Dear hdfc

Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [18k[protected]n1. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got calls at office too for verification.

Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

We told to paisa bazar who called us for credit card and we never gone to paisa bazar for the same. Hema, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively.

I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.

We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I had one credit card and not liabilities from any bank now.

Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

    Problem with hdfc internet banking and mobile app. Not able to login from the mobile app and also when logged into net banking site and trying to do neft transfer i am getting error ' facing heavy traffic from currently logged in customers, please try again later". This issue is there from yesterday 11/21/2018 to 11//22/2018. When i called customer care, they simply saying its technical issues and talking very bad saying 'we are just employees and don't have any info except it's technical issue'. I have recorded copy of phone conversion. I have opened by account recently and this makes me worried about safety of my money

      Cancellation of one assist membership
      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4136 without my concern on date:17/11/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

        I have purchase panasonic brand a. C. From reliance digital, vadodara, wher hdfc bank offer consumer durable loan and with cash back offer after 3rd emi. My loan a/c no. Is [protected].5/12/2015 is last emi, yet bank has not issue cash back, i am follow this issue since three months with bank authorized person and they are agree with complain, but can't issue cash back amount.

          Sir, i having titanium credit card from year 2015. I used my credit card for rare transaction only.in the month of nov18, renewal membership charges (500+90 rs with igst) had been debited to my card without any information given to me. Why, you are not giving mail or doing one call to your customers that your card would get renewal required or not?. How can you do that? This is a unexpected expenses seen when i login page of hdfc credit. I don't want to renew my card. I just want to block. So many times regularly try to contact you, but can't able to connect you. Kindly give me solution how this charges can return back? I request your team members to look after this request and take action that i requested you. Other wise, i will take strict action on your team.

            Kindly refer my earlier complaint id 2149267 dt.19/11/2018 mr. Rahul tripathi has been sent email - [protected]@india.com on dt.19/11/22018 and demanded by above email to share mobile number. After that i have been given my mobile number. He had been called on his own mobile no.[protected] to us and share my atm number, otp, cvv etc. By the gateway payment/ rembirsement and debit my account rs.1999/in twice chance, after that diducted my account rs.3998/ he has been transfer to payzapp wallet l pos debit a/c 132505 dt.19/11/2018 rs.1999 and iciciprep pos debit a/c number pf[protected] dt.19/11/2018. Kindly help me fo rembirsement and also action against those fraud people.

                I am having s/a no.[protected] since 2000 in this bank and the bank has issued me a debit card as a preferred customer but on 14.11.2018 an amount of rs.885/- has been deducted from my account in respect of atm annual maintenance charge illegally. I have lodged a complaint on line and the same has been registered under reference no.8276233 on 25.11.2018 (Hbl[protected] but till date nothing has been received from the bank.in view of above i request for credit of the same in my account at the earliest.

                  The imps i did for 1500 on 23rd nov 2018 failed because of the processor down issue.
                  Till date 28th nov 2018, the amount is not credited back.

                    I received the following sms at 0848 hrs today
                    "dear customer
                    Mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to just dial limited with value of rs 37504.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch"

                    I have not issued any mandate and not sure whether this is coming from the bank or the credit card

                      I have cancelled a order on amazon, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

                      Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 0438 for rs. 12999.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon[protected] on 09:50:52

                      I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

                          My credit card application no [protected]S2 is showing status as dissaproved. Just today I have called and applied once again and they took all my details and said that my card will be dispatched in 15 days. But the status shows disapproved. I need to know the reason for this. I just started my career and have my salary account opened in HDFC only. I don't have any loan or any credit cards before and my salary is 4.5 lakhs per annum.

                              I am Somabho Karmakar residing at Maslandapur and currently working with TCS. I am away from my home since 5 years and my father and mother not supporting me.i have 3 credit card and three personal loan from your bank and ICICI bank.i am paying my all emi's on time.
                              Now problem is that I am married and I have a child now after paying all emi's I have nothing left to spent for home.

                              And any how I have to support my family and that was the reason I have taken loans and spent credit card.
                              Now everyday I am in serious tension that how I run my family.
                              Requesting you please help me in this case.
                              Finally I got a solution that please do Balance transfer of my all loan and credit card.
                              And set a emi amount of 10-13 thousand which I can pay every month so that I can support my family.
                              Due to support my family I have exusted my all credit card limit.
                              But one thing I am paying all emi's and minimum due on time

                              I am begging you to help me in this scenerio else I have to do suiside and for my family they don't have any one rather than me to support.

                              After BT you put your interest but make emi 10-12 thousand and how many years required I will pay that emi.

                              Meanwhile am trying to get a better job than TCS and I got a almost confirmation in Infosys, I think it will solve my problem further.

                              Please think about my situation.i will send you my all loan and salary details also credit card details in next email.

                                I Somnath Bhasale, , am a credit card holder with your bank since the year 2015. I have used the card and was regularly paying back the bank for quiet some time as the records would show. i am also working HDB financial service LTD
                                However, I am not getting incentive before last 1 year. i have done payment same as this month 15/11/18. that time i told them 1 of some collection manager. i will do pay the pending balance on couple off this month.
                                but now they will be block my account without any information. this is my salary account. and i did already put that request PF office to withdrawal PF and that will be credited same as account. and my financial condition has been very bad my 2 family member depend on me.
                                I have been earning just 11000 rupees per month since 2015...sometimes not even that. I have been trying to get myself a better paying since then, in order to be able to pay back the bank.
                                i request to you please unblock my account and remove my hold balance.
                                I do want to repay all the amounts owed to the bank. However, I am not able to pay anything more than Rs.3000/- per month. I have informed this to various customer care representatives and collection agencies as well.

                                  I booked a ticket in book my show app through hdfc bank atm card then i cancelled my ticket due to my personal reason so that book my show app show it is credited to your bank account and from hdfc bank also i have received messege that amount is credited but actually when i check balance it is not credited so please credit my refunded amount.

                                    I have done transaction of Rs 10949/- through payzapp for purchase of mobile phone from flipkart 12/10/2018. Due to network issue the transaction was unsucessful and amount was debited. i have not received any order confirmation from fliplkart. i called the flipkart team also for refund but they said that they were not having any information. I called hdfc customer care and sent emails so many times. They have not provided the resolution. Eventhough continuios follow ups have made, the issue is still pending. Kindly provide me the refund

                                      Good evening!
                                      HDFC bank persons deducted amount Rs.3951/- with out my permission from my refund amount Rs.17520/- which I paid towards my loan No.46988280. It is against terms and conditions of your bank itself. How can club different issues at a time. I have already registered my complaint and the number is HYDR[protected] regarding this. They rudely blackmailing me, when they contacted me. I am very much dissatisfied this attitude and misbehaviour of your people. It is against the banking policy of India also.

                                        I made a UPI transaction of Rs. 25000/- from my HDFC Bank savings A/c ([protected]) Bhowanipore Branch to a ICICI Bank A/c on 25th Oct, 2018. But my A/c debited the same and Creditor A/c not credited. I complained to HDFC many many times (complaint no. HBL[protected] but they doesn't care about that. Creditor Bank says they not liable about that. At this time please help me to get my money.
