I have been following up with hdfc bank for a long time that i am unable to reset my password using email otp + phone otp combination because my debit card is expired and i cannot use the other method. I called customer care multiple times and they keep redirecting me or hang up on me or bluntly say their email otp does not work and i have to apply for debit to do so.

I m using hdfc credit card since last 1year card number ending with 7953. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1399 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message....

I have taken money back policy from hdfc life monthly premium of 3202 in the month of nov after the payment i did receive any call or mail from hdfc or policy bazar. I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2401 without my concern on date:31/12/2018. Please look into below issue.

I have loaded 5000 rs into my account from my card and have seen the failure message after this. I see that the amount is debitted from my credit card but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transactions.

I need my money to be loaded on payzapp or should be refunded to my credit card....

Amount is debited from my credit card. But not credited in my payzapp wallet.

I am alok balkishan, two years ago, i was working in any private company. They opened my salary account in hdfc bank. I leave that company after one year. My company staff said that it was salary account it will close automatically but it still open. I got a sms of rs.600 min. Balance charges.

Regarding above your staff at panipat office name mrs. Sarabjeet kaur. I visited yesterday in your panipat office at about 3.45 p. M. And ask for my policy status. But she never request me to sit nor she told me about my policy. Again she forced me to leave the office immediately. I am very shocked about the behave of that madam. Sir, myself purnima garg having regalia credit card ([protected]) recieved bill of amount 2170 rs... I didn't use this credit card for a single rupees... Then how can bank arise this bill of such amount... I am not able to understand.. This is very irrensposible attitude of bank towards customer... Don't invest in hdfc products, they will speak to you very politely when you will buy a policy. Afterwards you will get no response to your queries about your policy fund value, hidden charges etc. You will have to run behind them again & again. They will sell the policy without informing you the actual charges & later on you will come to know that there are many hidden charges due to which your policy fund value is not appreciating.
