Hello, i am getting almost 5-6 calls for hdfc bank credit cards/personal loan everyday. I have blocked more than 100 mobile numbers but i am still getting those calls. I dont want to activate dnd as its blocking other genuine calls from hdfc in which i have accounts. The calls which i am getting are from hdfc bank, bund garden branch.
Also, the caller always starts the call in hindi, although i am responding them in marathi. They keeps on explaining in hindi. I purposely telling them in marathi that, i dont understand what they are saying. Later they are starting the conversation in marathi. If asked them why they have not started in marathi, then some said, they are not allowed to speak in marathi. Some avoid to answer. Is the bank ashamed for marathi and marathi speaking people?
If is it so, then kindly publish it in front of media. I will be the happiest person to close my account from this bank.

We have a desk allocated for HDFC personnel in our company premise. I explained him all the details. He called on the same number from which I received the call. According to him, that lady was from Sales team and she said she cannot speak marathi very well hence she talked in hindi. But that's not true. She spoke very well when I interrupted her. The number from which I received the calls are [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] and many more. The number on which I received the calls are [protected] which is a registered number with HDFC.
Also, if the bank is sharing my personal details like phone number, account details to other department of same bank then its serious concerns of my data privacy. No one can use the personal data without my permission. The bank has to take my permission before sharing my details to other department.
Earlier also I raised the concern about the same but nothing happened. I am seriously going to take this to a higher level now.
Relationship manager is not at all responding. Everytime I am getting the same recorded messages.
God only can Save Me and my account!!!
