Hi this is mohammad rafiq i am using hdfc credit card, from last 7 years, but one month i didnt pay one customer care executive said sir, what ever charges we revert but they dint do it, after two or three month they said no one say like this. From last 4 four month i am facing lot of problem. Hdfc customer care give a miss call on my phone, when i am call on same number no one pickup a call.
I will pay what ever due on my credit card, but please i want to continue my hdfc credit card .

HDFC Bank Customer Assistance
I have also received a message from HDFC Bank today (17.04.2019) saying ACH Debit Mandate registered for Rs 25000 in A/c No XXXX for ASHISH SECURITIES PVT LTD with UMRN No. HDFC0000XXXXXXXXXXX.
I have not done any ACH (Automatic Transfer request to bank), I am not sure whether this is a fake or a fraudlent transfer initiated. Kindly help. Thanks
