While Booking Train Ticket on date:08/11/018 from IRCTC Website, i made payment through HDFC Credit Card. But Amount(1838.68 rs.) deducted and ticket was not booked.So i waited for 10 to 15 days for refund but debited amount not refunded. Then i called to HDFC customer Care, they told me that it takes more to get refund. Again i waited for refund but amount not reflected in my credit card. so after these i called again regarding the same then they told me to file dispute form.I filled CDF on 21/11/18 and mailed to [protected]@hdfcbank.com.I called again on 26/11/18 to HDFC Customer Care then they told me that now it will take 90 days to process. While Filling CDF they did not tell me about Dispute process time and all.Now i need help from you to resolve my issue asap and help me out to get refund from HDFC Bank

    I am Gurpreet Singh Mansa Punjab
    My First EMI due on 06-Nov-2018 is Rs 6573 on HDFC Bank loan account no. 60884321
    Due to punjab govt pay software problem my salary not deposit on time and my salary account was freezed/on hold in between my emi cheque return to hdfc bank.
    I paid my emi cash in hdfc bank account given by their patiala head manager who in Incharge of this region.
    But on 20/11/2018 emi again through cheque no 799831 deducted from my salary account 2nd time.
    I am many time requested to manager that solve this issue i daily phone to manager but nobody cares.
    My problem stands as it is.
    Why Hdfc bank deduct installment 2nd time.
    I am requesting you to please solve this issue immediately and return my amount with fine. Why these banks harassment people like these type of things.
    My Hdfc bank deducting emi two times and making people fool.
    Solve my problem as early possible.

    I take personal loan from hdfc bank my first emi due on 06-nov-2018 is rs 6573 on hdfc bank loan account no. 60884321
    Due to punjab govt pay software problem my salary not deposit on time and my salary account was freezed/onhold in the meantime my emi date due on date 06/11/18 reason of account freeze cheque return to hdfc bank.
    I paid my emi cash in hdfc bank account given by their patiala head manager who in incharge of this region. And my emi deposited with fine/other charges.
    But on 20/11/2018 emi again through cheque no 799831 deducted from my salary account 2nd time.
    I am many time requested to manager that why ur bank again deduct emi second time they not reply properly as these banks do i request and say solve this issue i daily phone to manager but nobody cares.
    My problem stands as it is.
    Dear sir
    I am requesting you to please solve this issue immediately and return my amount with fine. Why these banks harassment people by doing these type of cheap and tricks. Thay are making people fool.
    So please solve my problem as early possible.

      I, rahul jagtap am a credit card holder with your bank since the year 2016.
      I regularly pay the amountbut since last few months i am facing some financial problem.
      But i atlease pays minimum amount. For last month i was unable to pay the minimum amount. I told your representative, this month i will pay minimum amount for both month befor 8th dec 2018. And clear the remaining dues asap. I do want to repay all the amounts owed to the bank.

      But still thety are calling me daily after specific time interval. Even they talk rudely. It is like harasment. I got disturbed and it is affecting my work.
      The name of person is seema who is calling frequently. Also her manager talks very rudely.
      Below arer the numbers from which i am getting the calls.

      My credit card got activated with cardsure package policy and deducted 900 from my card. I don't need any policy. Cancel the policy and rollback my amount.
      Cancellation of One Assist Membership
      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6408 without my concern on date:09/11/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

        Hi,
        I wanted to lodge a complaint about hdfc collection activity.
        Firstly yes, since last two months ive not been able to pay my minimum due.. However despite letting them know about my situation and comming on mutual consent to pay the dues they are harassing me to make the payment which i am am. Unable to since m. Jobless.. Moreover o am. Geting calls and messages at 3am and 5am for the collection guy payment which is absolutely shocking. I have attached screenshot with the number and the messages. Collection agency are going to my home and harassing my mother despite informing them. That i don't live at that address and also gave them the right address and contact where they can get i. Touch with me.. Whilst me being g on shift i get 28-30 calls back to back. From the collection nunber [protected]
        Firstly i dont wish to not make the payment.. I have used the money so i am liable to pay the debts with interest.. But youll will need to understand consumers situation and work on a mutual. Consent rather then harassing them which is illegal.. Agencies are going to my house on sundays and threatening my mother for payment.. I need. To take this matter up way ahead and wanted. To know what bank is going to do. About it

        Customer care numbers had no response as we called to talk with executives mainly Andhra Pradesh number calls are not available and they are saying that incoming calls are blocked.. such a worst service I had never seen with any bank
        My credit chad not yet received
        I purchased jewellery from tanishq worth rs. 55000 through my hdfc credit card on 22nd August 2018. As per running offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback if paid through hdfc credit/debit card. 2 months already passed but till date no cashback received.

        Please look into this & revert.

          I have applied balance transfer of existing loan in hdfc bank, sahakarinagar branch, loan department. They have taken the cheque from me. But before approving the loan they are decduted the parocessing fees in my account. Now i rejected the loan for their higher rate of interest. But. They are not refunded my amount back.

          I have a failed transaction on irctc while booking a ticket through net banking, status in irctc website shows that money has been refunded to respective bank but till now I didn't get money refunded to my account.
          Dear HDFC Customer Service,

          I have complained many times on closing of my DMAT account, though I not received any proper response.I have had a bitter experience on HDFC.They had already debited 500 from my account.I already said I don't want DMAT account but they opened it.Will you please help me to close my DMAT account and refund my amount ?

              Iam holder of HDFC credit card. I want to closure of my card due to some personnel issues. Last month i sent in detail fro concerned at chennai. But, it denied & was informed by SMS. No where there is no proper link in ur web site to be followed for cancellation of CREDIT Card. It is most unfortunate being a great company and being a share holder o[censored]r company.

              In this regard, it is requested to advise the concerned to close my credit card immediately with under intimation to this office to keep continuous faith on esteemed organisation at the earliest.

                  Hi team,

                  I had a salary account in hdfc bank few years ago. I switched company and my new company opened salary account in icici. I had also personal loan with hdfc which i cleared last year.

                  I am not using this account any more and i want to close my account because hdfc bank has been converted into saving account and there are some charges in negatives showing there of amount - inr -6, 737, 79. Also i am getting alerts for minimum balance maintenance in account.

                  I cannot maintain minimum balance for this account and please close this account or provide me some instructions what to do to close this account from my nearest hdfc branch because i live in sector-110, noida and i am not able to visit home branch in green park new delhi.

                  I tried to find out email address online of green park branch manager but there was no any email id available online so that i couldn't send him account closing request.

                    Hi,
                    I got a fraud call from +[protected] and first he was asking about hdfc services regarding hdfc life policy and when i said i do not have any problem then he asked for my policy number and date of birth. I haven't given any details.

                    Questions he asked me about my policy were:
                    Whether i am getting regular updates?
                    Whether i have agent code and happy with my agent?
                    Whether i am getting bonuses and other information about policy
                    Finally my policy no and date of birth.
                    On asking his employee no, he didn't share for security purpose.

                    Please take stern action against those fraud peoples.

                      Hi i got below sms from hdfc yesterday:

                      Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to ava lifestyle products and services p l with value rs. 1687.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                      Please help me with this thing. I have not done any transaction for this merchant not i have issues any mandate for the same.

                      I am not able to connect to customer support of the hdfc bank also regarding this.

                        I have been said by the hdfc personal loan executive that your personal loan will be approved by us for amount 500000 and on 10% but a shocking message came from hdfc bank that your loan has been approved and disburse to your account on 13% interest rate on 500000 amount. It's really shame on hdfc guys to have cheated me on this matter. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and strict action on this either wise i have to take necessary action against hdfc bank

                              You bank employee named lovepreet singh from sri ganganagar had miss used my cheque of my saving accounts and he gave this cheque to the harbans ram and then he used my cheque and deposited the money in angrej singh's account his account number is [protected] and my saving account number is [protected] and the money amount was 497, 000. They done a big fraud with me and i was to hurted by them and they has also thefted my cheque and after they had done this all.

                                Have issues with moto tpsl transaction 3 has been done from my card. I am expecting you should reverse these charges and re issue the my all three cards asap at my mailing address.

                                Hope you will take the action immediately and i will not pay any kind of charges due to a you are card is already is very old condition and i need new all card replacement any how.
                                Already you are card is giving us problem at the time of swap or atm transaction.

                                Kindly look on this issue is on priority basis.

                                  Hi,
                                  I had ordered a mobile phone from flipkart for 11699 on 10th oct 2018 from my credit card however cancelled same day for personal reasons. Till date the refund amount is not reflecting in my credit card account even after calling several times.. I did call flipkart several times and i was notified that transaction amount was refunded on 12th october 2018 with the bank transaction i'd 539196714226525504086.

                                  I would request to look into the issue and fix it asap as it has crossed 45 days now.

                                      Suddenly my credit card limit reduced from 80000 to 27000 without any information to me. Meanwhile i had already spend the amount above 27000. Resulting this, i was shown in debit amount rs 16221.75. On that day, i have paid rs 16225 through net banking for close the matter. However extra charge rs 300 added per day regularly which is not fair. Atta charges should be removed.

                                        I purchased jewelry from tanishq worth rs 80000 on 8th september. As per the offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback which comes to be rs 4000. Even after two months the cashback has not been credited into my account. Can you look into this matter seriously as i can see that there has been other complains regarding this matter as well with no resolution.
