to believe that such a reputed bank having such a lousy service no one caring. Amount already deducted now not sure will get fastag or not.

                Survey please take some necessary action tomorrow otherwise my salary will go in this hold!

                When I have made the payment, I should not be charged for hold charges.

                I have paid what I was ask for.

                Please get it removed tomorrow, it’s been more than 48 hours now and I was told that the hold will be removed in 24 hours.
                Can’t it be removed in 36 hours too?

                Please understand I’m going through a worse medical issue of my dad and I cannot let the salary collapse in this hole.

                Please do something.

                  I have not been receiving any OTPs on my registered mobile number for the last 5 months now.
                  This is after I updated my new mobile number by the two suggested methods i.e in the bank branch and through my online net banking account as well.
                  I have spoken to customer service over the phone, I have been to my local branch and raised the issue numerous times and I have also written emails to [protected]@hdfc.com for last 5 months now and no one has made a real effort to solve the issue.
                  I have mentioned so many times to every support department that I do get sms alerts on my registered mobile number but I do not receive any OTPs for any online or net banking transactions.
                  Its really frustrating and exhausting that after so many months, no one has still been able to resolve this issue for me.

                  Almost 3 weeks and no one has responded to my complaint from HDFC. Gives me the impression that the grievance cell at HDFC is not much bothered about the resolution of their customer complaints.

                  Almost 1 month now and no one has cared enough from HDFC to even reply me back. Guess ombudsman should be the next stage now and that too with a demand for compensation for time and suffering by not been able to use my bank for any transactions.

                    I have applied for loan amount of rs. 279000/- @ 10.5% rate of interest.

                    But when i got the repayment later the loan amount is showing rs. 305216/- because your auto loan employee (branch chotti baradari Patiala, Punjab )added a gps tracker of rs. 19950/- into my loan account without my consent.

                    I really appreciate the services of hdfc bank but this time i am really disappointed by the behaviour/attitude of your employee. I had a lots of conversations with him & every time i humbly requested to cancel gps but always he said that it is under process & it will take some time. I am really frustrated with procedure & now i am bound to write this mail to you.

                    I am from a lower middle class family. I am House wife & it was a big dream of mine which i have fulfilled to buy a small car. I don't have so much money to waste all these things. Please try to understand my pain. Hope you people can understand what is the situation i am going through. I humbly request you to please investigate the matter & cancel GPS tracker into my bank account so that i can pay the actual instalments.

                      I lost my debit card, so I hotlisted my lost card through app and applying a new card through online, for that they charge around 250rupees, but due to incorrect address of my office the card went to my Chennai office.so I went to local branch (Tuticorin), Tamilnadu and told the issues that was amount was charged for the card but I didn't get a card.from banknsode they told me that amount can't be refunded and card also.again I applied a new card in bank through form and I cahngen my mailing address -home address.even I changed the address card didn't go to my home address after 15 days againg went to bank asked them.they didn't respond well.they gave me on choice that I can get new card by sending the card to bank address, for that I again applied a new card.after 15days I got a call from bank.When I was applying the card from bank side they didn't tell me that 800 rupees were charged for platinum debit card.Before losing the card I was using timespoint card.while applying for new card in bank I asked whether it could cost any amount or not but they told me that no charges would be applied.But after getting my new card from my account 800were charged.For charging this new card i didn't get get a even single Message or mail.while I used the card I got to know that amount was charged for debit card issuance.the thing is from bank side atlease they would have informed me that amount will be charge for platinum debit actually the truth is I didn't know what is platinum card.i thought that it was like normal debit card.Atleast if they told me that ita was not like normal debit card i would have been cautious.againg I went to bank today(26 the march 2019) asked them that why they didn't tell me thatfor platinum card amount will charged they didn't respond me well, and for not getting notifications they easily told it would be technical issues.Actually it is my salary account.i[censored] didn't respond to my complaint I will close my salary account in your bank and I want my money back., thank you

From hdfc but the same has not been credited till date... Hdfc is fooling us or they are fraud... When i contact care they just raise their hands or say we didn't know anything abot the same... Plzzzz hdfc authorities credit my cashback as soon as possible...

                          On 7th of every month, my emi amount for personal loan will be auto-debited.in the month of febrauary (06/02/2019) i got instant otp's to my registered mobile number due to some fake transactions. So, i got threatened and transferred my whole amount to other bank account on 06/02/2019 so that my money will be safe. During this i got to know that my loan amount of 6635/- has been deducted from my account on 07/02/2019 and reverted back with the same amount due to insufficient balance on 07/02/2019. After checking this immediately i added funds to my bank account on the same day so that my emi amount should not get overdue.
                          On the very next day that is on 08/02/2019 amount of rs 649/- has been deducted which has been mentioned as overdue loan amount recovered.

                          And again today dated 26/03/2019 amount of rs 236/- deducted by mentioned as emi rtn charges.

                          Since i faced fake otp's issue i could'nt find a way to protect my money, and this problem has occurred with my emi payment. A total amount of 885/- deducted from my account. So, please understand the situation and try to resolve my issue and refund the money.

                            Hi manager,

                            I m an existing customer of hdfc saving account & credit card. I had some issue with financial due to my sister marriage which i was not able to make the payment of my hdfc bike rs4, 294 for month of march,.. 2 days back i received a call from hdfc department for my due payment. I informed that girl about my incident and also told her that i will make the payment by 30th. But that girl was not ready to listen anything and uses unprofessional languages and also giving me the threats that make the payment today itself or we will do whatever we want to do and be ready for the consequences. The tone of that is so rude and he is behaving like a roadside bajeries.

                            I want to ask from hdfc that is this the customer service which you are offering to your customer or you hired some bajeries to collect the money from the customers.

                            I m clearly mentioning that girl name is chandra sri from customer service chennai, i want you ppl to take action on her if not i will psoe these in social media, if anything happens to me, directly and only hdfc is responsible for that.

                            This is really unexpected and unacceptable from such a good and reputed bank.

                              I have got a call from hdfc bank for credit before 15 days ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. After complete my verification i got reference number 19c[protected]o3 but after got reference number am checking online there is showing decline.. What is this.. Why is showing this please tell me about this reason.

                                Recieved money from unknown number through upi. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. This is the second time am receiving this unauthorized amount from unknown resource. Last month recieved rs.10 from the unknown number and today recieved rs.1 from the same number. I guess the bank payment is from ybl. Solve this issue as soon as possible and please take care of such things not to happen again.

                                  It is a serious offense. There are millions of indian citizens who may be cheated just like me with false commitments & loosing their future financial securities. Hence, such companies must be punished at a very serious note. Every penny of the common man is very precious & should be returned with compensation & there should be very serious legal proceeding for such companies.

                                  My complaint is against hdfc life & policy bazar for false commitment to sell the hdfc click to invest policy to me.

                                  Banks are outsourcing the work to third-party & they are selling the policies without disclosing the hidden points, no follow-ups after a policy sale & making policy holder's life hell.

                                  Since the start-up of my policy, i never got any hardcopy, any call regarding the policy.

                                  Very recently received a call from hdfc life & have come to know about the cheat & decided to raise the complaint.

                                  It is a matter of cheating to a citizen of india & hence it is a matter of taking it to honorable supreme court of india & in front of media.

                                  I have decided to take it to that level if my complaint is not resolved in the next 48 hours & i don't get the refund with the compensation for the cheat & harassment.

                                  Please take appropriate action for the same

                                    My name is r. Krishna mohan.
                                    My two daughters, my wife and my mother all have accounts with hdfc bank besant nagar.

                                    I have been trying for the last 18 months to get a family account opened so that all o[censored]s do not have to maintain a minimum balance.

                                    There is currently around 22.00 lakhs lying in our joint accounts.

                                    My relationship manager has been told about this 5 times at least. No movement. Very poor and substandard service.

                                      This is inform that i pay all money of loan but still they are not giving noc third class service n emplyee name vipin jethani at rajkot branch still challenge me that he will not giving noc to me. Rm of surendranagar branch also not solve this problem i all ready paid all money from last 15 days but no one solve my problem. I m not expecting this type of service from hdfc bank.

                                      After paying all my Emi and did not get the NOC for more than a year even I was in Gurugram Branch to get my NOC but they said it's blocked you have to go to the Moti Nagar Branch Delhi for it in a collection department.
                                      They checked my documents and Laon's number and said go back to the Gurgaon Branch again and ask your NOC it's cleared and there are no over dues and any other loan showing on your account so why they are not giving it ask the manager.
                                      Now please explain to me where should i go further for the NOC I will go there also but after so many

                                        Hi, i bought hdfc times credit card in bangalore and in application they inform me to update bangalore office address, now i shifeted to chennai 2 years before but i can't able to change to my communication address even i tried near by hdfc bank they inform me to drop communication change form in box but twice it canceled because of signature mismatch. I am fed up with hdfc this kind of service so i am planning to close my credit card but they inform me drop application form in near by hdfc bank... Even i can't able to contact customer care support for this... Kindly guide me...
