I have been waiting for my HDFC Debit card which was dispatched on 1 st oct. AWB [protected] BUT HAVN'T RECIEVED IT HAS YET. IM TRYING TO CALL ON CUSTMOER CARE NUMBER BUT ITS ALWAYS ANSWERING MACHINE. VERY BAD AND IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE.
Please let me know about my Debit card, i have given my mobile no also.

    There were farudulent chages on my wifes credit card and bank told us to keep the account open and now they are charging is interest and late payment fee and not resolving the issue. We are getting threats that money will be auto debit from your bank savings account if you not pay minimum payment. Please give me a call at [protected]... Help me resolve this issue.

      My 25lakh home loan account no[protected] & ergo loan account no is[protected] closed due to worst service experience of hdfc ludhiana branch.in 18 month tenure first 3month auto debit is ok later 15 month i am coming to branch and submit request and chq to activate ecs but they can't able to do this. Later my 1 emi is delayed to 10 days due this and call recieved from chandigarh and mis behave with me for emi bounce i have a call recording and punch complaint in rbi later branch manager feel apology over mail that they fired that call center executive for misbehaving. And later also service is bad so i am forced to shifted my 25lakh to another bank which is not so much reputated like hdfc but they commit on their service. Now my loan account close in sep month and till now i am not recieved insurance premium refund every time mr nitin &heral took time but they work like govt employee when i am visited to hdfc ltd on 27oct to confirm why my refund not come already 1 month is over then they mail to manish on 29-oct and say sir pl wait for 1 month. Now yesterday on[protected] again visited that place and ask for refund no body here taking ownership and follow up for customer no reminder over 29oct mail infront of me they call again and took time till 8dec which is over mail i have. When i escalated to sanjiv sinha and gautam jain refund came yesterday how it come did they think customer is free and they work when customer using wrong language at your premises how refund come in few hour when i sitted 3hour at bank and not come from 3month.

      Main complaint is refund is came lesser amount 43412 when they commited that 80% of premium is refundable which is approx 57k.

      I am also putting all recording and mail to social media and also filing a legal case when compensation not given for such mental harrassment

      Waiting for reply till monday later i will go for media for such harrassment

          On 31 oct i have booked a flight for my frnd using smart buy from delhi to jammu. This flight was on 06nov with indigo airlines. She had to cancel the flight on 5th nov due to some reason. Till date i haven't received any refund. Indigo airlines has informed us that from their side refund has been processed. Order id: [protected] partner id:[protected] airline pnr: tmrvve please do look into this issue and process the refund asap. It's been quite a long time we have been waiting for it.

            I am a hdfc bank a/c holder.i had a ecs with just dial.It not gone good.I called just dial to stop.They are not ready to stop
            I contacted my branch to stop any outside request.
            They denied.I requested to close the account.They denied that also.
            Just dial keep putting different denomination for withdrawing amount and bank keep fining
            Now my bank a/c show Rs -3500
            Still bank are not ready to close the account.
            Bank should alert for ECS charges and funds
            They should accept the Customer request for stopping payments
            Branch are saying to talk to customer care.Its very difficult to reach customer care.Its always comes busy
            We must should stop using HDFC bank.

              interest free loan against policy fraud by hdfc broker

              I got call from delhi and they said me that they will provide loan against policy of HDFC Life. I was not agreed then they said that loan will be sanctioned within 22 days and if not you can cancke policy on 23rd day. I agreed and when I took policy I confirmed from HDFC that can I cancle my policy within 30 days. They said Yes. But when I didn't got loan and requested to cancle my policy on day 23rd they refused that I cann't cancle policy...

              I have deactivated my old damaged food card and applied for a new one. New food card got dispatched, however my balance from old food card is not transferred to new food card. The customer care is not responsive and goes in waiting for a very long time. Mailing the respective department is also in vain. I am fed up with this issue as i am behind it for the past two weeks.

                I had a hdfc salary account 3 years back when i was working at that time. I left the job but i used the account for transaction in and out. Later because of the salary is not crediting, the salary account got converted into savings account automatically. Now the bank penalized me for non keeping of minimum balance. Penalty now became negative (-1044 rs). I don't want to pay this money. Please close the account or at least make it to zero so that i can use the account for transaction.

                As per RBI, if any bank continues to debit charges on a savings account creating a negative balance customer can approach the banking ombudsman. Is this applicable to HDFC bank? I am ready to maintain minimum balance here onwards, but if I deposit 10000, the bank will deduct my penalty. It is a lose for me.
                Is there any possibility to avoid penalty?

                    I have a hdfc credit card which was under collection department since from 2015. Card number [protected] (Manish chaudhary).in 2018 i decide to clear it out when i got the job. A agent from hdfc bank name : vishal contact number : [protected]. This agent called me on office landline and used abusive language and he also abused my manager on the same line. My manager gave me last warning that time. After few days he reached my office and said he will not leave until he will get his money. He called on 28th nov 2018 my manager as well and asked for me and said he want money from manish. And then he called me around 15 times and when i picked up the call he said now the amount is increased from 10000 to 29000 as he added taxes and penalty. I am feeling very depressed as they are scaring that this agent will come to office.

                      I ma using the services of hdfc bank since it is my salary account else i would have never opted for it. But the main issue is that their customer care number never leads to the representative who can provide you the solution. Even their branches don't have any respective number of theirs.
                      In case of an emergency with your account, you can't rely on their cust. Care no.
                      Lately they have started providing personal banker's number and to my expectation even they don't pick the call or call back.
                      The only option i have now is to close all my dealings with hdfc bank.

                        Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [18k[protected]n1. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got calls at office too for verification.

                        Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

                        Disapproval of the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability

                        We told to paisa bazar who called us for credit card and we never gone to paisa bazar for the same. Hema, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively.

                        I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.

                        We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I had one credit card and not liabilities from any bank now.

                        Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

                          Problem with hdfc internet banking and mobile app. Not able to login from the mobile app and also when logged into net banking site and trying to do neft transfer i am getting error ' facing heavy traffic from currently logged in customers, please try again later". This issue is there from yesterday 11/21/2018 to 11//22/2018. When i called customer care, they simply saying its technical issues and talking very bad saying 'we are just employees and don't have any info except it's technical issue'.                               I have purchase panasonic brand a. C. From reliance digital, vadodara, wher hdfc bank offer consumer durable loan and with cash back offer after 3rd emi. My loan a/c no.                                 Sir, i having titanium credit card from year 2015. I used my credit card for rare transaction only.in the month of nov18, renewal membership charges (500+90 rs with igst) had been debited to my card without any information given to me. Why, you are not giving mail or doing one call to your customers that your card would get renewal required or not?. How can you do that? This is a unexpected expenses seen when i login page of hdfc credit. I don't want to renew my card. I just want to block. So many times regularly try to contact you, but can't able to connect you. Kindly give me solution how this charges can return back? I request your team members to look after this request and take action that i requested you. Other wise, i will take strict action on your team.

He had been called on his own mobile no.[protected] to us and share my atm number, otp, cvv etc. By the gateway payment/ rembirsement and debit my account rs.1999/in twice chance, after that diducted my account rs.3998/ he has been transfer to payzapp wallet l pos debit a/c 132505 dt.19/11/2018 rs.1999 and iciciprep pos debit a/c number pf[protected] dt.19/11/2018. Kindly help me fo rembirsement and also action against those fraud people.

                                    Sir, i having titanium credit card from year 2015. i used my credit card for rare transaction only. in the month of nov18, renewal membership charges (500+90 rs with igst) had been debited to my card without any information given to me. why, you are not giving mail or doing one call to your customers that your card would get renewal required or not?. how can you do that? this is a unexpected expenses seen when i login page of hdfc credit. i don't want to renew my card . i just want to block. so many times regularly try to contact you, but can't able to connect you. kindly give me solution how this charges can return back? i request your team members to look after this request and take action that i requested you. other wise, i will take strict action on your team.

                                      I am having s/a no.[protected] since 2000 in this bank and the bank has issued me a debit card as a preferred customer but on 14.11.2018 an amount of rs.885/- has been deducted from my account in respect of atm annual maintenance charge illegally. I have lodged a complaint on line and the same has been registered under reference no.8276233 on 25.11.2018 (Hbl[protected] but till date nothing has been received from the bank.in view of above i request for credit of the same in my account at the earliest.
