I am current/saving account hdfc bank with kanchan enterprises, and few months back some other customer with same name kanchan enterprises from delhi branch settle their car loan, and you reported that loan dispute against us, which is not taken by me, please help me to correct that cibil record, due to this i am not able to get any loan from any bank because of poor cibil report,

    Dear sir/madam,

    My credit card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx 4104. It's been 4 month i'm struggling with very unprofessional hdfc credit card department team. My issue is, i had to pay my total payment of 20, 000 in aug 2018, before 2 months i had filled the form for block the card as per the bank process in jvlr branch with shraddha.

    And after 25 days i went again to shraddha she told me that it has been already blocked but i haven't received any email or msg from hdfc bank yet so she told me that yes but it has been blocked and she told me to apply fresh credit card if you want i ask her 100 times that it will not decline so she told me that no mam no worries i will take care for you

    And i trust her and applied for fresh credit card and after 2 days the verification person has came in my office for verify and in home address as well

    But again after 2 days i received mail from hdfc bank that your credit card declined

    So i went to shraddha again for this she told me that she have to check in the system she has taken almost 5 days to check in the system after 5 days i went in the branch so she told me that your previous card not yet blocked thats why its has been declined

    She told me to fill form again for block the card so i have filled that form before 3 days

    I have a salary account of hdfc bank but this is very unprofessional i am very upset for this please take some strick action for this matter

    I hope you understand my felling please do something.

      I tried contacting insurance staff but they are not responded, the hdfc staff say that a staff from hdfc will contact me. But till date nobody contacted please respond my complaint i already submitted a complaint this is second complaint very very very poor customer service. Im not satisfied with your service   replace all

        1. Without my knowledge, the amount gets deducted from hdfc and added again. Don't know how its happening.

        2. Without notifying me they deducting minimum balance and other maintenance charges.

        3. They not clearly convey how much minimum balance need to maintain.in customer care, once i got answer as 5k is the limit and another time they told 10k is the monthly minimum balance

        Very worst service from hdfc customer care. I can't register my complaint..

        Tried calling the number which i received through the message but it's not connecting. [protected]. I waited for more than half an hour.

          I had purchased an samsung tv from pai electronics using hdfc credit card cashback offer on 08/08/2018
          The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 120 days. Still i have not received the cashback

          Hdfc helpline will not get connect (I have called and waited for 40 mins but the representative has not picked the call)

          Hdfc representative is asking for credit card details.

          Its a fraud!
          Hdfc bank is a scam...

            I would like to make a complaint regarding hdfc's annual debit card fee on my account, i spoke to my personal banker as well and he was helpless. I want normal debit card without any charges, i do not want any privileges provided by bank in the name of looting people without notice. Off course am looking for a refund of 885 on my account.

              I am an imperia customer of hdfc and am struggling to get the status of my application for linking the dmat account with trading account which i submitted to mr ranjit of btm layout, bengaluru as mentioned in your web site (No - [protected]). This was done on nov 14 '2018

              I have been trying to reach out to mr ranjit and find out the status of my request but never expected this kind of service from hdfcsec. Please share the update and escalate to the next level or share the details so that i escalate

                I have given application for opening current account 20 days back and raised a complaint to grievance twice (I. E. On 15th nov and 19th nov)
                Surprisingly there is no resolution from grievance redressal.
                My entire business got struck because of your account opening delay, if i don't get any response by the end of the day, there is no option for me to

                    Dear concern,

                    First of all please be sure if you listen public issue then please try to provide resoluation with 100% efforts.
                    Come to the point i have an accout in hdfc account and i am frastrated due to lots of charges. Below charges summary for your reference.
                    I belongging from middle class family thats why this charge will try to create lots of issues, so i want this charable additional charges money waiver in my account asap.

                    You can see also : in oct-nov my salary also credited but non –maintaince charges will be deducted from my account. If you read bank policy if you have salary account and company detail also updated the we no need to put any amount for maintainance. Then why charges has been deducted from hdfc account.

                    I need my whole money back in my account, if i don’t receive waiver then i’ll close this account permanently and before closing account i’ll take more further steps against customer harrasment issue for my satisfaction. My salary account will changes if waiver not received. Hdfc is multination top 1 bank in the india why hdfc try to falling down.

                    It’s my humble request you to kindly try to do resoluation asap.

                      i have a complaint about "no scheduled commercial bank can levy charges and make customer's balance go in negative" but still hdf

                      I am abhay vinod satyarthi from gorakhpur, uttar pradesh 273001. I am a student and i have opened an account in hdfc to deposite money due to some circumstances i wasn't about to maintain my account and i wanted to close it but then they did my balance negative in my account but as per the guidelines from rbi, "no scheduled commercial bank can levy charges and make customer's balance go in negative". And still they are not following the guidelines...

                        Hey my emi was bounced and got many calls from hdfc agent from nizampura branch and i had a word with hdfc agent that as i am not available in the town so they are abusing on call and i have a recording of your agent such a ridiculous behaviour by the agents of hdfc the number from which i have received call is [protected] kindly look into it it is a very serious matter and a well reputed company is getting a dent on his company.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          This is regarding the credit card which i have used for more than 5 years. I have closed my credit card in the month of july 9th 2018. I have sent my credit cards to chennai address for the closing. I got a confirmation message from the banking states that your credit card has been closed.

                          I have paid all my outstanding as on date july 9th 2018. But still i am receiving calls from hdfc phone banking stating you have to pay 4993.83.

                          I do not understand why after closure of my card this confusion is happening.

                          Now i received the letter from the chennai bank address, stating that the outstanding has been deduct from your savings bank.

                          Why i need to pay for the closed credit cards.

                            Hi,

                            I have a/c in hdfc bank and i had a cc which i lost and i blocked it also.. But from the bank, they have generated automated cc and i am not understanding when i don't have any card still they are asking me to pay so much. I have already cleared my payments and i don't want any cc but no one is listing i have been to the bank so many times i called customer care they are saying go to the nearest branch. No one is doing anything.

                            Your HDFC Bank card ending 3521 has been blocked as lost basis your request placed to our Bank Representative on call. Accordingly, your card account details has been transferred to the new credit card ending 9124. However, a physical plastic of new credit card was not depatched to your mailing address since you had not placed request for card reissuance at that time of blocking your credit card account. We observe that your card account has been billed with GST, over limit fee and other charges as applicable. We request you to contact our debt management officers at[protected] / 67268002 for further clarifications in this regard.

                              I purchased jewellery from tanishq worth rs. 88836 through my hdfc credit card on 31st august 2018. As per running offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback if paid through hdfc credit/debit card. 2.5 months already passed but till date no cashback received nor any communication is there stating the timeline for cashback.

                              Please revert on this issue as soon as possible.

                                With regards to the transaction id[protected] of ₹_transfer via hdfc upi on dated 21/11/2018 with ifsc code bkid0095777 the money got credited from my account and the same is not deposited to the end user account.
                                Than i found ifsc code is not correct.
                                So how it's possible that ifsc code bkid0095777 wrong but upi transaction show successful.
                                Please return my money due to upi take invalid ifsc code

                                  I have taken a personal loan from hdfc bank and monthly emi (4th of every month) goes through ecs mode since june 2016. This month (4-nov-18), it dint happend. I checked with my home a/c, citi bank, 3 times, and they told me there was no cheque presented from hdfc to them. And i was maintaining my emi amount 21988 in my a/c itself. Finally hdfc collection department called me to my mobile number on 17-nov-18 and i have explained to them. Then, they told me that, it was a technical fault, and had requested to pay the emi amount. They provided me a link through sms for manual payment. I have just paid them on the same day and transaction was successful (Payzapp txn id:[protected]. To my surprise, today i have noticed in my a/c there was a bounce charges + service taxes + gst in my statement. I have checked with citi bank customer care, and they just told me that, hdfc bank had presented the cheque (Which i already paid on 17-nov-18) on 21-nov-18 to citi bank, and as there was no funds, it got bounced. I had no clue, and was wondering, whey hdfc bank who already collected this month emi, had presented it again to citi bank and without my knowledge. I have just called to hdfc customer care and got to know, that, there would be re-presenting cheques on 24th of month. Also told there was some rbi process changes, and asked me to visit branch and fill ach form. Atleast the collection department could have informed me about the process, that, there could be re-present again second time. If so, they shouldnt have collected from me manual payment. They do collected manual payment, and again went on to present again to the bank, which i feel there is some disconnect between collection department and bank. I am a middle class salaried man with lot of commitments, and paying the emi's every month promptly. But irrespective of that, i got levied with bounce charges (+service taxes) with out any of my mistake. Firstly, if there is any rbi process changes, why it was not intimated to the loan customers on it, and get processed. Hdfc bank had failed to do that. And secondly, as i heard from customer care, collection department will not have any info, rather just to collect manual payment. Hdfc bank could rethink on this, to avoid this kind of situation. Both collection department and bank should work together, get updated everyday. I regret for taking personal loan from hdfc and wish would never commit this mistake again. I was not having sleep due to my office work yesterday, and still making this hard effort to share my experience and will do on all social media platforms, so that, hoping to save few innocent customers like me. Finally, I have applied leave to my office, and I have walked to the loan service center, Indira nagar branch, Bangalore, and waited for an hour or so, and have given physically. I havent got any acknowledgement for it. Kindly recheck it.

                                    Hi my name is ritesh kumar. I need help from u. My total outstanding amount of credit card is rs80000 after charging interest will reach to 125000 now they ready to settle the card in 61000 however they need in one shot but i have no money to pay. I can pay in installments. My settlement amount. Now u help me to settle my amount in installments.. As i already paid around 40000 to the bank as interest.

                                      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company at that time they said no need to maintain any minimum balance after some time i left the company, my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) from then onwards they keep on imposing penalty around rs 600/- and some times rs 700/-per month. They deducted rs 1200/- from my balance. Now as on to day 21/11/2018 it showing rs -4000/-

                                      How should i proceed further,
