Any and every credit card should be banned
Credit cards are like thieves in the face of banks. They loot you upfront without letting you feel that they are stealing your peace for ever. They get you use to all the bad habits of spending first and paying more later.

They auto debited the amount of my credit card through netbanking without my permission. Worst services ever. Please do the settlement of my card and close it.

    My hdfc customer id 21310664, am long standing customer of hdfc for all financial needs.in dec 2015, i was upgraded to regalia credit card xxxx0043 and during this switch from old card xxxx3246, my default previous "full auto payment" was changed to "minimum auto payment" in backend without my knowledge. Unaware of this, i continued with usages and when card declined on 31st dec 2016, i investigated and found above payment mode change. Immediately informed relationship manager who suggested to pay actual usages and seek help from their helpdesk for reversal. No action taken so far that could resolve the issue although i ask for audit to my account and send various follow-up mails to all authorities i was guided to by bank staffs. Over a period of time, i reduced usages, stopped usages, de-linked all auto linked transactions, cleared last actual usages over manual payment. From july 2018 onwards there is zero usages on card but past interests keeps adding month over month.

    My ask: as its bank back-office mistake in data maintenance while upgrading the credit card, all outstanding charges until now should be waived off and close my credit card.

      My hdfc home loan account number[protected]

      I had my home loan with indiabulls housing finance they were doing my disbursement on regular basis every month even though they has under going bad time. They advise me to switch over as their is a possibility of increase interest rate to 11+. Hence i contacted hdfc who is the other financer for kakad housing corporation where my flat is.

      They told me that they finance 50+ flats in same projects and commit me that will not face any issue during slab wise disbursement, they are very much aware about the fact that our builder raising slabwise demand every month and i also informed them from my side prior to application.

      After loan sanction and initial disbursement to india bills, when i submit the further demand from builder, i has been told from bank your demand will not going to be process until hdfc will get the all originals from indiabulls and now i am stuck totally.

      Attaching here the request letter branch manager mira road himanshu trivedi on 24th jan 2019, the action is still pending. My disbursement was due on 29th jan 2019 which is already late.

      I want hdfc to take strict action against rakesh and kalpesh for misguiding customer, giving false commitments to acquire business.

      Good afternoon,

      This is in reference to the above disbursement request which is require to clear by 29th jan 2019 to builder (Kakad housing corporation).

      I heard from sales executive rakesh divrala, that the disbursement will not happen until the original documents receive from indiabulls this was informed him by branch. This process will take one month time as per indiabulls.

      My concern here in this case is below, if the disbursement will not release with in given time then it will spoil my reputation with builder as well as he will charge me penalty and interest on it.

      While applying loan from hdfc your sales team very much aware about this issue and i also told them that my 19th slab disbursement request is going to come in weeks time, that time they told me no problem we will take care of it. That's the reason i apply for the loan else i would have not. And hdfc has approximate 50 cases with kakad housing corporation and your sales team is aware the every month the disbursement request is coming. I feel this is the clear case of cheating and unfair trade practice from hdfc sales team.

      Now after checking with your executive today 30 minute before he is informing me that hdfc will not able to do the disbursement. This is not the way to treat the customer. If your sales team doesn't have knowledge and information about the process them sack him immediately as he is spoiling the reputation of hdfc. He also misguide me on processing part you are aware about it. He tooks 11800 as a processing fees and told me that whole is refundable, but when i visited in the back for disbursement dipika told me about the agreement charges which is non refundable, then you spoken with him on call to discuss. And dipika helps me to adjust it. This is very bad business practice your sales team has.

      Further i like to take you during disbursement dipika took a cheque of rs 30, 00, 000 as a security deposit against original documents, where as only 21, 00, 000 was disburse. Here i would like to request you please release the present disbursement of rs 2, 17, 000 against the security deposit. As it is very difficult for me as well to arrange rs. 2, 17.000 in three/four days. Before next disbursement the originals will come and positively the issue will resolve. I hope you will understand the situation and help to resolve and help the customer. You can go through my profile i am a corporate employee working in american mnc. My cibil rating is also a best. I think you should not have any issue in solving this case.

        Hi,

        I called hdfcfag customer saying my login:[protected] is saying it's a invalid user id when i was trying my password reset for my account.

        Rep named sharvan said the login id is correct and can i have your password to verify. I told i will tell my password but he said it's not wrong to ask for a password. How can a bank like hdfc can ask password from the customer. It's seems you have outsourced the work to another company. I think its insolutions global. This is serious violation of customer service. I asked for a supervisor or manager. He said he will not transfer the call to either.

        Strict action needs to be taken.

          As pl is going on with hdfc bank due to some circumstances between 2015-jun 2017 was unable to pay the emi but i used to pay small amount compare to regular emi. Now in june i paid emi which were bounce and there overdues and started my regular from july 2017 till date and a single has not been bounced now i came across that my account has been kept on manual hold charges.. I'm clueless what charges they are asking for as now my regular emi is going on that they have file case on me ipc section 138 on that i have taken bail for the same even though i have paid amount with all there charges.

              He said i hv one lapse policy and i hv paid only 1 year premium from total 7. And now to close policy final settledown option is available.
              But i don't remember such policy i hv taken.

              He provided below detail.

                I had a credit card of hdfc in 2010-11, i stopped using that due to unaccounted billing and dishonesty from ur employees,

                One o[censored]r employee called me and send me a policy document of hdfc agro to check the policy, and without my any consent i started receiving bill for that policy, i didnt send any signed policy documents to u. I talked to ur customer care they said its a mistake from ur side and ll be corrected, but nothing happened,
                Then i stopped using that card and paid all my other dues. It all happened in 2011.

                Noy few months back in 2018 i applied for loan and found that hdfc has launched a complaint against me for non payment of that policy premium!!! Can u show me a single signed document where i have accepted to start the policy??
                I tried to call ur customer care, but the executives are utterly unprofessional!!

                  My basic salary is 7500 and convience is 2500. Then how it is possible my salary is credited amount is rs 2200.
                  1- I am not getting my fixed salary as per my offer letter of joining on monthly basis from the last 3 months .There is huge deduction from my salary without any prior notification and after enquiry I am not getting proper solution from my concern department and HR department also. No one taking any responsibility regarding my salary.

                      I had my salary account in hdfc bank (Account no [protected]). Since i left my company, salary account got converted into saving account. I could not maintain required minimum balance of rs 10, 000 and bank started charging amb charges. Charges went upto rs.8000 and account balance was negative.in january 2019, i raised a complaint on hdfc customer care to request bank to waive off the charges and assured the bank that i will either close my account or will maintain required account balance. After some days, i got an email from hdfc bank saying, "we have removed your hold funds" and made my balance zero. Bank suggested me to close my account permanently. On 21st january, i visited hdfc bank branch near shankar sheth road pune. Meanwhile, i asked one of the staff, 'instead of closing my account permanently can i deposit amount to bank account and maintain required balance and will there be any deduction of previous charges?'. Staff member answered i can operate my bank account by maintaining required balance and there will be n deduction of charges as there is zero balance appearing in my account i. E. No negative balance. Accordingly, i deposited rs.10, 100 on 21st january 2019 to my account. And bank deducted previous charges from that amount and made my account balance rs.3, 377. I requested the authority to reverse my charges but they said that they are not in position to do that and made me visit the bank i went on 21st january 2019 to close my account. I did the same but now they are making me visit one branch to another. According to me and as bank staff suggested me on 21st january 2019, there should be no deduction of such previous charges as bank itself assured me that they have removed my hold funds i. E. Negative balance. Attached herewith is the bank statement and mails received and sent by bank.

                      I got an call from A person calling himself as a staff from HDFC bank Customer complaints resolver ( A cyber hacker ) saying Bank is going to refund your amount please share your another bank details. He also told me every detail of my this complaint . Accordingly, I shared my another bank details and he tried to transfer Amount of Rs 10000 from my another bank account. I have call recordings and text masseges. I had to block my account.

                      So now, should I register a complaint against Indian Consumer complaint forum?? Consumer forum itself is not trustworthy?? How come my data got leaked ?? This how you resolve queries ??

                      Dear sir,

                      I am getting frequent calls from a person introducing himself as a Member from HDFC complaint resolving committee. One of man already intitiated transaction from my account as I shared ICICI bank information with him about my another bank account as he said he wants to refund my amount to another bank. And he tried to transfer ₹10, 000 from my ICICI account but as my account balance was already zero, he couldn't do anything. I have all call recordings. Please guide me through this. And request you to only interact with me via mail, as i am getting several calls from such people.

                        I was given the credit card at home address, even though i asked to cancel it when people came for verification. I didn't used it and i didn't even activated it.

                        I de-linked it from my bank account. But still, it received the bill amount via transaction.
                        While de-linking, i checked into the autopay deregister section, there were no cards.

                        This is just not right. If i have asked to not wanting the service, they shouldn't have let me given the service. And even when i have not activated it, i and being charged of something i didn't want or used.
                        And all the customer care has to say is, "we cannot do anything".

                          I have purchase dslr camera from croma store owned by tata on friday[protected], i have been told that i will receive 2000 cashback and i have clicked a photo of that offer just to be sure that they will not refuse in future i have not recieved any cashback and when i called the bank regarding the same they will not entertain you and hang up the phone on you very bad customer service by hdfc bank. This offer is a scam by hdfc bank.

                            booking failed and money not refunded

                            I paparao bhukya booked one ticket from mumbai to hyderabad on march 15th 2019. And my ticket booking details are :

                            Booking date : 21st january 2019 for air india ai - 619 using payzapp mobile app from 19:30:00 (Bom) to 20:45:00 (Hyd).

                            Order id :[protected].
                            And the toatl amount got deducted was rs. 1640/-.

                            I recieved a mail from smartbuy states that "your flight booking has failed.in...

                            Hi Team,

                            I am writing this mail regarding my credit card balance payment. my credit card number is [protected] which is currently blocked six months back an amicable settlement was done on this card but there was some balance amount which was left, I want to clear that amount now so that there is no effect on my CIBIL but i went to the bank they were unable to tell me the balance & also how to make payment for that. I have tried all your customer care number regarding this matter but unfortunately they are unable to provide any progress in this.it's my last hope from such a big bank to clear this It would be helpful if you can let me know how to solve this matter how to make the payment and after that who will update this in my CIBIL report.

                              Recently (December-2018), i opened a savings account in hdfc bank. They issued me platinum debit card without giving any details about platinum card issuance fee and its annual charges. Now this month, they debited an amount of rs. 885 as debit card issuance fee without giving any intimation like message or email to me. As i would like to request the hdfc branch management to refund the amount.

                              Amount was refunded and annual fee for this year is waived off, but if we continue to use this card, we need to pay the annual fee for next year as told by the bank manager.I would like to thank hdfc bank management and branch manager Mr.Ramakrishna for fast resolving of the problem.

                              I added 2000rs in payzapp wallet from my credit card but unfortunately that amount is not able to transfer due to kyc issue...I don't have kyc update option on my payzapp account it is very urgent transfer amount to other person if there is someway pls say...                                 Hi,

                                I had a salary account with hdfc bank which goes converted to saving account in march 2017 when i left my job. I had to settle back to my hometown as i have some personal reason and since than
                                I am not able to visit the home branch. When i visited to local branch and asked them to close my account then they said they are not able to do so as account has -8584 rupees balance negative and they asked me
                                To take zero account balance then only they will close the account.

                                I can not visitto home branch because ny current condition does not allow me to do so. I can only visit the local branch and they are asking me to take my account in
                                Zero balance to close.
                                Please waive off the occured nin-maintainence charges of -8584 from my account so that i can get this account closed.
                                I am unable to pay this amount as i am financuialy not able to paythis

                                If only home branch can take care of this issue then please arrange a call from my home branch so that i will convey message to them

                                  My bank accont was salary a/c and after leaving job, a/c automatically converted into saving a/c (A/c no - [protected]). It was not had been used by me for some months and after some months, it converted into salary a/c. After crediting my first salary, bank charged me total 2262 rs which is troubling me. Without any intimation they charged me such charges which is not accepteble.

                                  The important thing is they charged double charges for a single month.

                                  On other hand, my friend (A/c n0 - [protected]) was in same scenario. Her a/c was not maintained for 2 years but no any charges charged by bank for her a/c.

                                  This harressment is not faced by me before, by any bank for any reason.

                                    Dear Customer,

                                    Your request for customer dispute has been logged. The complaint id no. is 1808166. As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of the complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation.
