I had got hold of the Sampoorna Samruddhi plan with a yearly premium of 50, 000 for 5 years. Total investment wasRs 2, 50, 000. It matured in the last month and maturity payout was Rs 2, 03, 355.9. Ie less than investment amount. Even though The HDFC Life promising their clients The Maturity Benefit is the Sum Assured, plus attaching reversionary bonuses, plus any interim and terminal bonus applicable, plus an additional enhanced terminal bonus if it is an Enhanced Cash Option. I was opted The Enhanced Cash Option
When I reported this Unfair Insurance settlement, I got very disappointing replay from HDFC Life service department, with the statement that the benefit will be payable if all due premiums under the policy have been paid. But I didn’t miss any yearly payments, the last payment Transaction ID was: HDFC4048164. INR 53571.00 on 02:46:28 PM IST on[protected]. (Interest RS 5, 069) Actual Premiums were RS: 48, 502
In effect, I had payed RS 2, 55, 069
When I delayed the last payment, I got multiple calls from your company. I forced to make the payment with a huge penalty for the last payment. If the due date is exceeded why you guys are accepted my payment and received so many concessions call and forced me to pay the money, that incurs a great deal of disturbance in my course of employment and mental trouble also.
Thus, I am eligible for the Maturity Benefit for the Enhanced Cash Option
It should be RS 2, 55, 069 +
Reversionary bonuses+ any interim and terminal bonus+ additional enhanced terminal bonus as per your commitment

Otherwise, I will register a lawsuit in the Court against the company, including you and the agents involved in this cheating and robbery. At the same time, file a complaint with the RBI ombudsman. In addition, will escalate it to the top level HDFC life management

HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, if policyholder have any unresolved issue with respect to your HDFC Life policy. Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed. Once the email is sent by customer inform him / her to share the interaction id with us.
But I didn't receive any bond from the company from 100 days over, so I lost my confidence on Hdfc so I would like to get back my money
