I have a savings account in

Acc no:[protected], cud id:58053851.

I opened this account before few years (group account).

Last few months Average monthly balance charges have been debating from my account, when i asked the customer care call centre they told "your account has been updated, so you have to maintain 25000RS as minimum balance". But i never get any information from the bank regarding this account updation. so I sent my staff to ask detail for account closing, and in bank they told the account holder have to come and meet the BM, so yesterday i came from Chennai and went to bank today (27/8/18, 11.55AM). I asked about the account closing the PB authoriser Mr. Dhanashekeran ( HDFC0001006) asked me to wait 10mins then after that he asked me "you are not maintaining balance in your account", so i told i didn't get any update from bank regarding this, then he said bring all the account details in this group and give it to Mr Vinayaga Moorthy, He is not at the bank now, so u call him and come later" I told him i actually want to close the account, but he keeps telling me to bring all the other account details in the group. So I decided to close all the account in that group, and HDFC Life insurance policies.

Last year i went to this same person for opening current account, at that time he said "current account AMB is 10000 so you cant maintain that just go to some other banks out there", so I opened current account in AXIS Bank with AMB 5000 rs and in ICICI with AMB of 10000rs (for my two business)

I have:

1. Savings account & Current account in AXIS bank (UTIB[protected]AMB Rs5000)

2. Saving and OD account in SBI bank(SBIN[protected]AMB Rs:2000)

3. Current account in ICICI bank ( ICIC[protected]AMB Rs:10000)

I have not seen this type of behaviour in any of these bank.

I have already spoken with your customer care, and sent many mail to customer support but no response from your side.

    Team hdfc,

    I have initiated for a fastag with hdfc a week ago and have been following up with the 1800 number from the 3rd day to understand the status of my tag application and closure.

    Having said, till yesterday effective 27th aug 2018 nothing has been processed nor the 1800 support team has an information for me. The tracking id shared with me is hfr073483 with an online payment of rs.500 and an email was sent to the hdfc. Fastag team as well awaiting response. Can someone look into this and advice? Or you may have to let me know how to backout from the application along with refund so that i can take this up with other means or with the fastag team directly. This is kind of becoming too much to follow when there's so much in this world to achieve.

        Dear sir

        I applied for credit card 5 month before, first i received a call from bank verification team for office verification, i told that guy i will not be available for verification thats why because i am an service engineer, i have to work in field but verification guy told me that i am not able to find your office so i am rejecting your application.
        And now i am not able to apply for credit card also.

        I am working in 130 year old multinational company as a service engineer. After 1.5 year of relationship with hdfc as salary account holder, i am extremely disappointed with hdfc bank.

        They are not trusting there customer, so guys don't apply for credit card in hdfc.

              I had purchased a rs 6000 gift card (Its cash card) numbered s[protected] from hdfc bank last year in august 2017 with a validity of 1 year. The expiry date mentioned on the card was 08/2018 with no specific date mentioned on it nor it had been there on the terms&conditions doc received with the card. I utilised rs 5436 on my shopping till 31st july 2018 with balance of rs 564 still left which i thought i would finish by august 2018 assuming the expiry date as 08/2018. But to my surprise when my card was swiped on 22nd august it declined showing insufficient funds. The shopkeeper made 4 more attempts with a little lower value (Less than rs 500) but every time it declined. I feel very embrassed. Finally i checked the card status online where the status of card was showing active but with no balance. On raising the complaint with the bank, they said that card already expired on 11/08/2018 and closed the issue. Then i have sought from them to clarify on the following questions:-

              1. If the card has got expired, why on the website it is still showing the status as active?
              2. Why the card does not show a particular date of expiry. Is it has been left intentionally?
              3. If my card shows that the card is valid through aug/2018, then it means the card is valid till the end of august-2108 (As verified by the website). How can you put a particular date here by yourself without the knowledge of the customer.
              4. Why the date of expiry has never been communicated to me through mail or sms. How have you come at this date in the first place

              Obviously the bank does not have any answer as their system is countermanding the explanation given by them and hence no reply was given from their side. On repeated follow up, i am getting the automated reply from the machine telling that the issue has been marked resolved. Its really surprising that big names like hdfc offering such pathetic customer service and indulging in looting the customer’s money. Please note that more than the money it is the unethical practices being adopted by the banks which has forced me to post here.

                  I availed a personal loan (Loan no:[protected] from hdfc, trivandrum branch during 2013. Thereafter i got transferred to chennai and working since 2017. Due to my retirement (31/05/2018) i want to make it as a pre closure. I contacted mr. Ganesh, trivandrum, hdfc bank (Mob: [protected]) who had coordinated the pre closure issue. He informed me that pre closure has been taken into consideration of the balance is at the close of may 2018. Accordingly i had been asked to send a cheque for rs 65, 250/-. Accordingly i had forwarded the cheque for rs 65, 250 /- to trivandrum on[protected] through professional courier for the closure and the same also got cleared.
                  In the meantime i received a message in the month of may 2018 through my mobile that the regular ecs amount emi for june 2018 for rs 9, 621/- to be honoured.
                  When i informed the message mr ganesh and mr ashok rasheet (Mobile [protected], manager hdfc) to stop the ecs recovery for june 2018. They informed me since the clearance has been considered with reference to the balance of may 2018 whatever the recovery made after may 2018 will be refunded as soon as possible. As per the message ecs recovery of rs 9, 621/- was deducted on[protected]. It showed that they have not taken any steps to stop the recovery. When i informed the excess recovery of rs.9621 made in june 18 to mr ganesh and mr rasheed they had told that the matter has been referred to mumbai for refund. When i asked the reference number to them, they have told that it is an internal matter and the hdfc reference number could not be shared.
                  My premature loan amount rs.65, 250 was processed with respect to the outstanding balance of may 2018. Therefore the ecs recovery rs.9, 621 made is june 2018 is an excess recovery. I was constantly approaching those two people. But nothing has been materialised.
                  Therefore i request that the excess of rs. 9, 621 /- to be refunded as soon as possible.
                  I am surprised to see that refund of a closed loan amount is kept unanswered from an esteemed bank like m/s hdfc. I hope my grievance will be addressed through this mail and necessary action will be taken on the concerned employees so that no other customer suffers in mental stress like me.
                  If necessary refund is not being taken i will forward this issue to m/s rbi greivance cell to trace all my telephone conversations with these two employees and prove that they have mislead in this preclosure loan matter to a senior citizen like me.

                    I have a hdfc credit card with me. My relationship with hdfc has been a very successful one, which is about 10 years long.
                    However hdfc has in the past few months cancelled my reward points about 8000 points without any prior notice.
                    I with this mail like to divert their kind attention towards this as its the first instance in the past 10 years that has hurt me.
                    I think hdfc should revert my reward points back to me as that is one of the main reasons i only use hdfc credit card.
                    I wrote a mail about this earlier but i did not receive a reply.

                      One day, i received a call no.[protected] he offer me for cash personal loan against a life policy. He said if you take policy rs.20000/- annually then
                      I give you 200000 cash loan, or rs.30000/- then rs.300000/- loan against this policy. This policy taken online by me through his guidance.

                      Sir, mujhe paise ki urgent requirement thi. Usne jaise jaise kaha, mai waise hi karta gaya, sabhi bank walo se usne jhuth bolwa kar mere se policy
                      Kara di. Maine apne hdfc credit card se payment ki hai, jo abhi bhi minimum payment kar raha hu.

                      Sir, jab se abhi tak usne (Above mobile no. Ne) mere se sirf jhuthe baate ki hai. Itna time nikalne ke baad ab bolta hai policy cancel nhi hogi, or loan bhi nhi hoga.

                      Recetly maine is agent ke no. Pe [protected] baat ki to usne bola ki we are not provide any kind of laon except life policy.

                      Sir, mai puri tarah hopeless ho chuka hu, mai ak garib (Poor) person hu, meri financial condition bahut kharab hai, mai already bahut loan me daba hua hu. Ye policy amount mere liye kaafi hai, mai garib aadmi hu next pay nhi kar sakta.
                      Mujhe iss policy ka maturity amount bhi kaafi galat /kam payment lag raha hai.

                      Sir, mujhe aap logo se humble request hai ki iss policy ko cancel karke refund mere credit card no.[protected] me kar diya jaye. Mujhe iss card me
                      Finance charge bhi laga raha hai. Sir please please do something. Everything possible if we try.

                        This is rejo. I lost my debit card so i applied a new card, after deliver the card to branch i was unable to collect it from branch so that card return back.

                        Today i called to phone banking and from there ms. Rajashree spoke with me and i explain all the issue. And she simply answering she cant process it because your office location is different

                        Note : my office location is in velachey (Chennai) and same branch in valluvarkottm (Chennai)

                        I i form her to dispatch the debit card in velachery office which is update in my bank address but she said she cant dispatch like that.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          The case regarding mental harassment complaint against hdfc bank ltd. I have only one credit from hdfc bank where unable to give my payment due to emergency reason i went to my native place... And also i am suffering from health issues. Currently i am not earning any money.

                          I had not made payment for the credit card but when they (Hdfc bank) contacted me i have conveyed them the msg that once i will arrange the money i'll completely pay all ur dues. Otherwise you can do the settlement with emi basis.

                          After conveying also... They have used foul languages and used to harrase us like anything. I have high blood pressure problem and i have collapsed twice due to this people.

                          They mentally tortured us, used foul languages and threatened us also...
                          Because of this condition my whole family is in shock state and we also got humiliated in our society because of this.

                          I just want to ask, this is procesure to behave with your customer...

                            Sir i have an bharat credit card. This credit card is not working on online transaction. So i m irritate from this card. Branch bankers is says to me pls contact to costomer care. I cant help yo u. Branch bankers behavior is not good. Branch code is 0992 gwalior. I give him to a upgrade form of credit card before 2 month. But no responce to me against upgrade my credit card. So i m complaint to hdfc bank in consumer court.

                              Your executive named malini ([protected]) called me for credit card application and asked my details and i provided. She sent person named kamlesh ([protected]) to collect all required documents and i also provided that, then one person also came to my home for verification had a coffee and told that ur card will come within a week. But 2 days ago i got this mail and i don't think so its correct. Why do u guys wasted my precious time.

                                Hi my self sangeeta bhandari. I have own hdfc credit card which is over limit now i was not able to paymnet on time due to family issue.
                                Now i want clear my all dues i was require one week but hdfc recovery department not agrre and sending person my home harrsing my mother and sister. I alrdy told i will give all money with in week but they are not agree.

                                  Hello hdfc bank,

                                  I am sandipta and this complaint is regarding the annual debit card fee on my account. I charged for 885rs and i am not happy with this charge. I am not sure why hdfc is charging this huge amount for using debit card. I have tried couple of time to contact customer care but the call never connected.

                                  I am using platinum master card. Please look into the matter.

                                    Thanks mate for the information. Even i have been getting similar calls to take policy by paying 50000 initially to open policy on my name and i will get loan in next 7 days. I can even cancel policy if don't satisfy with condition and amount will be returned.

                                    Of course, i did not convinces as it is legal source and said i will move forward once get confirmation from any hdfc branch manager (Once enquired).

                                    He introduced himself as rahul sharma (+[protected].

                                    I would request hdfc to send alerts all customers and other to be cautious.

                                      I am writing this complaint in great vein and depression regarding the annoyance by your HDFC Credit Card Collection Staff claiming his name differently as Santhosh, Sandeep and another Staff namely Vijaya claiming from, o/o.HDFC Bank, D.No. 5/9/22, Sarovar Complex, Maxcure, Hyderabad-500063.

                                      Mr. Santhosh/Mr. Sandeep, Collective Staff called from these phone numbers, [protected] and [protected] (in true caller it shows – Toruture Hdfc) on[protected], he started follow-up for payment, I told him I am out of station, I will be back tomorrow i.e. on[protected] and I will pay, soon turned to arguments and started abusing me an. (I have his voice recording)

                                      He in a louder voice threatening to pay now itself on the spot i.e., today[protected] otherwise I call your office and he tried all possible mal practices and started making random calls to my work place damaging my reputation and defaming me which is clearly against the code of conduct and the RBI guidelines.

                                      This has been going since May 2018, the HDFC Collection Staff have been threatening and harassing to make payments, even though, I am traumatised with this incidents every month, made payments to the tune of Rs.22, 642/- to HDFC Credit Cart authorities till date as follows :

                                      1) [protected] – Rs. 3, 850
                                      2) [protected] – Rs. 3, 140
                                      3) [protected] – Rs. 5, 300
                                      4) [protected] – Rs. 5, 152
                                      5) [protected] – Rs. 5, 200

                                      I am shattered and very distressed by this un-professional behaviour of the Collection Staff of HDFC, now I am concerned of my wellbeing & security which forced me to escalate this complaint to this level

                                      I request you to kindly help in this utmost difficult situation as this is not tremendously bothering me and my family.

                                        I am having a saving a/c with hdfc bank silchar branch vide no [protected] against which i have been given a loan of 75k for which everymonth emi was 1783 was debited in auto mode but suddenly my a/c was loaded with non maintence charge and the amount which was deposited for emi has been debited as non maintainece and hence loan got overdue, but my a/c was zero balance and it has been autometically converted to normal sb a/c without any intimation which was fully unethical. I raised a complain for this also but they hv not taken any meatures. Hence i was bound to shift my si to different a/c and given request for that paying 500rs extra charge. Also i have paied 2emis on their corporate a/c on 4th aug but even after that hdfc bank has presented my cheques 2times within the very same month and as a result bounced. My complain is that after depositing the amount why they hv presented cheque to my a/c twice within same month? As a result 1180rs has been charged as cheque bounce charge also my civil score has been detoriated at a huge... As swap rqst already given so they should have wait to activate the same itherwise why i paid 500 to process the same. Requesting the appropriate authority to take the necessary action and i need my 1180rs compensated by hdfc and my civil score also has to be upgraded.. As due to their act i have to suffer.
                                        I was a regular customer of hdfc but after being so harused by them i am regrating myself to choose hdfc as my banker. Please take the call to the appropriate authority and reimburse my charges
