Inr 3700 from my account is kept on hold without my consent. I tried reaching to customer support but they told they can't release it and it may because of deemat account. I am not using deemat account and asked the contact person to close it more than twice. Also there was no fee involvement conveyed to me while opening the account.

    no refund on failed transaction

    Address: 788001

    I have made a flight booking on 9th feb 2019. The transaction was failed and the amount was deducted.

    I received an email "your flight booking has failed.in case of your amount being debited, refund shall be initiated from smartbuy to your source card within 5 working days."

    After 5 days, i started reaching out to them from 18th feb 2019.

    First, they emailed "we have received your refund request...

        I was holding hdfc credit card number [protected]. Due to financial difficulties i breeched the settlement duration and it got cancelled.in last month i have done the full payment of outstanding amount of my credit card. The full amount was rs. 46820 (Forty six thousand eight hundred and twenty rupees). Inspite of my full payment of the of the total outstanding amount, i have not received my noc. Neither my account is updated in cibil. It still shows as overdue/ active status. Kindly do the needful and please issue my noc.

                  I'm having 2-wheeler loan currently active to my a/c of hdfc bank & had few emi due previously. But in january-2019, i've paid all the amounts including my emis and credit card bills, everything.

                  I've followed all the steps or procedure they've asked me to do with this regards, but issue remains the same.

                      I was working with hdfc life, my employee code 171067. Its been 4 months i haven't received any relieving letter. I tried contacting hr they are not responding, i tweeted this issue even they are not responding. I went to hdfc life office Deonar( navi mumbai) they gave me a number ..i tried to contact him he said he had raised this issue but still i haven't received my relieving letter now when i call him he dont pick up my phone. One day he picked and gave another number, everytime i call her she is like im middle of something call me later but not giving my relieving letter. Currently i have been selected in another company but they are telling me if you dont submit your relieving letter we will not on board you ..What can i do ?

                            I am a hdfc customer since 2016.

                            I was using credit card for more than 1 year.

                            But this month when i saw my statement new transaction happened as renewal membership fee.

                            I was using credit card as the person who offered me the card said i will never be charged for my membership.

                            But now am charged for rs.500 + rs.90 for membership fee.

                            I request bank to turnoff this transaction and not charge me for the membership fees.

                                Hi,

                                One year back i have raised the complaint having ref no.[protected] for some disputed transaction, till date i have not received any resolution.

                                However despite of mentioning of no interest will be charged until the resolution of the issue, on the mail provided by the hdfc bank against complaint. I observed that periodic interest was charged.

                                Now hdfc credit card employee are harassing me over it by making continuous calls and when tried to communicate with them there behavior was very rude (Talking in very high tone/ abusive language) and unacceptable.

                                One particular employee name shivraj/yuvraj calling from number [protected] have crossed all the limits, he's behavior is not sensible and unacceptable. Instead of calling me he is continuously calling my distinct relatives and troubling them.

                                He is reveling all my confidential information with bank to them which i believe is clearly breach of confidentiality and breach of banking policies and regulations.

                                I request to take a strong action against such employees.

                                  I have been debited with loan manual hold charge of 5263 rs my emi was missed of persoal loan, emi was of 4426 so why did these charges got deducted.                                       My salary account was created in hdfc, due to some reasons i quit my job and left to my home town but that salary ac was converted to savings ac without informing me started charging me for non maintenance of average balance, i am a poor person maintaining 10, 000 in my ac is impossible for me, kindly take action on this and waive off that negative balance, even my 1000rs got deducted which was credited to my ac, kindly waive off the amount and please close my account in hdfc as soon as possible and i am unable to visit my home branch as i am living in other state (Hometown). This is my hdfc ac no: [protected],

                                      I am glad that Hdfc customer team, has responded that quickly in time and devadas had contacted me regarding my problem, i had submitted my account closure form at "B Narayanapura" branch on 1 march 2019, i hope it will resolved very soon, waiting for further update from Hdfc team, Thank you.

                                      Its been 10days since i submitted account closure form, till now my account is not yet closed and they are continuously charging for AMB, how many days you require to close my account ? process it as soon as possible !
