Today was my due date of jambo loan but not sufficient cash on morning, when i got salary that time i have noticed that hdfc already attempt 2 times for withdrawing cash, my salary account in hdfc and till 11 am not got any message from bank that my salary has deposited, question is why hdfc in hurry in early morning to collect money, we are salaried people and travelling 40 km daily from early morning to reach office, they can easily claim after lunch hour it is very comfortable every customer. Some times we do not have sufficient money to pay the emi early morning, request you change the timings not date, or please do not penalized for 2hrs delay.

    I'm Using HDFC Credit card. I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 2599 from my credit card in August 2018 towards renewal.

    I have instructed not to auto renew, but still it have been renewed without information.

    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs:2599 along with extra amount deducted due to this rediculous stubs. Pleases deactivate ONE ASSIST membership & refund me all the deducted amount.This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist MFEE without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

      I went to HDFC one of the branch in bangalore for addition of surname in my name and the personal banker sitting there told me to submit document that was used to open the account with the old name.

      But i see and understand that, documents with new name is required.

      Can i get the correct answer for the documents required to get the name change.

        I am akhil udayan.I have applied for a credit card and it was rejected after all verification. While checking online about the status got result as my application was rejected. I thought its because of my salary. Because i have taken some advance and it has been deducted from my salary every month. So i didn't mind. Thought will apply later after finishing all advnce. Now i have applied for a car loan on hdfc and it was delayed. When i contacted the branch i came to know that i am blacklisted on hdfc. Then i approached another bank and they declined my application due to this issue. Its reflects in cibil of mine. Hdfc is telling i have made some editing on the document which i have given to the bank for credit card application. But nothing happened like that in my knowledge. Please help me to get out of this. Am totally stucked.

          I had got hold of the Sampoorna Samruddhi plan with a yearly premium of 50, 000 for 5 years. Total investment wasRs 2, 50, 000. It matured in the last month and maturity payout was Rs 2, 03, 355.9. Ie less than investment amount. Even though The HDFC Life promising their clients The Maturity Benefit is the Sum Assured, plus attaching reversionary bonuses, plus any interim and terminal bonus applicable, plus an additional enhanced terminal bonus if it is an Enhanced Cash Option. I was opted The Enhanced Cash Option
          When I reported this Unfair Insurance settlement, I got very disappointing replay from HDFC Life service department, with the statement that the benefit will be payable if all due premiums under the policy have been paid. But I didn’t miss any yearly payments, the last payment Transaction ID was: HDFC4048164. INR 53571.00 on 02:46:28 PM IST on[protected]. (Interest RS 5, 069) Actual Premiums were RS: 48, 502

          In effect, I had payed RS 2, 55, 069

          When I delayed the last payment, I got multiple calls from your company. I forced to make the payment with a huge penalty for the last payment. If the due date is exceeded why you guys are accepted my payment and received so many concessions call and forced me to pay the money, that incurs a great deal of disturbance in my course of employment and mental trouble also.

          Thus, I am eligible for the Maturity Benefit for the Enhanced Cash Option

          It should be RS 2, 55, 069 +

          Reversionary bonuses+ any interim and terminal bonus+ additional enhanced terminal bonus as per your commitment

          That will be the true reflection of HDFC Life - New Vision & Values

          Excellence; People Engagement; Integrity; Customer Centricity; Collaboration...

          The maturity payout will shows the integrity of HDFC Life insurance Company

          Otherwise, I will register a lawsuit in the Court against the company, including you and the agents involved in this cheating and robbery. At the same time, file a complaint with the RBI ombudsman. In addition, will escalate it to the top level HDFC life management

            I rejected loan because of my credit card settlement. I have received this mess age from the bank "Thanks for your loan request. Unfortunately due settlements/write-offs in your credit history the system has rejected your loan request this time. We hope to be of service when some of these have been redeemed. "
            So I am requesting a Copy of the NOC and Settlement Closure Letter and Removal of my name from CIBIL to get loan. Kindly give me NOC settlement Closure letter.

              See below the complaint that we raised with HDFC a month ago and still no response. Complaint ref number: FB[protected]

              This is with reference to the complaint reference no. mentioned above.
              I, Cynthia Khatso (D/O of the account holder) am writing on behalf of Annie Khatso.
              Issue: I deposited cash in her account the other day. She than received the confirmation message but it showed available balance less. She than immediately contacted the branch in Purana Bazar, Dimapur wherein she was informed that on 26July INR 4474.83 was debited. She then visited the branch the very next day i.e, dated 2nd Aug and spoke to Atovi Sema (Deputy Manager) at the branch. After investigation my mother was informed that on 26July18 cash was withdrawn using credit card and that too at Chennai. Now that was a shock for her as she had never travelled to Chennai and neither ask for any credit card to be issued. She used to get calls to know if she is interested for credit card but she always refused.
              Now the staff at the branch said to write an Application in order to get a refund and to block the card. Below are the details wanted.

              This is unacceptable service from your part. The account holder is an elderly woman and this situation panicked her. How is it possible that HDFC has issued a credit card to a third person and that too when the account holder has not requested for one.

              I AM NOT HAPPY THAT THE BANK HAS SHARED MY DETAILS TO A THIRD PARTY. WITH THIS INCIDENT I AM NOW FEELING UNSAFE TO DEPOSIT EVEN A SINGLE PENNY IN THE ACCOUNT. I WANT THIS TO BE RESOLVED AT THE EARLIEST ELSE I WILL TAKE A LEGAL ACTION FOR SHARING MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION. I ALSO WANT COMPENSATION AGAINST THE STRESS THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN TO AN ELDERLY WOMAN AND ALSO FOR FAILING TO KEEP HER ACCOUNT CONFIDENTIAL.

                I had a HDFC credit card. I did not opt for credit shield insurance premium. Without information they charged 900.Is there any legal action that I can take on them. First time they charged me with ERGO insurance for that some body suggested STOP CSG to send [protected] on this number. I had successfully opted out, but this time different insurance for that no cancellation option.This is really fraud on HDFC to take customers money in that fashioned.                   My salary account is showing -2300 rupee even i did my transaction yesterday only. Today i saw its in negative.                       My wallet id [protected]
                      I have been using it to login since activation. But now i am unable to login. It says invalid user id though i have selected wallet id as id type. When trying to reset user id or password the site doesn't work. What other ways of recharge can be made? The tollfree number is anyways busy.                           My salary account was created when I joined my first company, I left the company before six months.Now my salary account in HDFC bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me), I had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as I did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that I never logged in to my account through net banking. I logged into my account for some reason on 30th September 2018 and I see that I have Rs - 550.70 in my account. I request you to please take action against this.According to new RBI guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when I contacted your customer care they are refraining from closing it saying I have to fill the fine.I request you to close my HDFC account.

                              I was making one transaction to Limeroad using MobiKwik on 7th july.That transaction was failed but the money was not refunded.I have confirmed from Limeroad as well as Mobikwik that they did not received the money and informed the bank customer service also about the issue but still they did not respond or refund the money back.It's been more almost 2 month and still the bank is not paying any attention to refund the money back.I did not expect this kind of service from a bank like HDFC.

                                I was adding money to PAYTM on 27th aug, but transaction failed. At the same time, amount has been debited from bank account, but money has not been added to PAYTM. So early refund is expected. Amount is Rs.2600.Incident took place on 27th of august, still refund is not received. Please do the needful. For middleclass person, Rs 2600 is big amount.

                                  My name is bhawdeep tomar, i have loan account in hdfc ltd, account no is[protected].

                                  Hdfc ltd is charging 9.3% interest rate, last time i have taken paid reduction on interest rate and hdfc ltd were charging 9% interest. Now they have increased interest rate 9.35% without intimation to me.
                                  Hdfc is taking undue advantage of old customers. As they are charging 8.85% interest rate to new customers.
                                  How they can treat old customer as secondary client whereas new customers are having advantage.

                                  This is ethically wrong. Please take necessary action.

                                    I took sum amount of 75000 hdfc life insurance policy on 10/august/2018.in manager nithya sent the two links i clicked the link amount was shown as 82671. I asked her my policy amount is 75000 rs only. Why should i paying 82671. She told sir this one is gst and tax so once you complete the payment it will refund from hdfc side, i trusted her completed the payment after that i checked with her, she said sorry sir its wrongly went. So i canceled you policy. I am said ok and 11/aug/2018 hdfc member came to my office. They had get my signature for cancellation form. I am also signed it. After that i am asking to hdfc life insurance manager tnagar branch nithya, she said daily today will cancelled the policy last 20 days said like that but yet now its not cancelled. Again i called to customer care people they told your policy is not cancelled yet. You have need to confirm your side then only cancelled the deducted amount is credit card. Now my credit card billis 82671. How can i pay this amount.

                                    I called by HDFC Customer Care people about the issue. They said request is taken on 28th August 2018 only, before we don't get any call from bank side. Now my issue is when my amount is refund. In Nithya Manager of HDFC she telling very cool you paid 82675 your credit card bill. Once Cancellation is complete amount will refund my account. But this is a big amount of me. My due date is 1st Sept 2018. Now over due so i want to solve the issue. I tried to convey her customer care people message. She dint listen she spoke very harshly. She said I am also raised the compliant you dont trust we cant do anything. My simple doubt she done already means it will cancelled right, but yet now my policy is not cancelled. Customer care people told 28th only taken request that also me only called. Very worst experience in HDFC Life Insurance and Manager Miss. Nithya.

                                      Sir, i, surinder pal singh s/o amrik singh r/o village shadipur, yamunanagar state the following for your kind consideration and favourable action. I am 55 yrs old unemployee, having no source of income. Last year i got a telephone call from hdfc bank shadipur branch yamunanagar that i can take personal loan and i was in need of money for my broken roof of my house. I approached the bank and was given personal loan. When policy came to me it made me upset as condition and facts were totally different from what i was told. I went to bank and asked them what is this premium of rs 30000. Bank people told me that you have been given hdfc life super income plan, policy no[protected] for which you have to pay rs 30000 up to 8 years, for this even my medical also was arranged by them only. But when i came to know the fact of it, i told them to close the policy and refund the paid amount. Bank told me that you continue the policy for three years then we will close it. Sir i am poor man and unable to pay rs 30000 every year for next three years even, how i can continue the policy for eight years. Sir i request you to close the subject policy and refund me rs 30000 which have been deducted from my account in nov 2017. Now again premium will be due in nov 2018 and i am not in position to pay. Hence i again request your kind honour to help me out by clossing the subject insurance policy which was started by bank without my consent and knowledge

                                      Please sir, do something issue is not yet resolved . I am very Tensed right now, HDFC is not paying any attention towards my complaint .. and they are threatening me to take back my complaint, i am very depressed i am not well economically stable and educated . It was a fraudulent policy which they had started own their own with out my reference and even they had taken my medical test by telling lies to me
                                      after your reply i had sent an compliant letter to HDFC LIFE POLICY and they haven't replied for the same
                                      please tell me the procedure to overcome with this situation

                                        I had been issued a credit card, drawn a sum of rs/70000 approx and paid 70000 approx, but as on date within 1 yrs and 3 months. It is still showing outstanding of rs.70000 in my part. I am irritating seeing this outstanding. I do not want to have credit card. Pl. Take a final balance sothat i can pay it in instalments in three /one and close the chapter.
