I was pay the amount of 546 rs to flipcart from my hdfc cradit card. But a personal reason i have cancel that order. But after refund from flipcart the cradit card is not add the money in my card. After file the complaint in hdfc dispute department for cradit the amount of 546 rs. Canceled order they give me back the payment in my cradit card. But after next month they deduct the money without informing me. After file the complaint they not cradit the payment in my account. Now my complaint status is pending.

    I missed my 2 month emi, on a bank holiday those people dint informed me and i took out cash to submit and when i reached bank was closed, now i had only cash and i complained them about that, they told me to atleast submit one installment and i somehow i did and now they are calling my mother and harrasing her saying that they will send 4 man to collect money the rest and they want it by tomorrow. They call from so many numbers.

    I even asked them to send someone to my office address if they can..i ll give them money..but they denied and now they are saying that they will send people for one installment to my permanent address and that to my mother..the representative has very fowl mouth he speaks thing like aapka dimaag kharab hai aap kya samajhte ho khud ko and all..who talks like that
    I never said i wont submit the emi. It was their fault they didnt inform me when i said m going bank to submit the EMI that bank is closed
    And now talking things like this

      How you people are calculating the emi for credit cards?
      I booked smartpay emi for 1 lakh on 18th aug, then on 19th aug statement it is added the 1st emi with intreset of 1380rs. You are taking only 1 day to debit?

      Even if i consider payment due date it is only around 15 days to pay. But you are charging me for 30days?

      Completely fraud.

      Hi friends dont book emi and dont use this hdfc credit cards.

        Just Because of RS. 3000/- I couldn't paid on time because I had Fraudulent transactions of RS. 70000 from other credit card due to Data leaking and my registered mobile number hacked. The HDFC CREDIT CARD Deptt. Executive calls me 15 t0 20 times per day. I told him regarding my problems due this Fraudulent transactions I stopped net banking .I told them give me some time I pay all the dues but they again started calling 9:am to 9:00pm calls from different different number on my both number. Now they started abused words through some lady executive . I have all records of voice calls.

          I have taken home loan app 2888000/- from Aliganj Branch in 2008 for house in Lucknow. Presently I am working with Tata Steel Limited Jamshedpur and residing at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

          Today on 29.08.2018, I visited Jamshedpur branch to inquire about the balance home and and asked for foreclosure. I was asked by the security guard at gate to contact Mr. Suraj. When contacting Mr. Suraj, He behaved very rudely with me and said the following -
          1. He can not take deposit today and ask me to come on 03.09. 2018 without any appropriate justification.
          2. Secondly he asked to come with 6 month bank statement without which he can not accept the deposit.
          3. While I was discussing with him and trying to understand the rationale behind the requirement of 6 months bank statement, he used following words " kya pata app dacaity dal ke paisa jamakar rahe ho'.
          4. This was very insulting to me and I have very sternly told him to behave.
          5. Later I was told by the branch manager that it was to veryfy the source. I could not understand as if the HDFC Ltd is acting as officials of INCOME TAX DEPT.
          6. I am paying through an account payee cheque and it is recorded transaction. Bank statement is purely personal and why should I share .
          7. I told the BM to asking for bank account statment for foreclosure is not justified and it will not tell you any source. I can give you copy of IT Return where this account no is mentioned.
          8. The BM said he can not do anything as this is bank rule but he can not be able to show any rule or policy.
          9. I have told the BM that I can not provide the bank statement and he has to take the deposit. He told me that in that case I will have to deposit at Aliganj, Lucknow wherefrom I have taken the loan. I could not understand this rationale.
          10. This is the harrasement dome by HDFC Ltd.

          Following is my prayer -
          1. The employee Mr. Suraj must be punished for the misbehaviour of abusing me as Dacoit.
          2. HDFC must take the deposit through acount payee cheque without bank statement.

          If HDFC Ltd will not take any action on my complaint =, I shall be compelled to escalate the matter to RBI official and may prefer to go to the court.

            I have registered my Mobile number on national DND list.
            I have also registered the same mobile number on Do not Call Distrub registration on HDFC Bank Site.
            Till I am receiveing call from HDFC.
            Every day I get at least two calls. I have blocked more than 90 phone numbers of them.
            I want to sue them on immediate basis due to my mental frustration.

              I have not been using credit card for over 18 months...

              I had spoken to hdfc department that only 15000 of amount may be used by me rest all are the charges of non payment.

              I requested them for settlement that are saying we can get it to 35000.

              I had paid more than 40 thousand till date to hdfc.

              Kindly help me.. I can only settle maximum 15000.

              Now they are harssing saying me sir we had not taken your hand and swaped.

              They also are going round to my office. Creating problem near my house, and other locatility.

                My credit card has expired a couple of months ago and is not getting dispatched because of the address mismatch. I have been suggested to update the new address with form available in hdfc bank and after some days it is getting rejected due to signature mismatch.

                I have received an sms today morning that a debit mandate hdfc[protected] is issued by Tata aia life insurance of amount 102235/- is under processing.
                I have not issued any such debit mandate. I don't have any policy with Tata aia life insurance.
                Please deactivate one assist membership.I told in last year do not continue the membership in next year but still i get the message to pay amount.

                  I have applied for HDFC fastag sticker on 7th- AUG-18, reference number HFR071475. still i have not received the sticker even after regular follow-up with the customer care and the customer care experience also very bad. They will commit like on every call with in 24 or 48 hours you will be receiving the update and today (29th-AUG-18). customer care executive committed that, i will be receiving a call with in 2'o clock. i haven't received any intimations so far. kindly request to look in to this.

                        End of July i have requested the loan top up and based on my proposal the hdfc representative has collected all the required documents post that on August 7th loan proposal has been rejected stating am not eligible for the loan top up.
                        Reg the loan rejection checked with another hdfc concern he has stated that still an eligible for 177500 loan amount but I have requested loan top up for the amount of 50000 only

                              I bought an iphone 6 on 14/2/18 which had a cash back offer of rs 7000/- with hdfc consumer loan.
                              According to the offer the cashback would be credited to my account in 3 months i. E. Post 3 instalments.
                              It has been 6 months now and when i contacted the customer care they say that the hdfc employee did not mention the cashback offer.

                                  My hdfc one assist relationship customer no is 2592506. My credit card has been debited with 2599rs on 28/8/2018 without my concern for the membership fee. I don't wish to continue this service so cancel my membership and refund my debited amount as soon as possible. I also don't wish to get the welcome kit, hence cancel that process and return back my debited amount as soon as possible.

                                      The bank representatives from hdfc bank have blocked the emi options from my credit card, so i am unable to convert any of my purchases to emi. Mostly everyone use their credit cards for emi conversions, so if you people block that then why should we use your bank credit card. I have called to customer care and enquired about the same, but you people gave some silly reasons stating that last month i have paid minimum amount due, so my card is blocked for emi conversions.

                                      I have already complained about certain things regarding hdfc credit cards, after those complaints you people are looting even more money taking revenge on me. You people loot money from the poor and become rich, shameless creatures. Need a proper response for my issue asap.

                                      I'm least satisfied with the bank. They dont know to satisfy their customers, especially long-term customers like me. Anyways no regrets.

                                      Dear Customer,

                                      We wish to clarify that, HDFC Bank offers several promotional offers such as Smart EMI, Insta Jumbo Loan, Balance transfer etc. to its card holder's from time to time basis certain parameters set by the Bank and is at its discretion. These offers are intimated to the customer's vide mailers, statement inserts, Bank's website, etc. and is followed as a standard procedure across all card account. We are unable to extend EMI facility or your credit card at this point in time. However, the offers in the card will be reviewed on a periodic basis depending on the usage and payment pattern.

                                        I have been charged for loan overdue charges whereas i have been paying the loan amount correctly on the due date for all the months without fail. Of note, my personal loan emi is being autodebited by the bank on the particular due date, so they dont have a reason to deduct money from my account. Why you people are stealing money from people like us and what is the need. I need a proper response as well as the refund asap.

                                        Your Emi for the month of June 2018 hs bounced due to insufficient funds in the account. In case of a returned EMI, the following charges are applicable: Return charges: Rs.550.00 per instance + GST 18%. Late Payment charges: <2.00% or 2.50%> per month (Calculated on daily basis from the date of return of EMI till payment of outstanding EMI) Kindly visit your nearest Retail Loan Service Center along with cheque / DD for the amount mentioned therein favor of HDFC Bank Ltd Loan Account No XXXXXXXX. In case you are unable to visit the branch in person, please courier it to any of our Retail Loan Service centers addressed to 'The Operations Manager' or you can also depute a representative who on behalf of you can also visit the Retail Loan Service centers along with the below-mentioned documents.
