My family was harassed by the collections team only because i phone stopped working for a day and i was not contactable. I agree i am over due but i have never ignored any calls from the bank. However in last two calls that i received from the back official from the collections team radhika called me on the 07/09/2018 and i spoke about settlement, she said will get back to me in 10 mins and now its 4 days gone no one has even tried to contact me. So this morning at 9:20 am 11/09/2018 i called the bank and spoke with avdesh he asked me to call the settlement team, and provided these two numbers [protected] / [protected] and both the numbers aren't working. Means the bank it self doesn't have the updated contact details. I had same issues with the bank few years ago hence i had closed my bank account. The bank has levied hell lot of finance charges without any intimation, when i checked them and called the bank they said its written in the kit and i should have read it. But these charges are an imp thing that needs to be informed to the customers, at the time of applying for the card which wasn't informed. I disagree to those finance charges and i want a settlement

In the event of non-receipt of payment, delayed payment or payment less than the total minimum amount due to the applicable late payment charges/finance charges would be levied to the card account. The details regarding the charges are mentioned in the Most important terms and conditions (MITC) you can refer the same using the below link.     My self is lalit mittal have three accounts in your bank having branch ifsc code:hdfc0000330. Sir, i have one current account and one saving account in my name and one saving account is of my wife's name. Sir, i have a classic account in your above said branch. But sir, the behavior of the above said branch is so rude that i can't explain you, so, sir it is decide by me to close my all accounts in your bank and open in other some bank. But, sir it is requested you to please look out the matter so that other customer of your bank not face such kind of a behavior.

      Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹590 from my account. This is happening for 2 time in a line, which was 2 months ago i was deducted with ₹470 and i have only noticed it later.

      The bank people are not responding i have tried calling them and i have also mailed them regarding this issue.

      It would be helpful if i get my money back asap

        I had applied for personal loan from HDFC bank. They first send I have negative account and I cleared it now they are saying that I have two accounts logged in for personal loan. Every time I ask how much time it will take they say it will be done . How can they wrongly cheat the customer when they have no sync within themselves . I needed funds urgently now it's unnecessary delayed . Worst bank ever. Please help me i[censored] can.

              I have taken a loan from hdfc ltd bilaspur cghattisgarh branch, for prepayment I had deposited cheque on 5 sep18, today on 10 se 18 when I enquired, ravi jaiswal, he turned up very arrogantly and rudely as if I'm asking for personal favour, hdfc should be aware of such black spot staff ., Who are badly spoiling image of hdfc ..A strong and disciplinary action should be taken again such worst, insincere, and black spot employees..Vikas kedia [protected]

                ultimately they cheating the customer i believe.

                While opening the account all the facilities were provided in near by Shankar Sheth road branch and now they are asking us to go to model colony branch to submit out demat realisation form, why can't they accept it in Shankar Sheth road branch.

                      Sub:- Prayer for oblation of fraud me by your Bank Staff Mr. Saptarshi Misra,

                      This is to information that on 30/08/2018, I had gone to your Bank branch with my all documents to enquire a bank loan of Rs. 5, 00, 000/- which was the urgently required by me. I had shown my all documents to your Bank Staff namely Mr. Saptarshi Misra and after seeing my all documents Mr. Saptarshi Misra said me that you have to provide your Net Banking ID And Password for checking your Bank Offer. According to his advice, Innocently I have offered my Net BANKING ID and PASSWORD to him because as a bank staff I had believed with him.When he was checking my Bank Offer he had ( Forgery No 1) made a Recurring Deposit from My CD a/c without my consent, I understood when a Mobile Message come to me. ( Forgery No 2 ) After checked my Bank Offer he assured me that your Bank loan can be approved within two or three days but first you have to take a Life insurance of HDFC BANK as a GUARANTEE. I asked him is it necessary ? Unfortunately He replied me that if you die after taking the Bank Loan that who will responsible and pay your Loan Amount..He also told me that in case if you die, the Bank will recover the bank loan amount from your Insurance Policy. Because BANK Loan was my urgently required so according to his saying I was agreed with him and took a HDFC LIFE INSURANCE POLICY NO 20674255, e- insurance a/c no[protected] The Premium I had paid @ Rs 53753/- Which is directly debited by Saptatarshi Misra from my savings A/C by using of my NET BANKING Password and ID, Which I have offered him before.
                      But Alas ! Now my needed loan is not approved and return my torn documents to me except my loan application form.

                      Therefore I request you to cancel my above Hdfc Life Insurance policy no 20674255 and as well as return my paid amt. Which was credited from my savings a/c @ Rs 53753/- and take a proper action of forgery against fraud YOUR BANK STAFF Mr. Saptarshi Misra.

                        I had purchased an iphone 8 using hdfc cashback offer on 17/01/2018
                        The offer stated that within 90 days (3 months) the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 210 days (More than 6 months) yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing and most of times not working at all.

                        Thanks to writing back.

                        For your information that I have already paid my all EMI aginsts my loan.

                        I have been told during my purchease of product that EMI will be adujected in last EMI which was due in Aug 2018 but it didn't happened and bank presented EMI in my account and same was dedcuted too.

                        Later no one from HDFC bank responding. Customre care number which was told for consumer durable loan doesn't work at all.

                        Kindly check and credit my cash back via online transfer to my account which was used for EMI deduction or transfer to my HDFC credit card.

                        I am puting my mobile number below. Speak to me if needed.

                            First of all i dont want credit card and if it is the membership card then why you are charging 450rs for not paying on time that is membership charge i didnt borrowed any money from you that i have to pay charge for that ok i have paid that membership 590 rs and i am not paying anything else plz send me the closure form i dont want that credit card and shut down that auto deductin from my debit card please

                              It is intimated that the representative of the hdfc bank approached me for issue of credit card whereas i was not interested at all. It was told by him that this is a money back card and it is life time free and no renewal charges has to be paid by me. The card was issued to me and i have made the transactions and paid all the amount which was received by me through e-statement. The last payment amounting to rs 1which was supplied to me by the bank also has been paid by me. Now the has supplied one more e-statement showing that i have to an amount of rs.1060 on account of renewal charges are a fine of rs.400/- for not making payment in time.
                              I would like to clarify that i have not any e-statement for month of august 2018, then how the fine could be taken against me. As per direction of the executive the necessary transactions has also been made by me. Then why recharges has been billed against me.
                              The concerned executive responsible for giving me the wrong information should be taken to task and the amount shown against me as outstanding should be cancelled. However, the annual renewal charges are to be paid by me for the credit card, i am not interested anymore and the same should be cancelled immediately.

                                  Try to get in touch with customer care number but no one receive call and blocked department agent don't want to help.. Not easy to contact with credit customer care number for query..

                                  I have not receive my credit card yet. As par customer care i have to register my new address. Try to register my new address for the same.

                                    I am hdfcbank credit card holder and your executive had forcefully forced me to accept this offer when i had applied for my loan. They called and said that you will be charged more interest and processing fee i[censored] don't accept it. When i checked with my officer who processed my loan said its fraud he will charged only what he had infrmed me. Please cancel my one assist appication asap and do the needful before i take any legal action as i have a call recording.

                                      My old company has opened my salary account in 2017, but after 4 months i left the company. And after 1 year i have recieve text mgs regular for non maintance charge rs600. Without information, i have not using this account this account since left my job. I am unbale to this charge bcoz no information about that and also chance city. Please close this account as soon as possible. Todays its show rs-7800.00 too much charge i am unbale to pay.

                                        I have taken hdfc credit card & paid all my dues of 33659 and i have stopped using my credit card still new pending amount of 7200 is showing which i dont know how customer care lady is telling me i have taken any policey hdfc ergo but i have not taken this policey even i have not recived this policey pappers ever and now the worst thing is they have hold 7200 from my saving accout its very bad bank is looting me please never buy hdfc credit card and hdfc ergo policey
