cancellation of oneassist membership

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . Last year the bank auto debited the membership fees from credit card number ending with 4704 without my concern.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and stop auto debiting membership fees from my credit Card, which is due on 24/01/2019.

non receipt of fastag even after one month hfr094141

I have applied for fastag through online on 17.12.18, paying the amount & necessary document (Rc copy of the car) was also uploaded. Since there was no response till 03.01.19, contacted the customer care number[protected]. They have instructed me to sent through mail pan card & aadhaar card copy, which i did on the same day.
After this i had horrible experience each time contacted the customer care number. They will keep my call...

Today the bank has provided me statement wherein they have charged me 1180 as first year membership fees. You are requested to look into the same. I have purchase a product from jabong worth 2969.11Rs using payzapp and returned the product and jabong has refunded my amount on 1st Jan but I have not received my refund as payzapp is not processing the refund. I have called payzapp customer care number around 20 times but they don't pick the call even after waiting for 15 min. I have talked to jabong also. I have taken a personal loan from your bank. I am not a defaulter loanee till the end of month december2018. But due to some hazardous condition i am unable to deposit an amount of rs.5160.00 in my account. But an employee of your bank using very slang word about me like "toutar"and "a fraud" by calling me as well as my brother as well as my friend. I am very much aware about the installment. amount deducted is not reversed

I was booked my bus ticket via red bus on december 8, 2018. The amount is deducted but my transaction is failed due to some technical problem. I have waited for 2 weeks to reversed my amount but nothing happens. Then i have raised the complaint regarding the amount and submitted the dispute form as well. Still, now, they didn't refund my amount.

Kindly do the necessary action to get my amount back....

transaction reversed but amount is not credited in my account

Transaction of rs. 500 is reversed by kake walk yesterday but amount is not credited in my bank account. Transaction was done through hdfc debit card.

I have attached a screenshot of the message that i got from hdfc bank after the transaction was reversed, but i checked my bank balance and found that amount hasn't been credited yet.

Kindly consider my request.

aqb charges for non maintenance of balance

Hdfc bank has charged my current account rs 7280 every 3 months. I saw this and asked them and they replied by saying average quarterly balance should be atleast 1, 00, 000/- or else there is a fine of rs 7280/-. This is totally ridiculous. They are just ripping their customers. Don't open a current account with hdfc. Try other national banks like bank of baroda...

payment for registration of home using grips

misbehavior of the bank employee

I have receive call from HDFC bank person name 'Dilip' for my pending emi of personal loan.
Today he called me and said shoutly, ''You don't know exactly when your husband will come also said why you taken loan if you not able to pay'' on loudly. I have call recording. How can the bank person talk to the customer in this manner???...

Hdfc cc team has charged a wrong transaction in may’18 on my card. They accepted the mistake on receipt of the dispute form. After that they did not corrected the transaction and still an outstanding amount showing against my card for wich they are calling me everyday for collections.
Priority grievance cell is not acting on my complaint, i have made more than 100 calls and send 50mails. Every time they are sending a standard reply...

This answer iam getting every time...

I raised send mail to stop policy and refund in november 2018 till date not no response from hdfc life team.. On my refund.

3months but no refund, iam feeling shame to ask.. U don’t have shame to say the same answer???...

hdfc bank fraud with false policy hdfc life super income plan

I got a fraud from HDFC life policy department. false information. They are saying a sum assured is different and giving in policy is different. You are from first 100 customers. you will not get any charge your full amount will be invested and after sending a policy amount is different.
When I call to the agent he not responding for 1 week. After that, he makes fun of me and laughs.
