On Saturday 17/08/2018 received call from cell number [protected] informing me that my HDFC credit card has been blocked and that bank would issue a new card. She (name introduced as Manisha) further asked for my credit card number starting from 4, since my card is due for renewal in Oct 2018; I had given her my card number. She said that I would get a call and sms from the bank and transferred the call to some one. At this point I got suspicious and disconnected the call. She again called from the same number on Monday 19/08/2018 and when I showed my dis interest' the call was disconnected. Pl take necessary action. I believe that bank does not make any such card,

    I am Shymon, I was holding HDFC credit card and it's closed right now(card number [protected]and validity date01/2019), so i need non due approval for applying personal loan.
    Palarivattom Hdfc office CreditCard section on shutdown due to flood related issues. So I could not reach their as well.
    So could you please send me the non due certificate through mail.

      I got a message on my mobile regarding regarding acknowledgment of my hdfc credit card application reference no is 18h[protected]n1 for digital identification on 16/08/2018. On the very next day i. E 17/08/2018 one person come at my office address and says he came from hdfc cc for verification and he done the verification. And on 21/08/2018 i got a mail from hdfc stated that our representative is unsuccessful for contacting you. So you can send again dully filled form regarding contact no and address... So i wanted to know about the correct status of my hdfc credit card application.

      Kindly do the needful.

        Respected sir,
        I had paid wbsedcl bill through sbi upi, the payment got debited through Wbsedcl.[protected]@hdfcbank they did not get it. I immediately contacted their customer care and was told to contact hdfc bank. However even after complaining through online, email to upi support and calling the customer care. I am yet to receive my money even after six days.

          I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4281 without my concern on date:29/12/2017.
          I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

Please be informed, your membership cancellation is processed vide service request number 3480983 for amount 249/- which will be credited in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days. To get full amount refund, you need to cancel the membership within 30 days of purchasing the policy. As you are cancelling membership after 8 months you are only eligible to get 249/- as refund amount.

                Employees of HDFC bank are harassing people by calling every 2 hours for personal loans, credit cards etc.

                They should remove the numbers of people who are not interested, from their list instead of harassing them daily. It should be updated at all the branches not just one branch.

                Please resolve this complaint as soon as possible. It is becoming annoying day by day.

                I am not able to withdraw my salary from my HDFC salary account. My HDFC credit card has linked with my salary account because i haven't pay my credit card bill from 2 months.
                I am not able to do any transaction from my salary account.

                Actually i lost my debit card then applied for new one i got new one its working fine but again am getting two debit card, actually i have active debit card. why am getting more than one debit card same account.

                  I want to raise a complaint against your concern employee ms/mrs vinitha that we came here to sai baba colony hdfc credit card branch on 23 aug 2018 at 10, 30 am to enquire about the credit card details (Limit, netbanking facilities etc) and we approached the security mr. Shanmugam, as per his instructions we wrote the card details in the sheet and gave. Ms/mrs vinitha just wrote 10, 000 is the limit and gave to security back. She didn't come n enquire about the other queries. Is this way your concern people will respond to the customer? Call us [protected] i want to know the details of the account number, customer id.

                      I have also received a message from HDFC Bank today (17.04.2019) saying ACH Debit Mandate registered for Rs 25000 in A/c No XXXX for ASHISH SECURITIES PVT LTD with UMRN No. HDFC0000XXXXXXXXXXX.

                      I have not done any ACH (Automatic Transfer request to bank), I am not sure whether this is a fake or a fraudlent transfer initiated. Kindly help. Thanks

                      After investing more on internet found that, ASHISH SECURITIES PVT LTD is a part of "Early Salary" (an online company which offers salary advances and instant cash loans) which came some days back in our office and asked us to install app and signed some docs for security deposit. I am not sure whether ACH will be deducted or it is just a message for security deposit blocking amount.

                        Hi i have been using hdfc credit card from past 8-10 years, but for the last two months your service is worst or i can call it third rated. Last month i have paid my due amount in time, but still you ppl have put a fine of 450 rs saying late fee fine and even this month ive paid my due amount already that is before due date, but still i haven't got any message from this hopeless hdfc customer service, but they have time to send all the # messages like you are eligible for loan and all. You can check my card track record from the day one you will get to know how honest ive been and doing these sort of things for a customer like me it hurts a lot please cancel my card asap. No use o[censored]sing this hdfc credit card whose customer service is so worse that they can't even send a message for paid amount. Hopeless service.

                        HI Anay, I have never had a bad experience with HDFC credit card customer service till now, but from past two months your service has become worst if you want you can check my statements. Even for this month I haven't got any message regarding the paid amount. My due date for payment is 24th of this month, but I have paid the amount one week back only, but still I haven't got any message regarding the payment, before I used to get message immediately after paying the amount. Why you people are doing these sort of things I don't know and for your mistakes and irresponsibility I have to pay the price of 450 rupees as late payment fees (that to after paying the due amount within the due date) and it also effects my credit score. Hope you understand and do the needful. My last four digits of card is 1562 and my phone no. is [protected] (please call me during evening hours).

                        The major minus and worst point with HDFC bank is, it is difficult for the customer to reach the customer care easily. Whenever I tried reaching them it takes too much of time to get connected and also at times the calls are getting disconnected too. Seriously it is very difficult to reach the HDFC customer care, its high time, they have to work on that and should try to provide a better customer service. Saturday and Sunday I tried umpteen times to HDFC customer service, but I was not able to connect only, it was really a very horrible experience.

                              My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on 1st August 2018 and i see that i have rs -6592 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                                Hi Sir/Madam,
                                I have applied HDFC credit card through customer care on Aug - 2017, They have activated one assist account for me without my knowledge.
                                An 16.08.2017 they have debited Rs.1299 from my credit card and i worried even didn't received my credit card.
                                Suddenly i called them for the complaint they said one assist account has been activated for you that's why we debited. And i asked to cancel this account also i am not asked you to subscribe this account. Then they gave one toll free number for cancel this account i called them continuously 1 week and ask them to cancel this account and refund my amount.
                                They informed me we don't have a option to refund full amount to you so we will refund Rs.400 amount, Finally I am okay with that also they said this account we can't delete so one year will be live. After one year this account will be expired so i forgot that things.
                                But they have debited Rs.1399 this year too, Suddenly i called customer care they told me same story which is i have faced previous year.

                                Please rectify my problem with them i am really worried about them.
                                I want refund my amount. I have upload previous year stmt.

                                  Hdfc credit card dept issued a new card to me without prior intimation & deducted 14000+ reward points against the same without any permission / intimation. They block my existing card & transfer the dues to new card also register the new card for auto pay & deducted the credit card payment too.

                                    Hi hdfc bank customer centre,

                                    I have been an hdfc customer since 2012. Yesterday i had noticed that an amount of nearly 30 rupees has been deducted from my hdfc account number ([protected]) without any information.

                                    Hdfc account details:
                                    Reason for deduction: mir[protected]
                                    Date of deduction: 20 august 2018.

                                    Would you please kindly reply as soon as possible.

                                    We would like to inform you that when you use your HDFC Bank Debit Card at other Bank ATMs within/outside India or at a merchant outlet outside India, and the transaction gets declined due to insufficient funds, the charges of Rs. 25 per transaction (plus GST) are levied. As per our records, such declined transaction was attempted on August 16, 2018 for which these charges were deducted from your account.                                       I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited amount from my credit card number ending with 4364 without my concern on date:22/08/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund the debited amount.

                                        Respected sir,
                                        I had paid wbsedcl bill through upi, the payment got debited but they did not get it. I immediately contacted their customer care and was told to contact sbi customer care. However even after complaining through online, email to upi support and calling the customer care. I am yet to receive my money even after four days.
