Sir,
I am mr. Jitendrasingh babu singh, s/o babu singh, aged 36 years, resident of fairdeal jumbo packaging pvt. Ltd., plot no. 174, paiki, vill chacharwadi vasna, sarkhej bavla highway, ahmedabad 382213.

On 23rd november 2018, i have submitted a claim against the above policy (Claim no. Rr-ci[protected]. The claim is made in relation to acute myocardial infarct suffered by me, for which i was admitted on 14th november 2018 and was treated for the same.

Hdfc ergo (Hereinafter “the company”) has subsequently rejected my claim against the above policy, under section 1 i of the policy terms and conditions which states that the claim is payable only if the critical illness which the insured person is suffering from, occurs or manifests itself during the policy period as a first instance. My claim was repudiated on the basis that the date of inception of policy is 19th july 2017 and the cause of myocardial infarction, which is dys-lipidaemia, is there since 1.5 years; and hence, the ailment is pre-existing in nature.

I provide all proofs to company that i donot have any past history for that, but company people harrassed me and confused me and record a wrong statement and reject my claim.
Now again i refute the company’s decision to reject my claim for the following reasons:

1. I do not have any previous history of dys-lipidaemia, and, my claim does not fall under section 1 i of the policy terms and conditions. The surveyor who came to verify my claim misguided me and misunderstood my speech regarding the cholesterol levels and recorded a wrong statement.

2. My cholesterol levels have always been under control, until this incident on 14th november 2018. The certificate provided by dr. Chintan m. Sagar and the lipid profile reports of 13th february 2018 and 24th september 2018 clearly show normal levels of serum cholesterol.
The certificate provided by dr. Chintan m. Sagar is attached herwith as annexure a. The report dated 13th february 2018 is attached herewith as annexure b. The report dated 24th september 2018 is attached herewith as annexure c.

3. I have also filed a claim with hdfc ergo in september 2018 (Claim no. Rr-hs[protected] against policy no. [protected] when i suffered dengue fever in that month. I had submitted all medical reports along with this claim as well, which also showed normal levels of serum cholesterol. Report attached herewith.
Notwithstanding that i have submitted all required evidence; the company has rejected my claim. These rejections have been unreasonable and it appears that there is a deadlock. I hereby request the company to pass the amount claimed by me.
My claim is duly covered by the above policy as i suffered the acute myocardial infarction during the policy period.
I am very disappointed from hdfc ergo that i am a reguler policy holder from last 03-04 years, and company denied my genuine claim.
I am in tension due to this and mentally distrubed.
Now again i requesting to consumer form please do needfull.

hdfc ergo is tottally fraud company, today a representative call me and said our stand is same on deny the claim.
at the time of selling policy they give big promises but at the time of claim they show neglancy. hdfc ergo surveyor misguided customer and take statement afterthat they reject the claim.
i submit all proofs but hdfc ergo deny my claim.
now i am going to file a case in consumer court against HDFC ERGO.

HDFC ERGO please don't make fool the people.
it is tottally fraud to me.

    I have been using hdfc credit card since 2012.

    In last dec 2017 my credit card got expired card number : [protected]

    I am getting sms on new card issued and advise to create new pin

    But still i didnt get my new card. I cant even pay off my previous outstanding also

    They have charged 2500 for my new card

    I have given a written complaint to hdfc kottayam and kollam branch offices no actions so far

    I have applied for changing my existing email id and mob number in their portal but that also not been updated

      I had taken a consumer durable loan from hdfc for refrigerator amount of 15000 in the name of gourav rana. I am not an account holder in hdfc. I had submitted the each mandate forms and i paid full amount in first installment.

      The loan is from third party and at zero interest rate.

      I skipped installments and paid full amount.
      The person who came to collect the money didn't tell me about any other extra charges.

      Aftet 3..4 months i receives a call from your bank that i have to pay amount of 600 something. Because of settlement.
      When i call to your helpline number it always shows to stay in line approx for 10 minutes at charges.

      When i asked to your consumer representative any question... They always disconnect my call.
      As they don't have any knowledge regarding their charges and bank with unprofessional behavior.
      The worst experience ever with hdfc bank.

      I am not gonna indulge with this bank any more.

        money being deducted as debit card pur adj dt

        I spent arround 189 & 59 & few more dollars worth indian money in singapore via my debit card on[protected] &[protected]. But money is being deducted with description debit card pur adj dt 02-02-19 on[protected]. Please explain why is this happenig.? And please explain the percentage calculations.           It's an herculean task to talk to your customer service agent. The ivr process is useless and misleading. We are contacting customer services not to know about our credit card balance or statement which we can easily get from logging to our account.

          This is the worst experience i had with any of the banks.

          Don't you have sufficient customer service agents or is it a mere procedure to keep a toll free number for customer services.

          I am a long term customer with hdfc credit card and also have hdfc homeloan worth 30 lakhs.

          If this is the case of an tenured customer, what would be the situation of a new customer.

          I just wanted to change my credit card since it is about to expire.

          It would be much more easy to talk to sri narendra modi than your valuable service agents.

            I am sujit kumar
            After discussion with my virtual manager i applied for upgrade credit card on 25 dec and i already submit a card closer form of snapdeal credit card, after some days she said that your card is approve so you need to pay all emi plus around 300 more, so on 10 th jan i paid the emi in advance plus 288rs extra then my first snapdeal credit card was closed, but after some days i show the new credit card ending with xxxx was added.
            Then i call to my vm on around 22jan, then she said because the emi was not close from our end hdfc, so the new card is added, so don't worry this card will close soon and you will get new regalia-first card within 5 working days.
            But today when i check the card then i show the amount is deducted around 600, then i call to phone banking then he said the your snapdeal credit card account was not close and there is no application for regalia first credit card and the amount is deducted for annual charges and your snapdeal account is still active, so you need to contact with your vm
            When i call and email then she said it is the mistake from our end "hdfc", so the amount is deducted, so i already raise a request for it.
            May i know why after more then 55 days of submitting closer form how the account is active (Snapdeal), and between the time period she said multiple time that the snapdeal account was close.
            So may i know when snapdeal credit card account will close, i never expected this type of service from hdfc wrist experience
            Please solve issue

                I'm hdfc credit card customer and my card last four digit is 6699. I am regularly requesting to company for my purchasing bills from starting to today against uses of my credit card but bank is not interested to give my whole descriptive or segregate bills although banks are interested to taking charges as intrest money and excess charges. This is not fair for customer relation services. It's unlawful
                I pay as such money regularly against my card services. If banks will not give me my my bills i'm helpless to pay charges as excess and unwanted intrest money.

                      I don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account this is second time when bank deducted 354 rupees twice (Total=708) in a same day for december and january again this "amb chrg incl gst for jan2019-mir[protected]" i dont know what is this deduction for. How bank peoples will deduce someone hard money without informing to them, if there is some charges then there should be a prior notice first, so that user should follow your bank polices.

                      I want my money back. This is second time when bank deducted amount from my account without providing any information to me. This deduction is maid on 5 feb 2019. And my account number is [protected].

                        I am hdfc bank credit card holder, i blocked my card and requested for new card. For this new card one assist membership policy has been activated and amount of rs 1899 has been debited. I am not interested about this scheme so please deactivate this scheme and refund my payment. I already contacted to concern person of one assist to deactivate this scheme, but he said that i have confirmed for this scheme on phone and if i want to deactivate the same only rs 1000 will be refund. I have doubt really no one can deactivate the scheme within 10 to 15 days after activation if by mistake he activated it.

                          Dear concern,

                          I am madhuveena. A recently i have lost my debit card and have applied a new card. I have contacted customer care regarding this. The customer executives ensured me that there will be no any fee for a new card issue. But on 22nd january 236.00 rs was debited for the new card issue. I have tried multiple times to contact customer care regarding the card re-issuance fee but those people were keeping me in hold and disconnecting the call.
                          And also there is an dispute with my hdfc credit card too rs.591 was deducted from my credit card.

                          Kindly resolve my issue.

                            Hi team,

                            This is k charan teja from bangalore. Earlier when i was working in allsec technologies ltd in 2017 at chennai, i had an account in hdfc which i was using as a salary account. Later i left the company and i am no longer using any of the hdfc services since 2 years.

                            Without customer intimation, salary account has been converted to savings account. I am being charged penalty for it. It is showing negative balance (-9, 292.49 rs). I consulted one of the hdfc bank managers in bangalore regarding this and he suggested me to submit an account closure form to the home branch and also request them to take positive action in waiving off the amount that has been charged.

                            The home branch is in chennai and i am no longer staying there. It would not be feasible for me to reach home branch now. So i sent the account closure form and letter through courier. I tracked the courier (Tracking no: b[protected], its reached to the bank and its collected by padmapriya but i didnot got any response from them till now. I called to the home branch but they are not giving proper response also.

                            Kindly help me from this issue and request you to file a complaint against this case.

For the past one week, atm machine displays transaction denied. And then as advised by the customer care o[censored]r bank, i have again changed my pin through net banking.                                   Hi, this is shabana my app no.19A[protected]S3., iam check my credit card status showing the decline can u tell me reason or call me my no.[protected]
                                  ATM transaction failed but amount deducted.Raised a complaint regarding this and complaint reference id is 1804450.I didn't get any update regarding refund of my amount.customer care is still saying 7 days but not saying exact days .its getting almost late and no proper response.Do a needful process immediately

                                    Purchase was made of 5556/- on flipkart. Products worth rs. 1213/-, rs. 926/-, rs. 927/- & rs. 759/- were returned to merchant flipkart in december 2018.

                                    Flipkart send a mail saying that seller dint claim the amount debited and it was a void transaction and hdfc bank should credit back the amount.

                                    Hdfc customer care/ grievance cell/ dispute haven't reverted to mails. Phone bankers say this would take 90 days - 180 days. No assistance from the customer care executives even after several calls. Ever executive you talk to has a new version and a new date for a revert

                                    For a void transaction amount to be credited back you need to wait for 6 months!

                                    Customer Executives of HDFC Credit Card dint respond to mails or provide any relevant information for 15 days when contacted them for refund query. Whereas after raising the issue here on Consumer forum not only did i get prompt emails from them but also the refund was received within 6 days. Would recommend all those having issues with Credit Card refunds do not waste time getting in touch with Credit Card executives, its waste of your time and they are useless. Rather raise the complaint here and your grievance will be resolved in no time.

                                    Consistent behaviour from HDFC bank, they say they will revert in back either in 2 working day or 7 and then boom they have disappeared again! Pathetic customer service from HDFC. To credit back the refund they have already wasted 2 months and guess they want to waste the entire 2019 now. Is there any higher level where I could take this issue

                                      On november i called the hdfc credit card customer care to block my card as it got misplaced and i didn't want to re-issue a new one against that. And in that regalia first card ending with xxxx 9674, only a tv was purchased on emi of 12 months with per month emi amount rs. 5694/- which used to get auto debit from my hdfc account every month.

                                      While blocking the card, so that it may not be misused; i re-confirmed that "the emi won't be affected on blocking the card, the emi will continue as usual." had i was informed beforehand that blocking will stop the emi & i will have to pay all the outstanding amount, then i would not have blocked the card till emi ends and till then if the card gets misused, then i would have filed a case against or filed a dispute form.
                                      Since of course i can't pay the whole outstanding amount or had i were able to pay the whole amount on the 1st place only, then why would i have purchased the tv on emi? That's an obvious thing. Right?

                                      But, on december, i started getting calls that my payment got bounced, although i had sufficient funds for the emi; then how come i was getting calls of insufficient funds? No one told me no one reverted even after being requested/asked to revert back to me to 4-5 different people who called only to say keep sufficient funds.
                                      Later on i realized by myself that credit card collection department tried to withdraw the whole outstanding amount i. E 39, 248/- approx. How come they get the authority to deduct the whole outstanding payment without my consent or prior information even after confirming the emi doesn't get affected???
                                      I wont bear any extra charges incurred due to the credit card department nuisance neither will pay a penny extra for your fault and delay in everything.

                                      Why the whole outstanding is been deducted without my consent? And why the emi been stopped without my consent and prior notice?
                                      On what basis rs. 1970 was auto deducted again without informing and without any communication? And it got deducted again and again.

                                      I need these to fall in place like i was assured while blocking the card i. E the emi to be continued with no interest charges which was already going smoothly or resolve accordingly. And i won't and i cant pay the outstanding amount at one go neither i will pay any extra amount due to the credit card department negligence or what so ever.

                                      Also needed to add that,. For almost 15 days, i called like an insane every now and then to get connected to the hdfc credit card, and after so many battles of getting connected (Since the card is blocked, so cant telecall without entering the card details); the customer care person will just replay that they cant do anything rather than call back as they can't view details of the card. And then after numerous fake promises of call backs, got 2 calls from collection department - one guys who called was so rude that he made me cry with his behavior and the other lady who called was such kind of that she kept the phone on but didn't reply at & i waited for 8 minutes. They try to treat me with no respect and i feel humiliated by the unprofessional words they use. Well, already people are aware of the unprofessionalism of hdfc bank credit card.

                                      Kindly look into this on very urgent basis.
