Hi,
I would like to infirm you that, HDFC Bank credit card Department, doing fraud activity regarding credit card. As per HDFC bank they issued credit card to me, but I haven't received, all the times I informed them, but they are not taking this issue seriously.
Some One assist pack is activated to my credit card account and HDFC Bank is not bother about it, whether customer received the credit card or customer actually request for the same.
I aware of fraud activity on credit card business, but this type of activity is forcefully activated the pack and no paper work is happening, also no reconfirmation on and addition.
As per HDFC bank customer care credit card issue to me on july'18. but no purchase or any PIN change happen., then how it is possible, that last 5 months how come any password or any purchases is not happen with that.
They have no answer on this. After that I informed to the customer care to blocked my card immediately. Also I email to HDFC bank customer email ID - customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com.
Today 20/11 someone lady called me about the same. But she is not willing to help me anymore.
I also visit to HDFC Bank branch Ballygunge Phari and spoke to Suruchi at counter no 5, not remember full name. She is also help less on this.
I would request you please help me to get out of this mess.
I am a salaried Person if this kind of fraud activity is happening and HDFC Bank is behave like this and put their customer on trouble. Then what we do.

Today one of customer care support called me name Sangeeta and explain about the policy. System told me about the card delivery and one assists pack is activated without my consent, for this I have been charged for this. Now one assist team inform me that they will reversed the payment that of 1399rs pack activation charges.
But HDFC bank refuse to reversed the charges, when one assist team reversed the pack activation fee. And HDFC bank charged for this which I have not aware of any payments. Also they told me you are responsible, you need to check your mails and messages to avoid such kind of issue. This was their responsibility to call and confirm from customer if they provide any service to them.
When they called 100 times for different kind of offers for credit card, loan etc, but when customer taken the offer and any fraud kind of activity happen they simply raise their hand and tell you are responsible.
Can any one from HDFC senior department taken this issue seriously.
