I had a HDFC credit card. I did not opt for credit shield insurance premium. Without information they charged 900.Is there any legal action that I can take on them. First time they charged me with ERGO insurance for that some body suggested STOP CSG to send [protected] on this number. I had successfully opted out, but this time different insurance for that no cancellation option.This is really fraud on HDFC to take customers money in that fashioned. The funny thing is that no customer care number is lifting my phone. My phone number is [protected] and email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com

    Hi team,
    My salary account is showing -2300 rupee even i did my transaction yesterday only. Today i saw its in negative. What the hell is going on tomorrow i will receive my salary in same account and that will be deducted.. By -2300 hundred i want to know why this happened.. Its my current salary account how can it be negative...
    I want to know how can you deduct amount without asking me.
    This is very bad will never suggest any1 to open account in hdfc
    Very worst service
    I went to nearest branch but no help was provided everyone is very rude
    Agar account open karwana ho toh sab achee se treat krte h and koi problem ho toh rude behavior..

      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4056 without my concern on date:30/08/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

        My wallet id [protected]
        I have been using it to login since activation. But now i am unable to login. It says invalid user id though i have selected wallet id as id type. When trying to reset user id or password the site doesn't work. What other ways of recharge can be made? The tollfree number is anyways busy. Please help me out to get this resolved to contribute using the service.

            My salary account was created when I joined my first company, I left the company before six months.Now my salary account in HDFC bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me), I had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as I did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that I never logged in to my account through net banking. I logged into my account for some reason on 30th September 2018 and I see that I have Rs - 550.70 in my account. I request you to please take action against this.According to new RBI guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when I contacted your customer care they are refraining from closing it saying I have to fill the fine.I request you to close my HDFC account.

                I was making one transaction to Limeroad using MobiKwik on 7th july.That transaction was failed but the money was not refunded.I have confirmed from Limeroad as well as Mobikwik that they did not received the money and informed the bank customer service also about the issue but still they did not respond or refund the money back.It's been more almost 2 month and still the bank is not paying any attention to refund the money back.I did not expect this kind of service from a bank like HDFC.

                  I was adding money to PAYTM on 27th aug, but transaction failed. At the same time, amount has been debited from bank account, but money has not been added to PAYTM. So early refund is expected. Amount is Rs.2600.Incident took place on 27th of august, still refund is not received. Please do the needful. For middleclass person, Rs 2600 is big amount.

                    increasing home loan interest without intimation

                    My name is bhawdeep tomar, i have loan account in hdfc ltd, account no is[protected].

                    Hdfc ltd is charging 9.3% interest rate, last time i have taken paid reduction on interest rate and hdfc ltd were charging 9% interest. Now they have increased interest rate 9.35% without intimation to me.
                    Hdfc is taking undue advantage of old customers. As they are charging 8.85% interest rate to new customers....

                    I took sum amount of 75000 hdfc life insurance policy on 10/august/2018.in manager nithya sent the two links i clicked the link amount was shown as 82671. I asked her my policy amount is 75000 rs only. Why should i paying 82671. She told sir this one is gst and tax so once you complete the payment it will refund from hdfc side, i trusted her completed the payment after that i checked with her, she said sorry sir its wrongly went. So i canceled you policy. I am said ok and 11/aug/2018 hdfc member came to my office. They had get my signature for cancellation form. I am also signed it. After that i am asking to hdfc life insurance manager tnagar branch nithya, she said daily today will cancelled the policy last 20 days said like that but yet now its not cancelled. Again i called to customer care people they told your policy is not cancelled yet. You have need to confirm your side then only cancelled the deducted amount is credit card. Now my credit card billis 82671. How can i pay this amount.

                    I called by HDFC Customer Care people about the issue. They said request is taken on 28th August 2018 only, before we don't get any call from bank side. Now my issue is when my amount is refund. In Nithya Manager of HDFC she telling very cool you paid 82675 your credit card bill. Once Cancellation is complete amount will refund my account. But this is a big amount of me. My due date is 1st Sept 2018. Now over due so i want to solve the issue. I tried to convey her customer care people message. She dint listen she spoke very harshly. She said I am also raised the compliant you dont trust we cant do anything. My simple doubt she done already means it will cancelled right, but yet now my policy is not cancelled. Customer care people told 28th only taken request that also me only called. Very worst experience in HDFC Life Insurance and Manager Miss. Nithya.

                      Sir, i, surinder pal singh s/o amrik singh r/o village shadipur, yamunanagar state the following for your kind consideration and favourable action. I am 55 yrs old unemployee, having no source of income. Last year i got a telephone call from hdfc bank shadipur branch yamunanagar that i can take personal loan and i was in need of money for my broken roof of my house. I approached the bank and was given personal loan. When policy came to me it made me upset as condition and facts were totally different from what i was told. I went to bank and asked them what is this premium of rs 30000. Bank people told me that you have been given hdfc life super income plan, policy no[protected] for which you have to pay rs 30000 up to 8 years, for this even my medical also was arranged by them only. But when i came to know the fact of it, i told them to close the policy and refund the paid amount. Bank told me that you continue the policy for three years then we will close it. Sir i am poor man and unable to pay rs 30000 every year for next three years even, how i can continue the policy for eight years. Sir i request you to close the subject policy and refund me rs 30000 which have been deducted from my account in nov 2017. Now again premium will be due in nov 2018 and i am not in position to pay. Hence i again request your kind honour to help me out by clossing the subject insurance policy which was started by bank without my consent and knowledge

                        I had been issued a credit card, drawn a sum of rs/70000 approx and paid 70000 approx, but as on date within 1 yrs and 3 months. It is still showing outstanding of rs.70000 in my part. I am irritating seeing this outstanding. I do not want to have credit card. Pl. Take a final balance sothat i can pay it in instalments in three /one and close the chapter.

                          I was pay the amount of 546 rs to flipcart from my hdfc cradit card. But a personal reason i have cancel that order. But after refund from flipcart the cradit card is not add the money in my card. After file the complaint in hdfc dispute department for cradit the amount of 546 rs. Canceled order they give me back the payment in my cradit card. But after next month they deduct the money without informing me. After file the complaint they not cradit the payment in my account. Now my complaint status is pending.

                            I missed my 2 month emi, on a bank holiday those people dint informed me and i took out cash to submit and when i reached bank was closed, now i had only cash and i complained them about that, they told me to atleast submit one installment and i somehow i did and now they are calling my mother and harrasing her saying that they will send 4 man to collect money the rest and they want it by tomorrow. They call from so many numbers.

                            I even asked them to send someone to my office address if they can..i ll give them money..but they denied and now they are saying that they will send people for one installment to my permanent address and that to my mother..the representative has very fowl mouth he speaks thing like aapka dimaag kharab hai aap kya samajhte ho khud ko and all..who talks like that
                            I never said i wont submit the emi. It was their fault they didnt inform me when i said m going bank to submit the EMI that bank is closed
                            And now talking things like this

                              How you people are calculating the emi for credit cards?
                              I booked smartpay emi for 1 lakh on 18th aug, then on 19th aug statement it is added the 1st emi with intreset of 1380rs. You are taking only 1 day to debit?

                              Even if i consider payment due date it is only around 15 days to pay. But you are charging me for 30days?

                              Completely fraud.

                              Hi friends dont book emi and dont use this hdfc credit cards.

                              We wish to inform that the EMI will start getting billed in your monthly credit card statement. We observe that you have opened the loan on 18/08/2018 and the next day was the bill generation date hence the EMI has been billed in the subsequent statement.

                                Just Because of RS. 3000/- I couldn't paid on time because I had Fraudulent transactions of RS. 70000 from other credit card due to Data leaking and my registered mobile number hacked. The HDFC CREDIT CARD Deptt. Executive calls me 15 t0 20 times per day. I told him regarding my problems due this Fraudulent transactions I stopped net banking .I told them give me some time I pay all the dues but they again started calling 9:am to 9:00pm calls from different different number on my both number. Now they started abused words through some lady executive . I have all records of voice calls.
                                HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I have taken home loan app 2888000/- from Aliganj Branch in 2008 for house in Lucknow. Presently I am working with Tata Steel Limited Jamshedpur and residing at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

                                  Today on 29.08.2018, I visited Jamshedpur branch to inquire about the balance home and and asked for foreclosure. I was asked by the security guard at gate to contact Mr. Suraj. When contacting Mr. Suraj, He behaved very rudely with me and said the following -
                                  1. He can not take deposit today and ask me to come on 03.09. 2018 without any appropriate justification.
                                  2. Secondly he asked to come with 6 month bank statement without which he can not accept the deposit.
                                  3. While I was discussing with him and trying to understand the rationale behind the requirement of 6 months bank statement, he used following words " kya pata app dacaity dal ke paisa jamakar rahe ho'.
                                  4. This was very insulting to me and I have very sternly told him to behave.
                                  5. Later I was told by the branch manager that it was to veryfy the source. I could not understand as if the HDFC Ltd is acting as officials of INCOME TAX DEPT.
                                  6. I am paying through an account payee cheque and it is recorded transaction. Bank statement is purely personal and why should I share .
                                  7. I told the BM to asking for bank account statment for foreclosure is not justified and it will not tell you any source. I can give you copy of IT Return where this account no is mentioned.
                                  8. The BM said he can not do anything as this is bank rule but he can not be able to show any rule or policy.
                                  9. I have told the BM that I can not provide the bank statement and he has to take the deposit. He told me that in that case I will have to deposit at Aliganj, Lucknow wherefrom I have taken the loan. I could not understand this rationale.
                                  10. This is the harrasement dome by HDFC Ltd.

                                  Following is my prayer -
                                  1. The employee Mr. Suraj must be punished for the misbehaviour of abusing me as Dacoit.
                                  2. HDFC must take the deposit through acount payee cheque without bank statement.

                                  If HDFC Ltd will not take any action on my complaint =, I shall be compelled to escalate the matter to RBI official and may prefer to go to the court.

                                    I have registered my Mobile number on national DND list.
                                    I have also registered the same mobile number on Do not Call Distrub registration on HDFC Bank Site.
                                    Till I am receiveing call from HDFC.
                                    Every day I get at least two calls. I have blocked more than 90 phone numbers of them.
                                    I want to sue them on immediate basis due to my mental frustration.

                                      I have not been using credit card for over 18 months...

                                      I had spoken to hdfc department that only 15000 of amount may be used by me rest all are the charges of non payment.

                                      I requested them for settlement that are saying we can get it to 35000.

                                      I had paid more than 40 thousand till date to hdfc.

                                      Kindly help me.. I can only settle maximum 15000.

                                      Now they are harssing saying me sir we had not taken your hand and swaped.

                                      They also are going round to my office. Creating problem near my house, and other locatility.
