I am writing to submit a complaint regarding credit card.
Since day beofore yesterday i am receiving calls from hdfc personnel in the conversation this guy says that rs 9350 will be deducted from your account. When i asked why, she said that there are benefits of this such as card securities, insurance, registration etc.& it's mandatory, if you not paid then automatically debited from your credit card., and it is your last day for submit.
When i refuse to take the offer he said that you will have to pay the amount.

I have tried calling grievance redressel, nodel officers but no one is responding or being able to reach anyone through the phone.
I am not interesting this type of business.
Kindly resolve my issue.
