I have been charged over limit fees of 590 ie 500+90 gst. I have increased my limit by next day. Could you please refund over limit fees. It has gone over limit only for two days or else i was planning to cancel my credit card. I have shared the customer id and credit card number. Could you please resolve this issue. We observe from our records that your card usage has exceeded the credit limit assigned to your card account and hence over limit fee has been levied. To explain it further, when the total outstanding on your card account (including the balance principle loan amount if any) exceeds your assigned credit limit, an over limit fee of 2.5% of the over limit amount subject to a minimum of Rs.500.00 would get levied.

    Maturity payout of my policy with hdfc life is not being released. No specific reason is being given, despite submitting all documentation. Grievance redressal is a sham. They don't respond. I have submitted all required documents 5 times! They keep asking me to submit same documents again and again. Irda should take action against this organized racketeering.

      Respected sir/maam,

      My mom is the customer of hdfc bank. She was forced by an excecutive of hdfc bank to open an account. On insisting for the same, my mom agreed and opened an account in the bank. Thereafter she was provided a credit card by the bank just because her cibil was good. After taking the credit card, we used it and have been paying the amount every month. Due to some issues we couldn’t pay it and skipped it. We got a call from the collection manager asking to come and visit to the branch. After reaching the branch, the collection manager started abusing and misbehaving using bad words for us. I being the only son of my mom had been along with her. When i asked him to talk properly, he came and hit me. All i wish to know is the proper procedure for recovering the money if it is skipped for a month or two. I mean does the bank give rights to their people to hit if the money is not paid? Or is it a law that they can remove their frustration like this? It’s very cheap of hdfc bank to keep such sick people who doesn’t have manners and etiquette’s to behave to a lady. I’m sure he must not be having his mom or a sister and so he behaved that. I want to know what would be the action taken against such actions of the bank people. I’m waiting for a revert on my email address:- [protected]@gmail.com
      If i don’t get any revert from the bank in next two days i will tweet for the same.

      I try to reset my login pin but I receive no OTP to my Airtel mobile number.

      Whenever I am trying login to HDFC Netbanking, it is asking for OTP. Even after 30minutes I am not receiving. After lot of tries, once in a while I am receiving OTP.
      Recd sms saying Rs999/ spent via credit cardxx1171 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:23:16:19 without PIN/OTP. i have not made any transaction so my account should not be debited. as per RBI regulations PIN/OTP should be used/send by the card holder. Since this is not authorised transaction my credit card should not be debited.
      I applied to credit card application and i got a messge that i have to reply TWV with passcode with in 2 hours. But I due to some reasons i could not reply TWV with passcode with in 2 hours. Now what I have to do???
      My hdfc credit card is 7 month old..

      Still hdfc is not availing me the emi facility on my card.

      Last one month i am follow up for the same but no any response.

      Customer servise is helpless

        Hai this is mubarak i have a loan in hdfc bank but that is paying but same way with out my permission and my involvement some another person submited my documents and take the loan with out my permission i don't no who take the loan iam already pay the loan emi 20, 000 iam already told the recovery agent but that person forced me to pay the money iam already asked that matter in hdfc bank main branch in begumpet but no one give me the responce so please start the enquiry who take the loan and please close that loan and refund my 20, 000 amount so please solve this problem as earlier as possible

        My application number is CC40740594. Phone verification done by hdfc representetive. Verification is successfully done. But now my status is showing decline. What is the reason.??

        I have not received my Fastag yet.
        On October 19 2018 I purchased a soundbar of RS 14990 and I got message from HDFC bank that im eligible for 5% cashback and that would be credited within 90 working days from date of transaction, but I didn't got my cashback till now, plZ help...
        I don't know what the hell is this and why so much money got debited from my account... Have a minimum courtesy about informing the customer of what is happening and why?

          I had withdrawn a amount from atm of other bank on 18 feb 2019 the amount got deducted but did not dispensed, i had complaint the bank about it but no response i got from the customer care one. The amount is yet not transferred in my account it has been 15 days i am still waiting for the refund to be credited in my account.

            I have booked air tickets (Air india) using regalia services. Unfortunately one of the passengers died before the commencement of the journey. I have canceled the ticket at air india counter, but they said, i have to process it for a refund through regalia since their platform was used for the ticket booking. I have called regalia customer care center, and send all required documents to them required for refund. However, the refund has not been processed till now, despite the passing of considerable time (More than a month). Also, there is no response from the member support team in spite of sending repeated reminders.

                Hdfc home loan executive vikash ([protected]) came doe meeting twice regarding home loan application
                Commitment and assurance give by hdfc executive to collect financials and check for processing fee-
                1. He assured that the sector has been approved by bank and there are no technical or legal issues regarding property status
                2. Multiple loans has been sanctioned in same location and loan amount 80 - 90 percent
                3. After supplying the financial and property documents he calculated and assured the required loan 27 lack can be easily sanctioned and can go even higher.
                4. He assured in front of 2 more people that he is collecting the check for processing fee and in case there are any problems they will not deposit the check and fees will not be collected.
                5. After 2 weeks they deposited the check and now after more then 3 weeks they are denying without giving any proper / acceptable reason

                  I had received call from m/s. Nisha yadav regarding classic assure plus policy. I decide to take it up but needed some time to recheck with the benefits offered. But she is so impatient that she called me from multiple nos ([protected]) whole day n night and when i refused to take it then she started misbehaving saying i have wasted her time. Sending me abusive messages and mentally harrasing me.

                    credit card mis selling

                    One of the agent of hdfc credit card had issued me credit card by saying it is free of charge and having no annual maitainance charges for government employees.. But i had been charged rs. 1180/- that is reflecting in my cibil.. Resolve the issue nd stop misselling.. I m working in state bank of india nd in no need of hdfc credit card. But card had been issued by saying no any charges will be applied nd i had not activated the card...

                    Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 5 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -7800 balance.
                    The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 7800 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                    I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                    Plz juistice to me. 7800 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
                    What is the action will take against this bank.

                          There was 2 months payment to be made for credit card to which the team deducted the amount from my hdfc bank account without any intermission neither the account was linked. To understand what has went wrong i went to the cc head office in pune bungarden road. After understanding the delay in two months payment they blocked my entire salary. When asked to take the amount and release the rest they said that's not possible when asked for the solution they said we can settle the amount and can consider this amount as 1st installment and rest can be given by giving 4 cheques of rs. 1500 and i agreed to it and asked to complete the process. The said we'll process the request for settlement and get in touch with you. I was in touch and taking the follow every now and then.., the person mr. Vijay who was dealing with my case said not to worry we have processed the request and waiting for the approval from the chennai head office and it will take sometime.

                          After a month i got a text message for the credit card due payment with the interest, i contacted mr. Vijay and informed that i've been charged again with the interest he said not to worry as the request is in process for settlement and will wavie off the charges. 3rd month again i received a text with interest and again my account was blocked. I again contacted the team and they unblocked the account. It happened 3-4 times but the response was the same that the request is in process and anything above the settlement amount will be waived off. This happened in 2016, after too many follow ups and visiting the headoffice each and everytime with one answer from there end stating the request is still in process.

                          The issue hasn't resolved yet and today its 2019 i haven't received any response from their end. And now when i checked my hdfc bank account i see that they have again blocked my account for rs.50, 000

                          I need this to be resolved as non of the hdfc team are co-operative. They are charging me for no reason and want this to be resolved asap.

                            When I have already surrendered the car on 31 march 2017 to HDFC bank, and received the NOC also then why again after more than one and half the HDFC bank hold the negative balance in my saving and current account. warning kindly solve this issue with immediate effect, otherwise i will proceed for legal action on bank and the employee involve in it. Already complaint this in past also then why the same incident is repeated by bank. this is last time else i will proceed for police complaint and legal action from court through consumer forum.

                              My father and mother had fixed deposits (Ch/1687465, ch/1687520, ch/1687472, ch/1687537) with hdfc. All these deposits matured in jan 2019. I am the nominee for these deposits and since my father and mother have both passed away, i submitted an application for claiming the deposit money and credit to my hdfc bank account.                               regarding credit card vouchers

                              I amm using hdfc credit card debit card.
                              I have revived two vouchers trying to claim it, but not getting. Regarding this i have tried lot times to [protected] this number.
                              Since two weeks i am trying, every time i am getting busy, i kept call back option also but till now i did not receive any call.
                              This is the first time i am receiving worest response from hdfc. Please help me to claim the vouchers.

                              My previous owner of Company Vision aid who have a POS Machine bearing TID No 4902 8690, EDC Sr.no[protected], EDC Model VX 520 (N), application version 06. 00. O2. He has surrendered this pos matching 23.08.18 after waiting a prolong period for repairing of the said machine.
                              He was suffering huge loss due to out of service of the machine.. On 23.08.2018 your service engineer Mr. BADAL SHAW Emp code HDFM 1070 took the Machine with due deinstallation certificate.
                              And subsequently the current account at huff bank also closed and closing report also given by the branch.
                              Now, after taken over the business by me I have opened a bank account at United Bank of India and applied for a POS Machine. UBI branch manager tried 3 times for approval of the pos. But all in vain due to your irresponsible work of putting VISION AId in enmass system with remarks objection. I the new owner of the business gone to your pos department at brabourn road and they clearly inform at their end their is no objection and pos delink with the current account.
                              Under this circumstance I am demanding removal of the objection immediately so that I can avail other bank's POS machine.
                              Otherwise you inform me why you have put objection. If your objection is correct then I Wii definitely try to set aside the reason by my previous owner.
                              At length I am drawing your attention to resolve the problem immediately, otherwise I shall lodge complain against you at consumers forum.

                              HDFCbank"s this attitude force me suffer loss every day. When govt is giving emphasis on small and tiny business, then this bank violating govt. Policy.

                              I am requesting all our country people with a request not to open any shorts of account in this bank. This bank is mastermind to cheat its customer by deducting money from their account by showing different reasons at their will. Not only that if you closed your account with this then they will creat different problem for you, which make you trouble to open your account with other bank. I am one of the man who face this acutely, even their this bad tactics my busine5 suffer heavy loss every day due to PIS Machine. My previous owner of the business using pos machine of this bank. He was so much angry with this bank with the service of pos machine, he surrender the machine and force to closed his business. Then I took over the shop with new trade license.I have account with UBIBank but not get POS. Because her bank put my VISION AID (name of Company)
                              in Emmaus which prevent me to get machine, without any reason. Actually they are trying to ruined my business.

                              Dear all customer of hdfc bank,
                              In my earliest post I have request all cuatomwr of hdfc bank that how this bank cheated us and if we want depart from the by closing account, then how they create a lot of problems for us to harras its outgoing customer. In reply of my post customer care advise me to contact TID issuing branch accordingly I have visited issuing branch but I wad completely harras by the bank and customer care and branch authority playing badminton by using me as shuttle. Now I have think for leagal action against the bank with claiming compensation.
                              So once again I am requesting all customer to beware of this cheater bank.

                                Dear hdfc team,

                                As i didn't proper service & had to suffer from shortage of funds

                                As per guided my branch manager of rajpipla, gujarat branch, i had signed form of sip withdrawal & sip stop for as i am in need of money before one month, but i didn't got money yet, as i am currently staying in pune so i had send my brother to check details for the same to branch but no body available to give him service, he had waited half hour in branch but nobody given him service & bm is his cabin with some of his friend, finally brother is out of bank.

                                As yesterday my account debited 1000 for sip,

                                Its so pathetic service you are providing..

                                Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible so that i can close my account sooner.

                                As one of member from hdfc had come to my office at early salary for corporate salary account, i will talk to hr & will not allow to open hdfc account if i didnt got service befor yesterday eod.

                                  I have settled the credit card in sep 2018. But i receive card statements with late payment fee and interest on top of it every month. I have reached out to the hdfc team asking for a solution and they have given a waiver for 2 months late fee and asked to pay the remaining amount. So i have made the payment in feb 2019.
                                  Again 3 days later i received a statement stating late payment charges, i dont know what the heck those charges are?
                                  Extremely disappointed with hdfc banks inefficient customer service. We have to boycott hdfc bank in india.
