One assist service was activated on my account without my consent from 2015. I contacted hdfc bank customer care they said they cannot do anything regarding this issue. Moreover, every year i call one assist customer care to deactivate this service but they give me a cancellation request number and deduct my money every year. Every time they said they will be able to cancel my request in october only as plan starts from oct every year.

This has happened this year also. Please help

I have already called multiple times to the customer care and they said I have to call again in September to deactivate this service if I receive management call from them after raising request.

I have already did these steps multiple times and all they did is fooling me just to deduct money from my account every year.

    To hdfc bank credit card manager,
    West bengal zone.

    Being a preferred customer of your bank, i have got a call from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile and office numbers. I have received as letter from bank to which i have to acknowledge with my name/contact number/address details. I did that.

    Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
    This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

    I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.
    Pathetic pathetic.

        Dear sir/mam,
        My name is shiwani bansal. Its my salary account and after some time when i changed my office they noticed that no salary is credited in the account and then without notifying me they converted my account to saving account and start charging maintenance charges rs. 600 negative balance and when i go to hdfc bank to close my account than at that time they not close my account and now there is -8448 rs in my account and i am not able to pay it i requested them many times to close it but they don't closed. This is very hectic and annoying situation for me.

          Hdfc continuously charging lot of money, but my card was blocked 3 month ago and i paid all due, still they are charging me and not showing any history of my card on net banking section. I tried contact customer care any time, no proper resolution.

          I would requested to give me complete log of my card transitions but, they are not providing me and saying you won't access your old data, that is totally frustrating.

          Even i visit hdfc branch and meet with executive to resolve this problem, they just filled the form sent to reactivate it but no lock just wast of money and time.

          Here i wanted to first completely de-activate my credit card and want to see the history of my card transitions done till now.

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 7476 without my concern on date:06 march 2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

            I hereby wish to confirm that i am opting out from oneassist and the same was communicated to you. However amount was auto deducted. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my hdfc account.

              I wrote out a complaint on feb 19th about how hdfc levied fraudulent charges of rs. 22, 000 on me. There has been no response from their side. They say its for some smartpay activation for some phone number registered in west bengal while i reside in hyderabad. I never activated any such charges. When i questioned the validity of this. They merely ask for extension in time and sent the same email again. They are even sending legal notices now. Terrible bank. Awful customer service. Fraudulent banking system. Nobody to clarify these issues. Nobody external to take action against the bank. Their internal control system is terrible. What's the use of writing out a complaint here? If it is forwarded to the bank and the bank gives the same vague response again and again?

                    Hdfc bank deducted 708 twice ie 1416 without intemedation from my account. This never happens before as i am holding this account from very long time. Moreover it is pradhan mantri jan dhan yojna account. Its unfair to deduct this much amount from account without any formal notice. Refund it as soon as possible. I cant bear this much amount to be deducted. I'm a student with very low monthly income and i cant afford it.

                      Hi hdfc,
                      Your deducted rs708 and re531 on the same day ie 06/03/2019 from my account. How can u deduct the money with out any info and am never expect from you guys hdfc i always take hdfc as a good bank but now think i was wrong. I’m not understanding what is this amb chrg incl gst for jan19 and feb19. If you people want to do such things let me inform once. I don’t know from how long you guys are detecting my money.

                      Please don't say any stupid reasons, send me my money immediatly asap i want the cash back in my account. If not it will be a huge loss for hdfc.

                        Hi, i have a salary account in hdfc before 6 month opening for a new account in my company still know no created salary
                        But this month starting created salary my hdfc account
                        But showing -743balance.
                        The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 743negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into a savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidelines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                        I approach branch, but they behaved rudely & refuse to close the account.
                        Plz justice to me. 743 is a huge amount to me. What is the solution?

                          I have applied for credit card and submitted the required documents at my workplace. After somedays I received application no. 19C[protected]N1 through SMS. After few days, tele verification & documents verification is completed at my home. But next day my application status is shown as decline without any reason. I have tried to complaint on customer care number but call couldn't be connected. Now who will solve my problem?

                            Demat and trading account has been opened which cost me rs5999. Agent told me that it is free of cost and made me to sign the documents. I have raised the complain in bank but didn't get any valuable response. Trading account no : 3419221 complaint number with bank:[protected]Case id:[protected]

                            I got a call from the branch manager name satyam who asked me to sort it out by mutual understanding and suggested me to close the case.

                              I am a hdfc life policy holder with the policy no[protected], client id[protected], policy amount-rs50, 000, which i was force to made policy by a hdfc bank personal relation manager for personal loan approval on 19th dec.2015. After 16 days i realized that i had made wrong decision soon i approached to the hdfc life office at mg road, one of staff response me and i told him that i came for surrender, he replied me that you are 1 day late you can surrender after 4 years only after that i call relation manager and the agent a lady that any how i want to surrender right now but they are denied me and convince me to continue for policy which i cant even afford because that time i was looking for personal loan and more over both of them are no longer working with hdfc bank. Ok, i made me and tried to waiting for 4 years for surrender value, after 4 years i approach to hdfc life policy centre in mg road, they are saying that this is your traditional value that you cannot get anything of your surrender. So, you can see sir, what they promise and what they made policy to loot and fool the normal people.
                              Therefore, sir/madam, please help me out to get some surrender amount which was my hard working money and this is my huge amount for a middle class man like me and i am strongly request you to accept my complain and soon take a legal action against them.

                                I have already changed my account to salary account why my account is deleted by 700rs this is not a small amount every month HDFC bank dedited my account why you charge so much every month I will close my account and give bad feedback if my problem not solved

                                  Why the amount (Rs.531/-) was deducted in terms of amb charges without any information?
                                  Today suddenly it was deducted and i checked it in my account for the reason and it was shown as "amb chrg incl gst for feb2019-mir[protected] mir[protected] 06 mar 2019 531.00"

                                  May i know the purpose of this deduction.

                                  Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                    i was sending form for cancel my HDFC Credit card on dt.26/02/2019 which are attached herewith but till date credit card not cancel or not deactive from hdfc back side..

                                    also give credit card cancellation request to hdfc credit card executive on phone banking with ref. no:[protected].

                                    but till date not cancel or de-active my hdfc credit card.

                                    credit card last digit: 7968

                                      This is to apprise you that a fraud transactions
                                      Been made from my account (Customer id[protected]. I'm a holding a account in your bank details as follows:-
                                      Account no: [protected]
                                      Name: ankita jain

                                      Below are the details for fraud transactions:-

                                      1) two fraud transactions were made for total amount rs 20000
                                      2) first fraud transaction was made at boi moradabad for rs 10000 via debt card xx6688 on[protected]:23:58:48.
                                      3) second fraud transaction was made at mughal pura for rs 10000 via debit card xx6688 on[protected]:00:08:28.

                                      These transactions were not made within my consent and requires immediate check. Attached is the message screenshot i reveived from my bank for these transactions.
                                      I have immediately permanently deactivated my atm/debt card ending 6688 and registered a case under reference no. 9097142.

                                      Request you to check the case on priority and help me out on voiding these transactions that can be refunded to my bank account.

                                        I have cancelled a order on amazon, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

                                        Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 0928 for rs. 35657.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:13:58:01

                                        I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the amozon has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?
