about saving account closure

I had closed my hdfc account 2 years ago.. Till now they didn't close or update my cif number from my account. After that i din't get my gas subsidy coz it shows my aadhar card status show inactive and rejected from npcl.
I went in hdfc bank changanacherry branch, kottayam, kerala and told this complaint but the employee behave very harsh and very rude.
I need some solution for this as soon as possible....

credit card issue

I had some wrong transaction so raised a complaint and later they asked to file a dispute I did. Still was making regular payment. After that some unauthorized transaction happened and I blocked the card. I lost all trust on HDFC. I had 1.5K balance and said until dispute resolved will not pay, still calculated interest and made it 5K and issued a PDA notice. No one answers phone, neither the Cc legal help line, Cc dispute, HDFC credit card...

reversal of failed flipkart transaction

I have cancelled a order on flipkart, i immediately got a msg from hdfc next morning that

Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 6338 for rs. 29663.00 has been credited/reversed by flipkart16326 on[protected]:05:34:00.

I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. Please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done it's part....

hdfc edc machine customer care not available

We have an EDC machine from HDFC Bank having TID No. 47071414. In this many cards fail to transact giving error message "Tracking Error" . Noteworthy to mention that the same card transacts successfully in another EDC machine we have from ICICI nd UBI Bank.

unnecessary deduction

My account is debited unnecessarily multiple times without any notification also there is no notification after debit.

They have debited almost[protected] from my account

Hdfc is simply trying to loot the customers

When I tried talking to customer support they told its for insufficient balance maintenance

But according to rbi guidelines, you cannot deduct the balance without notificationbr...

closing of credit card

Hi sir,
I have not used the credit card issued by hdfc. Requested to cancel it. Also submitted cancellation request form in hdfc bank. They activated one assist security plan without asking me, deducted 1399 and converted it in to 3 emi s without my intervention. Request you to help me.

I am using hdfc credit card from last 4 years, i did many shopping from this card.

Last 1 years, i have paid the amount rs 4000 every month but still the margin amount was not reduced and i have requesting for executive more then 10 times to closing my credit card for some amount but they are not give the proper response.

This is with the reference to the transaction id mir[protected], i have been charged an amount of 885 as debit card annual fee, i am really frustrated by these charges. I spoke to the customer service and i was been told that the amount cannot be reversed. Kindly requesting you to reverse the amount or else i want to close all the accounts i am holding with hdfc bank and this really does not encourage me to use any of your services....

I have been charged an annual fee of 885 on my debit card... I have not upgraded my card. But i have still been charged the money. I need a refund asap.

credit card

My credit card even after it is blocked, I am getting interest on interest even after I reported customer care I was out if the country after my wedding and hadn't followed up on the card. Request immediately call from hdfc credit manager to get this issue sorted. Also the mail id they are sending statement is very old id and no representative from HDFC had contacted me on this instance....

hdfc demat charges

When i opened my salary account they opened the demat as well and told that it is free. However, they are charging me the account fee now. This is very ridiculous.
I tried to contact the custom care time twice but after long wait couldn't connect with tham. That is really a example of pathetic customer service.
I would advise everyone to not choose hdfc further.
