Sir i have an bharat credit card. This credit card is not working on online transaction. So i m irritate from this card. Branch bankers is says to me pls contact to costomer care. I cant help yo u. Branch bankers behavior is not good. Branch code is 0992 gwalior. I give him to a upgrade form of credit card before 2 month. But no responce to me against upgrade my credit card. So i m complaint to hdfc bank in consumer court.

    Your executive named malini ([protected]) called me for credit card application and asked my details and i provided. She sent person named kamlesh ([protected]) to collect all required documents and i also provided that, then one person also came to my home for verification had a coffee and told that ur card will come within a week. But 2 days ago i got this mail and i don't think so its correct. Why do u guys wasted my precious time.

    We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

    Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability.

      Now i want clear my all dues i was require one week but hdfc recovery department not agrre and sending person my home harrsing my mother and sister. I alrdy told i will give all money with in week but they are not agree.

        Hello hdfc bank,

        I am sandipta and this complaint is regarding the annual debit card fee on my account. I charged for 885rs and i am not happy with this charge. I am not sure why hdfc is charging this huge amount for using debit card. I have tried couple of time to contact customer care but the call never connected.

        I am using platinum master card. Please look into the matter.

          Thanks mate for the information. Even i have been getting similar calls to take policy by paying 50000 initially to open policy on my name and i will get loan in next 7 days. I can even cancel policy if don't satisfy with condition and amount will be returned.

          Of course, i did not convinces as it is legal source and said i will move forward once get confirmation from any hdfc branch manager (Once enquired).

          He introduced himself as rahul sharma (+[protected].

          I would request hdfc to send alerts all customers and other to be cautious.

            I am writing this complaint in great vein and depression regarding the annoyance by your HDFC Credit Card Collection Staff claiming his name differently as Santhosh, Sandeep and another Staff namely Vijaya claiming from, o/o.HDFC Bank, D.No. 5/9/22, Sarovar Complex, Maxcure, Hyderabad-500063.

            Mr. Santhosh/Mr. Sandeep, Collective Staff called from these phone numbers, [protected] and [protected] (in true caller it shows – Toruture Hdfc) on[protected], he started follow-up for payment, I told him I am out of station, I will be back tomorrow i.e. on[protected] and I will pay, soon turned to arguments and started abusing me an. (I have his voice recording)

            He in a louder voice threatening to pay now itself on the spot i.e., today[protected] otherwise I call your office and he tried all possible mal practices and started making random calls to my work place damaging my reputation and defaming me which is clearly against the code of conduct and the RBI guidelines.

            This has been going since May 2018, the HDFC Collection Staff have been threatening and harassing to make payments, even though, I am traumatised with this incidents every month, made payments to the tune of Rs.22, 642/- to HDFC Credit Cart authorities till date as follows :

            2) [protected] – Rs. 3, 140
            3) [protected] – Rs. 5, 300
            4) [protected] – Rs. 5, 152
            5) [protected] – Rs. 5, 200

            I am shattered and very distressed by this un-professional behaviour of the Collection Staff of HDFC, now I am concerned of my wellbeing & security which forced me to escalate this complaint to this level

            I request you to kindly help in this utmost difficult situation as this is not tremendously bothering me and my family.

              I am having a saving a/c with hdfc bank silchar branch vide no [protected] against which i have been given a loan of 75k for which everymonth emi was 1783 was debited in auto mode but suddenly my a/c was loaded with non maintence charge and the amount which was deposited for emi has been debited as non maintainece and hence loan got overdue, but my a/c was zero balance and it has been autometically converted to normal sb a/c without any intimation which was fully unethical. I raised a complain for this also but they hv not taken any meatures. Hence i was bound to shift my si to different a/c and given request for that paying 500rs extra charge. Also i have paied 2emis on their corporate a/c on 4th aug but even after that hdfc bank has presented my cheques 2times within the very same month and as a result bounced. My complain is that after depositing the amount why they hv presented cheque to my a/c twice within same month? As a result 1180rs has been charged as cheque bounce charge also my civil score has been detoriated at a huge... As swap rqst already given so they should have wait to activate the same itherwise why i paid 500 to process the same. Requesting the appropriate authority to take the necessary action and i need my 1180rs compensated by hdfc and my civil score also has to be upgraded.. As due to their act i have to suffer.
              I was a regular customer of hdfc but after being so harused by them i am regrating myself to choose hdfc as my banker. Please take the call to the appropriate authority and reimburse my charges

                Same happens with me, hdfc agent told me its life time free credit card then only i have applied for the credit card, i didn't asked for one assist mfee so how can you deduct rs, 1399/- without my consent from my card which is yet to be delivered, who gave you this right???

                Better you refund refund my money rs.1399/- which has been deducted from my card on 24 aug 2018 immediately and cancel this subscription or plan from my card, i dont need it, this is completely fraudulent transaction.

                  Hi,

                  I have an hdfc credit card from past two years. Two weeks back, it abruptly stopped working i, e the payments are getting declined through the card. I have no idea why it is happening since there is no due to be cleared as i had paid all my previous bills. Very poor customer service as they have completely managing it boots and my problem is not listed any where in their systems.

                  Kindly look into this issue or else you will loose a potential customer.

                      This is a fraud to sell an existing policy promising enhanced benefit over call as direct marketers from the company.
                      This was through a normal tele-caller on 28-29 april 2018 which detailed a policy which was promising and i moved from one senior to another finally reaching a person called rupesh choudhry ([protected]; only today i checked trucaller having a name shriman meena; my first mistake). He detailed the policy which was lucrative but i did not take the policy that day but i postponed it to the next day.
                      On 30th april, he called and confirmed the same details with the policy name classicassure plus. I checked the policy and enquired about the above online listed returns to which he explained that it was a promotion. He built the credibility by saying he was from the same state which was confirmed by his accent. As he was a real agent of hdfc life he could see my previous policies and generate a payment mechanisms through the authorized website. I got into the trap first because that online offers are so common these days and i was greedy (I accept this as my biggest mistake).
                      He promised multiple documentations through the next 2 months and four confirmation calls for the policy details. He had instructed that not to ask for all details from the first two as they were third party (Confirmed by the callers) and may not confirm all details to which i agreed (Another mistake; again driven by higher returns). The last 2 calls said they were from hdfclife and gave away all the benefits promised by the mr rupesh who i some how now trusted as everything was going as he had told.
                      He had promised two sets of document one the policy kit and second the bond paper. The policy kit came in more than one month on 19th july 2018 which did not contain any benefits to which he had earlier only confirmed that all details would be the bond paper as policy kit was only for reference (Another mistake).
                      The bond paper never came, mr rupesh only kept on asking for extensions for 15 days at a time and all the while he was very credible on the call. During this period the review period of 30 days for the policy had elapsed and i was left with a big loss of inr 30, 000
                      I had raised this as a complaint on [protected]@hdfclife.com today evening. They have confirmed that nothing can be done and were ready to help for a fraud. But it was late evening by then.
                      My question is can hdfclife not control these frauds which are using its policies through its system to cheat people or are they happy to sell policies through them as no sane person could buy a policy which give -7% returns
                      I would request hdfc life if it can refund my amount and take action against the agent name listed in my policy kit as below

                            I am srinivas katti hdfc classic customer
                            On aug 23 i have transferred around 50k from my hdfc account to icici bank account through imps (Transaction reference[protected] ) for which my account is debited however the same is not credited is not my icici bank account. After many calls to customer care understand that there is failure at gateway however this is not reversed immediately as was the case with few previous unsuccessful attempts. Now i managed to catch hold of crm however i am really worried as i haven't seen any ownership in the bank as well if it takes more time to reverse then what's use of imps if it does not solve the purpose and loose your money like this, i have lost complete trust in hdfc bank and thinking to move all my funds. It's been one full day no solution yet, it's pathetic. If in case not resolved by next week i have to move legal case

                              Hi,

                              This is to bring your attention towards poor customer service of hdfc bank.

                              My priority pass card was unethically charged twice without any notice or information.

                              I have sent them multiple mails regarding my unresolved complaint and have got no response from them.

                              On asking for details about grievance /nodal officer, again i have got no reply from them. I have been patiently sending multiple mails across the last 3 months. Havent received even one reply back from them.

                              Guess, i will have no option but to contact rbi ombudsman. I have documented proofs of no replies and no help in escalation from hdfc bank.

                              Anyone else interested in joining the complaint against hdfc and unethical priority pass billing is requested to contact me.

                                  I have received the following sms from bank:

                                  Dear customer mandate referance no:hdfc[protected] issued to visu leasing and financepvtltd with value rs.130000 and frequency adho was rejected due to the reason 'drawers signature differs' received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                  I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue.

                                  We wish to inform you that we have received ACH debit mandate from M/s Visu Leasing & Finance Ltd through their sponsor Yes Bank with Unique Mandate Reference Number (UMRN) HDFC[protected]. On Mandate verification, said the mandate was rejected for the reason "Drawers signature differs" on 24.08.2018. Request you to liaise with user company for re-presentation of said ACH mandate.

                                    This is with reference to my hdfc bank credit card issue.
                                    Credit card number: [protected]
                                    1.in the month of january 2016 i called your customer care office and told them that i want to close my credit card account and enquired how much payment to be done for this. They told me the amount and i paid it by internet banking. I was under assumption that my credit account will be closed as per my conversation with your representative.
                                    2. My credit card was supposed to expire in march 2016, i should have got replacement of the card if the account is still valid. I never got the card.
                                    3. My email account on which the mail transactions between hdfc and myself are taking place is seldom used, i was not knowing that the credit card account is not closed and hdfc is deducting emi from my account and not used the amount for which it was paid in january 2016 by me for final settlement.
                                    4. I got to know that there is outstanding on my credit card account, when i used this email account recently.
                                    5. According to hdfc, i have some outstanding amount: why nobody even bothered to called me and asked why it is not paid?
                                    6. If the account is active, why i did not get new card?
                                    All this episode does not sound good and i am deeply embarrassed by the behavior of your customer support person. Would like to know if you can sort this matter and i don’t have to pay the amount which is being claimed un-necessarily.

                                        Hi hdfc bank,

                                        I am receiving the sms on 20-aug-2018 that ach request is processed for debit mandate. Today[protected] i received that "ach debit mandate registered for rs. Xxxx in a/c for ava lifestyle products and services p l with umrn no."

                                        I have not registered for any such request. How and why i am receiving such sms and that too company authorized message center.

                                        Please look into this asap
