I have purchaced refrigirator on 22nd october 2018. I was informed that i will get cashback in 90 days. 90 days has completed and even 120 days too. The bank is telling to reach dealer we dont know anything. The dealer says its the bank you have to contact to. I would like to know if anyone delays a emi the banks will haunt like anything. But wont the bank do its duty on time?

There was a return fee was initiated
And 450 rupees were deducted from my debit
And they’re sending me messages like Make alternate payment immediately!!

    I received sms from hdfc bank rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Without my confirmation oneassist membership fees rs. 1299 has been added in my card. Why this has been added?
    I want immediate reversal of this fees.

    Please provide the status of the complaint
    There is no proper way to close credit card via phone banking. the worst response from phone banker. HDFC is not customer friendly at all. i will neverever use its credit card
    I m really fed up with hdfc people earlier we told them to close d account they said after three account will automatically close i[censored] dont do any transaction. But now i have penalty of 9000. How can i pay this much of amount.

    1000 rupees Installment Pay. transfer from CASA. HDFC. Just got my salary but HDFC CASA deduted 1000 rupees, is there any way to get my money back. There is no reach out to customer care executive.

      Hi, i am getting personal load calls from last 5 years, everyday 3 to 4 times for personal load, i have called customer care, dnd so many times, also i have escalated issue so many times... But still it is not resolving... For god's shake please resolve this...

      Enough is enough, hdfc loan department has crossed the limit of tourchering...

      I am getting calls from last five year, everyday 4 to 5 calls for personal loans and all the calls from indiranagar, bangalore branch only...

      Because of these thing, i deleted my account from hdfc from last 1 year, still i am getting calls...

      I called customer care many time, 2 to 3 time i wrote to nodal manager...4 to5 times i did dnd activation, 3 to 4 times escalated the issue.. But still i am getting calls.

      In the escalation email when i give complete call detail with number and time, i am getting the same reply that these number
      Does not belong to hdfc bank... So this time i have recorded the calls, please find the attached media audio file... Play it..
      You will come to know that they all are calling from indiranagr, bangalore branch...

      For god's shake... Please stop these calls... Otherwise i will have to complain to police...

      Please remove my name and number from your database...

      HDFC Indiranagar, Bangalore loan section Team is Torturing me by calling from different numbers asking for the Loan, this is from past 6 years. Daily i receive a call around 3 to 6 pm . This is disgusting. When i call them and ask how they got my number they will tell from Database.

      Kindly delete my number [protected] in HDFC Database and stop torchuring and live me from Torchure.

          My credit card bill amount is 219723.
          I have paid 202486 amount. Even after paying so much. Hdfc bank have charged financial charges of 4645. This is unfair to put financial charges for whole bill. Hdfc bank service is the worst service. No one communicated about the financial charges will be applicable even after paying partial amount.
          Which bank will charge so much even after paying such huge amount. I want my financial charges to be waved off.

            At the time of issuing cr card one of your kolkata office employee named by soma by force blocked 13k for accidental policy for which deducting 650/per month & one assist for 1 year for which deducted 1399/, i sent my grievance to mr manikandan p. S. (Grievance cell officer) but still now no reply, no action nor any correspondence from his side. I paid regularly minimum due every month up to december 2018, but i stopped now due to not received any statement from june2018. My request refund my deducted amount as per soma & close my cr card a/c after intimating me out standing payment. Please forward my grievance to your higher authority to take prompt action.               Respected all,

              Thia is 3rd time to check the status of my home loan subsidy application status which comes under pmay and which is centre government policy and really disappointed to see the speed of the concerned departments involved in pradhan mantri awas yojna which says " housing to all by 2022'.

              Can we fulfil the willing of pmo india by this speed??? I don't think that we can provide minimum housing to the needy people by next 4 years, who gets an encouragement by the pradhan mantri awas yojna home loan subsidy to the needy and eligible people of india.

              If a bank or nhb is taking more than 6 months to approve one application of an applicant who believes that he is eligible for same and have provided all the required document on time to the bank and still struggling to check the status of his application.

              I have applied for pradhan mantri awas yojna subsidy through hdfc (Nikol branch) 6 months back or say in august 2018, which is still not credited to my loan account and i am not getting clarity why its pending for so long and how much more time it will take or whom to contact for same.

              Although i don't see any customer care who can help me in this regards, i called to mithakhali branch they informed me that i have other properties as well (I am clarify to you i do not have any properties.)

              The hording of bank and pmay says get credit linked home loan subsidy within 90 days of home loan application. But i think its only in adds.

              Please give me legitimate answers.

                I opened an account in selaiyur branch hdfc bank on 19 th jan, i was supposed to recieve my welcome kit in 7 working days but account creation notification itself received after 9 days and its been almost a month and not received it yet I have personally visited the branch two times and still the process is too slow never expected it and request to resolve it at the earliest

                  I had Made an application for Delink of Credit card as well as Jumbo loan to Chennai HDFC Bank Credit Card Division but application get rejected, Visited branch but do not get response, Called Customer care but not get updated, They have taken complaint. I need to close my account and without Delink of Credit card as well as Jumbo box I am not able to close the account. I do not want to get Penalized for Non maintenance of Minimum balance at bank account.

                    While creating salary account in HDFC, a credit card has been issued during May 2018 to me and still i didn't activate my card yet and i didn't initiate any smart pay service but i m getting calls/msgs that i have payment overdue.
                    I got recharge amount as 100 rs for 2 months for my number and i didn't know how i got that amount at that time and now they are telling i have to pay this amount and also fine.

                    Am not sure y i have to pay for the service which is activated without my knowledge.

                    Person who issued credit card to me is Ratchagan from Chennai(HDFC bank).

                    Kindly let me know how to cancel my card and please take action on these kind of issues as it is happened even for my friends.

                    Kindly take action ASAP.

                      Rs 5, 015 have been debited from my account. The message read "INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL GST 040219". This is not acceptable, I had no prior intimation of these charges.

                      Request you to please follow up and check why this amount was debited. I would like to highlight here that these charges should only be levied after conveying the reason for the charges to the bank account holder.

                            Dear team,

                            First of all i apologies for delayed payment every month due to having lots of financially challanges. But i also pay my minumum amount of hdfc credit card monthly. This month after paying some amount for hdfc credit card remain whole bill amount has been sattled /reflected in my hdfc salary account by hdfc team. My account reflected negative balance because you guys sattle credit card amount in my salary account. I also try to resolve my financially issues asap so that i can pay bill amount as per bill timeline. Kindly remove negative balance from my hdfc saving/salary account and give 2 month more time for financial issue resoluation or paying more than minimum amount.

                            Amount reflected - 45000 something
                            Credit card limit 37000
                            8000 may be os amount interest charged by hdfc bank. This need to be waive and also need to resolve reflection negative amount in salary/saving account

                              Hi, i have salary account in hdfc near about 6-7 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. My hdfc existed old salary account showing -9276.79 balance.
                              The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its -9276.79 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account?

                              Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                              I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account. If you call customer care they never get back to us with solution.
                              Please justice to me. 9000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
                              What is the action will take against this bank.

                              I received call from HDFC. Lady who was on the call were very rude. They just asked me to visit branch and didn't talk anything about closing an account as it is inactive around last 1year. Until and unless bank give us proper updates, I can't visit bank for further process to close account. Bank is far away from my Home, so i dont want to visit bank again and again.

                                  Hello,

                                  I have raised a request for cheque book and amount was deducted from my account.
                                  I was not in home as i am working professional, the person came for delivering talked to me on phone and said that he will deliver it in morning but i tried contacting him again and again and he didn't receive the call.

                                  Then after some days i got message that my cheque book is with bank. I had to go outstation so was not able to go and pick after some months i went to bank and they are saying that cheque book is discarded and destroyed within 1 week. They are not refunding my amount also.

                                  Making fool o[censored]s i have not not been informed that my cheque book will be destroyed.

                                  Private banks are taking our hard earned money without any information.

                                    Hello,

                                    I have an account with the bank since 9 year approx and now i can see that charges are deducted without taking any permission.

                                    From my credit card, membership fee is deducted but while assigning it was said that it is life time free card. This is fraud and i want my amount to be refunded. Without any call or message they have deducted the amount.

                                    I have sent an email at the same email id also logged complaint through mobile and complaint number is [protected].Theywere saying that the money will be refunded in 3 days but I have not got any refund of money yet.

                                    I can see still iGST-VPS transaction deducted on 17/02/2019.

                                    Poor service of HDFC bank. Disappointed as we are working professional and it takes a hell lot of time to call and take followups

                                      Hi

                                      I have been using my hdfc forex card for all transactions in canada. Card no: [protected]. I had made two transactions of 874 and 931 dollars on 12th and 17th of jan at staybridge suits which is a valid one. But i see charge back has been raised against that which i had not requested. I want the charge to be cancelled and amount to be credited back to merchant account. Merchant has been trying to claim the amount but bank is denaining every time since charge back is raised against these two transaction.
                                      I have been dropping multiple email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com from past 7 days but no reply all. I want this issue to be resolved asap since i am getting daily call from merchant asking me pay back this amount.
