Hi,

Do not raise complaints just for the sake of raising it. My complaint was closed without proper solution.. Just for the formality i received call and then they told they will call again to close it.. But no call and no resolution, received below messages today... How worst the service... You have worth less people in the system to handle case... You guys are becoming public sector banks now a days...

    Hi,

    Insta jumbo loan account: [protected]

    I am so desperate while writing this as i have got such a bad experience from the customer care as well as the other channels of hdfc bank. I apply an insta jumbo loan of rs.60000.00 on 05/07/2017. After one week i call hdfc customer care for insta jumbo loan she told me we are charge processing fee + preclosure charges around rs.3500, customer care executive discusses with senior person then she told me if you pay rs 60000.00 in your credit card within a three day (Also attached credit card statement july month), we don`t charge any processing fee & pre-closer charges.

    As per over discussion with customer care executive i pay rs.60000.00 on 13/07/2017 within five minutes in my credit card account. After three-month 20/10/2017 i receive an sms for insta jumbo loan card payment. I am totally shocked, then i checked my bank & credit card statements. During this 3-month i am very busy. After that, i call to customer care they told there is no request generated on july month. November month we don't find any positive responses they tell as the bank not reverse any charges & you need to pay all instalment. After that, i escalate this issue to hire management & visit bank, loan department & credit card office no one assist & they do not provide a piece of the right information. I trust hdfc bank service, but this time bank provides a very worst service in my banking experience.

    Currently, i have two hdfc bank account (Dwarka sector 17 branch a/c [protected] & meera bagh branch a/c[protected] both accounts are salary a/c. Jambo loan team blocks both accounts for rs 15000 + around. Please close both accounts we are not presently operating.

    Finally, your customer care executive misguides & not process all query time to time, why customer trouble every time???. Please reverse all charges & provide a clearance letter.

    I would like to have this problem resolved quickly. I will not pay the late fee, account maintenance charges & any stupid charges.

      I did transaction of 1500 on date 27/12/2018 for which cash was not dispensed. But amount was deducted from balance and not reversed since last 2 days. I have tried customer care number several times but unable to talk with any executive due to their ivr system. Finaly i have raised complaint via mail.in response i got only complaint number but nothing else. Then i have escalated this case to bank authority. But again in response i got complaint number only. Local branch is also not taking any proactive action.

      Dear Customer,

      Your request for customer dispute has been logged. The complaint id no. is 1769769. As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of the complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation.

        Sir / madam this is Kumar Raja from kalyandurg.
        Sir in the last month I have collected HDFC PLATINUM DEBIT CARD from the bank.
        Sir while issuing the card they didn’t gave proper instructions to me like debit card annual fee and debit card issuance fee. But now they are charging RS 885 for debit card issuing.
        And also I’m a student which is becoming difficult to cope with all the charges
        So please clear my doubt regarding this debit card issuance fee.

          My HDFC bank complaint num - MUMP[protected]
          On[protected] Rs) was deducted from my account without my knowledge and i immediately called HDFC bank customer care and reported issue.
          They have assured me that within 7 days your problem will get resolved but unfortunately it did not happen.
          I have sent countless email to bank about unauthorized transaction which happened on[protected] but no one seems to be worried about my query and i want my (15000 Rs) back to my account without my knowledge amount has been deducted.
          I am really disappointed by the poor service of the bank
          I am requesting someone intervene and solve my issue asap.

            Kindly take the card back as it's of no use for me as you have given me a limit of 24k only and i have existing cards of limit 85k, 55k, 50k respectively. I was told of getting a limit more than existing cards. I recieved the card today in 28th dec at 9 pm approx. I will be required a good healthy card limit so that i can use it but a new card with low limit than older one is of no use.

              Customer care guys are not having the proper information and customers is asking basic information means they are disconnecting phone line,
              example :- Today i was called to customer care [protected], kiran and anil are picked calls and they didn't responded properly and I was visited Richmond road branch and they are also hdfc bank is having worst services i never seen .

                  Hi,

                  I applied for HDFC Regalia on 21 Dec, 2018 and checking the eligibility.
                  Application Reference # - 18L[protected]CN

                  I have a saving account and a credit card with HDFC already. My salary gets credited every month in saving account, my credit card is set for auto pay.
                  In fact I pay in advance sometime, this month's I paid more than a lakh in advance.

                  Now my application got declined citing this reason -

                  "We observe from our records that we have issued a credit card earlier to you and the said credit card account is currently suspended due to service/repayment/dormancy related reasons.

                  Hence, we regret to inform you that we would be unable to process your current application for issuance of a credit card at this stage.

                  Assuring you of our best services at all times."

                  Which best service and which suspended card are you talking about? There is no service but nonsense. In Dec, 2016 you linked someone else's credit card to my saving account and put a hold on my account and started deducting amount from my saving account. I had to get that resolved in 1 month - these are the correspondence number - [protected].
                  Screenshot from 2 years back are attached.

                  You guys removed the hold and refund the amount but did you ever care about removing that card from credit history. This is the best service you talk about?

                  I called the customer care about the same issue few day back - reference # - [protected]. And replied on the 2 year old mail about why you are seeing a suspended card on my credit history, got a call from your customer care, but has there been any action after that. I wonder they ever cared about that after putting down the phone.

                  I have been an old HDFC customer and this his how you treat your loyal customers. The fact that you can't resolve a simple issue and I cant get a credit card as per my need despite having a salary account and a credit card with you already make me think about switch to some other bank for my banking need.

                  Go check my credit card transactions, pay history, my salary credits and then tell me about the suspend account you talk about and after that I'm going to close all my accounts with you. I'm not going to waste anymore of my time, calling your customer care where you seldom find human, writing thousand of mails, wait for month to get a resolution and then years later see that issue was never resolved properly - I better start looking elsewhere.

                          I have hdfc life policy and i have been paying it for the last 6 years, last premium was paid on 19th feb 2018 for an amount of rs 35788, with reference number transaction id:hdfc2957897, at 7:17 pm. Today i was shocked to receive a call from hdfc stating that the premium has not been paid and the policy is in lapse status. I was worried and this is really bad. The hdfc is playing with the customers. I need a fair compensation for all this inconvenience caused and the stress they have created. They are cheating.

                                I have done shopping from amazon on[protected] and total amount of rs. 5148.00 (4499.00+649.00) and after few hours i cancel my order.
                                Amount of rs. 4499.00 was reflated on my credit card but amount of rs. 649.00 is not reflated i call amazon and hdfc. Amazon customer told me that your refund is processed from my side you can call hdfc, when i call hdfc he told me that we can't find any transaction of rs. 649.00 you can call your amazon customer to initiate your refund.
                                Amazon give me a refund ref no.

                                    I'm new user of hdfc credit card. I one assist service activated without my permission

                                    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1, 399.00/-
                                    And also activated its emi. Please deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it will happens again then i will cancel my credit card.
                                    Kindly refund in my credit card account.

                                    They will say it will be cancle but not refund money.

                                      My name ananth loan number 33446291. Had first spoken to urgent customer care he told the amt being 11813rs. When we had gone to ur bank dept in r s puram coimbatore ur staff is saying customer care are not permanent staff. They are only collection staff ganga dharan was the person who is giving all false news. Sayin customer care is all bill # they dont know anyting any loan status. He can they guide u. Side by sittin raja rajeswari is playingwith mobile and talking all unwanted. And not giving proper response but all chit chatting one another and playing the fool around. This is customer service. I have lost of vehicle in spite of tat want to clear all my outstanding. But not giving any proper reply.

                                      Ur customercare had told. They is a possible of wavier once u produce the fir copy. But the same in branch loan dept is talking all unwantednd say wrong abt ur own staff. And giving all false news. And all staff busy playing fool around and not attending to customer properly.

When we had gone to ur bank dept in r s puram coimbatore ur staff is saying customer care are not permanent staff.
