employee behavior

I am writing this requesting the bank to address bad behavior by one of it's employee on a call which he did.

Lumpsum story, an employee from 'general office' in ghaziabad made a few calls for informing about credit cards payment, which i was unable to attend being busy during the day. Towards the evening, he calls again and outright starts behaving badly while blaming me for intentionally ignoring his calls.

full refund is not credited while the loan is not done.

Respected sir/madam, the executive of the bank did not provide the proper information and the registry of property is not done and in this condition the topup of loan was not possible . The loan is not done yet the full amount is not refunded.
There is no fault from the costumer yet amount is deducted .i request that my remaining amount should be refunded in my acount.

I have paid health policy premium rs 21160/- for hdfc ergo suraksha silvergain for rs 5 lacs cover on dt 5.11.18 vide pay zapp txn id is[protected] thru easy policy. And regularly follow with your customer care services vide ticket no 26292746 dt 14.11.18 but no any respond given by the yr person policy issued or not till 19.11.18. I am ravinder and my hdfc card ending with 7113 and mobile no [protected].
As part of renewal of my card, reward points was adjusted without any prior notice.
Rewards points was not adjusted as per hdfc redeem catalog, here i am loosing my reward points.
I dont want new renewal card, please keep my previous reward points without any adjustment.

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1, 899/ - from my credit card number ending with 1096 without my concern on date:15/11/2018. Hi,
I am Mrunalini owning a credit card which was blocked and trying to close it bit still the customer care says I have outstanding amount.

I have tried multiple ways to contact the customer care to get this done. And I am being routed to multiple teams and finally nothing was done.

Please do help me in getting this done asap.

Your hdfc bank atm/debit card ending 6603 is linked to your a/c ending 1978. For features log on to http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/products/cards/debit-cards

I have received this message and a similar mail as well where as i don't have any debit card ending with 6603. Looks like pii compromise to me. Request to suspend my hdfc account asap.

Two of your staff from delhi branch has done fraud with me as they called me asked about my policy that any one is calling you any agent i said no than they told me that u will get there bonus amount if you will take one new policy and u will get your client id after that the mony will tranfer direct to your account but nothing and now they are not talking pls help to resolve my problem...

hdfc credit card hidden charges

Spent 200₹ in october 2018 n paid it on 1st nov. Didn't use the card further still got bill as 190₹ on 18th nov. Paid on 18th nov with frustration (Though cheated) n blocked that #... Still balance is not updated!!!
Customer care not responding...

Don't use hdfc credit cards they charge without user knowledge...

Citi is far better than hdfc cheater...

The offer stated that within 90 days the 10% cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already more than 100 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details

I have tried to change my address as my home permanent address, actually i have two i.
