My customer id is 15009. A request for free atm card has been given to the chembur ca road branch on 16th nov 2018. So far nothing has happened. Any bak in the country issues such card within 3-5 days but this bank has been sleeping over it. No feed back or response on the same. The bank service is poor in the recent past and is carried over by brand name with gods blessing. Copy of acknowledgement from the bank attached.

The bank talked to me informing no free card is available as originally suggested by the Bank at time of application request. Hence not going for the ATM Card. I thank the consumer form for getting a resolution.

    Hi team, today (02nd dec 2018) about 02:25 pm i have called to hdfc credit card customer care help line [protected] and that call was received by bikram nayak.
    I have few queries to know about my emi balance and teneority, however he was denied to giving my such information rather than he routed me to check via obline banking. As i was already told him that i am that much of flexible with ney banking.
    Please audit that call recording and request you to have a look into the issue.

    Hope being a customer i can expect all tgeinformation from customer care executive when i called him.

    I have booked a flight ticket through smart buy but my I order got failed and the same was confirmed by smart buy but refund didn't got credited. Last four digits of card no. 0364 date of transaction 30/aug/2018 for Rs.2555/-. Account is with Hdfc bank Chidambaram.
    When I cancelled a ticket in book my show, message came as credited the refund amount but when i check amount was not credited in my account, please verify it and solve my issue.

      I met with an accident last month due to which i missed my last credit card payment. I received a call from the vank told them will be paying the amount of 1st of december. Same thing i have done.

      My salary credited today i made the payment to the bank now they have put my balance on hold. After two days one nach is activated.

      Request to you and the hdfc team please unhold my amount

        I am nishant nandkeolyarr user of hdfc bank since last 4 years. I am using credit card from 1.5 years and always payment on time.
        But during these previous 2 months my financial condition is not good so it's take time to pay outstanding amount.

        To my surprise, i got to know hdfc credit card recovery agency contact number hacked my banking data and called my friends and clients about late payment and skipping just one due date credit card mimimum balance payment. I find it extremely offensive and some data from the bank and leaking banking information. I want an action against every one mentioned above, will only wait for next 12 hours after writing this to furnish details to law.

            On 22nd of september 2018 i swiped my hdfc debit card in domino's pizza store feenix mall bangalore. But the transaction was not completed, domino's didn't get money but amount got deducted from my account so i called hdfc karthik nagar branch regarding the issue they didn't solve my problem, i submitted complaint in hdfc customer care through email but they didn't even respond properly and till now i didn't get my money back so i am submitting my complaint against hdfc bank. Please help me to get my money back

              My customer id is 715008. A simple query on my credit card ending with 6727 was raised as under a month ago. Till date the bank personnel is not even able to understand the query and responds with irrelevant messages. My query is simple as stated below:

              Aa) one of the merchant site namely bajaj allianz life insurance webiste shows that my insurance policy is registered for auto debit on my credit card although i have never registered the same anywhere.
              Bb) till date no auto debit hs been made and i have been paying the premium manually online using my credit card.
              Cc) there has been no dispute of whatsoever till date. But i requested the bank to ensure that no auto debit is made as a protective measure on my card.
              Dd) the matter was taken up with the merchant who never bothers to resolve the problem instead responds with policy details etc. It appears that the merchant company do not have any personnel to remove the auto debit pop up being shown when i loginto the policy. Their it department appears to be incompetent even to understand the problem.

              Thus the matter needs to be resolved by the bank blocking all auto debit transaction request if received anytime from the fraudulent merchant as a protective measure. The bank can take up with the merchant if feasible.

              The bank suggested to block my card which is not a proper resolution since the merchant in question has clowned the credentials in the past and made auto debit mandate without my authorisation or consent. The Bank does seem to know any solution.

              Yes but the solution is not workable since again the merchant will clown the card. You should block auto debit from this merchant since just for one fraudster one cannot change the card or run away from the country.

                  I got an call from hdfc, he said that you will get 70k bonus, for that you need to talk to your relationship manager. She said my relationship manager will call me. He asked me to do a policy of 33k to get that bonus. And he will also revert my policy money once i got bonus. This happen on may, 2018. Now he is not picking my calls & even he told me that he is sitting 12 khamba road, vijaya building, hdfc life branch, but that address location was also fake.

                      I applied and verification done ...sms look. .. plz check after 2 days ur process is completed... .when I check same day ...not after two days. Status was decline...why

                        Hi,

                        Booked ticket on irctc using hdfc bank netbacnking amount debited inr 566.80 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The message received from my bank as below:

                        'thanks for paying rs.566.80 from a/c xxxx3100 to irctc_new via netbanking. Call [protected] if txn not done by you"

                                Dear All,

                                This is to bring in your notice that i ( Pushpa Devi ) have an account with ICICI bank. My account number is[protected]

                                Please note i have an vehicle loan[protected] set up for 21 jun 2018.against which the EMI is supposed to be taken out on 5th of every month. In the month October due to some fraud happened in my account i was failed to keep the minimum balance required on the account on 5th October 2018 due to which the cheque bounce fees was charged on my account however after that i maintained the required balance on the account but still got some charges on 5th November, 6th November, 16 November, 20 November 2018, 22 November 2018.

                                Also note i went to ICICI bank on 8th November 2018 informed them the same however still haven't received any response, they just advised that the charged are occurred on the account as HDFC shows the loan cheque to ICICI couple of times that"s why the charges was raised.
                                on the same day visited hdfc bank also.they have rinsed the complaint against the same (102935/[protected]but still got no resolution. after that i called to hdfc customer care they are saying they have charged only Rs. 624( ..cheque bounce fee 590 + rs.34 late fee ) which they are saying that can be waived but i m failed to understand why the other charges occurred and who is responsible for the same.

                                Attaching the below supporting documents:
                                - Receipt of hdfc bank received on 8th November 2018.

                                Can anybody look into the matter and help to do the needful asap.

                                This is a very disappointing and upsetting situation for me.

                                  Dear All,

                                  This is to bring in your notice that i ( Pushpa Devi ) have an account with ICICI bank. My account number is[protected]

                                  Please note i have an vehicle loan[protected] set up for 21 jun 2018.against which the EMI is supposed to be taken out on 5th of every month. In the month October due to some fraud happened in my account i was failed to keep the minimum balance required on the account on 5th October 2018 due to which the cheque bounce fees was charged on my account however after that i maintained the required balance on the account but still got some charges on 5th November, 6th November, 16 November, 20 November 2018, 22 November 2018.

                                  Also note i went to ICICI bank on 8th November 2018 informed them the same however still haven't received any response, they just advised that the charged are occurred on the account as HDFC shows the loan cheque to ICICI couple of times that"s why the charges was raised.
                                  on the same day visited hdfc bank also.they have rinsed the complaint against the same (102935/[protected]but still got no resolution. after that i called to hdfc customer care they are saying they have charged only Rs. 624( ..cheque bounce fee 590 + rs.34 late fee ) which they are saying that can be waived but i m failed to understand why the other charges occurred and who is responsible for the same.

                                  Attaching the below supporting documents:
                                  - Receipt of hdfc bank received on 8th November 2018.
                                  - Bank statement highlighting the charges on it.

                                  Can anybody look into the matter and help to do the needful asap.

                                  This is a very disappointing and upsetting situation for me.

                                    Booked train ticket using hdfc bank account attached to paytm. Amount debited and it is showing not booked. Pending from bank side.

                                    Please do needful. I can't book new ticket. It is showing under booked ticket history also. What to do. Either you guys refund full or show correct on irctc.

                                      This is in reference to the debit card through which a gold jewelry from tanishq was purchased in july. As per the on-going offer, i was supposed to get a cash back of rs. 5000 (5 percent) of the purchase amount (Rs. 100, 000/-). However, it's been over four months i have still not received.

                                      I have already written about this matter along at grievance. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 30th november. Provide the debit card details also.

                                      So, request you to update us on the status of cashback and when the same shall be credited.
