Sir/Madam
I Somnath Bhasale, , am a credit card holder with your bank since the year 2015. I have used the card and was regularly paying back the bank for quiet some time as the records would show. i am also working HDB financial service LTD
However, I am not getting incentive before last 1 year. i have done payment same as this month 15/11/18. that time i told them 1 of some collection manager. i will do pay the pending balance on couple off this month.
but now they will be block my account without any information. this is my salary account. and i did already put that request PF office to withdrawal PF and that will be credited same as account. and my financial condition has been very bad my 2 family member depend on me.
I have been earning just 11000 rupees per month since 2015...sometimes not even that. I have been trying to get myself a better paying since then, in order to be able to pay back the bank.
i request to you please unblock my account and remove my hold balance.
I do want to repay all the amounts owed to the bank. However, I am not able to pay anything more than Rs.3000/- per month. I have informed this to various customer care representatives and collection agencies as well.

    I booked a ticket in book my show app through hdfc bank atm card then i cancelled my ticket due to my personal reason so that book my show app show it is credited to your bank account and from hdfc bank also i have received messege that amount is credited but actually when i check balance it is not credited so please credit my refunded amount.

      I have done transaction of Rs 10949/- through payzapp for purchase of mobile phone from flipkart 12/10/2018. Due to network issue the transaction was unsucessful and amount was debited. i have not received any order confirmation from fliplkart. i called the flipkart team also for refund but they said that they were not having any information. I called hdfc customer care and sent emails so many times. They have not provided the resolution. Eventhough continuios follow ups have made, the issue is still pending. Kindly provide me the refund

        Good evening!
        HDFC bank persons deducted amount Rs.3951/- with out my permission from my refund amount Rs.17520/- which I paid towards my loan No.46988280. It is against terms and conditions of your bank itself. How can club different issues at a time. I have already registered my complaint and the number is HYDR[protected] regarding this. They rudely blackmailing me, when they contacted me. I am very much dissatisfied this attitude and misbehaviour of your people. It is against the banking policy of India also.

          I made a UPI transaction of Rs. 25000/- from my HDFC Bank savings A/c ([protected]) Bhowanipore Branch to a ICICI Bank A/c on 25th Oct, 2018. But my A/c debited the same and Creditor A/c not credited. I complained to HDFC many many times (complaint no. HBL[protected] but they doesn't care about that. Creditor Bank says they not liable about that. At this time please help me to get my money.

After staff say that your ATM, Passbook will send by post . No account number will give me . After 23nov 2018 my brother visit to bank and ask for ATM and Passbook staff say that for verification bank was call and you not receive call that why . Form is rejected and account holder came signature in another form . I ask when my parents will visit you gave ATM and Passbook you staff say yes . I will gave you ATM and passbook . Yesterday my father was visited for collect my ATM AND PASSBOOK. Staff say tomorrow you come . Now my father go to the bank staff say the account holder must be come for KYC . After say give my money return . Staff give my money return . My account was not open you staff of janjgir CG make us customers fool . I request to take action for this . I think account will open in 24 hour . My account not open in 22 days .

              Hello,

              I am a hdfc credit card holder. Due to financial crises and i had lost my job due to internal fsmily issues. I had asked bwck for settlement. The amount which they say is really very high. The actual amount and settlement amount diffrence is not more than 5-6k. I really need a minimum amount for the settlement and a tenure so that i can repay them in good tenure months.

              I transferred 500 money from HDFC bank to Axis Bank through Google Pay on 24th of this month.. My account debited but not other account credited.. please resolve..

                    My credit card reference number - 18j[protected]n4 was in process for 2 weeks after all the verification and today i received an email that due to internal policy it has been rejected. I need the ans for this and is there any number i can contact. I have waited so long and no you are saying it has been rejected.

                    Due to this i was not able to apply for another bank's credit card as some one told me that it usually take 2-3 weeks to deliver the card after in process status and now your card will not be disapproved as the requests has already been processed by the bank.

                    More than Rs.6000 has been deducted in the name of AMB.
                    There was no communication with respect to this deduction whereas I used to get emails for all the other unwanted offers.
                    If the money cannot be credited back, then what is the procedure to delete my account from HDFC

                      I have paid oyo rooms an amount of 8406 on hdfc payzapp application whose refund was then initiated from their end and even got a confirmation from them about the refund initiation.
                      I still haven't received any message from payzapp about the same or have any updates.

                      A similar transaction had happened to my debit card which was successful in a day but the payzapp application has failed to refund this amount. Please solve my issue.

                        I bought aquacare insurance amc for 3 years for my aquaguard uv water purifier in july 2018 at bangalore from the field personnel of aquaguard and ion exacense pvt ltd, gave the cheque in the name of ion exacense pvt ltd for rs. 8575 on 17th july, which does not seem to be showing in the eureka forbs system, who had visited home, name: govindraju. K ; Under the amc they were supposed to provide service every 6 months under which they are obliged to replace the filter and do maintenance works for the said purifier. However nobody has turned up so far despite one full year elapsing from the contract date. Repeated calls to their 24 hrs help line [protected] has only elicited false promises of service within next 24hrs but in reality nothing has happened. Nobody has turned up to deliver the promised service. It seems like these are fraud people fooling several customers like me. Please let me know as to how to make them deliver on their promises and not cheat us like this.

However, we note that we were not in receipt of any payment towards the smartpay bills paid from your card account. Hence, the bank charges as applicable was levied to your card account.                                   I had a salary account in hdfc bank few years ago. I switched company and my new company opened salary account in axis. I had also hdfc credit card still i am using it. But they charged approximately 8k as some average non maintenance charges.

                                  Now again i changed to new company so i am decided to use hdfc bank as my salary account because of its good fame in the market.

                                  So i went to home branch (Itpl park) to speak with the manager regading this. I told him i am unable to pay that much huge amount because of my financial issues then he agree he will give 50% wave off and other amount he ask me to pay immediately. I have paid then and there only and i wrote request letter also but still that negative amount is reflecting in my account not waved off.

                                  Now i am not ready to pay remaining amount and whatever amount i paid i want that amount also need to be refund. I will also close hdfc account and will change my salary account to other bank.

                                  Please help me to solve these issue to be solved asap.

                                  Note : bank people are giving wave off crores of crores for top most persons i dont want to mention that and for poor people charging unnecessary charges.8k matters and its very huge amount for middle class and lower middle class family.

                                    On november 6, 2018, i had booked a single room for ms. Swayampurna mishra, she was travelling to doha (For a trip organized by lonely planet magazine india, a times of india group of publication) at holiday inn express, terminal 3 for november 13, 2018, for which she got a confirmation, that the room was available and i had given my credit card details and amount of rs.5900 was deducted.

                                    Also on november 6, 2018, i tried to book a room at holiday inn express, terminal 3 for swayampurna mishra for november 19, 2018, (Return from doha, she had to take a 8.30 am connecting flight from delhi to raipur) but ms. Mishra got an email from [protected]@hiexdelhiairport.com saying that, they cannot give her a room, since she is taking a flight from terminal. I called the holiday inn express the very next day, and asked why ms. Mishra was not given a room, i was told there was no room available for november 19, 2018 and also she boarding the flight from terminal 2 and not terminal3.

                                    Yesterday around 9.30 pm, i get a message from hdfc that rs.6399.98 has been deducted from my credit card by holiday inn express. Since there was no confirmation of room for november 19, 2018, i want know why my card was swiped.

                                    I spoke to holiday inn express yesterday, they said there was a confirmation for november 19, 2018, ms. Mishra got no email confirming the availability of room at holiday inn express.in fact she spent the night of november 19, 2018, at the airport lounge.

                                    I had to block my hdfc credit card. This is a clear cheating and misuse of my credit card by holiday inn express. I dispute this transaction.

                                    Today i get a email from cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com (Query reference number: [protected]), that i have to deal directly with the merchant and get credit/refund note from them. When my credit card is blocked, how am i to get the credit note? Also if i have to fight for misuse of my credit card, then what is point of having hdfc credit card dispute section.
                                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      A certain lady called from [protected] regarding issuance of new credit card. She asked my age, income and dropped phone on my face, in such a way that gave me a feeling "you are not that good enough!" i called her back and requested to check her behaviour. She shouted on me asked me to keep the phone. Truecaller search found the name of 'ranjit da.'

                                      Who are those people calling from personal numbers? Frauds? Or did you appoint agents as such.

                                      If so, please retrain that person.

                                      I am your so called, 'preferred customer, ' maintaining an entire 'green record' with you. This much cooperation i may expect from you.
