There is a concern related to my Savings account which is currently blocked.The account had an amount of 36800 which has been taken on hold due to a due amount in my credit card.After several queries I came to know if i clear my due which amounts to 46765 the amount in my savings account will be released.
Therefore the due amount on my credit card was paid on the 5th of september through billdesk and direct payment in the Bank branch of HDFC unitech kolkata.Post which the customer care informed me the savings account will be unblocked and the amount will be released within 24 hours.However it didnt happen and the customer care kept on de-escalating my request o[censored]nblocking my account and have last informed me that the process to it is to receive a call from the Collection team post which they will release d amount unblock it.It is almost 50 hours now that i have paid my dues.
The issue is more serious cause this account is my salary account and I receive money from other sources in it directly, I have no other account except this.Therefore it is of a great trouble right now.
The customer care each time varies from each other in terms of information.
It is my earnest plea to you to help me out with this problem since it has been more than 50 hours now.

    Since 10 days now I am trying to make a deal with some hdfc collection agent to make a settlement of my credit card. Each day they give one reason or other for settlement but the actual settlement didn't happened till date.

      Hello,

      I have done an imps transfer on september 5th from hdfc bank and i got a message saying that due to technical reasons the transfer didn’t go through and it shows that the processor is down.

      I went to the bank but the people there are unaware how to clear the problem and said that i would be getting a call but i never did.

      It’s been 2 days but still haven’t got my money back.

        My credit card no. ([protected]) expired on aug 2018. The renewed card was probably sent but i have neither received card or any information or call from bank or courier service regarding the credit card.
        Bank has not called before dispatching the credit card.
        Courier service has not called or left any message regarding delivery of credit card.
        Please help me to resolve this issue.

          Charges have been implied on my account without any information / intimation by any means for minimum amount balance to be maintained. This is a serious crime or cheating at bank's end and i have valid proofs to prove this. I have been associated with hdfc since 2014 and recently without any information, charges are getting implied to my account for non maintenance which was not there till april 2018. No communication has been shared and all of a sudden these charges have been implied. If my complaint is not addressed properly, i will be bound to take a legal action against bank.               Hi hdfc team,

              So recently, i joined a new company and as per the company policy they opened an salary

              Account on hdfc. The sales person persisted me to get the credit card so i applied for hdfc

              Credit card & submitted all the required documents and information for application form.

              I was confident of getting my card application approved. After a day or two received

              Multiple sms regarding credit card processing, one of those sms was this :
              "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]n1 is approved in

              Principle subject to internal checks"

              But few days later i received mail from bank that they are incapable to process my

              Application without specifying any reason. Following is the mail:

              Dear sir/madam,
              Subject : your credit card application reference no. [protected]n1
              Thank you for your interest in hdfc bank credit card.

              "we wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's

              Internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria

              And/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit

              Processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and

              Document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your

              Application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

              Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not

              Reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability."

              What a # response to my application..! If someone is reading this message from hdfc

              Credit risk team, have the guts to send me the specific reason for rejection.

              It is really disappointing that after collecting all the docs and verifications still not

              Giving the reason. This also makes feel insecure about our document to be miss used like

              Pan card, aadhar card, bank statements, pay slips as all these are private properties.

              So hoping to get some solution.

                You can reset your ATM PIN for prepaid through netbanking by following below steps: Log on to www.hdfcbank.com Select 'Prepaid/Forex Cards' tab under 'Login' section. Select My Request -> Set ATM PIN Select the active card (radio button) Answer the secret question and answers, mention Date of birth, card expiry details and submit. You will receive an SMS/e-mail alert on your registered mobile number/email address on the successful confirmation of change of ATM PIN.

                  This is with regards to emi for my hdfc personal loan account no[protected].

                  I had taken a personal loan from hdfc bank two months back and my emi due date is 4th of every month for rs 4025/-. As my emi’s due date was 4th, same day in the morning itself rs 10435 was deposited in my account around 12noon. However, even when my account had sufficient balance the emi didn’t get deducted from my account for the personal loan. I was under an impression that it might have been due to some technical issue from the bank and it will get deducted at a later date however when i checked my bank account today found that the bank deducted my emi amount along with a late fee of rs550 which was really shocking for me.

                  I called your customer care no few minutes ago to speak with the executive and what she advised me that it was because the bank runs an auto debit system in the morning around 10am. I was never aware of this nor did the bank ever inform me that if my emi due date is 4th then i need to update my bank account before 10am in the morning. So, there is no fault from my side.

                  Request you to do the needful from your side to refund my late fee which has been deducted incorrectly.

                        Had submitted my id proofs - pan card copy, aadhar card copy, company id card copy, residence address copy - to hdfc bank representatives for the purpose of applying for credit card, on 10-aug.
                        Though they assured delivery of card within 7-10 working days, there has been absolutely no progress or any update for 3 weeks!

                        On asking to cancel my application & return the documents i had submitted, there has been absolutely no response and there is no way to raise a complaint regarding this. None of my calls are returned by the rep who took my documents!
                        Writing to priority redressal has been useless too as they always reply with some standard mail template without even bothering to check the status

                            I was trying to load 21, 000 on 5th september from my mobikwik virtual card though the amount got debited from my mobikwik but didn't get credited to my payzapp account. As instructed by payzapp representative i have sent the details to mobikwik asking them to check however i got an information from them stating that the transaction was settled. Kindly look into matter and credit the amount.

                              On 3 sep 2018 i tried to book train ticket through bhim upi, in which transaction got failed but balance got deducted from account balance for twice.

                              Post which i tried to follow up with the irctc customer care in which they have updated that money resides on bank itself only, as money was not transferred to their account.

                              However after these i've taken follow up hdfc bank customer care and they confirmed me that on 4th september my money will get credited to my account but still awaiting for that. Also for which i'm taking several follow up the hdfc bank but my call is kept on hold for than 1 hour approx and get my call get disconnected. These i tried thrice.

                              Really fed up with the customer care of hdfc bank. Request you to intervene in this case and help us to resolve the issue asap.

                                      The offer stated that by 30th august, 2018 the cashback will be credited but it's already 7th september now and in my creditcard statement for the month of august the cashback is not reflected yet. I have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details
                                      Its a fraud!
