Hdfc cc team has charged a wrong transaction in may’18 on my card. They accepted the mistake on receipt of the dispute form. After that they did not corrected the transaction and still an outstanding amount showing against my card for wich they are calling me everyday for collections.
Priority grievance cell is not acting on my complaint, i have made more than 100 calls and send 50mails. Every time they are sending a standard reply with a new reference number. This is heights of harassment they are doing to me.

    I have been working for HDB Financial Services Ltd, Chanmari Branch, Aizawl, Mizoram as a Sales Executive under Auto Loan Dept. from 04.04.2017 to 06.07.2018 and also submit my resignation letter to the then Sales Manager Mr. Nilanjan K Dutta and he also sign for approval and filed it for office copy. But till today I have not received my relieving letter. My employee Code was R30043.

      This answer iam getting every time...

      I raised send mail to stop policy and refund in november 2018 till date not no response from hdfc life team.. On my refund.

      3months but no refund, iam feeling shame to ask.. U don’t have shame to say the same answer???

        I got a fraud from HDFC life policy department. false information. They are saying a sum assured is different and giving in policy is different. You are from first 100 customers. you will not get any charge your full amount will be invested and after sending a policy amount is different.
        When I call to the agent he not responding for 1 week. After that, he makes fun of me and laughs.

          Below is my mail dtd 21/jan/2019 to HDFC bank. My old HDFC card ending with 0389 was the one I used to make my purchases. However, after services were stopped to my card for non payment for a couple of months, I stopped receiving the statement for the old card and instead I am receiving statement under a new card. (They show the old one as NPA while showing the new one as collection) I request the RBI's interference to penalize the bank as I have literally been harassed to make payments, but they are not providing a credit card statement even when I requested only physical copy. Nor have I received any intimation so far that the credit card number has changed.

          In addition, they are not mentioning the minimum due or the outstanding transparently and every month there are excessive charges on my card.

          Below is my mail to HDFCbank. Request your assistance in resolving this.

          This is to confirm that I have not received the credit card statement for my card ending with 0389. I have instead received a statement for another credit card ending with 6883 in which the below mentioned fields are not mentioned at all.


          Firstly, I have never used any card bearing number 6883 nor have I received any intimation regarding the credit card numbers changed. I hence will NOT be making any payment for the new card, but will only make my payment for the old card if I receive the statement along with the minimum due every month and not in an email, but a physical hard copy addressed and sent to my residential address. It has been the most frustrating experience with the continual harassment from HDFC bank towards payment when in fact I have always requested a physical copy to be delivered to me.

          Please reinstate the bill under the old credit card number till the payments are complete. The card is blocked and unusuable, but the payments will continue till my payments are complete. If I do not receive under the old credit card, then I will assume I have no further liability.

            This is complaint regarding your agent fraud me in credit card.
            HDFC Credit Card had been given by your agent Mr.Nitin. As per him communication this HDFC Credit Card is life time free and also commitment for free movie tickets on book my show. Previous I call HDFC Customer care regarding movie ticket, his answered me after November this offer would done. Also your customer care representative give answered no any other charge or no hidden charges, its life time free. So, I counties this card at that time.

            Now, I got credit card bill at last month Rs-1180 which is chargeable credit card. I have attached copy of bill. Your HDFC Agent not pick up any call or not respond on massage. I will not pay any charges of credit card because your agent fraud me.

              I have settled my hdfc money back credit card ending with [9145] in the month of aug-2018 with 6 emis. I have paid the settlement amount completely on 7th jan 2019 as 6th or last emi mentioned in settlement letter. I have lost printed copy of settlement letter that bank had provided to me. I am following hdfc collections dept from last 3 months but they are not able to provide me the same. I request you to please issue a duplicate copy. Also please let me know if you will require any other information from my side.

                This is being communicate you people from last few months about charges which add in my account and which i suppose follow up with team and every time you just put cut paste reply and totally objection on your reply.

                Now i am not going to pay gst-vps, late fee, anything which is not being use. Today just pay 3800 rest you please take care how you adjust the amount and also i am now going to file a complain on consumer court. As per legally you will not charge me my over limit of my credit card.

                Dear mr. Bora,

                This is in continuation to our recent e mail dated january 10, 2019 regarding your hdfc bank credit card account.

                At the outset, we wish to confirm that the bank takes earnest efforts to resolve queries and ensure appropriate communication to our customers. It is concerning to note that your recent experience has been otherwise in this regard.

                Upon receipt of your mail we have reviewed the card account in detail. We take this opportunity to clarify to you that, in the event of non receipt of payment or delayed payment or partial payment (Which is less than the minimum amount due), late payment charges/finance charges will be levied to the card account, as applicable.

                Finance charges are charged of the following transactions:
                • on all retail purchase transactions in the previous statement from the respective transaction
                Date till the statement date.
                • on the total outstanding amount from the statement date till the part payment date.
                • on the outstanding balance till the next statement date.
                • on the fresh purchases done thereafter, till the next billing cycle.

                We observe from our records that your card usage has exceeded the credit limit assigned to your card account and hence attracted levy of overlimit fee. To explain it further when the outstanding on your card account exceeds your assigned credit limit, an overlimit fee of 2.5% of the overlimit amount subject to a minimum of rs.500.00 would get levied. We request you to effect a payment of the overlimit amount (If not done earlier) to regularize and make your card account available for further usage.

                Specific to your card account, we note that we were in receipt of only partial payment and hence all the bank charges levied to your credit card account are valid. We regret that we are unable to accede your request to reverse the bank charges. We are hopeful you will appreciate that payments for atleast the minimum amount due is required to reach the bank by the payment due date to keep the account in regular status.

                Our records indicate that we were not in receipt of any payment to cover even the minimum amount due towards your card account. We wish to clarify that the bank, in its usual course of business, establishes regular contacts with our customers to keep them updated on the status of their card and also to facilitate payment of any outstanding dues that might have missed their attention. Hence, our representatives had established contact with you at the numbers recorded with us. We hasten to assure you that the contacts were established to ensure continued availability of your card for your usage and were not meant to cause any inconvenience to you in any way. We request you to ensure that your complete payment towards the outstanding is received by the bank to preclude levy of bank charges in future and to avoid any payment follow ups. We seek your understanding in this regard.

                  I request you to read this and then go to fraud hdfc life i[censored] wish u..

                  My policy is cancelled in the month of job 13th 2018 mail amount is not refunded till date jan 21 2019, but every month my premium is getting deducted every month.. I’m closing my. And account so that money will not be deducted big that will effect ur sebil, they say still my case under investigation. Worst experience in life.. Thu thu being such big bank doing this is unacceptable.

                  Don’t understand what kind of investigation is under progress.

                  My humble request is never go to hdfc life insurance they just play around with ur money 🤦‍♂️. I don’t want someone else to go through the pain.

                    Cancellation of one assist membership.
                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs:1899 without my concern from my credit card ending with 1876 on 13th ianuary 2019.                         I had applied for solitaire premium women's card. Once my application was rejected, after all the verification and documents submission. Then i had to apply again and follow the procedure of the document submission and all again.
                        Then after a week or more, i received the card but it was not the solitaire premium women's card, instead they had sent me moneyback card.
                        Please go through this situation and take the necessary actions as i need the one i had applied for.

                          I am long standing account holder with hdfc bank. I am not based in india currently and i recently changed my account to nre account and as my number is updated to an international number, i am unable to receive any otp. It requess for 10 digit phone number and i have 8 digit number. I cant login or use my account. Resetting password, handling the account is impossible. Need immediate support to resolve this.

                            I applied credit card for first time on hdfc. Due to the compulsion of my home. I didnt use that credit card. Now i dont have job and suddenly my father passed. So lot of critical situations. On vellore branch per day 50times thy calling and tortured me to pay the emi. I said lot of time to pay in payzapp bo one can take my words. Vulgarly speaking with me. It make me create sucide thought. I have lot of problems this guys giving mental torcher to me. I closed this card very soon. Please dont torture anybody. All situations are not gud for all. Your not genuine for late payment your putting fine. Then y u scolding in bad words. Your collecting late payment charges double interest then scolding in vulgar words.in hdfc we take credit card or any other emis we missed to pay means starightly go to sucide this is the way to save my self respect. Or else ur employees can create the thought of sucide.10years we didnt pay emi means u put all charges y u scold in bad words.

                                Sir/Madam I fill a HTET online form after fill all detail then opening HDFC payment Gateway page I try to pay by NetBanking on 29 Nov 18 it show tranction failed but amount was deducted and in HTET online form also showing pending payment. Then I try to payment on 30 Nov 18 that time it show tranction is successful and how it possible two payments for one transaction . I think it a fraud and cheating. HTET online form show payment is paid but after 51 days my money was not refund in account. When I try to contact for it PayUmoney they said contact your bank . After that I contact with bank it they said that tranction is successful not bank fault . When I try again to PayUmoney they advise me to contact HTET online registration branch but they are not reply me for mail and phone .
                                Please look into the matter and take an needful action for it .

                                  I am customer of hdfc bank since last 2yrs and i have hdfc bank salary account.
                                  I am very upset about hdfc credit card service.All of a sudden on 13th Jan'19 the balance of my credit card had gone down. After that I tried calling the hdfc bank credit card customer care mutiple times but was unable to caught hold off them. HDFC committed to provide good service so i choose hdfc credit card. But now there are multiple entry which are inaccurate and they charged wrongly.
                                  I need my money back in my account otherwise i will escalate this matter to rbi and consumer forum.

                                  Below are the statements for which I was charged on 13th Jan'19 :

                                      online transactions being rejected without any reasons

                                      I have trying to book train tickets from irctc and spicjet flight from cleartrip and spicejet website via netbanking and debit card option. Am continuously getting declined and phone banking officers (Even senior guy on the floor) arent able to tell me why its declined. Instead they are saying everything is fine while the error is from hdfc web site (See the url in 2nd screenshot in the attachment)

                                      Am about to miss the flight...
