Hello there
I have not opted for any thing mentioned below. I have not received my credit card yet.
I received sms from hdfc bank that thaks for choosing oneassist plan! Your hdfc bank credit card will be charged with plan fees of rs. 1399/- send stop oa to [protected] in next 48 hours to opt out. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging use of my card. I have not yet received my credit card, and now i am not going to accept one when i get the courier. I am going to decline the credit card and never opt for hdfc ever in future.

Please deactivate asap

    I want to cancel my one assist membership as i am no more interested in continuing with the service. Kindly deactivate my membership mmediately and respond to my complaint. I actually requested for the cancellation a year before but did not get any resolution on the same and the customer care person also did not respond properly. I don't want this service any more as am not using right from the beginning. Kindly cancel within 2 days and respond back.

        Hello, i am getting almost 5-6 calls for hdfc bank credit cards/personal loan everyday. I have blocked more than 100 mobile numbers but i am still getting those calls. I dont want to activate dnd as its blocking other genuine calls from hdfc in which i have accounts. The calls which i am getting are from hdfc bank, bund garden branch.
        Also, the caller always starts the call in hindi, although i am responding them in marathi. They keeps on explaining in hindi. I purposely telling them in marathi that, i dont understand what they are saying. Later they are starting the conversation in marathi. If asked them why they have not started in marathi, then some said, they are not allowed to speak in marathi. Some avoid to answer. Is the bank ashamed for marathi and marathi speaking people?
        If is it so, then kindly publish it in front of media. I will be the happiest person to close my account from this bank.

        We have a desk allocated for HDFC personnel in our company premise. I explained him all the details. He called on the same number from which I received the call. According to him, that lady was from Sales team and she said she cannot speak marathi very well hence she talked in hindi. But that's not true. She spoke very well when I interrupted her. The number from which I received the calls are [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] and many more. The number on which I received the calls are [protected] which is a registered number with HDFC.
        Also, if the bank is sharing my personal details like phone number, account details to other department of same bank then its serious concerns of my data privacy. No one can use the personal data without my permission. The bank has to take my permission before sharing my details to other department.
        Earlier also I raised the concern about the same but nothing happened. I am seriously going to take this to a higher level now.
        Relationship manager is not at all responding. Everytime I am getting the same recorded messages.
        God only can Save Me and my account!!!

          My card no is [protected] my march balance was 21800 along with emi i enquired in your customer care and i was being told that total balance amount to be paid was somewhere around rs 93000 which includes everything loan and balance amount, so i paid amount of rs 95000 in the month of april. After that the balance was nil again now in this month statement you are showing the amount is rs 94000 along with some emi amount and when i enquired your representative told me that the amount is rs 94000 plus emi's which comes to around 157000 for the closure of this accounts.

          I want to you ask you how are you are asking me to pay the old emi's now when i had made the total payment of rs 95000. Present emi for 18600 for the present month is ok that is acceptable but emi for the old one is not at all acceptable to me this is some fraudulent act which is played by you people to grab extra amount

          I want immediate correction in this and also want explanations for these fraudulent amount

            I[censored] have little bit respect for yourself please look at my account deeply and study it or call me.

            Kinldy kick some ass of bank people playing with money and time of customers.

            I am so done with you.

            Become a hopeless bank.

            When you want loan and account you come to house and when we need you you cant receive our call because you are on the kashmir border. So freaking busy.

            They asked me to fill form to make my account of 10000 from 25000. Who did of 25k they don't know i don't know neither inform us. Manager did inform me after asking 50 times and meeting him 20 times me and my father both are running like a bull.

            And he said "might be your account is of 25000 not 10000 kindly keep 25000 for a month and notice what happens... And guess what happenâ 

            Charged 354 rs on 9 july as amb. Wow. And after asking again given me # reason.

            And not yet done of 10000 from 25000 limit account.â

              Dear hdfc team,

              I'am writing this complaint with regards to my cc availed from your bank which is linked with my salary account. I have been using your cc for last 3 years and timely payment. Due to the recent transfer and as per my new company policy they do not have tie up with hdfc. Hence not able to pay the cc amount. One day on of the sudden, my salary account shows a negative amount of 1.2 lac, when contacted to the customer care they mentioned due to not paying the cc amount cc team had marked my salary account in negative.
              I am no more able to deposit any amount in to hdfc account. Due to which, there are lots of bounces as my all personal loan is in auto debit. I need my account to be in normal, so that i can use it again and could pay my personal loans.
              Due to lots of bounces my cbil is dropped to the extend and i am facing lots of harassment calls from the agents.

              May i request you to kindly look into the issue asap or else i will be in deep trouble.

                Sir, I have paid the outstanding amount on my credit card after the settlement. I been visiting credit card department at Hyderabad and provided them with proof of bank statement which clearly states the amount was deducted by HDFC credit card clearing house last month on 03/07/18 after which they asked me to allow 4 days its been 20 days i haven't got call or received any soft copy everytime i visit they ask me to come back later this is juts going on and never seems to end and the workers there are very irresponsible and will not provide any information to the customer they send information via security who works at the table what kind of service do you call this ?? I need NO OBJECTION letter as soon as possbile or should i go legal way to court or how this issue will be solved ??

                    Unable to view account statement and all other options access in credit card portal is blocked.

                    The call is not connecting to the customer care and it is telling your card doesn't have this facility.

                    Please rectify the problem as soon as possible, from the last couple of weeks facing the same problem.
                    Now it is urgent.

                      My name is rahul gopinath. My salary account is hdfc and i am a credit card holder of the same.Due to certain circumstances i was not able to pay credit card due for last 2 months and bank has been marked lien to my account.But 10th august i have cleared by credit card due through pay zapp app as per bank executive instructions.More over since my PF amount was credited to the same they have deducted 2 months emi due also.After clearing all the dues till now bank is not releasing my account balance of nearly 40 k.We tried to contact the customer care no & credit card Department.After continous calling once when we r able to get them they are requesting a call back and this continued for nearly 15 times and we didn't get any call till now.Kindly do the needf to release the account as soon as possible.Saddest part is that bank is not ready to give any proper response through their customer care no's which is actually for name sake.Please dont repeat the same over here.You can contact me in my mail id [protected]@live.in .Requesting your cooperation.

                        I am registered with DND of your bank as well as my service provider. In spite of this, I am disturbed by untimely calls, sms and emails for personal LOANs and credit cards from different mobile numbers and email ids. the latest was a call from[protected] and [protected]. When I complain to your bank, they say such numbers do not belong to them. Then, who is this rogue who disturbs me, where did he/she get my details and why the hell do they canvass for HDFC?

                        Is it an obligation that every salaried person should avail a LOAN or credit card from your bank? If a person does need a LOAN or card, wont he walk up to your bank, why should the rest of the public be harassed and if a person expresses his preference, why cant it be updated in your stupid database and the person left alone? I have better work to do than repeating every other day that I don't need a LOAN or a card.Have you ever heard of other's privacy?

                        Even the retired are not spared from this nuisance. Customer's data are shamelessly peddled to your sister concerns and other third- party rogues in the name of marketing. Does your bank have any culture, manners, decency, value and ethics?
                        For you it may mean business, for us it is outright nonsense disturbing us during our work, we lose continuity in our work because of this nonsense, a curse which we face for having interacted with you.

                        Can you stop this desperate and senseless marketing? It is more of a turn-off. If you cannot be o[censored]se to anyone, at least do not be a nuisance.
                        Hope the characterless ### who is in charge of sales and marketing is made aware of this.
                        I feel I am not the only person harassed in such a fashion.

                            I have recently opened a salary account with HDFC bank. But the account is opened with wrong spelling. Name should be spelled as SUNAYANA and not SUMAYANA.
                            The documents provided also show SUNAYANA don't know how does this error happened with HDFC.
                            M trying to get in touch with customer care but not getting connected somehow.
                            Requesting you to kindly make the changes as soon as possible...

                            Complaint - personal loan is credited to my account without my consent. HDFC representative is now not picking up my phone. please suggest a path forward as i dont have the loan requirement right now but the amount is still being credited.                               My TID no. is 28061554 under account M/S Mukand Lal Udik Chand City Guru Har Sahai. I had done transaction on 13/08/2018 amount Rs 10000 and 17/08/18 amount Rs 46000 and Rs950.But my account has no this balance till today date. Please resolve my complaint immediately. Bank have no reply for my problem.I have done batch settlement all transactions. So please resolve it. I shall be thankful to you.

                                Sub: extreme and unbearable harassment from hdfc collection managers

                                With reference to above, i the undersigned anil menon is the holder of hdfc bank credit card no[protected], i been regularly paying my dues and never defaulted on any payments, but since last two and a half years i am unemployed and at the age of 51 my chances of obtaining gainful employment is limited. But i still managed to pay my minimum dues, regularly and whenever demanded.
                                In the month of june 2018 i started working with a local baroda based company as a trainer, the company is involved in training in ielts, spoken english, gmat, tofel and other training required for student community to immigrate.
                                On july 12th around 11.30 am two officials mr. Jatin kothari and nirav soni from hdfc cr. Card vadodara branch, entered my office and created a big scene for my pending dues, i was forced to leave office as i did not want the other employees to be disturbed, for next 3 to 4 hours in drizzling rain right on the footpath they shouted, screamed at me and mr. Jatin kothari was literally slapping my shoulder while talking to me.
                                They started asking questions like how much gold you have, assets like car, two wheelers, my house and any other items which can be liquidated immediately, even quoting a price of 15 lacs for my house, a property which is worth more than 30 lacs in current market,, they wanted me to immediately sell of all these and settle my dues, they also threatened that, they will visit the school were my wife is working as a teacher, and inform the school management, a clear threat and coercion from these hdfc employees, this went on till 5 pm in the evening.
                                By evening 6 pm i received a call from my office terminating my services. Just because of the high handed behaviour of these officers, due to this i have lost my job and an earning opportunity which i had got after lot of effort and hardships, now i am again unemployed and trying to rebuild my life.
                                I am a highly diabetic patient and i have to take insulin twice a day, and post this incident i remain depressed and even get suicidal tendencies.
                                I have no intention to default and not pay the outstanding dues, my record says i am constantly paying the minimum dues and constantly in touch with the hdfc bank officials, i have paid an amount of rs. 351638/- between march 2017 and august 2018, records can be checked to verify the same.
                                Through this mail i want to notify that even after supreme court’s order, bank officials still go to extreme measures to harass and force customers to repay their dues.
                                I want justice to prevail and action taken against such officials so other customers do not face such harassment.

                                  Hello my hdfc bank account number is [protected]. And account holder name is gorla sunil kumar reddy today i went to sbi atm and has done transaction. The transition was not successful but money was deducted. Later i went to another atm and transaction was successful. There was no written slip also. The amount is 1100rs. Kindly respond to my complaint

                                    Hi Team,

                                    It's a pathetic bank service I have ever come across. I have already paid my dues in January 2017 as per the settlement amount, it's been more than year and half still my credit score has this data due to which I am not able to apply for future loans. I am trying to keep useless follow ups on this, unfortunately your incompetent bank and the low grade customer support is good for nothing. Kindlyunderstand time is precious and get this resolved on highest priority in order to avoid any future escalations. I beg your support.
