    Hello sir/maam,

    I am ankit kumar trivedi and i am having an account in hdfc. Since last 3 months i am not able to get any otp for any online transactions because of that i am facing so much inconvenience. Till now at least internet banking was working, but now in net banking login also it is asking for otp and i am not getting it from hdfc end. I am having money in my account but i am not able to make any online transaction through debit card or netbanking because of otp.

    I have complained to hdfc about the issue multiple times. They said they will open a ticket about the issue and the ticket number will be sent to my phone but that also didn't came.

    No action taken from the hdfc side. Although otp service is not for free, they are deducting our balances for these services but still not giving any proper services and support

    I still haven't got any resolution even after complaining also. I want a resolution within 3 days or You send me the process to close the account I am done with you bank. Still not able to login to netbanking or make any transaction

      Dear Sir/Ma'am

      I, Rohit Gupta, Proprietor of Rohit R Gupta and Co, Chartered Accountants r/o BG-7/114, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-63 is holding current account with HDFC Bank Paschim Vihar Branch vide Account number [protected] since long.

      I being a chartered accountant was filing ITR of one of the bank employee Mr. Vipin Manchanda r/o A-5/267, Paschim Vihar Delhi, DELHI, 110063 PAN ALXPM4250A posted in peera garhi (or some other nearby ) branch of HDFC Bank in Delhi.

      Today i.e 28 August 2018, I had sent him mail for fees mentioning my bank details for payment. (mail attached)
      However, I got surprised and shocked to know that he was negotiating ITR fees by illegally accessing my HDFC Bank Account. Please find attached the screenshot of whatsapp message(which are accepted as evidence in courts across the country) where he has himself boasted of accessing my account and what other customers are paying me.

      This is breach of privacy, trust and confidentiality as I never expect any employee from home or non-home branch of HDFC Bank would access my account for his personal benefits.

      I request for strict action against such individual and a formal letter of apology from the bank otherwise i shall have to initiate legal action for breach of trust against all the concerned including bank.

        Hi,

        I was promised that there won't be any charges for the annual fee for my debit card when i purchased it. Now, they have charged me rs.875 towards my card as an annual fee however.

        This is completely an unfair practice and not welcomed from the so called reputed bank hdfc. I need the same to be refunded without any further delay.

        Request you to please look into it.

            Hello,

            I would like to make a complaint regarding the HDFC bank debit card annual fee on my account. They deducted 885 INR from bank account without my notice.
            I am using HDFC bank platinum debit card. I had never requested HDFC bank executives for Platinum debit card and they did not inform me about Platinum card annual Fee during the creation of bank account.

            I want full refund now of 885 INR.
            I use HDFC account to deposit cash and i don't need higher credit limit debit card.
            Expecting to solve my issues ASAP.

              I have a existing loan # 50469363. I called customer care to ask about foreclosure details and she informed about the top up loan and she guidded me in netbanking about the eligiblity and the emi amount. im not happy with the loan . Kindly cancel the new loan and need the existing loan back as i want to foreclosure it.Kindly cancel this loan of not i have to go to consumer court. Please do solve this issue in priority.

              i am receiving the confirmation message and mail regarding the loan. I'll not accept this loan. I need this to be retained and need to close this new loan as soon as possible. Its very bad to cheat customers without giving any proper information and crediting the amount without informing the loan amount details.

                Trouble started from the beginning of Aug-18, each day HDFc collection people keeps calling me every half hour and i am fed up with explaining the situation again and again.

                Though i am willing to pay the due next month, they are pushing me to hard to pay immediately.

                One executive Guruprasad -[protected] each day comes to my home and start troubling us even why we are out and our neighbors are also complaining about his bad behavior and foul language.

                Though i am reachable on phone still they insist on meeting in person.
                I am travlling post to piller to arrange their due and close my association with HDFC.

                All i am asking is to waive off 25000 interest charges

                    My food card provided by hdfc bank is not working in spencer, axis mall, newtown, kolkata.
                    It is very ebarassing position will come when it is not accepted after purchasing all the food items. We are not the people going for bar and restaurents. We are taking montly food item at spencer, axis mall, newtown, kolkataonly.

                      My name is satyendra singh rathor. I have a account in hdfc bank branch freeganj ujjain madhya pradesh. Bank regularly deducting some amount from my account, when i approached them to find the reason of deduction they poorly behave with me. They told me that they are deducting amb charges from my account. But these happens three times in two month once they debited 508 rs on 09 july 2018 and 199 on july 2018 again they deducted 708 in month of august
                      Please go through the matter and do the needful. If my amount is not refund to me i will close my account for sure & i will do compliant against this to rbi or consumer forum. Really fed-up with this bank request you to kindly get it resolved.

                        On morning around 10:44, i got 1 sms stating that a transaction of rs., 4699.95. Has been done in creeperhost on my hdfc credit card.

                        I disputed this as illegal transaction done with my card. That morning i called the customer care and blocked the card around 11:09am on same day i. E.21.8.2018..
                        Regarding this, i filed a charge dispute form and did submit to hdfc bank ltd, plot no 2, lsc mandaveli, fazalpur, patparganj, new delhi – 92.

                        Please revert this transaction immediately which i have not done.

                        Still my complaint is not resolved even after 2 months and yet another SMS came for different card which I am not holding.
                        Pl refer my earlier complaint made on 22.8.18, 28.8.18 regarding transcation which I have not made. I have also blocked my credit card no.[protected] alongwith my wife credit card on same day i.e.on 29.6.18. The screeshot attached.Online complaint alongwith dispute form is also made on your portal. But still I have not received any response from you.

                        Now recently I have received SMS from AD-HDFCCC dtd.20.10.18 regarding pending dues of Rs.510 for card ending XX2583 which is not mine card no.

                        PL RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY AND REVERSE THE AMOUNT WHICH I HAVE NOT MADE. ME.

                        IF YOU WILL NOT RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT THEN I WILL GO TO RBI & CDRF FOR HARASSING ME.

                          I have applied for a card. They say it is free card. But i never receive any card. Now hdfc started cutting money from my bank account every month saying standard charges. And say we have send the card to some sukhbir.
                          I dont know what to do.

                          Customer care people are not helping. Hdfc do not cooperate at all.

                          How to get my money back. Should i go to court or counsumer court.

                          Hello Manoj sir,

                          one of hdfc execute ask me to create credit card and took my documents. After that i never received credit card. no activatation related messages nothing. no OTP nothing.

                          But money started deducting from my HDFC bank account without my permission and knowledge.

                          HDFC says that some sukhbir received my card and i dont know any sukhbir. I dont have any application number nor credit card.

                          Please help me and close this credit card and give me money back.

                          This is not correct neither legally nor morally.

                          Sir please return my money. is it a sin to keep money in hdfc that hdfc people can deduct money any time they want and without my permission.

                          Please help me guyes. I dont have much time to spend in this unnecessary stuff.

                            I am an hdfc bank customer.
                            I once tried to withdraw money from an icici bank atm, which failed and still amount was withdrawn from my account.

                            When complaint filed, hdfc officials asked me to provide proof and i told them to provide me the cctv footage.
                            Now the cctv footage is awaited since then. Its been 7 months now, but still awaited.

                            Can anyone guide me what to do in this situation.

                              I had opted for hdfc bank regalia credit card recently and as per my personal banker this card will be free for me because i am hdfc bank classic customer
                              And there wont be any yearly membership charges or yearly fee for this credit card.

                              However when i received credit card and i did first transaction and i can see rs 2950 has been billed for me on my credit card as a yearly membership fee.
                              This is just cheating with the customers and duping the money from customers. When i raised the complaint with hdfc customer care as per them this is conditionally chargeable and you had to link the credit card with payzapp account and then it would not have been chargeable and so on.
                              And now i must have to pay membership fee.

                              I did get false information from personal banker and bank is unethically charging me rs 2950 as annual membership fee.

                                My name is satish visal, i applied for credit card a month ago but i haven't received any yet but i am getting message from the bank that your cards last four digit no. Is your otp and when i track credit cards status ("https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track") it displays no record found. I am worried if it has not reached to me and what if someone else makes use of it? I am so annoyed.

                                  I applied personal loan of 3.0l from hdfc bank with the platform of bankbazaar.com, on 3 aug '18, after submitting documents they said within 5-6 working days you would get your loan approved, but after that i didn't received a call from hdfc bank as well as from bankbazaar platform, i called many times to know my status, everyday they said your loan in under process, finally on 28 aug they are saying that after my call, they have rejected my pl application. Who would pay the cost of delay and my frustration of 26 days. They are very irresponsible to customers and even they are not providing on what basis they have rejected my loan application. I want to register a complaint about their ignorance behaviour. They have wasted my 26 days.

                                    My name is k. Saiteja. I have been using the hdfc credit card from the last 1 year. I have used the card for my father operational purpose. My father has undergone brain surgery and was in coma for 3 months and is recovering now. I have used the hdfc card for my father’s operational purposes and i could not make the payment in time. I urge you to unsuspend the card and i am financial enough to maintain the card (Job holder of 6lakh package) and i assure to maintain the healthy relationship with the hdfc bank which enables me to take the loan in the near future.
                                    I urge you to please unblock the card and let my cibil score not get effected much.

                                      Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd with value rs. 31350.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                      I have not signed any mandate however i have given cheque for this amount. Kindly process the cheque but do not process the mandate request.

                                      I getting 5 to 10 calls regularly from banks, 80% of it is from hdfc bank, thou I am registered under DO not disturb, I don't see any law enforcement who are breaking the law, please request you help and make sure we do not get these calls on regular basis.
                                      Amount of Rs.1999 got deducted from my account today, saying OneAssist membership. But i don't want such service.

                                      Kindly deactivate my OneAssist account and refund the money. Make it ASAP.

                                        Car loan account# 53437311.
                                        Before agreeing and processing my car loan with hdfc, i was told that i will not be charged for preclosure after 6 months as i’m an working employee and i will be under yernd2017 scheme which is year end 2017 scheme, so i agreed to go with hdfc because of no preclosure charges. Though i already had axis pre approved loan. Now after 8 months i want to close my loan i’m being asked to pay 7.08% preclosure charges which completely inappropriate. While i was enquiring this with the hdfc agent, he accessed my loan account and i saw the scheme details were updated in the application and it also displayed that i have 0% pre closure charges. Still i’m being asked to pay. I also have a letter with me which shows 0 preclosure charges. Please resolve this issue as i’m your loyal customer clearing the bills before i leave abroad. Thank you!!

It was very urgent for me so I individually closed the loan with the extra preclosure charges of 50000. I want to claim that amount from the bank. Please reach me at 7337860668. Thanks

                                        I haven't heard anything on this yet. I personally met the Mysore branch manager Santhosh who handled my loan disbursal process. He informed me that I was marked in that scheme of Yrnd17 which has 0% preclosure charges. Now because of the cheque bounce this scheme is no more valid to me. I questioned him whether the clause/conditions were explained to me at the time of amount disbursal or do you guys have any document signed by me on this scheme conditions. He told they do not have the conditions signed by me but has HDFC Terms and conditions 30 pages signed by me which also has a paper signed by me where it shows I have agreed for 6% pre closure.My question is when I'm already into the scheme, How does that 6% preclosure paper come into the picture and be valid? this is totally invaid.

                                        As a prrof:
                                        1) I have my loan application printout with the scheme code attached to it (Without the conditions sheet)
                                        2) I have HDFC bank preclosure letter received, which shows the preclosure amount as 0.00Rs and 0%. When went to the bank to close my loan I'm asked to pay additional 50, 000K as preclosure charges. Funny Isn't it. The HDFC software generated preclosure letter itself states 0% preclosure but still they ask me to pay for it.
                                        3) I have some proofs in which the HDFC agent who got my loan processed, telling that he did not explain me the clause and conditions of the scheme.

                                        I request you to resolve this issue or I will be forced to take this further to the RBI Ombudsman along with my lawyer with all the documents and proof.
