I have HDFC credit card since october 2017, which was said to be a lifetime free card.This month i saw in my credit card statement a transaction of 500 rupees in addition to rs.90 igst for membership renewal fees. i have already made the payment as last date was approaching.I request the bank to cancel this transaction and refund the amount.I have already spoken to customer care representatives who are just not resolving the issue...

cheque invalid - money debited from submitters account but not deposited to my account

Hi,

This is navin gupta, account number [protected], cheque no. 115834, the cheque has been deposited on 7th dec 2018, still i didnt get the amount in my account. When i checked the status of the cheque through sms banking it says cheque invalid.

The money has been debited from depositers account. : (

From evening i am trying to book a payment using my hdfc credit card, where its going to otp page and i have tried several times to get otp sms... It was not generating.. I have switched off my phone... And checked sending sms to phone... Everything looks fine... I need a solution, as now it's showing that it's the last attempt.. I fear it might block my credit card due to this service fault of hdfc. Please fix this issue asap...

late payment fees charge

My credit card payment was on 7 and i made payment on that only through internet banking yet they charged 750 as late payment charges because 8 and 9 were holidays and amount takes 3 working days to credit now that is surely not my problem as payment was made on 7. Now that late payment charges had to be credited back to my account at the earliest....
