Hi team,

My credit card has expired a couple of months ago and is not getting dispatched because of the address mismatch. I have been suggested to update the new address with form available in hdfc bank and after some days it is getting rejected due to signature mismatch.

Kindly do the needful or guide me how to decommission the credit card.

Hence, we request you to send duly filled and signed fresh form for change in address details, Signature Declaration Form (SDF) along with a self-attested photocopy of KYC proof such as pan card, passport, driving license). Please forward the said documents to our communication address to review your request. I have received an sms today morning that a debit mandate hdfc[protected] is issued by Tata aia life insurance of amount 102235/- is under processing.
I have not issued any such debit mandate. I don't have any policy with Tata aia life insurance.
Please deactivate one assist membership.I told in last year do not continue the membership in next year but still i get the message to pay amount.

    I have applied for HDFC fastag sticker on 7th- AUG-18, reference number HFR071475. still i have not received the sticker even after regular follow-up with the customer care and the customer care experience also very bad. They will commit like on every call with in 24 or 48 hours you will be receiving the update and today (29th-AUG-18). customer care executive committed that, i will be receiving a call with in 2'o clock. i haven't received any intimations so far. kindly request to look in to this.

          End of July i have requested the loan top up and based on my proposal the hdfc representative has collected all the required documents post that on August 7th loan proposal has been rejected stating am not eligible for the loan top up.
          Reg the loan rejection checked with another hdfc concern he has stated that still an eligible for 177500 loan amount but I have requested loan top up for the amount of 50000 only

              Most frustrating experience in life, my account is blocked for cc overdue i paid the due still my account is blocked following for more than 3 weeks no one is responding on the approval email to release the account.                 I bought an iphone 6 on 14/2/18 which had a cash back offer of rs 7000/- with hdfc consumer loan.
                According to the offer the cashback would be credited to my account in 3 months i. E. Post 3 instalments.
                It has been 6 months now and when i contacted the customer care they say that the hdfc employee did not mention the cashback offer.

I don't wish to continue this service so cancel my membership and refund my debited amount as soon as possible.                         The bank representatives from hdfc bank have blocked the emi options from my credit card, so i am unable to convert any of my purchases to emi. Mostly everyone use their credit cards for emi conversions, so if you people block that then why should we use your bank credit card. I have called to customer care and enquired about the same, but you people gave some silly reasons stating that last month i have paid minimum amount due, so my card is blocked for emi conversions.

                        I have already complained about certain things regarding hdfc credit cards, after those complaints you people are looting even more money taking revenge on me. You people loot money from the poor and become rich, shameless creatures. Need a proper response for my issue asap.

                        We wish to clarify that, HDFC Bank offers several promotional offers such as Smart EMI, Insta Jumbo Loan, Balance transfer etc. to its card holder's from time to time basis certain parameters set by the Bank and is at its discretion. These offers are intimated to the customer's vide mailers, statement inserts, Bank's website, etc. and is followed as a standard procedure across all card account. We are unable to extend EMI facility or your credit card at this point in time. However, the offers in the card will be reviewed on a periodic basis depending on the usage and payment pattern.

                          I have been charged for loan overdue charges whereas i have been paying the loan amount correctly on the due date for all the months without fail. Of note, my personal loan emi is being autodebited by the bank on the particular due date, so they dont have a reason to deduct money from my account. Why you people are stealing money from people like us and what is the need. I need a proper response as well as the refund asap.

                              Hello sir/maam,

                              I am ankit kumar trivedi and i am having an account in hdfc. Since last 3 months i am not able to get any otp for any online transactions because of that i am facing so much inconvenience. Till now at least internet banking was working, but now in net banking login also it is asking for otp and i am not getting it from hdfc end. I am having money in my account but i am not able to make any online transaction through debit card or netbanking because of otp.

                              I have complained to hdfc about the issue multiple times. They said they will open a ticket about the issue and the ticket number will be sent to my phone but that also didn't came.

                              No action taken from the hdfc side. Although otp service is not for free, they are deducting our balances for these services but still not giving any proper services and support

                                Dear Sir/Ma'am

                                I, Rohit Gupta, Proprietor of Rohit R Gupta and Co, Chartered Accountants r/o BG-7/114, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-63 is holding current account with HDFC Bank Paschim Vihar Branch vide Account number [protected] since long.

                                I being a chartered accountant was filing ITR of one of the bank employee Mr. Vipin Manchanda r/o A-5/267, Paschim Vihar Delhi, DELHI, 110063 PAN ALXPM4250A posted in peera garhi (or some other nearby ) branch of HDFC Bank in Delhi.

                                Today i.e 28 August 2018, I had sent him mail for fees mentioning my bank details for payment. (mail attached)
                                However, I got surprised and shocked to know that he was negotiating ITR fees by illegally accessing my HDFC Bank Account. Please find attached the screenshot of whatsapp message(which are accepted as evidence in courts across the country) where he has himself boasted of accessing my account and what other customers are paying me.

                                This is breach of privacy, trust and confidentiality as I never expect any employee from home or non-home branch of HDFC Bank would access my account for his personal benefits.

                                I request for strict action against such individual and a formal letter of apology from the bank otherwise i shall have to initiate legal action for breach of trust against all the concerned including bank.

                                  I was promised that there won't be any charges for the annual fee for my debit card when i purchased it. Now, they have charged me rs.875 towards my card as an annual fee however.

                                  This is completely an unfair practice and not welcomed from the so called reputed bank hdfc. I need the same to be refunded without any further delay.

                                    But i haven't got any mail or letter from hdfc they took my complete info
                                    I don't know why it got disapproved after submitting all the required documents this is not fair i need the solution as asap.

                                    I have submitted address proof also but they didn't respond to my request.
                                    Kindly do something needful.

                                      Hello,

                                      I would like to make a complaint regarding the HDFC bank debit card annual fee on my account. They deducted 885 INR from bank account without my notice.
                                      I am using HDFC bank platinum debit card. I had never requested HDFC bank executives for Platinum debit card and they did not inform me about Platinum card annual Fee during the creation of bank account.

                                      I want full refund now of 885 INR.
                                      I use HDFC account to deposit cash and i don't need higher credit limit debit card.
                                      Expecting to solve my issues ASAP.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I have a existing loan # 50469363. I called customer care to ask about foreclosure details and she informed about the top up loan and she guidded me in netbanking about the eligiblity and the emi amount. im not happy with the loan . Kindly cancel the new loan and need the existing loan back as i want to foreclosure it.Kindly cancel this loan of not i have to go to consumer court. Please do solve this issue in priority.

                                        i am receiving the confirmation message and mail regarding the loan. I'll not accept this loan. I need this to be retained and need to close this new loan as soon as possible. Its very bad to cheat customers without giving any proper information and crediting the amount without informing the loan amount details.
