I applied for a hdfc fastag on 9th october 2017 by paying rs.300. I got a message that the account is created on 17th october 2017. On the next day (18th october), i recharged it with rs.500. My account has been blocked due to no bill payment done for the credit card for the last months. I've been trying to reach the customer care team, but always get to hear "our agents are busy, please try again later. I cannot access the money or make the min amount due payment.
