I want to raise a complaint against your concern employee ms/mrs vinitha that we came here to sai baba colony hdfc credit card branch on 23 aug 2018 at 10, 30 am to enquire about the credit card details (Limit, netbanking facilities etc) and we approached the security mr. Shanmugam, as per his instructions we wrote the card details in the sheet and gave. Ms/mrs vinitha just wrote 10, 000 is the limit and gave to security back. She didn't come n enquire about the other queries. Is this way your concern people will respond to the customer? Call us [protected] i want to know the details of the account number, customer id.

We understand your concern. Please be informed, your membership cancellation is processed vide service request number 3480983 for amount 249/- which will be credited in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days. To get full amount refund, you need to cancel the membership within 30 days of purchasing the policy. As you are cancelling membership after 8 months you are only eligible to get 249/- as refund amount.
