I had an all miles hdfc credit card which was valid till 10/18. However on the 3rd oct i received an e statement for a new regalia card which i had not yet received. As such i couldn't read the statement as i didn't have the card number needed for the password. When i wrote to hdfc they sent me the same. Dear sir / madam,

I had got a call from the hdfc ergo saying that there is some offer for new policy.
They deducted rs.9815/- on 27 nov 2015, later i did not get any official confirmation or email stating that my policy is generated,
Today i. E.[protected], i checked with hdfc ergo app for the details where i got the policy has been raised on 27 nov 2015 and also has expired on 26 nov 2017 as per the information...

I am HDFC credit card holder. 1399 rs auto debit from my credit without my permission . i have not given any authorization to activate one assist from my side . i spoke to one assist customer care they are not responsive. i want to cancel my membership from one assist and i want that amount should be refund . I have never applied for credit card or any of the other facilities at HDFC bank. Still they somehow they got my mobile number and started calling me. I getting a call daily and sometimes even 4 times a day.
Even after requesting many times, they don't stop calling.

Requesting to please remove my number from their database. I don't need any of their services.

I had closed my home loan by paying full and final amount on 13 feb 2015 where my wife was also coapplicant in the same now this same account which got closed and noc was issued shows closed in my cibil but not in my wife's cibil and thus effecting her cibil score and credibilty, even bank people and cibil is not supporting going through severe mental haressement, please resolve the issue and oblige

I did a transaction at Hyderabad on 6th November 2018 of rs 3500 through POS(ATM SWIPE). Later, it was cancelled by merchant because the amount is 35000, not 3500. And, he says Void Sale will give you amount back within 24hours and given me a slip of Void Sale.

I have been made online edmc property tax twice transaction gateway hdfc bank through sc credit card name of rajinder kumar choudhury on dt-28/06/2017 & 30/06/2017 property i'd[protected] &[protected] amount rs-676.45 + 680.54=1356.99 mcd sent the email many times to hdfc bank for refund the amount mcd also sent email on dt-28/06/2018 at-3.41pm but no refund the amount till date plz solve the issue immediately plz confirm me immediately...

I had raised complaint (Written as well as customer care) to hdfc bank about one of the disputed transaction hard-declined by e-commerce site (Amazon india).
The transaction had happened on 15th of nov for amount of rs.1368/- (Ref: pf[protected]). I had raised dispute claim form with hdfc as well as called up several times in customer care but had received no feedback/inputs.
The claim is still pending as unattended....

Actually i purchased a macbook laptop using my debit card, my debit card liked to my salary account: 501xxxxxxx7256

But, when i checked the legal letter, it is mentioned that they were trying to deduct amount from my current account: 502xxxxxxx4172br...

I have raised cheque book request on 2nd november using internet banking, on 3rd of november i have received sms with dtdc courier awb-x25411645 number, it supposed to be delivered within 7 working days, till now i didn't received it, so i tracked with the help of awb-x25411645 number, it is showing like delivered at pallikarani, i was wondering why they have delivered pallikarani instead of padur and to whom they delivered, so i called hdfc...

I bought laptop from amazon using hdfc bank debit card emi loan, but that product came fully damaged so i did return my product to amazon. After my return amazon processing my refund money process. But after that yet to cancel and refund my amount from hdfc bank side. Meanwhile hdfc bank debited my first emi amount from my account.

So i want refund my deduction amount and cancel that emi process as soon as possible....

The company has charged lounge access fee. Before taking the card, i told the executive regarding my requirement which was quite clear to them. They suggested to take regalia credit card along with the priority pass.
Now, when i accessed the card, they charged inappropriately. Several emails and follow up was done but still no luck. I have all the proofs with me. Already following up with them since 2 months. But didnt got any response...

HDFC bank kormangala branch, Bangalore is making employees to make work forcefully late night. Their network is down due to which employees are suffering. My fiance came back from bank to PG at 6:30 pm and she was called bank to complete the pending work till late night of 9 pm. No security will escort her back to PG as per government rules. Need to penalize the branch manager and improve their network and dead slow applications....

It's a bad policy ... when I contacted the bank they are saying ...pls give application...I gave application ...then they say ..you have to consult customer care...and you have to fill a form ...I am tortured now by this type of cheaper and mean attitude by hdfc people ... shameful act we...

Dear sir hdfc life reject my husband's death claim under the above policy and paid only 29421.63/- against policy amount of 3 lacks. My husband died on 19 april 2018 my husband died brain stock in hospital. I submit all treatment report with claim.

My husband was in private job and was only earning member in family. Now i and my 2 children is helpless without money.

Please help to release the insurance amount...
