From evening i am trying to book a payment using my hdfc credit card, where its going to otp page and i have tried several times to get otp sms... It was not generating.. I have switched off my phone... And checked sending sms to phone... Everything looks fine... I need a solution, as now it's showing that it's the last attempt.. My credit card payment was on 7 and i made payment on that only through internet banking yet they charged 750 as late payment charges because 8 and 9 were holidays and amount takes 3 working days to credit now that is surely not my problem as payment was made on 7. I paid outstanding credit card payment through net banking but the remaining amount is not shown in the credit card statement. Only deduction is shown in my bank statement.
