Respected sir/madam,

Hdfc bank has deducted rs 2950 from my salary account on 21 jan 2019 for 'ach debit return charges', for which i have not even received any intimation either through email/sms or call from the bank before deductions.

So, request you to look into this matter on urgent basis and do the needful in getting my money back, as soon as possible.

Hdfc bank has charged my current account rs 7280 every 3 months. I saw this and asked them and they replied by saying average quarterly balance should be atleast 1, 00, 000/- or else there is a fine of rs 7280/-. This is totally ridiculous. They are just ripping their customers. Don't open a current account with hdfc. Try other national banks like bank of baroda...

I have made an online payment of application fee for rs 5, 390 as on 16/01/2019 using my hdfc debit card. The same got processed successfully as on same day (And it was an otp-based debit), than after this transaction an auto-debit by hdfc bank has been made stating 'mctf 16/01' for the whole / same amt. Of rs 5390 (For which i am totally unaware for which purpose, it has been deducted from my savings a/c)'.

Cancellation of one assist membership and refund.

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder. The bank has provided me lifetime free regalia credit card but without my concern Rs-1899 has debited from my credit card ending with 1876 on 12th January 2019. I have made a payment in grips for registration of my new home. The amount is debited from my account. But the e-challan is not generated. When ever i am checking the status of my transaction through the site"https://wbifms.gov.in/GRIPS/grn_status.do" using my grn number it is showing "transaction pendingg - payment not reported by bank. I have receive call from HDFC bank person name 'Dilip' for my pending emi of personal loan.
Today he called me and said shoutly, ''You don't know exactly when your husband will come also said why you taken loan if you not able to pay'' on loudly. I have call recording. How can the bank person talk to the customer in this manner???...

Hdfc cc team has charged a wrong transaction in may’18 on my card. They accepted the mistake on receipt of the dispute form. After that they did not corrected the transaction and still an outstanding amount showing against my card for wich they are calling me everyday for collections.
Priority grievance cell is not acting on my complaint, i have made more than 100 calls and send 50mails. Every time they are sending a standard reply...

I got a fraud from HDFC life policy department. false information. They are saying a sum assured is different and giving in policy is different. You are from first 100 customers. you will not get any charge your full amount will be invested and after sending a policy amount is different.

Customer care no but it always shows busy.. Then i had mail to payzapp but till not any response.. Very horrible service bye hdfc through payzapp team.....

I had applied for solitaire premium women's card. Once my application was rejected, after all the verification and documents submission. Then i had to apply again and follow the procedure of the document submission and all again.
Then after a week or more, i received the card but it was not the solitaire premium women's card, instead they had sent me moneyback card.
Please go through this situation and take the necessary actions...
