I was ready to make the full settlement toward my credit card balance and requested for the closure of the same. Hence I called on the customer care number and was assured of a call back. Since then, I did not receive any call from Credit Card Department of HDFC. I fail to understand that you get behind my ass to make the payment and when I am ready to make the payment, you just vanish.
This leads me under impression of the bank's intention of just sucking money out of our pockets. Give me a call and I will explain why I have made this statement.
Also, I would like to get a rebate, since I have made the complete payment of INR 55, 000 against overdue amount of INR 59, 415. Kindly schedule a call back as it is urgent.
