I have been following up with hdfc bank for a long time that i am unable to reset my password using email otp + phone otp combination because my debit card is expired and i cannot use the other method. I called customer care multiple times and they keep redirecting me or hang up on me or bluntly say their email otp does not work and i have to apply for debit to do so.

deduction of one assist mfee

I m using hdfc credit card since last 1year card number ending with 7953. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1399 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message....

payzapp failure

Please look into below issue.

I have loaded 5000 rs into my account from my card and have seen the failure message after this. I see that the amount is debitted from my credit card but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transactions.

I need my money to be loaded on payzapp or should be refunded to my credit card....

payzapp wallet amount not credited

This is priyanka, my payzapp account mobile no:[protected]

On january 4th i tried to add an amount of 4100 to my payzapp wallet with credit card.

Amount is debited from my credit card. But not credited in my payzapp wallet.

Please check my transactions once and revert the amount to payzapp wallet or credit card.
