Hi team,
I have done a transfer of 7500 to a canara bank account holder (Expired), it was intimated to me later, i have registered a complaint in hdfc customer care, my calls were disconnected abruptly, then they took a complaint, but i received a sms stating my complaint is resolved, when i called up again, hdfc bank representative is saying that i need to check with the canara bank. No body is helping through cc. When checked through the canara bank they said we cannot do anything from here, you should go through your bank which is hdfc.
Kindly help me on this complaint as i did this transaction on feb 28th, its my rental money. Hdfc is least bother about this and they are treating me badly when i call to cc by disconnecting the line.
