Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 9471 without my concern on date:15/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    Ordered speakers through amazon, order couldnt complete but payment was done for the same, message received with refund initiation from amazon india on 2nd september with ref id[protected].
    Refund not received yet.
    Contacted amazon service, they informed that refund is processed from their side but stuck in bank.

      I have opened an account while my job in wipro. One executive asked me to open hdfc salaried account. As i was having my salary account in sbi, i told that i won't change my salary account but i[censored] still want i can take this account. He gave me and told there is no charges to keep. U can keep multiple accounts. Some days i used it and then i stopped using that account. After one or two years i deposited some amount in that account that got debited immediately. I complained to bank and bank told that it is amb amount that is for keeping the amount minimum in the bank. I said i was not aware and i sent a mail to bank to close the account. Bank revert me saying that on mail account can not be closed. I have to fill one attached form and deposit in bank but there was no form enclosed. I waited for some days but later on i went my hometown because of my father's immediate death. That time i was using one hdfc credit card. Somehow i came in debts after my father and for some days i was not able to clear my card. Then after 2-3 years, i got a call from hdfc saying that they are offering waivers where i can clear my credit card by paying some less amount around 32k. I said okay for the same. That executive name was sunil. I paid the amount and he promised that my cibil will be fine and i am eligible for loan and credit cards in future. He asked me to collect the clearance letter from bank which my fiance reaceived from naini banch. Now i tried to open one account in hdfc because of my new job. I got to know that my account is still active not dormant and some 59k i have to pay. I went to bank they said that it is credit card amount. I told them that i have celared the credit card as per clearance letter that i received. Later they told that it is amb and they told that your account is in dormant. I said if it is dormant how come charges are applicable on my account. No one is helping me. They have put dpd for late payments. My cibil is good but i am not able to apply loan. I don't have my parents. I am begging these bank ppl to help me. No one is supporting. Kindly help. I need to apply loan fory family emergency.

        On purchase of Jewellery, on 5th AUgust, 2018, I was told a 5% cash back was available on HDFC cards. I even checked whether it was there, It was. However, no cash back has been deposited till now in my account, till date. Most unfortunate, please look into the matter.

          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and i have paid 500/-, they said 7 to 10 working days will get it. But till i didnt get any response from their side.

          Note: applied on sep5th 2018,
          My application reference no. Is hfr076117.

          Please tell me that when will i receive my fastag. See if i go directly to the toll gate office i will get it immediately. This is very worst response from hdfc bank. I want to know how can i get the refund, so that i will get it with some other vendor.

              I have been with hdfc bank for more than 8 years now. 5 years ago i was offered a platinum debit card with a life time free subscription. It all started when hdfc started charging me an amount of 850 for the card from 2016. When i spoke to a manager, she was extremely rude and stated that they cannot reverse the charges. I had told her this was a bank error and i should not be charged, however she kept starting the charges for the card. When i asked her why have i not been charged for so long and suddenly charges are applied. She had no answer. This is hdfc's way of swindling money. They offer life time free cards and then start charging their customers after a few years. I would like a refund for my charges and an apology from hdfc for their rude behavior.

              I had spoken to your customer service team, the details of my account was provided and i am also assuming all your calls have been recorded. so you can use that an pull up the information. Also, you have not stated anything about the incorrect charges by your bank. submitting the branch name will not resolve my issue as this was done through telephone banking. Also, there should be no reason for me to visit the branch as this was a "BANK ERROR"

                  I was asked to reset the pin - log on to www.hdfcbank.com select 'prepaid/forex cards' tab under 'login' section. Select my request - set atm pin select the active card (Radio button) answer the secret question and answers, mention date of birth, card expiry details and submit.

                  As my old credit card ending with 8895 is expired on 08/2018. The hdfc team send me message that a new card is sent by speed post and as i was checking the status, no speed post doc no. Found. I called hdfc customer care several times but not found a satisfactory answer. They further billing on the card without card. And calling to payment. I told i did not received the card they said for call to customer care. What should i to do?

                          Mr amit who was the representative from hdfc bank kolkata had all my documents verified and i submitted him and signed all his documents.
                          Then i received many calls from the bank for the credit card address verification.
                          My present as well as my office address was verified.
                          I received sms also regarding the verification process and all got completed. The digital verification was also successful.
                          However today i logged in the system and found its showing disapproved.
                          Why it got happened i received 2 other credit card also from icici bank on the same documents and address. And both icici and hdfc was done at same day same time by separate representatives.
                          As per rbi guidelines without proper reason.

                            On 2nd of august 2018 i tried to add 239 rs to my paytm wallet...5 times rs 40 and 1 time rs 39 but everytime it showed that bank has declined the payment... After half an hour i started getting sms from bank that money has been deducted from bank.. When i approached paytm they said money has not been received by them and bank has only refunded me 39 rs and rest 200 rs they are saying that they have transferred it to paytm but paytm is refusing on that.. Plz help

                              Dear sir, my name is ashishkumar kotadiya. Once i went to the hdfc bank for transaction in my account and one executive told me that if i had go with cradit card then i have many benefits. And she gave me all details of that like its lifetime free after first year transaction of 20000 and 2nd year transaction of 50000. And i had purchased it from her. After that i had almost spent above 30000 first year and also above 75000 2nd year. But i got charges of rs.695 from the cradit card bill. And when i go to the bank, no one listen my problem and everybody told that give the online complaint. When i had tried for call the cradit card customer care, there is no reply or also there is not any option to talk with cardit card customer care executive. Its so mentally herrecement for me. So please i request to solve my issue and cancel my unknown charges for that also..

                                Premium receipt of rs. 50, 000/- paid on 31/03/2011 not received so far.

                                Have been approached over telephone to further deposit 50, 000/- to get back 1, 70, 518/- which is the current value of the money multi plan with pp term 10 years. Caller manush jain is refusing to send mail. Call received from [protected].
                                Is it a genuine caller? From hdfc life?

                                  This is complaint regarding your employees. They are harassing me on call all day and night.
                                  Can you please ask them to stop calling my colleagues neighbours family members.
                                  They have created a mess in my life at a level from where i can attempt suicide.
                                  24 hours they keep on calling any one from any contact whether they are connected to me or not.

                                  And this all is increasing day by day.
                                  Due to this i am fired from my office.
                                  Can you please ask them to stop abusing me on each call and if they think that by doing these things they can get what they want so forget that.

                                  Hi, If you cant solve a issue why this online portal is created. They are calling each and every second to every second person in the universe. Which rule of RBI allows them to harass a person at this extent.

                                    Hi, i have a hdfc account which was opened by my previous employer and after i left that company, it has been dormant ever since. Although, illegal still hdfc bank has been levying false maintenance charges to it and it has reached up to -8000+ recently. Earlier this year, they even sent me a text saying that your account will be closed if you don't take any action and so i didn't expecting the same, so they should have closed it, right? But they kept it open and kept levying maintenance charges. Now, by some technical glitch, myntra e-commerce website has transferred my refund amount into that account, which i cannot even withdraw it since that was already gulped by hdfc and the maintenance charges were deducted from it.
                                    My request is plz return that amount since i don't have anything to do with this account or bank anymore and that is pretty much clear since i have never used it in 2+ years now. And my financial condition isn't that well these days, so every penny counts.

                                    Now they have even deducted all the money even after all the complaints and everything. I am not liable to pay them in anyway since I don't use or want to use their services in anyways and was never their customer, infact my employer was and still this Bank is behaving like a fraud.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    All your Bank did on providing response on my complaint is to confirm the refund and nothing else. My real concern is, I want that money back. I don't want anything to do with this HDFC account and haven't been using it for 2+ years now. Please close it once and for all and allow my refund money from Myntra to come back to me.
                                    I would have have visited this branch and closed it myself, if I was living in the state.
                                    I am married and have moved 2+ yes ago.
                                    So, plz understand and help.
