My wife have an account with hdfc bank, rajanasircilla branch in tg

When i have checked account statement on online banking, i see a transaction of 590 rs deducted from bank account in the name of "inter-brn cash chg incl gst 280219-mir[protected]. We don't have any clue about it.

We are tried calling the telephone banking but there is no options to speak to customer care.

I am surprised to see how the nationalized bank do such things without prior information to customer.

      I don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account this is second time when bank deducted 354 rupees twice (Total=708) in a same day for december and january again this "amb chrg incl gst for jan2019-mir[protected]" i dont know what is this deduction for. How bank peoples will deduce someone hard money without informing to them, if there is some charges then there should be a prior notice first, so that user should follow your bank polices.

      I want my money back. This is second time when bank deducted amount from my account without providing any information to me. This deduction is maid on 6th mar 2019. And my account number is [protected].

        Hi,

        I have applied loan amount of 500000, on 30th jan 2019, and its proccessed and approved for 489000, the bank excutive said, they will deduct 2.5% processing fees, but my loan amount is got disbursed on[protected] was only 468000, i, e they have deducted 21000 approxmately which is not fare, they are suppose to duduct 12225, when i called them asked for details they telling they took 5800 approxiamtely for insurance which was never communicated to me, please look into this, refund back my amount asap

          Hello,

          I have a business loan with hdfc back, was banking with them, since[protected].
          When demonetisation and then gst happened i lost all my business.
          I requested the officers, who were calling and abusing to give me a moratorium they did not agree, i asked emi to be reduced they did not agree. They put lien in my current and savings account, without any information.
          I was struggling with my business, as the market was on a decline due to endless discounts being offered by ecommerce during those years.
          I wasn't getting a proper bank support, from any of the banks, even though a women entrepreneur working with make in india and about 100 start ups. Most of the times it was because i wasn't married or didn't have a son. Or didn't have a collateral etc. Hdfc collection team and managers continued to harass, day in and day out, including visiting home. Home for me belongs to my brother and you can say i am a guest there, but that did not stop them from going there everyday and creating a scene. They called 20 times a day insisting on settlement and my words to them, was wait, let money come in, i wish to pay but cannot pay till some source of income, comes in. But, the harassment continued, 100 calls a day, finally i got fed up and agreed to settle. Thinking i will be able to pay as some deal was going to close. Meanwhile i had started working as a consultant, even though i was bed ridden due to flare up of fibromyalgia. An auto immune disease i have since childhood. I appealed to all hdfc managers while i was running a business and even later for amicable conversation and a workable solution, based on my capacity to pay and when it might be possible. No one ever listened and no one came forward to come up with a workable solution, letting me survive. They did not care if i lived or i was dead. I was just a file. And a person who had to be tortured. On millions of occasions i said, let me work, i wish to pay you, but the money needs to manifest. Anyway the last one year has been pure harassment. I still haven't been successful in my journey of becoming financially capable and debt free, yet the officers continue to call 200 times on few days and few calls on someday. Today i have received a threat on my whatsapp.

          My sugar went upto 350 due to harassment, i lost my mother last year because the previous day 4 hdfc ppl had surrounded me and she couldn't see the torture and 2nd march night her heart failed.

          I am beyond disturbed. I am shocked at the way our system works, we pull the plug and then start torturing, no wonder ppl are petrified of borrowing and growing their business. And hence we have suicides. The borrower then disappears or kills themselves. I have complained earlier too, and i heard no end of why did i complaint.

                  With reference to the above subject we are having business of wholesale trade and commission agent of agri commodities which according to msme act has been classified as n. S. Traders. Furrher we are a sole proprietorship concern which is individual by nature. From last 6 years we are availing cc limit of from hdfc bank. But due to higher interest cost and other charges and fraud with me last year seaction later are show the mclr p. A. + 1.45% p. A. My account are active the mclr p. A. + 1.85% p. A. And without my permission dabit the renewal charge in my account in view of low and competitive margin in current business scenario we have planned to shift our banking with icici bank

                  On our request icici bank has done sanction of our proposal and right now in disbursement process but your bank is not accepting it and threatening for 2% prepayment charges.

                  According to bcsbi and code of bank's commitment to micro and small enterprises under clause 5.3. H bank will permit prepayment of floating rate loans without levying any prepayment penalty.

                  And as per below mentioned rbi circular for individuals your organization can not charge pre payment penalty

                  I was told by the bank executive (Mr Ankit Agarwal in pehowa Branch) that there won't be any membership fees on new credit card and he applied for my credit card on the same basis and now a member ship fees of rs 3000/- has been charged on my ragalia credit card.
                  Mera debit card abhi tak communicational adress me nahi pahucha hai. OTP use karne ka date 23.2.19 hai. Please help me.

                      I cancelled my train tickets in irctc on 17th jan. After 2 days i received a message from irctc that it has been refunded through paytm, but still it has not been reflected in my account. The irctc asked me to approach the bank with the arn number details but they were helpless.

                          I have applied for a personal loan. However i was not sure of the amount that i would be requiring. I told this guy the same as i was unsure of the required amount, then also he insisted me of submitting cancelled cheque’s and other papers and assured me that i would get a call before the reimbursement happens. I didn’t get any call from the bank, no information on the emi etc. I told them even on the time of submitting the cancelled cheque that i may not be wanting as my needs been taken care off. Despite of that my account has been credited without my consent. When i called them, they said sir please don’t cancel it as it may impact their sales target. And now suddenly they have stopped responding to any of my calls. I m completely helpless at the moment. Just to highlight i didn’t sign any documents to apply for the loan and it was just done over a call.

                            I had already settled the credit card payment but still, i have not reached noc letter from my card #[protected]. We sent mail on daily basis but not a response to credit card team. I have paid rs. 70000/- which the full outstanding amount. Still, they bank employees not responding for my calls and when i tried to connect customer care i wonder that there is no option to call customer care agents. Kindly send us the noc letter and it is immediate.

                              While i was booking the tickets on 28 Feb 2019, i had to do the payment online, i did also but the payment was not credited to IRTC Account also, The amount has beeen deducted from my account on that day only .So kindly check what is the isssues and please provide the solution as soon as possible re-fund the amount .

                                I have hdfc bank business regalia first credit card and i have redeemed reward points on 15-feb-2019 for e-instavouchers and i have been charged 99rs for redemption. I was asked to wait for 4 business days to receive the vouchers worth rupees 1600+ but till now i have not received it and no response from hdfc bank customer care team...

                                  I from bangalore is a loyal customer of hdfc for more than 6 years now and i have never fallen short of my payments anytime. I have a few loans running with you currently and i have been paying that on time. Unfortunately since two months its getting a little difficult for me to pay the outstanding amount of my credit card however i am still paying the personal loan emi and my credit card loan emi on or before my due date. I have been getting calls from the collection department every now and then and i have been harassed by the unprofessional behavior from the same dept. Executives. They treat me like a thief and sound very rude. I am mentally disturbed by the bank, on the 28th feb 19 i got a call from the collection dept.in regards of my credit card due and i had informed the executive that i shall make the payment tonight before 10 pm ist, the executive asked me to at least make a payment of rs.3000/- in fact i paid the minimum due of my credit card which was approx. Rs 7, 300 on the same day. The next morning i received a message from the bank stating that my updated account balance was -61, 366.21 it was quite disturbing as the bank didn’t give any intimation for bringing my balance to negative. Wherein i had rs 23, 630 which was gone as well. I felt that this act of bank was very unforfessional. I felt very disappointed and regretted of being a part of hdfc for such a long time. Never bank with them.

                                    Actually i have opened account in hdfc bank one year back. Due to non maintainence my account is negatively charged for 8000 rs. I need to move this hdfc account to my salary account. Can you please help me to remove negative charges in hdfc account so that i can move it as my salary account. Kindly help by removing negative charges in hdfc bank.

                                      My late father had a two wheeler loan having loan account no. LOTW[protected] from Centurion bank of Punjab. We never received the NOC. The the Centurion bank of Punjab is now merged in HDFC bank, it is requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
                                      I went to deposite money in the HAYATPUR branch in gurgaon
                                      The behaviour of the staff was rude
                                      Especially the lady on the cashier counter
                                      And the one on the another counter
