I want to know the reason for my credit card decline. Considering I have salary account with HDFC bank it is still being rejected. I have not been given valid reason. I donot have any credit score to begin with as I never took loans or credit card. Please help me out.

    Hi 15 days before i transfer the amount through phonepay to my friend, at that time money deducted from my account and transaction gets failed. So please credit my amount to my account as soon as possible. I raise the ticket to phonepay but they are saying that there is internal transaction happening from hdfc you need to contact bank so that's y i raise the compalaint. Please credit my acc

      I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

      1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i don't have a debit card

      2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

      Customer service is very poor when compared to other banks. I'm disappointed

        I work and reside at Bangalore and I have purchased a policy from HDFC Life Insurance with details as follows:
        Application No.:[protected] | Premium: INR 31350
        Plan: HDFC Life ClassicAssure Plus | UIN: 101N089V04

        An insurance advisor from HDFC Life named "Mr.Manikandan" from Chennai contacted me before 3 months based on my HDFC credit card usage. He was continuously following me for the past 3 months. He convinced me to purchase the above mentioned product saying me that HDFC offers No Cost EMI if I purchase the policy using my credit card or company will give me 5% cashback offer. Trusting his words and his lady senior manager (not sure who she was), I paid the premium amount for the product in online using HDFC portal. 2 days after I noticed that there was interest charged in my credit card account. Next day I got a verification call from HDFC and based on the conversation with the representative I noticed that the company doesn't provide any such offer. Also instead of collecting the filled in form directly, he was asking me to take a printout, fill, scan and send the form back. He was also asking me to send the scanned copy of my signature alone so that he will fill other details. Based on these incidents, I made a call to HDFC Life customer care and enquired about it. They were so lethargic and they asked me to contact the same advisor back. Now he is not responding to my calls. When I sent a mail to HDFC Life to cancel my policy and refund the money back, they are asking to provide so many documents. I can't understand why the customers should feel stress because of these cheating people from HDFC. Let me see how this issue goes on.

        Finally they refunded my money back.

        I got a call frm Mumbai for the policy and Rs 50k deducted from my account on 11th Dec 2018.I want to know my free locking period for policy.If I want to cancel what is the procedure.plz update.

          Two times payzap deduct my act but recharge not done in Airtel DTH. Airtel confirms no recharge took place even transaction I'd was given by Payzap. Airtel say it's third party and couldn't do any thing. Request you only plz return back my amount. Total sum of rs 420. Rs 100 on date 07.12.2018 at 7:49 PM. And rs 320 on date 22.12.2018 at 9:54 PM.

            My hdfc debit card ending in xx2975 was lost/stolen today[protected] and within 15-20 min, it was compromised and somebody debited rs 32500.
            We are utterly shocked how somebody tried out the right pin and debited all money.
            We have filed a fir police complaint for this.
            We are looking for a quick action from hdfc on this and helping this account to recover this money back, as soon as possible.

              Sir i was fraudulently online misguided by ashok pradhan mobile number [protected] with his email i'd ashok. [protected]@india.com and by nandini [protected] who made me to purchase three policies fraudulently by assuring some good returns. I never got the returns.
              The details of hdfc life classic assure plus is as under:

              Hdfc life classic assure plus policy number 20079826 in the name of sakshi bisht date of birth 08/11/2002 date of commencement 12/02/2018 for 93, 780. Agent sridhar insurance broker pvt ltd, address 2.1 1st floor, sarah jullena, new friends colony, new delhi, code: 00659857, license number: 212, contact number[protected].
              Sir i registered an online complaint on 15/10/2018 on [protected]@gmail.com with my complaint as gbic - 307429qr. I got a phone call from them that all my money would be refunded back to me if i would do a minimum policy amount so that the insurance company do not suffer a loss. I then invested on the following policy:
              Bharati axa life pos saral bachat yojna policy number[protected] for first premium of rs 26125.05. Agent arijit prasad roy. Broker code:235755. Broker name mercury insurance broker pvt ltd. Phone number [protected]/215. [protected]@jaininsurance.in

              Sir please help me. I want the refund of my money as i was fraudulently misguided first by the agents impersonating as official agents of icici prudential and then again by the insurance council agents. Please help as to how can i recover my money. Thanks. Can my policy of hdfc be refunded. Sir i am already having three policies with your company for which i am regularly depositing the premium. I can't afford to pay the next premium. Please refund my amount. I was fraudulently misguided. My faith towards your company will be further strengthened. Thanks. Please help.

                Hi,

                I purchased an Apple iPhone 8 Plus on 3rd March under the 'valentine's day 10000 cashback offer'. ​as per the offer a cashback of 10000 was supposed to be credited within the 90 days of purchase.

                But my cash back has not been credited to my card or my bank account. It's already 180 days since my purchase. Please look into the matter, and release my cashback.

                  I have applied for a credit card month ago, i have received all confirmation mail with my application number, i have provided all necessary documents. Till yesterday all were good but today i saw online hdfc cc status it showing decline< and they are not ready to tell the exact reason, this is happening second time with same bank. I am so disappointed with their service. Thanks for such a pathetic experience.

                    Hi Team:

                    i am using HDFC Credit card for the past 2 to 3 years however due to some personal issues i am unable to make the payment though paid min amount for the past 6 months. However last 2 months i am fully stucked with financial problem and informed the collection executive and the collection executive managers and the customer care numbers that i will make the 2 months payment on this 31st December 2018 (Salary date is last day of the working month). But the executive and managers are so arrogant and they shouted and arguing to arrange a fund (asking me to get from debt some other persons and other sources).
                    They issued card based on my salary but now they are saying that i need to get fund from others??
                    Now they marked lien on my account of 24k and they said they will freeze from my salary credited on 31st.
                    What is the difference between what i said and what they did?
                    Though bank as right to lien, they should listen words from consumers.
                    They are so arrogant and the lady executive who called me more than 75 times a day and repeatedly questioning the same (communicated already i will make the payment on 31st).

                      मैंने hdfc बैंक से फरवरी 2014 में 276000 का पर्सनल लोन लिया था। मेरा लोन नंबर[protected] है। आर्थिक समस्या के कारण मैं समय पर ईएमआई नहीं चुका पा रहा था। सितंबर में बैंक ने 69000 रूपये में सेटलमेंट किया जिसे मुझे 3 महीने में 23000 रुपये प्रति माह के रूप में चुकाने को कहा गया। दिल्ली के रजौरी गार्डेन hdfc बैंक के ब्रांच मैनेजर अमित शौकीन इस दौरान मुझसे लगातार संपर्क में थे। मैंने उनसे आग्रह किया कि जब सैटलमेंट लेटर जारी कर दिया गया है तो फिर मेरा ecs जो मेरे सैलरी अकाउंट कॉरपोरेशन बैंक में है उसे बंद कर दिया जाए। अमित शौकीन जी ने मुझसे कहा कि पूरा पेमेंट करने के बाद ही ecs बंद किया जाएगा। इस दौरान लगातार बैंक ecs लगाया जाता रहा और मेरे अकाउंट से फाइन भी कटता रहा। इस महीने 12 दिसंबर 2018 में 6980 रूपये मेरे अकाउंट से ecs के रूप में काट लिये गए। कई महीने 2-3 बार जानबूझ कर ecs लगाया जाता है। इस कारण मुझे आर्थिक नुकसान होता है। मुझे अमित शौकीन जी ने कॉल करके कहा कि आप लास्ट पेमेंट कर दिजिए। मैंने उनसे कहा कि बैंक ने 6980 रूपये काट लिए इस रकम को एडजस्ट कर बाकी का रकम मैं देने को तैयार हूं। लेकिन उन्होंने ने कहा कि ये ecs वाला पैसा एडजस्ट नहीं होगा। शौकीन जी ने कहा कि आपको पूरा 23000 रूपया ही देना होगा नहीं तो आपका सेटलमेंट रद्द कर दिया जाएगा और आपको और ज्यादा पैसा देना होगा। वो मुझे बार-बार मुझे मानसिक प्रताड़ित कर रहे हैं।

                      It is primarily the responsibility of the Borrowers to ensure that all EMIs are paid on time and they are required to keep track of the repayments each month. Bounce of EMIs upon scheduled presentation- for whatever reason, results in the loan account getting classified as "past due" and in this situation, Bank initiates the recovery process as per the prescribed policy on recovery of overdues. We have already shared with you the copies of the letters etc. sent to your mailing address on record and the same is adequate to establish the fact that you were notified about the EMI bounces and charges in the loan account. Given this scenario, the only option to resolve the matter is for you to pay the entire amount overdue in the loan account, so that the "settled/ write-off" tag in your credit information report can be suppressed ( without altering the month on month track record).                         When i visited taramani ramanujam it city chennai branch for fd account closure, bank oficer kannan was advertised free credit card and applied for me. I never used this credit card, but they activated smart pay unnecessary and sending bills with fine. I have airtel landline with unlimited calls and jio number with unlimited calls, why i should go to bank for simple phone recharge, with whose permission are they trying to recharge my number and send bills, when i already have free unlimited calls. This is fraudulent and i had stopped using hdfc bank due to this reason and going to close my account. I dont want this credit card for which i am charged and never used it.

                          I performed the imps transaction of amount 4000, from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.

                          I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

                          Message is as below :

On the date of registration he is reaching out the client and asking his name to include in the return doc receipt... Which is not possible in the govt office... I am full of stress due to this issue

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              Refer my hdfc life policies no : 15185310 & 14875394 in the name of sristi garg, classic assure plan.

                              Glad that you have also been changing & helping lives of thousands & wanted to be the one from them from long but couldn't gather to write to get help on my grievances as well since my case is over 4-5 years old.

                              But, few days back one of my father's friend sent a video of mrs richa mishra - 25th june 2017 episode of pehredaar cnbc awaaz which was the same case of mine with more intricacies & mis commitments of mis-sale of policy & she got a resolution.

                              In a more direct way i have been duped (I was about 17 years then) by some agents of hdfc life acting to be as managers at hdfc life mumbai & selling me direct to customer policies with 2 policies for rs 80, 000/-, 3rd one was refunded.

                              I wont' get into too deep as i have been lured with lots & lots of added benefits but in a consolidated way i have been sold a yearly premium policy as one time policy with forged signatures on the bond papers.

                              I was told i would get a welcome kit first & later after a month would get the updated bond papers from irda mumbai office with all benefits and offers i was told & this is how i was not able to get a refund within stipulated free look period. (I came to know about free look later when it was too late).

                              Have tried to get help from hdfc life, ombudsmen, local hdfc life offices but no one came to my help, even i have most of the mails sent to them & even after giving them pan card copy as signature proof they were not ready to accept that i have been missold.

                              Further, i also have emails of some of them later trying to cheat with me again by giving activation bonus 30%, tour package etc. Though most of them are not ready to send mails but i have got 2 for now as a reference how many people are getting duped.
                              I have got over 50 calls of similar & new ways to cheat me. Even once i was lured with a icici policy which i could get refunded after 3 - 4 months of fight along with due interest.

                              This fake signature on policy papers could have got me to fight with them till end, but since my father have seen people filling court cases & destroying their lives for years i was withheld not to do that, but after seeing mrs mishra's case i am glad & happy that with cnbc's help, expertise & legal knowledge & in a similar way your help along with cnbc's help will get back my money with interest & a stringent action against such agents under umbrella of hdfc life would be taken.

                              Awaiting your quick & earliest response to help me fight against hdfc life. Also, i am always available for any more details required in this matter.

                                Hello,

                                I do not any new debit card on my address.
                                I got message from hdfc bank that awb#[*} has returned undelivered.
                                This is second time, when i did not get call regarding dispatched of any hdfc document.
                                If address is not getting found, one should call to person and ask for more detailed address also the address is correct and i used to get previous all document from hdfc on same address.
                                This is the worst service i got from such a reputed bank service provider.
                                Please look into this matter and update me.
                                Could you please check and let me know further status.

                                Hdfc bank employees talk very nicely while issuing a credit card and say it has so many benefits, annual renewal charges free, etc. But once u get the card, they charge late fee payment even when u pay the min due. Also initially I have been told will be no annual charges but they charged me for it
                                I have lost my hdfc food card (No. [protected]) and re-issued new food card (No. [protected]).

                                I need to transfer balance to new food card.

                                Please transfer the balance amount of my lost food card into new hdfc food card (No. [protected]).

                                Dropped mail to 'prepaidcards.[protected]@hdfcbank.com' but no response.
                                I am not holding any account with HDFC bank. My frnd have account with hdfc. She has some issue of credit card payment.
                                Hdfc executive is bothering to me to pay money on behalf of her.

                                I am not her family member. Why they are bothering to me.

                                Please take action against him for harrassing me.

                                  I had presented my party cheque of state bank of india, at my account holding branch (Hdfc bank, 2nd lane beach, parry's corner, chennai-600001, ifsc: hdfc0000166) on 14th dec. 2018.

                                  I have received message from bank this cheque has been dishonoured. I went personally to branch to collect this cheque, but they say it has been sent by courier to my old address, where i had already instructed bank to change to new address, in a banks prescribed form.

                                  Courier man has delivered to old address to somebody without even taking his mobile number. Till now, this cheque is not traceable for which i need to file suit for cheque dishonouring.

                                  I request you to give me reply on this, otherwise i may have to file suit on this branch for their irresponsibility.

                                  I look forward to your immediate action in this regard.

                                    The debit entries in your savings account(s), which shows withdrawals, have been made using the debit card. The usage of the debit card is incumbent on the PIN number, which is essential for operating the card. The said PIN is privy only to the customer and except the customer, nobody else can access the Debit Card and withdraw funds without the knowledge of the customer. Further, the said PIN needs to be kept discreetly by the customer without the same being shared with any person or persons as it may result in the Debit Card being misused. The misuse of the Debit Card cannot happen without a possible compromise of the PIN number. Based on the above information provided, the bank will not be able to bear the liability for the disputed transactions. We are however ready to offer our support by providing details of transactions, date, time, locations and all such data that could be useful for any investigation/ natural progression of the case.

                                      Dear sir or madam
                                      As per current regulations, i am informed that i have the option to take the hdfc maturity (Vesting) benefit and the surrender benefit in the following manner: take up to1/3 of the benefit as tax-free cash lump sum as per the current tax regulations. The rest of the 2/3 amount must be converted to an annuity. According to hdfc i must buy the annuity from hdfc as per the prevailing regulation.
                                      Due to prevailing personal and urgent unforeseen circumstances i do not want to be forced to buy the annuity from hdfc. After taking up the 1/3 of the benefit lump sum that they are allowing me to withdraw after 5 years, i am not interested in buying annuity from hdfc with remaining 2/3rd amount. I would like to have the option of taking the entire amount right away or alternatively at the time of maturity in 5 years i want the entire 2/3rd amount to be given to me lump sum.
                                      Currently hdfc is forcing the purchase of the annuity and this is not what i signed up for. Please provide me some practical options to pull the 2/3rd of my investments out of hdfc life pension super plus. Thank you
