I applied for credit card on 8 feb 2019 but still the status is showing no record found. And i already got the application number. Why it's happening?
Please guide me on my e-mail
My application number is [protected], and also officer from hdfc visited to our residential address at khandwa, and he is also not picking my phone to guide me and to solve my problem. Please resolve it.

I simply got information that my credit card was returned. I did not get any calls for the delivery either. I have been trying to call customer care but all i get is a computer generated response. Hdfc customer care has worsened so much.

    I want to bring to your notice that hdfc bank is deducting amount from my credit card every day for no reason after maintaining the excess amount in the account for the month of february, when i am calling them and asking regarding the deduction they are not providing me the proper information and they have given me the wrong information stating "i can use the excess amount". I had 6400 as my excess amount from which i took 1010.12 rs from my account they put my account in -10.12rs and started deducting amount continuously, when i called and asked the reason 'they have no answer'. Not only that they deducted money from my excess amount also before 3 days they said it's around 6, 400rs and after 3 days they are like it's 5, 400rs. And for removing 1010.12 it is around 4, 400rs. When asked y it got deducted, "no answer".
    My unbilled amount was around 1100rs on 1st of february, despite of making any transaction my unbilled amount is continuously increasing and only one transaction i did because of their wrong information. On 11th feb it was 1945rs and on 12 feb it is 2945rs and i am calling them once in every 3 days but they have no answers for the deduction. I am a working women and phones are not allowed at work station. I am badly getting disturbed and unable to work properly. I seriously don't understand, "when i have excess amount in the account, y is it going in negative balance.
    I kindly request you to help me on getting me the refund o[censored]nnecessary deduction and the deduction because of removing 1010.12rs because of their wrong information.

      Sum of three transactions (14332+14712+14332) which i am suppose to get refunded. Not only sum of two transactions, since i paid sum of four (14332+14712+14332+14332) premium in an year. The amount which got refunded was only for the sum of two transactions (14332+14332+380)

      I already provided all the input from bank.

      Why only two refund was done? I am suppose to get refund for sum of three premium.

      If you will notice i paid sum of four premium in this year.

      I am trying to followup with escalation team for last six months, but still not received any satisfactory response on this. This issue should be quickly resolved rather than trying to divert issue again and again or by providing wrong information.

        Just we kept new credit card inside our locker and we did not use it until now, but they charged 2k plus. While they sending card they said it's free. It's big scam. When i went to nearest branch there were 100s customers like me who want to close the card. I think bank has no money to pay salaries to their employees, so the are looting us. If really they need plz ask us directly.

        I have applied for Fastag for my vehicle on 12th Jan 2018 and it was quoted that I will receive my tag within 7 working days. It is close to a month and no response so far except the SMS which says my account has been created and money credited into fastag account.

          My salary account ([protected]) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card. I logged into my account for some reason on13 th feb 2019 and i see that i have rs -5073 in my account. I request you to please take action against this and close my account

            I have applied a loan thorough net banking with loan application 65309744, dated on 09/02/2019 & pre- approved is showing amount of Rs-225000/- but till not a single representative has called to me or not collect my docs so request you to kindly check & resolve as earlier.

            Also I have applied regularly but without any discussion loan has been rejected.
            1st time I have taken loan & it's had been cleared & Noc is issued 2nd time why not giving loan I am unable to understand.

                My name is sumit shrivastav and i took a personal loan of 235000 and i paid 15 emis but due to some medical conditions i cudnt pay the rest 15 and now its over due.. Your so called third party illiterate # are calling me and my family members to collect money as if anyone has signed on mu behalf that they will bear the loan if i dnt pay.                     Recently rs 177 is deducted from my hdfc bank account without any intimation or notice with subject to third party transaction inc gst. It was shown as third party transaction inc gst in account summary. Can i know for what reason the money us deducted from the account. As per the fees and charges rule. For third party transaction above rs 25000/- per day transaction will costs 125 rs charge. But i haven't done this much transaction from the account.

                      I have duly filled credit card closure form to close credit card [protected] and same is sent 15days back to hdfc credit card division, p. O. Box no.8654, thiruvanmiyur p. O. Chennai - 600 041 but till date i have not received any confirmation that my credit card has been closed or not. Further, hdfc has renewed the above mentioned card without my consent and sent to my office address through blue dart courier.                         Hdfc bank replaced my working titanium debit card with a platinum debit card a few months back. A few days back, hdfc deducted 885 from my bank account without intimation being the card fee for using the platinum debit card.

                        I want a refund now of the rs. 885 asap otherwise i will close my hdfc a/c credit cards and will ask my organization to move to another bank.

                            I opened a ppf account through net banking at hdfc bank. But this account is showing anna nagar as the branch name which i hadn't opted while opening this ppf account. As Gurgaon is my permanent address. So, you are kindly requested to rectify and change to Gurgaon Branchharyana. It will be so nice of you.

                              I have been sent a new (Renewal) credit card regalia first last week. I am not able to set pin for my credit card.
                              I have approached the hdfc branches with no use.
                              When dialled to the ivr number as per the bank advice, the voice mail says that there is no such facility available for this card.
                              I am unable to use this credit card and i am finding no way to get the new pin.

                                From 7-Feb-18, I'm not able to use my net banking services in website and even in mobile app
                                When ever i try to access my account on website the page itself isn't responding its just keep on loading and nothing much.(attached Pic)
                                I have tried using mobile application too but even there its saying like " unable to access the server.(attached Pic)
                                Isn't there any end to this ?? there isn't any update from the bank authority in its webpage also for why this is happening

                                  I have purchaced item on 30th jan 2019. I was informed that i will get cashback in 5 days.5 days has completed and even 14 days too. The bank personal helpers is picking up calls.. I have called numbers of people in hdfc for help but no call back from hdfc.. Pathetic service. Amazon agarnt says its the bank you have to contact to. I would like to know if anyone delays a emi the banks will haunt like anything. But wont the bank do its duty on time?

                                    I am in a medical emergency & tried to withdraw an amount of rs 10000 from hdfc atm atakalsar road moga. After all necessary steps the atm shows a message transaction timed out' but my money debited from my a/c. My a/c is in state bank of india ajitwal branch. State bank of india debited the amount but after several hours i did not get any message for amount credit. After checking balance enquiry it shows cash debited.

                                        I deepak wahane using your times credit card from last one year and outstanding amount is due, but some family issues i m not able to pay till date and also i have informed to concerned executives from debt collectors, now i m informing to you i personally received all calls from no[protected], and [protected] the person call on my place of job for asking about recovery as well as using abusive languages to the call receivers it is very unethical or break adherence to calls by bankers and very frustrated situation and also they will fired me from job. So i requested to u please take necessary action against it and do the needful...
