    I have linked my adhar card with hdfc bank saving account and also with bharat gas but its pending from bank side for uploading it in npci mapper...
    And so i am not getting subsidy credited in my bank account...
    Asked in bank branch several times but their reply is we have linked your adhar card with bank account..

      These banks... Specially hdfc never stops... Now they are harassing my sister... Even after specified guidelines issued from rbi. It happens in life sometimes due to unwanted we fall behind payments. But instead of helping to resolve the situation by providing various option hdfc bank will start harassing you. A women from hdfc recovery section - phone no. [protected] is being calling my sister and keeps saying “ do mahine se bank ka paisa lia hai sharam nahi ati, payment karne ka dum nahi tha to card kyu lia”. While my sister is trying to resolve the situation, these things are adding up to mental pressure. When they have to issue cards, they will give you free hair dryer, mixer - juicer, power bank so that one way or other please take their card so that they can harass you later. They may come back to us on this complaint but they will never stop. Every single day they harass customers, dont understand how they can live with themselves after making such calls.

        Need help please.

        I have recently done balance transfer of my home loan account from sbi. During application file process, mr. Kanai deb and mr. Bhaskar gupta (Sales team of hdfc) interfaced with me for all the initial formalities and provide all the clarification that i had. Then they promised me many times that there is no processing fees needed while transferring the balance (Irrespective of existing top ups if any) only if i need some additional top up from hdfc then processing fees will be applicable. However i need to pay the processing fees for the sake of processing the files later on which will be returned back during disbursement except token fees of rs 59. So, i had payed 3 checks with amount,
        11800 - for sbi main loan account (Refundable except rs 59) - clarified many times from kanai
        3540 - for sbi top up loan account (Refundable except rs 59) - clarified many times from kanai
        3540 - for addition top up from hdfc (Not refundable) - clarified many times from kanai
        I clarified above things very clearly from mr. Kanai. Then only i agreed to process my application files.
        But during the disbursement i got to know from mr. Niloy (Branc manager of tegharia, hdfc) that 2nd line item (I. E. 3540 - for sbi top up loan account (Refundable except rs 59)) can not be refunded. I convey the message from kanai but he didn't agree on this and asked me to sort out with kanai.

        Then i reached out to kanai. He said he will get approval from higher management and refund the amount. But later on he is not responding my phone. He is not reachable.
        I reached out to niloy. He said he will talk to kanai. Butt i am not getting any response back from any of these 3 people since last 3 weeks.

        Could you please help me in this regard.

          My name is abdul karim it has been one weeks past, i dont get my credit card at all. Although the cedit card number has showing in my netbanking. I dnt know how to collect it. But it is bank's responsibilty to co ordinate their clints untill the products reach to their clints hand. But i am sorry to say that my crdit card issuing branch dalhouse, fail to do that.. I dnt know how can i collect my credit card at all.. Please deliver my credit card as early as possible

            For your information, we using hdfc credit card ([protected]). But unfortunately in april 2018 we went to home town and spend long time in home town approx 3 month.in between we lost the card and in july 2018 we back in delhi and block the card by hdfc customer care. But after some time hdfc customer care executive call me, why not pay your pending bill and we ask the total 2140/- and she tell me very roughly, unmannerly, so we socked and after long discussion she tell me amount payable approx 2140/-
            But only in march 18, we use credit card for approx 320/- only, how is possible 2140/- hdfc customer executive's language not good. We want settle the amount and canceled credit card. Because we will not able to do pay lot of pantry.

              I have a trading account with hdfc securities which was recently opened by me just 1 month. They debited rs.2000 for vas sms alert without my permission and when i enquirie the agent who made me join said it is a stock worth rs.2000 bought and told me not to worry he will sell give my money. When complained via mail it is sms charge rs 2000 debited from my account.
              While opening i paid rs.1999 it has 6months stock sms free alert and they activated sms alert and made me rs 2000 loss this has been activated without my permission and funny part is hdfc executive told me not to go with hdfc stock sms alert. I hope hdfc sees my problem and refunds my 2000rs.

                Policy sold to me totaly fraud:

                3- mr. Nitin arawal - delhi ro - hdfc life insurance company ltd. Mo - +91 [protected], [protected]

                They all are involved to pass me one to another person after i raised complaint for which i am facing issue since i have buy policy.
                I request you, kindly help me for the same. I request you, kindly cancel the policy and refund my amount of rs. 30, 000/- which i have paid to hdfc standard life insurance company limited.

                They told me addtional benefits:
                1- hdfc classic assure plus plan + pension plan+health
                2- maturity period-10 years
                3- premium pay period-7 years
                4- special discount on premium @ 20%
                5- pension plan 950/per month
                6- health & med claim plan 2.50l / year

                I request you, please do not buy any policy from hdfc life. They are making fraud only.

                  I have the honour to inform you that i surrendered a policy no. 15595659 on 10.7.2018 but my surrendered value is yet to be disbursed by the guwahati branch. I am in a great difficulty. I approached branch several times but all the time they refused stating it as a technical issues. Please ensure immediate response to my request as i have to pay hospital bills. I had also another policy of hdfc life but i couldn't deposit my renewal premium and it is now paid up. I hoped that as soon as i receive the surrendered money of the earlier policy i could have deposit my premium. It is very shameful that a renowned institute like hdfc is doing nothing for a poor customer like me. I have lost my trust upon you. Hope you would do the needful today without further delay lest i will approach ombudsman immediately.

                    There is a concern related to my Savings account which is currently blocked.The account had an amount of 36800 which has been taken on hold due to a due amount in my credit card.After several queries I came to know if i clear my due which amounts to 46765 the amount in my savings account will be released.
                    Therefore the due amount on my credit card was paid on the 5th of september through billdesk and direct payment in the Bank branch of HDFC unitech kolkata.Post which the customer care informed me the savings account will be unblocked and the amount will be released within 24 hours.However it didnt happen and the customer care kept on de-escalating my request o[censored]nblocking my account and have last informed me that the process to it is to receive a call from the Collection team post which they will release d amount unblock it.It is almost 50 hours now that i have paid my dues.
                    The issue is more serious cause this account is my salary account and I receive money from other sources in it directly, I have no other account except this.Therefore it is of a great trouble right now.
                    The customer care each time varies from each other in terms of information.
                    It is my earnest plea to you to help me out with this problem since it has been more than 50 hours now.

                        Hello,

                        I have done an imps transfer on september 5th from hdfc bank and i got a message saying that due to technical reasons the transfer didn’t go through and it shows that the processor is down.

                        I went to the bank but the people there are unaware how to clear the problem and said that i would be getting a call but i never did.

                        It’s been 2 days but still haven’t got my money back.

                            Charges have been implied on my account without any information / intimation by any means for minimum amount balance to be maintained. This is a serious crime or cheating at bank's end and i have valid proofs to prove this. I have been associated with hdfc since 2014 and recently without any information, charges are getting implied to my account for non maintenance which was not there till april 2018. No communication has been shared and all of a sudden these charges have been implied. If my complaint is not addressed properly, i will be bound to take a legal action against bank.                                 Hi hdfc team,

                                So recently, i joined a new company and as per the company policy they opened an salary

                                Account on hdfc. The sales person persisted me to get the credit card so i applied for hdfc

                                Credit card & submitted all the required documents and information for application form.

                                I was confident of getting my card application approved. After a day or two received

                                Multiple sms regarding credit card processing, one of those sms was this :
                                "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]n1 is approved in

                                Principle subject to internal checks"

                                But few days later i received mail from bank that they are incapable to process my

                                Application without specifying any reason. Following is the mail:

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                Subject : your credit card application reference no. [protected]n1
                                Thank you for your interest in hdfc bank credit card.

                                "we wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's

                                Internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria

                                And/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit

                                Processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and

                                Document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your

                                Application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

                                Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not

                                Reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability."

                                What a # response to my application..! If someone is reading this message from hdfc

                                Credit risk team, have the guts to send me the specific reason for rejection.

                                It is really disappointing that after collecting all the docs and verifications still not

                                Giving the reason. This also makes feel insecure about our document to be miss used like

                                Pan card, aadhar card, bank statements, pay slips as all these are private properties.

                                So hoping to get some solution.

                                  It never asked for a pin for food card. I lost my card & now i got a new card replacing the old. But new food card is asking for pin but i was not given any pin number.

                                  You can reset your ATM PIN for prepaid through netbanking by following below steps: Log on to www.hdfcbank.com Select 'Prepaid/Forex Cards' tab under 'Login' section. Select My Request -> Set ATM PIN Select the active card (radio button) Answer the secret question and answers, mention Date of birth, card expiry details and submit. You will receive an SMS/e-mail alert on your registered mobile number/email address on the successful confirmation of change of ATM PIN.

                                    I had taken a personal loan from hdfc bank two months back and my emi due date is 4th of every month for rs 4025/-. As my emi’s due date was 4th, same day in the morning itself rs 10435 was deposited in my account around 12noon. However, even when my account had sufficient balance the emi didn’t get deducted from my account for the personal loan. I was under an impression that it might have been due to some technical issue from the bank and it will get deducted at a later date however when i checked my bank account today found that the bank deducted my emi amount along with a late fee of rs550 which was really shocking for me.

                                    I called your customer care no few minutes ago to speak with the executive and what she advised me that it was because the bank runs an auto debit system in the morning around 10am. I was never aware of this nor did the bank ever inform me that if my emi due date is 4th then i need to update my bank account before 10am in the morning. So, there is no fault from my side.

                                    Request you to do the needful from your side to refund my late fee which has been deducted incorrectly.

                                      I have payed tha last emi of my car but the bank is not issueing the noc they are asking for money that if you will pay us 1535 rs. Then we will give you your noc but i have submmited to hdfc bank staff that during loan period my account was having sufficient amount to be debited for the payment of last emi but they were telling me that your account was not having sufficient amount to be debited and now asking for a fine of rs 1535 then we will issue your noc. My car loan detail or loan id is 33200448

                                        I have not received my credit card from the time my previous credit card was expired.Its been a year now.I dont know what happened as I came to know that it was been sent but it never reached me.Please help on this on an urgent basis.
