Hi my name is arvind I have applied for HDFC credit card before a month and I received a SMS stating in process it's been more than 5 days still no response whether my credit card is approved or not. Also there is no proper response from customer care I have called them 5 times they are asking me to wait. can you please help me out..My application ref no 18H[protected]S2 and mobile number is [protected].

    I have taken bike loan, my loan account no. Is 39990572, my loan account is get closed in may 2018, however i never received noc for the loan account.

    I went to udaipur branch at durga nursary road, they said you are came late after three month, hence you have to pay 500/- as charges.

    I think it was my mistake to take loan from hdfc.

      I had taken the credit card of hdfc bank.. The bank was informed me it was free.. But when i receive this card.. I got a msg of deduction of rs.1399.. But i am not interested in this plan.. So please cancel this plan and refund me full amount.. I had also called the customer care of one assist... They force me not to deactivate this plan.. So kindly refund my full amount.

        I am writing to submit a complaint regarding credit card.

        Since day beofore yesterday i am receiving calls from hdfc personnel in the conversation this guy says that rs 9350 will be deducted from your account. When i asked why, she said that there are benefits of this such as card securities, insurance, registration etc.& it's mandatory, if you not paid then automatically debited from your credit card., and it is your last day for submit.
        When i refuse to take the offer he said that you will have to pay the amount.

        Here are some details of calls i received-

        I have tried calling grievance redressel, nodel officers but no one is responding or being able to reach anyone through the phone.
        I am not interesting this type of business.

          I have two accounts in raja park branch jaipur. I have given closing application of one account (Dev ramrakhani ([protected]) 45 days ago two times but it is still open. I also close my sip (1000) two month ago by written application in mutual fund office from this account. Now 3sep bank charges 589 from account. Why should i pay this amount? It’s not my fault. Bank manager not accept anything and do rude behaviour please return my charge. (Meena ramrakhani)

            I had a very horrible experience with hdfc life. I sent multiple emails and i have to follow up on my own to get a response.
            My question was very simple and i sent the question to [protected]@hdfclife.com
            It took more than one month to say that the statement was sent out to me without a password due to the technical glitch.
            I don't want to be a part of hdfc life and i want to kick out as customer data was not handled without proper security measure.
            I see there was a deficiency of service. When i requested the agent to surrender my money hdfc life agent say this is not possible and there will be charges.
            If you can't surrender then compensate me for the damage which you have caused due to the security violation.

            I'm not happy with the HDFC life and how they managed my compliant.
            There is a potential security breach where my statement was sent without a password and it is completely not acceptable.
            How can a Financial institution send the customer statement without password protection?
            Damage has been caused, no proper compensation has been provided, you charging me the fee for all these loopholes in process.

            This is not resolved dont move to the resolved status. HDFC Life stinks without maintaining proper code of ethics by sending the statement without encryption.

            Worst customer service, HDFC Life suck the blood of the customer but not servicing their customer.
            Act on the interest of the customer.
            Fraud HDFC Life, my query wasn't resolved but marked as closed.
            Your salary is credited based on our investment but you are providing deficiency of customer service.

                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2599/- from my credit card number ending with 3019 without my concern on 01/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2599/-

                Hi,

                I have no credit dues, i have asked the people who call me to close the account and not to call me again.
                One of them told me to call the customer care, i did and then they said they will cancel the account, but still i am getting calls to pay 7000 rupees.

                    After having salary account in hdfc since last 2 year, I have receive a call for credit card, when I applied, I got one call for verification but that verification guy not even without doing verification, my application rejected, in fact by Google map also they can visit to our office but he told I can't find your office.

                    This type of fraud these guys doing.

                    Please guys don't apply for credit card in hdfc bank.

                        Today Rs 10000 was reduced in my account suddenly, When I Called the customer care representative, She given me HDFC Securities (shares) Contact number asking me to call them to know what happen to my 10000 Rs. I was shocked to hear that being a customer for 12 Years.

                        I deposited my Money HDFC Bank, means they are responsible for my money until unless I make any mess with the transaction.

                        Later come to know that 10000 Rs was taken by HDFC Securities instead of 2000 Rs. Without my Authentication.

                        I am still not understanding if it done by any other securities company, Will I get the same answer.

                        Who given authrization to HDFC SEC to hold 10000 Rs ?
                        You HDFC Bank & HDFC SEC are one company so trying to cheat the customer?

                        Bad news is the customer care Reps on both side are Sooo Careless.

                        I understand one thing here, Do not keep all engagement with one bank.

                          Please note that i applied for HDFC Credit Card and got Reference No : 18H[protected]N4 . I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification.

                          Today got checked in HDFC Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

                          DISAPPROVAL OF THE CREDIT CARD APPLICATION DOES NOT REFLECT IN ANYWAY ON YOUR CREDIT STANDING OR YOUR FINANCIAL STABILITY

                          We told to HDB Financial who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to HDFC for the same. Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively.

                          I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. As per RBI GUIDELINE HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman.

                          We want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear and i got alredy one credit card of hdfc on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against HDFC. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.

                          Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

                              I purchased IPAD on 13-Feb 2018 on the cash back offer on going and promoted by HDFC bank. I was to receive the cashback within 90 days of the offer availing. Till date, I have not received the cash back even after following up for last 2 months from customer care and last 4 months from the HDFC bank loan representative. I have reached and put up a complaint with customer care in Bangalore and I failed to get any feedback since last 2 months. This appears to be that HDFC bank has gone back on the offer on which basis I purchased the product at the MRP. I have attached the sales invoice with date and store of purchase.

                                  I had deposited cheque of rs.1 lakh into hdfc bank branch at borivali west. This cheque was to be deposited at canara bank but wrongly deposited at hdfc bank as we had account with hdfc.
                                  As a product aggregator i had received order on behalf of home revise. I had to deposit this cheque in canara bank account of home revise but was wrongly deposited in hdfc bank.
                                  Bank informed that i can collect a cheque with authority letter from home revise. The letter needs to be a hard copy, scan copy won't be accepted.
                                  The cheque deposited is cross cheque and would go into account of home revise only. Inspite of this bank branch is insisting on authority letter and that too it should be hard copy.
                                  This is complete harassment of the customer. Red tepisam and beurocratic attitude at such a bank of repute is surprising.
                                  Need immediate resolution for the same.

But the sufficient balance was not present for a particular month on the day of sip amount deduction. I have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 590 in july 2018. I have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds. What are these charges for & why are they so high?? Why should we continue with regular savings account in hdfc bank if you penalize so harshly for not having balance??
                                    The bank has to return this money. There was no intimation from the bank on the consequences of not keeping the allocated sip amount in account.
                                    Although it doesn't make a difference to hdfc bank for sure, but i will close my account if it is not returned!!
                                    If auto debiting is a service you provide as a bank, then it is your duty to inform me on the charges for the same. Heights of fraud!!
                                    You must give me a warning that if funds are insufficient you will be charged. Nothing was there. Please please help me resolve this and return my money.

                                      I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card on 31august 2018

                                      Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. Please deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.
