I am staying for a longer period abroad and my indian number was not going to be active.
So i visited my nearest branch in india and updated my number to my international number after confirming from the bank that i can receive otps on my international number.
However after coming over here i am not receiving any otps on my international number after multiple retries.

I am using hdfc credit card i have already blocked my card but still i am getting bills for this card. As per instruction hdfc customer care i have submitted written letter to permanently close the credit card but nothing happened.       Dear Customer,

      We clarify that, as you are aware payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Hence, your credit card was invalidated from further usage on November 03, 2018 and upon invalidation, the entire outstanding became payable immediately. For further clarifications, we request you to contact our debt management executives at[protected]/67268002 for any queries in this regard.

        It seems hdfc bank credit card team is purposely delaying my credit card closure. I have sent documents twice to thiruvanmiyur office for closure in december 2018. The first time i have sent documents on 12/12/2018 to close my card and they said signature mismatch and asked me to submit the documents again. Again i sent a set of required documents (Including signature mismatch form, closure form self-attested copy of pan) on 26/12/2018 with signature exactly matching as that of pan. But when i made a call to customer care on 01/01/2019 for enquiring about the status of the same, again they are saying signature mismatch. This seems to be totally intentional and they are stressing me to the extreme. I didn't expect this from a reputed bank like hdfc bank. They are torturing me like anything to retain me as their customer. Because of their behavior, i have canceled my recently purchased life insurance policy from hdfc too. Finally sent mail to grievance redressal officials. Let me wait and see what will happen.

          This is akash singh. I have got a freedom platinum credit card from hdfc bank. At das honda showroom after purchasing honda 5g they also asked me to get a credit card. At the time of credit card application it was said that no charges are applied. While receiving the card it is coming with first year fee and taxes of rs. 590. So it is not fair to get sales based on falsehood. Now, i also want to deactivate my credit card. Please look into this matter & take necessary steps. Thank you.

              I've purchased a topup of my existing personal loan for which HDFC account is required and hence, I've opened a Salary Account to my nearby HDFC Bank. It is India's No.1 Bank, but still it took almost 2 weeks for activating my account.

              After so many calls, it was activated and then only my loan amount was disbursed to my account. But within 50 minutes after getting the money to my account, my aadhar was de-registered from my account and without any intimation my account was blocked.

              After asking about the situation to the bank, they got an update saying that due to Aadhar verification failure my account got blocked.

              I've provided all the required details with aadhar hard copy, driving licence. Also, i've given my bio-metric with duly signed signature but still it was the issue which was not fixed quickly. The un-blocking process of my account needs to happen by Mumbai branch only and they don't have a proper communication within the branches.

              Till now i can't able to take the loan amount and already my emi date is nearing.

              Several times i went to my account opening branch, but simply they will say i didn't receive any update from mumbai branch. [it is like another third party bank or so].

              Now, i'm feeling why did i opened the account!!!

                Dear sir,
                My load a/c no is:30104809. the ecs debited from my standard chartered bank a/c . 03/06/17 i receive the gentle remainder the due on 07/06/2017.
                I deposited the emi amount on05/06/2017 but still it is not taken. On13/06/17 I get one sms from hdfc ECS for PL loan will redeposited maintain between 14/06/17 to 17/06/2017.
                16/06/17 i got call from hdfc chennai she is asked to pay the emi amount to manually to the near branch.

                On16/06/2017 I get one sms from hdfc ECS that please pay the emi and the fees and charges.

                So the amount is ready from 05/06/2017 then why should i pay the extra charge? this is your mistake.
                And one thing if i will go the nearby branch they will not receive the money if i am filling challan mention my loan a/c no. please provide any online payment method . or please allow to pay with filling chalan mentioned my loan a/c no only. this could cause unnessarily delay.

                  I'm Using HDFC Credit card. I got a message that an amount of 1399/- was debited from my credit card without my permission on 21st Dec 2018 for ONE ASSIST MFEE. What the hell that even is??!

                  Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs 1399/- . Please deactivate ONE ASSIST membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist MFEE without customer's info. If it will happens again then I will cancel my credit card.
                  Kindly refund in my credit card account.

                    I have a salaried hdfc account for which i lost my debit card which i have reissued and they had charged me the re-issuance amount after which my balance went to -438 and my salary came on 31st of dec 2018 and they where showing -7500 has been deducted why and where from and what kind of charges are made with in 10 days of that high amount and moreso over my closing balance is shown something and my available is showing something else....

                    Hi i am nagilla bhargavi and an user of hdfc credit card. I have made the payment of bill on october 1st of 15000 and on nov 30th i have made 1 payment of 45000 and now i said i need 20 days time to clear the payment fully but he is harrasing me to do thee payment before 6. P. M of today and i said its highly impoosible to dothat. So, he started blackmailing me stating i will call to your hr and i will call to your family members like that. Already he informed the same and spoken with my family now becoz of this issue my mother undergone with heavy health problem and my husband got angry and disputes has araised btw us. So please take an action upon him and give me the time till jan 20 to clear the bill. His name is kiran and he calls from "[protected]". I need a solution for this.

                          I am not getting OTP's for adding a new beneficiary and for sending money to added list of benefieciaries with overseas account. I am pretty sure, HDFC banking is doing this deliberately. I have raised so many complaints to the bank, but its been 2 months and my issue is still not resolved.

                              I have my due date for credit bill for 5th of every month and i pay by that every month without any failure through mobile app. Now for the month of december 2018, app was not working due to some technical issues for several days, finally i ended up by paying it on 13th through net banking. I had been charged 400inr and added to it 847inr without any call or text. Added to it i get a call daily for insta jumbo loan but did not received a call or text on the fact that smart emi options are removed (I had used card on the fact that smart emi option is there). When i called up customer care, i was cited that i could have paid by netbanking, why i waited for mobile app. Its on my convenience how i'll pay and if mobile app is not working its on the bank part to extend dead line. For every promotional things we get call but for charges levied on us, we dont get intimated through anything. For this also i was cited from the banking personnel that i as per rbi guideline, for debti they provide text messages but for this kind of charges they don't.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is to inform that i have applied a home loan file number[protected], applied in hyderabad location.

                                    The document was collected on 26th of november and i was promised the rate of interest of 8.7 during the file submission.

                                    I left my corporate account with kotak which was having no processing fee and flexile terms in payment with rate of interest of 8.9 as i was promised the rate of interest
                                    Is 8.7.

                                    After a month follow up, till dec 29th i was promised that the loan will approved but in deep depression the loan now the officials have telling will approve on interest rate of 9.45.
                                    And the reason they have given is i had a delay payment of my auto loan.

                                    To that i had given my explanation which is as below.

                                    One particular emi got missed when i was travelling abroad and that particular emi got carry forward for several months which i came to now when i went to close the loan.
                                    Ths emi was just for 6000 rupees hence sbi never followd and i closed the loan long back.

                                    I am using 6 credit cards, i have given my form 16 and the it returns which shows my credentials.

                                    I am using creditcards more than 5 lks credit limit without any delay payments since last 10 years.
                                    I have no liability, having a stable job and having more than 1.3 lks of salary every month also my wife works in bank of america who is co applicant.
                                    I am working with a company called biotage india pvt ltd, which is direct subsidary of biotage ab sweden, renound company worldwide.
                                    I had worked with this industry, i dont understand how can credit asessment team is sp adamant that they never listen to anyne.

                                    I have been harassed till date, almost all day i have been following and now after a month of application they are processing loan at interest of 9.45.

                                    Hdfc have the most crated and fruded officials who knows how to harass people.

                                    Till 30th of dec i was promised that i will get my loan as promised and suddenly they are telling we cant to anything.

                                    Its the worst bank for any loan, i would never ever in my life will recomend anyone for loan with hdfc.

                                    I would need an immediate call back, the concerned people are now denying the accept anything and now i am back to begning after a month of my application.
